With the development of biomedical technology, cell therapy is rapidly developing worldwide. The freezing storage box is used as a device for storing the freezing storage bag, and the reliability of the structure and the convenience of operation directly influence the reliable storage of the cell sap in the freezing storage bag. The locking cover 4 is hinged (e.g. hinged by a rivet) to the second side 202 and has a locking groove 404, the locking cover 4 can rotate parallel to the bottom 205 to an open state and a locked state, the locking cover 4 does not interfere with the box cover 3 in the open state, the locking cover 4 is in the locked state, and the box body 2 and the box cover 3 covering the box body 2 are clamped in the locking groove 404.

As shown in fig. 2, the cryopreservation box 100 further comprises a label 6 attached to the outer surface of the box cover 3. As shown in fig. 4, the box cover 3 further includes a first folded wall portion 304, a second folded wall portion 305 and a third folded wall portion 303 connected to the body portion 301, wherein when the box cover 3 is covered on the box body 2, the first folded wall portion 304 is located outside the third side portion 203, the second folded wall portion 305 is located outside the fourth side portion 204, and the third folded wall portion 303 is located outside the first side portion 201. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first side 201 is located on the left side of the cryopreservation box 100, the second side 202 is located on the right side of the cryopreservation box 100, and the locking lid 4 is hinged with the upper end of the second side 202.
Referring to the illustration in the figure, the locking cover 4 needs to be rotated counterclockwise around the top end of the second side portion 202 to open the locking cover 4, and the locking cover 4 needs to be rotated clockwise around the top end of the second side portion 202 to lock the locking cover 4. This design can make the rotational operation of the locking lid 4 comparatively handy (comply with the right-hand operation), and moreover, the freezing storage box 100 is in a longitudinal and forward placement state, and because the locking lid 4 has a certain weight, the locking lid 4 can be prevented from being opened accidentally. This design further enhances the structural reliability and operational convenience of the cryopreservation cartridge 100.
