The hoisting device as recited in claim 4, wherein the first adjusting device and the picking device are respectively provided with a slot corresponding to the connecting member, so that when the connecting member rotates towards the first adjusting device or the picking device, the connecting end extends into the slot;
the connecting piece is characterized by further comprising an electromagnet arranged at the connecting end, so that when the connecting end extends into the slot, the connecting piece is in adsorption connection with the first adjusting device or the picking device.
