Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an embodiment of an electrical control box 200, which is suitable for being installed in an electrical apparatus as an electrical control device. For example, the electrical control box 200 may be applied to an air conditioner or other home appliances. The air conditioner may be a window type air conditioner 100 or a split type air conditioner. In the case of the window type air conditioner 100, the electrical control box 200 may be installed in an indoor side housing of the window type air conditioner 100, or may be installed in an outdoor side housing of the window type air conditioner 100. For the split type air conditioner, the electrical control box 200 can be installed in both indoor and outdoor units. In the following embodiments, the electric control box 200 is mainly applied to the window type air conditioner 100 as an example.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 9, in an embodiment of the electrical box 200 of the present invention, the electrical box 200 includes a box body 210 and an electrical control board 220. The box body 210 comprises a bottom plate 211 and a box cover 220 matched and covered with the bottom plate 211, the box cover 220 comprises an outer-layer metal box cover 500 and an inner-layer plastic box cover 600, and the electric control board 220 is installed on the bottom plate 211. The inner plastic box cover 600 is provided with a main cavity 601, the main cavity 601 is suitable for accommodating elements on the electric control board 220, heat dissipation gaps are formed between the side wall of the main cavity 601 and the outer metal box cover 500 at intervals, and heat dissipation holes 610 corresponding to the heat dissipation gaps are further arranged through the side wall of the main cavity 601.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, specifically, the electric control components of the electric control box 200 include an electric control board 220, a reactor 230, a heat sink 240, and the like, which are installed in the box body 210. The electric control board 220 and the reactor 230 are mounted on the bottom plate 211 in the vertical direction, and the heat sink 240 is mounted on the electric control board 220. Wherein, the bottom plate 211 of the box body 210 comprises an outer metal bottom plate 300 and an inner plastic bottom plate 400.
That is, the case body 210 of the electrical control case 200 actually has an inner layer portion and an outer layer portion; wherein, the inner layer part consists of an inner layer plastic bottom plate 400 and an inner layer plastic box cover 600; the inner layer part is made of plastic materials, so that the manufacturing and forming are convenient, and the manufacturing cost is low. The outer layer part consists of the outer layer metal bottom plate 300 and the outer layer metal box cover 500; this outer part adopts the sheet metal component to make, can play the rust-resistant effect of fire prevention for automatically controlled box 200 has higher security performance. When assembling the electrical control box 200, the electrical control board 220 is first mounted on the bottom board 211; then, the cover 220 is closed to the bottom plate 211.
Due to the difference in material properties, the heat transfer efficiency of the inner plastic box cover 600 is less than that of the outer metal box cover 500. In the related art, if the heat dissipation holes 610 are not formed through the sidewall of the main cavity 601, the heat generated by the electrical control box 200 needs to be transferred to the inner plastic box cover 600, and then transferred to the outer metal box cover 500 through the inner plastic box cover 600, which results in poor heat dissipation efficiency.
The technical scheme of the utility model, through the lateral wall of the main cavity body 601 with the interval is formed with the heat dissipation space between the outer metal lid 500, and the lateral wall of the main cavity body 601 still run through be equipped with the louvre 610 that the heat dissipation space corresponds to make automatically controlled board 220 can directly radiate the heat to outer metal lid 500 radiant heat through this louvre 610, heat dissipation space, outwards radiate away through outer metal lid 500 at last. In addition, due to the existence of the heat dissipation gap, air can flow in the heat dissipation gap, so that the transmission of heat in the main cavity 601 to the outer-layer metal box cover 500 is accelerated, and the heat dissipation efficiency is effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in an embodiment, the number of the heat dissipation holes 610 is multiple. The arrangement of the plurality of heat dissipation holes 610 may have various forms. For example, the plurality of louvers 610 are spaced in a front-to-back direction; alternatively, the heat dissipation holes 610 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction. Specifically, the heat dissipation holes 610 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction. The shape of the heat dissipation hole 610 is not limited herein. Such as but not limited to: the heat dissipation holes 610 may be circular holes, square holes, or elongated holes. Specifically, the heat dissipation hole 610 is a strip-shaped hole.
In order to prevent water in the external environment from entering the main cavity 601 of the inner plastic box cover 220 through the heat dissipation holes 610, the outer metal box cover 500 is required to cover a plurality of heat dissipation holes 610 on the inner plastic box cover 600. Therefore, water in the external environment can be prevented from entering the inner plastic box cover 220 from the heat dissipation holes 610, the electric control components in the electric control box 200 can be prevented from being exposed outside the box body 210, and the safety performance of the electric control box 200 is improved.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, however, it is considered that moisture in the external environment may penetrate into the inside through the gaps at the tops of the outer metal bottom plate 300 and the outer metal box cover 500, and then enter the main cavity 601 through the heat dissipation holes 610, so that the electronic control board 220 is affected with moisture and fails. In order to avoid the above situation, a water retaining wall 620 is protruded laterally at the periphery of the heat dissipation hole 610, and the heat dissipation hole 610 is surrounded by the water retaining wall 620. For shielding the heat dissipation hole 610, and preventing water dropping on the upper side of the inner plastic case cover 600 from entering the heat dissipation hole 610.
Further, the face of manger plate bounding wall 620 sets up from inside to its outside downward sloping of louvre 610 to when on the lateral wall of the main cavity of water 601 in the external environment, sheltered from and guide by manger plate bounding wall 620 and in proper order the downward drippage, and then flow to the bottom of box body 210, discharge to chassis 110 from the gap of box body 210 bottom at last, thereby avoid the water droplet to enter into main cavity 601 from louvre 610 in, reduce automatically controlled board 220 and wet and the condition of trouble takes place.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the plate surface of the water blocking baffle 620 is inclined downward from the inner side of the heat dissipation hole 610 to the outer side thereof, so that an included angle is formed between the plate surface of the water blocking baffle 620 and the horizontal plane. Considering that if the included angle is larger, the water retaining coaming can shield the heat dissipation holes, so that the heat dissipation of the air dissipation holes is not facilitated; and if the included angle is too small, the downward water guiding effect of the water retaining coaming is not obvious.
In view of this, it is defined herein that the included angle between the plate surface of the water baffle 620 and the horizontal plane is not less than 15 ° and not more than 50 °. The angle may be, but is not limited to: 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, etc. By limiting the included angle within the range, the water retaining coaming 620 can not excessively shield the heat dissipation holes 610, and the heat dissipation holes 620 can be ensured to dissipate heat quickly; moreover, the water retaining wall 620 has a better slope, which can guide water downward well, so as to prevent water from entering the heat dissipation holes 610.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, since the heat dissipation gap is formed between the sidewall of the main cavity 601 and the outer metal box cover 500, when the electronic control box 200 is used for a period of time or an external component is pressed onto the outer metal box cover 500, the outer metal box cover 500 may be deformed toward the heat dissipation gap. In view of this, the two ends of the water blocking surrounding plate 620 are convexly provided with the supporting protrusions 621, and the supporting protrusions 621 are adapted to abut against the side wall of the outer metal box cover 500 to support the side wall of the outer metal box cover 500, so that the side wall of the outer metal box cover 500 is not easily deformed toward the heat dissipation gap, and the integrity of the box body 210 of the electrical control box 200 is ensured.
Based on any one of the above embodiments, the bottom of the inner plastic box cover 600 is disposed at an end corresponding to the main cavity 601 in a notch, so that a notch for the line to penetrate out from the inside of the electronic control box 200 is formed at the notch, and a water baffle 630 is configured at a corner position 640 between the notch and the side wall of the main cavity 601, where the water baffle 630 is adapted to block water from the side wall of the main cavity 601 from flowing to the notch.
Specifically, the top wall or the side wall of the notch is provided with an outlet hole 650, and a wire inside the electrical control box 200 passes through the outlet hole 650 to the notch position, and then is drawn from the notch to an electrical control component (such as a display panel, or an outdoor temperature sensor, or an indoor temperature sensor, or a compressor exhaust or return temperature sensor, etc.) of the window type air conditioner 100.
Because a corner is formed between the notch and the side wall of the main cavity 601, the water baffle 630 is constructed at the corner position 640, the water flowing down from the water baffle enclosure 620 is blocked by the water baffle 630, and then the water is discharged downwards from the side of the water baffle 630 far away from the corner position 640, so that the water can be prevented from flowing to the outlet 650 of the top wall of the notch along the corner position 640, and the wire body is prevented from being affected with damp.
In one embodiment, the outer metal box cover 500 is configured with an angle cover plate 510 at the corresponding corner position 640, the angle cover plate 510 is configured to form a drainage gap 513, and the drainage gap 513 is suitable for draining water flowing down from the water baffle 630. The drainage gap 513 may be a drainage through hole or a slit.
Optionally, the corner cover plate 510 includes a bottom side plate 511 and a side plate 512 connected to one end of the bottom side plate 511, the side plate 512 is turned upward and connected to a side plate of the outer metal box cover 500, and the drainage gap 513 is formed at a position where the bottom side plate 511 and the side plate 512 are turned.
Specifically, the corner cover 510 has a slit formed at a position where the bottom plate 511 and the side plate 512 are connected, and the slit is for conveniently folding the side plate 512. Therefore, the slit is just used as the drainage gap 513, so that an additional drainage hole is not needed, the manufacturing process is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
