The device for integrally hoisting and spraying the plastic on the file cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the traveling crane (5) further comprises a traveling crane frame (9), a plurality of rail wheels (10) and a traveling motor (11), the inner walls of two sides of the traveling crane frame (9) are respectively rotatably provided with the plurality of rail wheels (10), the plurality of rail wheels (10) are respectively and rollingly arranged on the I-beam (4), the traveling motor (11) is arranged on the outer wall of the traveling crane frame (9), and an output shaft of the traveling motor (11) is in transmission connection with the plurality of rail wheels (10).
