Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an embodiment of a window air conditioner 10, wherein the window air conditioner 10 can be installed on a window of a wall 20 for cooling or heating an indoor environment.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the window type air conditioner 10 of the present invention, the window type air conditioner 10 includes a base plate 100, a casing 200 and a partition 400. The housing 200 is constructed on the chassis 100, and a separation groove 230 is further disposed on the housing 200, wherein the separation groove 230 is suitable for the baffle 30 located at the window of the wall 20 to extend into. The partition 400 is installed to the partition groove 230, and the partition 400 is provided with a drain hole (a first drain hole 401 and/or a second drain hole 402, a third drain hole 403, etc., as shown in fig. 6) adapted to drain the water in the receiving groove 430 to the outdoor side.
Specifically, the cabinet 200 is divided into an indoor side housing 210 and an outdoor side housing 220 by a partition groove 230. The window type air conditioner 10 further includes a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor fan, an indoor heat exchanger, and an indoor fan, wherein the compressor, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the outdoor fan are installed in an outdoor side housing 220, and the indoor heat exchanger and the indoor fan are installed in an indoor side housing 210.
After the window air conditioner 10 is mounted on the window of the wall 20, the outdoor side housing 220 of the window air conditioner 10 is located outdoors and the indoor side housing 210 of the window air conditioner 10 is located indoors. Therefore, the noise generated by the outdoor part can be prevented from being transmitted to the indoor side, and the noise reduction effect is achieved. Then, the shielding member 30 is pulled down to protrude into the separation groove 230 of the window type air conditioner 10 until the lower edge of the shielding member 30 protrudes into the partition member 400, and the shielding member 30 shields the gap between both sides of the window type air conditioner 10 and the side wall of the window, thereby preventing the indoor cooling or heating from leaking to the outside from the gap. It should be noted that the shielding element 30 may be a window sash, a louver, a curtain, or the like, which can shield light, or may be other shielding window plates, which can shield external objects from entering the room.
In the process of installing the window type air conditioner 10, compared with the manner that the top surface of the window type air conditioner 10 can only be pulled in the related art, the shielding piece 30 in the embodiment can be inserted into the window type air conditioner 10, and this manner can enable the shielding piece 30 to shield the space between the two sides of the window type air conditioner 10 and the bottom wall of the window, so as to increase the shielding area of the shielding piece 30.
In the related art, since the window type air conditioner 10 is partially exposed to the outdoor environment, water (e.g., rainwater, condensed water, etc.) in the outdoor environment may fall into the partition groove 230 and overflow from the bottom of the partition groove 230 into the indoor room. The window type air conditioner 10 of the present invention is provided with the partition 400 installed at the bottom of the partition groove 230 and the partition 400 provided with the drainage hole, so that the water in the outdoor environment falls into the partition 400 through the partition groove 230 and then is discharged to the outdoor side from the drainage hole of the partition 400.
As for the fixing manner of the partition 400, the partition 400 may be fixedly connected to the chassis 100, or may be fixedly connected to the cabinet 200. In order to connect the partition 400 with the base pan 100, the partition 400 may be connected with the base pan 100 by any one or more of an insertion structure, a snap structure, and a screw structure. And is not limited herein.
The technical scheme of the utility model, through installing separation 400 in dividing groove 230, set up the wash port on separation 400 to water in outdoor environment falls into separation 400 after, will follow the wash port and arrange the outdoor side. Therefore, the window air conditioner 10 of the present invention can reduce the occurrence of the situation that the water in the outdoor environment overflows from the separation groove 230 to the indoor room, and prevent the indoor room from being wetted.
It should be noted that, as mentioned above, the drainage hole is adapted to drain the water in the containing groove 430 to the outdoor side, which may be the outdoor environment or the portion of the chassis 100 corresponding to the outdoor side. For example, the partition 400 is provided at an end surface thereof with a drain hole through which the air is directly discharged from one side of the window type air conditioner 10 to the outdoor environment through a drain pipe. Alternatively, the bottom of the partition 400 is provided with a drain hole to drain water to a portion of the base pan 100 corresponding to the outdoor side, and then the water is drained from the base pan 100 to the outdoor environment, or the water is used for being pumped to the outdoor heat exchanger through a water pumping wheel to dissipate heat of the outdoor heat exchanger.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment, the partition 400 includes a bottom plate 410 and side plates 420 configured at two opposite sides of the bottom plate 410, and a receiving groove 430 is formed between the two side plates 420 and the bottom plate 410. The receiving groove 430 of the partition 400 is provided with a plurality of drainage holes, at least a portion of which is adapted to drain water to a portion of the base pan 100 corresponding to the outdoor side. A plurality of the drainage holes are spaced apart along the length of the separator 400. The window type air conditioner 10 further includes a drain pan 600 mounted on the base pan 100, and a portion of the drain hole is adapted to drain water to the drain pan 600 and then to the outdoor portion of the base pan 100 through the drain pan 600.
It is specifically understood that a plurality of drainage holes are formed on the partition 400, wherein a part of the drainage holes directly drain water to the corresponding outdoor side of the chassis 100; and the other part of the drainage holes firstly drain water onto the water-receiving tray 600 and then drain the water to the chassis 100 through the water-receiving tray 600.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, it is considered that when the amount of water in the accommodating groove 430 of the partition 400 is small, the water in the accommodating groove 430 is dispersed and is not easy to flow into the drain hole. To solve this problem, optionally, both ends of the receiving groove 430 are recessed downward to form a sink groove 440; the plurality of drainage holes comprise a first drainage hole 401 which is constructed at one end of the sink 440, and the first drainage hole 401 is suitable for draining water to the water-receiving tray 600; and/or, a second drainage hole 402 configured at the other end of the sink 440 is included in the plurality of drainage holes, and the second drainage hole 402 is adapted to drain water to the chassis 100.
Specifically, the partition 400 is configured with a sink groove 440 at both ends of the receiving groove 430. The sink 440 has one end adjacent to the indoor side housing 210 and the other end adjacent to the outdoor side housing 220. Therefore, a first drain hole 401 is formed at an end of the sink 440 adjacent to the indoor side housing 210, and the first drain hole 401 is located above the drain pan 600 to drain water to the drain pan 600. A second drain hole 402 is formed at an end of the sink 440 adjacent to the outdoor side housing 220, and the second drain hole 402 is located above a corresponding outdoor side portion of the chassis 100 to drain water to the corresponding outdoor side portion of the chassis 100.
Further, in order to facilitate the water in the drip pan 600 to flow onto the base pan 100, a drain groove 610 for draining water to the base pan 100 is provided in the drip pan 600, and the first drain hole 401 is correspondingly located above the drain groove 610. Therefore, when the water discharged from the first drain hole 401 just falls into the drain groove 610 of the drip tray 600 and is directly discharged from the drain groove 610 to the bottom plate 100, the drainage path is short, which contributes to the acceleration of drainage efficiency.
Specifically, the drain pan 600 partially extends to below the partition 400, and the portion of the drain pan 600 below the partition 400 is configured with the drain channel 610. To facilitate the installation of the partition 400, a portion of the water tray 600 below the partition 400 is further configured with a support member 500, and the support member 500 is adapted to support the partition 400. The supporter 500 is integrally formed with the water tray 600. The spacer 400 may be inserted into the support 500 or may be connected by a screw structure, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, it is further considered that when the amount of water in the accommodating groove 430 of the partition 400 is large, the water may submerge the sink 440 and overflow from the upper peripheral edge of the accommodating groove 430. To solve the technical problem, a groove 450 is formed in the middle of the receiving groove 430 so as to be recessed downward; the plurality of drain holes further includes a third drain hole 403 formed at the bottom of the groove 450, and the third drain hole 403 is adapted to drain water to a portion of the base pan 100 corresponding to the outdoor side. Therefore, when the water submerges the sink groove 440 of the partition 400, the water can be discharged from the third water discharge hole 403 to the base pan 100, thereby effectively increasing the amount of water discharged from the partition 400 and increasing the rate of water discharge.
Since the recess 450 is formed by recessing the middle portion of the receiving groove 430 downward, the stress of the bottom plate 410 of the partition 400 at the position of the recess 450 is more dispersed, so that the position has higher strength and is not easy to break. Therefore, a fixing hole 451 may be formed through the bottom of the groove 450, and the fixing hole 451 is suitable for being connected and fixed to the water collector 600 through a connector. The connecting piece can be a screw or a bolt-type structure. Therefore, the third drainage hole 403 is located at the periphery of the fixing hole 451, so as to avoid the situation that the third drainage hole 403 is too close to the fixing hole 451, and the strength of the board surface around the fixing hole 451 is damaged.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in one embodiment, it is considered that when the amount of water in the container 430 of the partition 400 is large and submerges the groove 450, each drain is not enough to discharge the large amount of water in time. Therefore, a spillway hole 404 is perforated in the side plate 420 of the partition 400 adjacent to the outdoor-side case 220, and the spillway hole 404 is adapted to be discharged to a portion of the base pan 100 corresponding to the outdoor side.
In particular. The number of the overflow holes 404 may be one or more. A plurality of overflow holes 404 may be arranged at intervals along the length direction of the side plate 420. When the water level in the receiving groove 430 rises to the overflow hole 404, water is discharged from the overflow hole 404 to a portion of the base pan 100 corresponding to the outdoor side, and the water discharge amount of the partition 400 is further increased, thereby increasing the water discharge rate.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, according to any of the above embodiments, the window type air conditioner 10 further includes a sealing member 300, the sealing member 300 is movably mounted on the partition member 400, and the sealing member 300 is adapted to be moved to switch between a storage state and an operating state; wherein: in the accommodated state, the seal 300 is accommodated in the partition groove 230; in the operative condition, the sealing member 300 projects laterally from the separating channel 230 and is adapted to be held against the shutter 30 and/or the inner wall of the window.
After the window type air conditioner 10 is installed in the window, the sealing member 300 is moved to the working state, so that the sealing member 300 laterally extends out from the separation groove 230 of the window type air conditioner 10, and the bottom surface of the sealing member 300 abuts against the bottom wall of the window; then, the shielding member 30 is pulled down to extend into the separating groove 230 of the window type air conditioner 10 until the lower edge of the shielding member 30 contacts and abuts against both the separating member 400 and the sealing member 300, and the sealing member 300 shields and seals the gap between the shielding member 30 and the bottom wall of the window to reduce the leakage of indoor cold or heat from the gap to the outside. When the window type air conditioner 10 is not needed or is transported, the sealing member 300 is moved to the storage state, so that the occupied space of the sealing member 300 is reduced, and the window type air conditioner 10 can be conveniently stored or packaged.
There are various ways of movably mounting the seal 300. For example, the sealing member 300 is slidably mounted on the partition member 400; alternatively, the sealing member 300 may be rotatably mounted to the partition member 400; alternatively, the sealing member 300 may be elastically and telescopically mounted to the partitioning member 400. Specifically, the sealing member 300 is rotatably coupled to the partitioning member 400 to be switched between the operating state and the storage state by rotation. Specifically, one end of the sealing member 300 is rotatably mounted to the sinking groove 440 (the sinking groove 440 is shown in fig. 6) so that the sealing member 300 can rotate relative to the partitioning member 400, and the sealing member 300 can be switched between the storage state and the operation state by the rotation.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
