A first aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a fresh air module 10, specifically referring to fig. 1 to 5, which includes: the air conditioner comprises a shell 11, a filtering component 12, a volute 13 and a fresh air fan 14, wherein an air inlet 111 and an air outlet 112 are arranged on the bottom surface of the shell 11, the filtering component 12 is arranged at the air inlet 111, the volute 13 is arranged in the shell 11, the volute 13 is provided with an air suction opening (not specifically shown in the drawing) and an air outlet 131, the air outlet 131 is communicated with the air outlet 112, the fresh air fan 14 is arranged in the volute 13, and the fresh air fan 14 is used for driving external air to flow through the filtering component 12 and the volute 13 from the air inlet 111 and then to be sent out from the air outlet 112.
Based on above-mentioned technical scheme, owing to all locate air intake 111 and air outlet 112 on the bottom surface of casing 11, then can effectively prevent impurity such as rainwater, dust from getting into the inside of casing 11 to can effectively protect the functional unit of casing 11 inside, improve the life of product.
In addition, referring to fig. 1 specifically, the present application further provides an air conditioner including the fresh air module 10, which further includes an indoor air conditioner (not specifically shown in the drawings), an outdoor air conditioner 20 and an air outlet pipe 30, where the outdoor air conditioner 20 includes a casing 21, the fresh air module 10 is detachably mounted on the top of the casing 21, the bottom surface of the casing 11 abuts against the top surface of the casing 21, part of the casing 21 protrudes out of the peripheral surface of the casing 21, both the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112 are disposed on the part of the casing 11 protruding out of the peripheral surface of the casing 21, one end of the air outlet pipe 30 is communicated to the air outlet 112, and the other end of the air outlet pipe 30 is connected to the indoor air conditioner; because the casing 11 is partially protruded from the outer periphery of the casing 21 of the outdoor unit 20, and the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112 are both disposed on the casing 11 and protruded from the bottom surface of the casing 21, it is possible to effectively prevent rain water, dust, etc. from intruding into the fresh air module 10 through the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112 while smoothly supplying and exhausting air; with new trend module 10 demountable installation on air condensing units 20, can install new trend module 10 by rational utilization outdoor space, new trend module 10 is as an independent structure, can install or not install according to the user's demand selection.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in order to improve the space utilization rate during assembly, the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112 are disposed at intervals along one side of the housing 11; when the air conditioner is installed, one side of the casing 11 on which the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112 are disposed corresponds to the left side or the right side of the outdoor unit 20, and the left end or the right end of the casing 11 on which the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112 are disposed protrudes from the side of the casing 21, so that the space ratio can be increased, and the air outlet 112 is convenient for receiving the air outlet pipe 30.
In addition, in some embodiments, a valve cover 22 is disposed on the casing 21, the valve cover 22 is used for covering the exterior of the valve group, and the valve group is typically disposed on one side of the casing close to the compressor; in this embodiment, the valve cover 22 is disposed at a side of the casing 21 corresponding to the lower portions of the air inlet 111 and the air outlet 112, and the protruding components are disposed at the same side, so that the space utilization rate can be further improved.
Further, in order to improve the space utilization, in some embodiments of the present application, a terminal box 23 is also disposed on the side of the casing 21 where the valve cover 22 is disposed, and the terminal box 23 is located above the valve cover 22.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to facilitate the air outlet duct 30 to be connected to the air inlet duct, and the overall appearance is not affected during the assembling and using processes, the air inlet 111 is located at the front side of the air outlet 112.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, a water blocking rib 113 is disposed on the bottom surface of the housing 11 around the periphery of the air inlet or around the periphery of the air outlet, and the water blocking rib 113 can block rainwater on the side surface from flowing or splashing inward, so as to further prevent the rainwater from entering the air inlet 111 or the air outlet 112, thereby more effectively preventing the inside of the fresh air module 10 from being waterproofed; for example, in some embodiments of the present application, water blocking ribs 113 are disposed on the periphery of the water inlet and the periphery of the water outlet.
In addition, in order to facilitate assembling the air outlet pipe 30, a downwardly extending interface portion 132 is disposed on the upper edge of the air outlet of the volute casing 13, the interface portion 132 is disposed in the air outlet 112 in a penetrating manner and protrudes from the bottom surface of the housing 11, and the interface portion 132 is used for connecting the air outlet pipe 30, which is specifically shown in fig. 1, 4, and 5.
Specifically, in some embodiments, an insertion groove 114 is formed in a side surface of the housing 11, the insertion groove 114 communicates with the air inlet 111 and the inside of the housing 11, the filter assembly 12 is slidably disposed in the insertion groove 114, and air entering from the air inlet 111 firstly flows into the housing 11 after being subjected to purification steps such as filtration by a purification component or deodorization, so as to ensure the quality of fresh air entering the room; and the cleaning member is slidably disposed in the insertion groove 114 formed in the side surface of the housing 11, so as to be easily removed and replaced and cleaned.
To sum up, the new trend module 10 of this application embodiment, and mounting structure thereof, all locate on the bottom surface of new trend module 10 with air intake 111 and air outlet 112, and new trend module 10 demountable installation is in the top of the casing 21 of air condensing units 20, the part that is equipped with air intake 111 and air outlet 112 all protrudes in the periphery setting of air condensing units 20, can be smooth and easy air inlet, when the air-out, effectively prevent the rainwater, the dust etc. passes through air intake 111, air outlet 112 invades to inside the new trend module 10, thereby effectively protect the inside functional unit of new trend module 10, can effectively improve life.

1. A fresh air module, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein the bottom surface of the shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet;
the filter assembly is arranged at the air inlet;
the volute is arranged in the shell and provided with an air suction opening and an air outlet, and the air outlet is communicated with the air outlet; and
the fresh air fan is arranged in the volute and used for driving external air to flow through the filtering component from the air inlet and then be sent out from the air outlet.
2. The fresh air module of claim 1 wherein the air inlet and the air outlet are spaced apart along one side of the housing.
3. The fresh air module as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water blocking rib is provided on the bottom surface of the housing around the periphery of the air inlet and/or around the periphery of the air outlet.
4. The fresh air module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the volute has a downwardly extending interface portion along the edge of the air outlet, and the interface portion is disposed in the air outlet in a penetrating manner and protrudes from the bottom surface of the housing.
5. The fresh air module as claimed in claim 1, wherein an insertion groove is formed in a side surface of the housing, the insertion groove is communicated with the air inlet and the inside of the housing, and a filter assembly is slidably disposed in the insertion groove.
6. An air conditioner, comprising:
an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, an indoor unit of the air conditioner, an air outlet pipe and the fresh air module of any one of claims 1 to 5;
the outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises a shell;
the fresh air module is detachably mounted at the top of the casing, the bottom surface of the casing is partially abutted against the top surface of the casing, the casing partially protrudes out of the peripheral surface of the casing, and the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged on the part of the casing protruding out of the peripheral surface of the casing;
one end of the air outlet pipe is connected with the air outlet, and the other end of the air outlet pipe is connected with the indoor unit of the air conditioner.
7. The air conditioner of claim 6, wherein the air inlet and the air outlet are spaced along either the left side or the right side of the housing;
the shell is provided with the air inlet and one end of the air outlet protruding out of the side face of the shell.
8. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 7, wherein a valve cover is provided at a side of the cabinet corresponding to a lower side of the air inlet and the air outlet.
9. The air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein a wiring cover is further provided on a side of the casing on which the valve cover is provided, and the wiring cover is positioned above the valve cover.
10. The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein the air inlet is located at a front side of the air outlet.
