Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种纸板刨沟成型机,主要包括
有机体、动力组、辊轮组、调整组及成型组等构件,由
其动力组传送动力驱动辊轮组进行纸板送料作业,成
型组的成型刀具进行刨削纸板沟槽,而能获得一次即
可完成的刨沟成型纸板,并得以借助调整组调整其辊
轮的间距,且成型刀具借助滚动刨削方式,具有刨削
深度精确及沟槽槽面平顺完整的特性。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种纸板刨沟成型机。
一般如集邮册、资料册等册本(如图7),在制造装订上,主要是将成型的厚纸板刨削沟槽7(如图8),以供纸板折叠装订成册本,而刨削纸板主要借助一种刨沟机完成,如图11所示,为一般惯用的纸板刨沟机,其刨沟机是借助马达6驱动,由皮带61传动方式来进行纸板的送料作业,并借助一辊子62以调整皮带61的张力,并在机体内的机板63上预设成型刀片64,该成型刀片64左、右为一组(如图12),于机板63上视纸板刨沟位置设有若干组;然而,惯用刨沟机于实施纸板刨沟作业时,其纸板需事先于压痕机上压出预刨沟痕,以利于成型刀片64刨沟,而在刨沟加工时,是将已有压痕的纸板送进刨沟机中,当纸板送至右边成型刀片64时(如图12),先行刨出其较深的沟槽,再于左边成型刀片64时刨出所欲完成的纸板沟槽深度;此种刨沟机的缺点是,其加工须先经由压痕机将纸板压出预刨沟槽,以利刨沟机作业,形同须由两次加工才能完成,而且其刨沟的深度较难控制,因其成型刀片64是固定于机板63上而借助皮带61传动方式来进行送料,并由刀片64以铲出方式来进行刨削,因此纸板加工刨削沟槽时,所刨出沟槽的槽面较易形成凸面,无法平顺整齐,因而影响其装订册本整体的美观性。
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种刨沟纸板沟槽的刨沟机,其可于一次即完成纸板的刨沟作业,而且其所刨出的沟槽能达到更精确、平顺完整,以使纸板刨沟成型机的使用除具方便与经济效益外,更具有装订成册本时的美观性与进步性。
为实现本实用新型的目的而提出的一种纸板刨沟成型机,其包括一机体、一动组,一辊轮组、一调整组、一成型组等构件;其特征在于:
一辊轮组,设于机体内,该辊轮组包括前送料辊轮组、辅助辊轮及后送料辊轮组,其中前、后送料辊轮组皆是两辊轮为一组,而呈上、下对称型态,且其间距恰可供纸板穿过,前送料辊轮组的上辊轮具有若干凹面,又辊轮组每一支辊轮两侧端借助承座与螺栓固定于机体的凹槽内,且承座可随调整组调整;
一调整组,设于机体两侧上方的适当位置,调整组设有若干调整杆,调整杆穿过机体上方的冂形架而分别与前、后送料混轮组的上辊轮及辅助辊轮连结,且介于冂形架与承座间亦设有弹簧,调整杆是借助一调整螺来调整前、后辊轮组上、下辊轮间距,并由一固定螺栓来固定调整杆;
一成型组,是借助一设于机体侧边的马达驱动一成型辊轮,该成型辊轮位于辅助辊轮下方,且成型辊轮上设有环形的刀座,刀座的环周缘设有若干组成型刀具,刀座是借助螺栓来调整位置及固定;
借助上述主要构件的组成,由其动力组传达动力驱动辊轮组,辊轮组进行纸板送料作业,于成型组成型刀具时进行刨削纸板的沟槽。

本实用新型为一种纸板刨沟成型机,如图1所示为本实用新型的外观图,请参阅图2及图3所示,本实用新型包括有一机体1、一动力组2、一辊轮组3、一调整组4及一成型组5等主要构件;其中
机体1主要供设置动力组2、辊轮组3、调整组4及成型组5,并于机体1的侧边设有一工作台11,该工作台11旨在提供置放待刨沟成型的纸板,且机体1上方两侧适当位置设有一呈冂形的冂形架12。
动力组2设于机体1的侧边,如图2该动力组2借助设于机体1底端的马达21驱动,并由链条22传动链轮23而带动若干传动齿轮24而使与传动齿轮24连结的送料辊轮组3得以转动送料(如科3),又于机体1的侧壁上设有一连杆25,该连杆25上设有一惰链轮26与链条22啮合,连杆25并于适当位置借助弹簧27与固定栓28连结,而得以调整链条22的张力。
辊轮组3设于机体1内如图3所示,该辊轮组3包括前送料辊轮组31、辅助辊轮32及后送料辊轮组33,其中前、后送料辊轮组31、33皆是两辊轮为一组,而呈上下对称型态,其间隙恰可供纸板穿过,且前送料辊轮组31的上辊轮具有若干凹面30,以使整支上辊轮形成凹凸型态,如此当纸板进料时,得以保持纸板的进料位置不致受辊轮的转动而产生滑动,又辊轮组3每一支辊轮两侧端皆借助承座34及螺栓35固设于机体1的凹槽13(如图4),且承座34可随调整组4调整。
调整组4设于机体1两侧上方的适当位置,借以调整辊轮组3各辊轮间距,亦即可随纸板的厚度而加以调整,该调整组4设有若干调整杆41,调整杆41穿过设于机体1上方的冂形架12(如图2、4),其调整杆41下端分别与前、后送料辊轮组31、33的上辊轮承座34及辅助辊轮32的承座34连结,且介于冂形架12与承座34间亦设有弹簧42,又前、后送料辊轮组31、33的上、下辊轮承座34间设有弹簧43,这样调整杆41可借助具有刻度的调整螺44来调整前、后送料辊轮组31、33的上下辊轮间距,当调整螺44调整适当间距后,借助固定螺栓411来固定调整杆41,以防止调整杆41受弹簧42、43的作用而位移,而中间调整杆41主要乃调整辅助辊轮32以求纸板刨沟所剩的厚度,亦即可调整辅助辊轮32与成型组5刨沟深度。
成型组5是借助设于机体1另一侧边的马达51驱动一成型辊轮52(如图4),该成型辊轮52是位于辅助辊轮32的下方(如图3),且成型辊轮52上设有环形的刀座53,刀座53的环周缘上设有若干组成型刀具54,刀座53可随纸板欲成型的沟槽数量设置多组(如图6),而成型刀具54可随纸板厚度的设计需求,随意拆、加装成型刀具54的数量,另外刀座53是借助螺栓55来锁固并可随纸板刨沟成型的位置调整其适当距离。
本实用新型借助上述主要构件的组成,由其动力组2传送动力驱动辊轮组3,辊轮组3进行纸板送料作业,于成型组5成型刀具54时进行刨削纸板的沟槽(如图5、6),而能完成如图8所示的纸板刨沟的成品,以便于装订成如图7所示的册本。
值得说明的是,本实用新型借助辊轮组3的辊轮进行纸板送料,以及由其辅助辊轮32与成型辊轮52的成型刀具54进行刨沟槽的方式,具有一次刨削完成的特性,而且借辊轮滚动送料的方式及成型辊轮52滚动进行刨削的方式,成型辊轮52以逆时针滚动方式使成型刀具54亦逆时针方向进行刨削,这样配合纸板的进料是顺着纸板纤维组织的方向,因此纸板刨削的沟槽深度精确,且其所刨出的沟槽槽面平顺完整而不会呈凸起状态,于纸板装订成册后,具有整体的美观。另外,本实用新型亦同时考虑到所欲刨沟槽的形状,因此刀座53采可拆换性,而能随时更换不同的成型刀具54来进行刨削,成型刀具54包括有梯形、凸形、方形等多种型式供选择使用,如图9、10所示即为梯形及凸形的成型刀具所刨削的沟槽,而且本实用新型可在成型辊轮52上同时设置不同形状成型刀具54的刀座53,因此其纸板成型后可具有两种以上不同的沟槽。
综上所述,本实用新型纸板刨沟成型机的使用具有一次将纸板刨沟完成的功能,且其刨沟深度易于控制且精确,而能达到经济效益及使用方便的实用性要求。
Claims (1)
1、一种纸板刨沟成型机,其包括一机体、一动组,一辊轮组、一调整组、一成型组等构件;其特征在于:
一辊轮组,设于机体内,该辊轮组包括前送料辊轮组、辅助辊轮及后送料辊轮组,其中前、后送料辊轮组皆是两辊轮为一组,而呈上、下对称型态,且其间距恰可供纸板穿过,前送料辊轮组的上辊轮具有若干凹面,又辊轮组每一支辊轮两侧端借助承座与螺栓固定于机体的凹槽内,且承座可随调整组调整;
一调整组,设于机体两侧上方的适当位置,调整组设有若干调整杆,调整杆穿过机体上方的冂形架而分别与前、后送料混轮组的上辊轮及辅助辊轮连结,且介于冂形架与承座间亦设有弹簧,调整杆是借助一调整螺来调整前、后辊轮组上、下辊轮间距,并由一固定螺栓来固定调整杆;
一成型组,是借助一设于机体侧边的马达驱动一成型辊轮,该成型辊轮位于辅助辊轮下方,且成型辊轮上设有环形的刀座,刀座的环周缘设有若干组成型刀具,刀座是借助螺栓来调整位置及固定;
借助上述主要构件的组成,由其动力组传达动力驱动辊轮组,辊轮组进行纸板送料作业,于成型组成型刀具时进行刨削纸板的沟槽。
