When the pulping machine is used for pulping, rice pulp flows into the pulp charging barrel from the pulp outlet of the pulping machine, the size of the pulp charging barrel is small, the pulp charging amount is small, the position is low, the pulp stirring barrel is high, the pulp charging amount is large, and the rice pulp is pumped into the pulp stirring barrel of the pulp stirring device from the pulp charging barrel by the pulp pumping machine in time during pulping; after the rice slurry is pumped to a slurry mixing barrel, the using amounts of water, alkali materials and gardenia jasminoides are calculated according to the mass percentage of the alkaline water cake according to the mass of rice, if the using amount of certain ingredients during slurry grinding is less, a mixture liquid can be prepared and added into the slurry mixing barrel, and if the using amount of water is less, a second water faucet is opened and a proper amount of water is added. Pressing a slurry mixing operation button, starting a third stirrer to work, uniformly mixing the components of the rice slurry in the slurry mixing barrel, and turning off a slurry mixing power switch after uniform mixing. The effect of stirring the pulp can be observed through the perspective board in the process of stirring the pulp.
Step eight, a curing method: mixing the slurry, then developing the slurry, and finishing the slurry in a curing device, wherein the working procedure comprises the following steps:
step one, starting a curing working motor: pressing a curing working button, and starting a curing conveying motor; the curing conveying motor rotates and drives the first power rotating shaft to rotate through the driving belt; the first power rotating shaft rotates to drive the first conveyor belt to rotate clockwise around the first power rotating shaft and the first driven rotating shaft;
and step two, opening gas supply: opening a gas supply gate valve of a gas supply pipe, conveying hot gas in the boiler device into the curing cage through a hot gas output pipe and the gas supply pipe, continuously raising the temperature in the curing cage, observing a temperature prompter, and when the temperature prompter is changed into a green light, indicating that the temperature in the curing cage reaches the curing temperature;
and step three, opening the first conveyor belt for brushing oil and feeding: when the temperature prompter becomes a green light, the gate valve of the first oil brushing device is opened firstly to brush oil for the first conveyor belt, then the gate valve of the slurry outlet pipe of the slurry mixing device is opened, and rice slurry flows to the first conveyor belt through the slurry guide pipe. The function of brushing oil is to generate an oil film interlayer between the rice slurry and the rice cake and the first conveyor belt, so that the rice slurry and the cured rice cake are not adhered to the first conveyor belt;
step four, normal curing production and processing: the first conveyor belt rotates clockwise around the first power rotating shaft and the first driven rotating shaft, rice slurry flows to the first conveyor belt from the slurry guiding pipe, is firstly carried by the first conveyor belt to pass through the thickness control device and the curing cage, when the rice slurry passes through the thickness control device, the rice slurry is scraped flat due to the fact that the rice slurry is soft and is limited by the height of a transverse plate of the thickness control device, and when the rice slurry passes through the curing cage, the rice slurry is cured into rice cakes after being treated by high-temperature hot gas in the curing cage; and then, the cured rice cakes move out of the curing cage along with the first conveyor belt, fall down when moving to the outer side of the first power rotating shaft, and a small amount of rice cakes adhered to the first conveyor belt are scraped by the first scraper blade when passing through the first scraper blade, so that the steps of curing the rice pulp are performed in order.
Nine procedures of rice cake conveying: the rice cake is transferred from the end of the curing device to the charging hopper of the forming device and is completed by the transfer device. And when the rice cakes are cured in the curing device, move to the outer side of the first power rotating shaft and fall onto the second conveying belt of the conveying device, the rice cakes are conveyed into a charging hopper of the forming device.
Step ten, a molding method: the above curing process is carried out at the beginning and is completed in a molding apparatus, and the process comprises the following steps:
step one, starting a power supply to start a motor: opening a forming power main switch of a forming control panel device, supplying power to an induction device and a motor, and pressing a forming and conveying working button, a double-auger device working button, a third oil brushing working button and a profiling working button to enable the machine of the device to run for 1-3 minutes in preparation;
step two, opening a third conveyor belt for brushing oil: opening an oil pipe gate valve of the second oil brushing device to brush oil for the third conveyor belt;
and step three, opening a third oil brushing device for brushing oil: opening an oil pipe gate valve of the third oil brushing device, enabling oil in an oil pot of the third oil brushing device to flow to an oil brushing cloth sleeve, and adjusting the oil pipe gate valve of the third oil brushing device to a proper position according to the required oil brushing amount;
step four, feeding materials and normally processing: the rice cake is orderly conveyed by the conveying device and thrown into the charging hopper, the double-auger device twists the material rice cake, the material rice cake is extruded and pushed forwards while being twisted, the material rice cake is pushed into the cutting device by the elbow pipe, the material rice cake is clamped into a cylinder-like body with a certain length in the cutting device, the cylinder-like body falls down from an outlet below the cutting device, the cylinder-like body falls onto a third conveying belt and is conveyed to the lower part below a third oil brushing device by the third conveying belt, when the material rice cake passes through the third oil brushing sensing device, the third oil brushing sensing device senses the material rice cake, a clutch device of a third power rotating shaft feeds back a signal to temporarily separate, the third conveying belt temporarily stops, the third oil brushing device is started by feeding back a signal, an oil brushing head rapidly extends downwards, an oil brushing cloth sleeve covers the upper part of the material rice cake, oil below the oil brushing cloth sleeve adheres to the material rice cake, the material rice cake is brushed by the oil, after the oil brushing is finished, the clutch device of the third power rotating shaft is closed, the oil brushing head retracts, the material rice cake is conveyed to the right along with the third conveying belt and conveyed to the lower part of the profiling device, when the material rice cake passes through the profiling sensing device, the profiling sensing device senses the material rice cake, the clutch device of the third power rotating shaft feeds back a signal to be temporarily separated, the third conveying belt stops temporarily, the profiling device is started by feeding back a signal to start the profiling device, the profiling head extends downwards rapidly, the profiling mold presses the material rice cake on the third conveying belt to press the cylindrical rice cake into a mold type, after the profiling is finished, the clutch device of the third power rotating shaft is closed, the profiling head retracts, the profiled semi-finished alkaline water cake is continuously conveyed to the right along with the third conveying belt, the rice cake is shaped and manually picked up, the procedures are repeated and are carried out in order, and the third oil brushing device brushes the material rice cake, in the profiling process, the material rice cake can not be adhered in the profiling mold, so that the profiling effect is good.
Step eleven, a steaming method: the molding step is performed when an appropriate amount is completed, and is completed in the steaming apparatus. The pressed semi-finished alkaline water cake is orderly conveyed out rightwards along a third conveyor belt, manually picked up and placed into a cake loading plate; one cake containing plate can contain a plurality of semi-finished glutinous rice cakes made of soda, and the cake containing plate is placed on the plate pushing trolley after being filled; a plurality of cake containing discs are sequentially inserted into each layer of cake disc clamping grooves of the disc pushing trolley, and the cake disc clamping grooves are pushed into a steaming chamber of the steaming device after being filled; a plurality of the plate pushing carts can be placed in the steaming chamber; after the tray pushing vehicle in the steaming chamber is placed well, the access door is closed, the lock clamp is locked, the pressure reducing valve is closed, and the gate valve of the third drain pipe is closed; pressing a power switch, adjusting the pressure maintaining time to the required time, and adjusting the pressure maintaining pressure to the required pressure; pressing a steaming switch to steam; during steaming, the steaming condition in the steaming chamber can be known from the pressure gauge, the second temperature display meter and the pressure maintaining time meter; if the steaming control device works abnormally, and the pressure in the steaming chamber is too high, the safety valve is jacked open to exhaust and reduce pressure; after the steaming time, the steam electromagnetic valve is automatically closed; naturally cooling to normal pressure; after the water is cooled to the normal pressure, the pressure reducing valve is opened firstly to ensure that the steaming chamber is reduced to the normal pressure, the gate valve of the third drain pipe is opened to drain water produced by distillation in the steaming chamber, then the lock catch and the access door are opened, the steaming process is completed, and the semi-finished product of the soda cake is steamed into the soda cake.
Step twelve, vacuum packaging: after the soda cake is steamed, pushing the tray cart out of the steaming chamber for cooling; and cooling to about 50 ℃, and putting the alkaline water cakes into a vacuum packaging machine one by one for vacuum packaging. The vacuum package enables the water-reducing rice cake to be stored for a long time.

The equipment comprises a boiler device 1, a multifunctional rice soaking device 2, an auxiliary material preparation device 3, a pulping machine 10, a pulp charging barrel 11, a pulp pumping machine 12, a pulp mixing device 4, a curing device 5, a conveying device 6, a forming device 7, a cake charging disc 13, a disc pushing vehicle 14, a steaming device 8, a vacuum packaging machine 15, a working ladder 9 and the like. The multifunctional rice soaking device 2, the pulping machine 10, the pulp charging barrel 11, the pulp mixing device 4, the curing device 5, the conveying device 6, the forming device 7 and the steaming device 8 are sequentially installed or placed, the boiler device 1 is installed at a far position, the auxiliary material preparing device 3 is installed on the side edge of the pulping machine 10, and the pulp pumping machine 12 is placed in the pulp charging barrel 11. The boiler device 1, the multifunctional rice soaking device 2, the auxiliary material preparing device 3, the pulping machine 10, the pulp mixing device 4, the curing device 5, the conveying device 6, the forming device 7 and the steaming device 8 are fixed on the cement ground.
The boiler device 1 is provided with a hot water outlet pipe 101 and a hot gas outlet pipe 102.
The multifunctional rice soaking device 2 comprises a rice soaking barrel 201, a transparent plate 202, a first temperature sensor 203, a vibration motor 204, a rice soaking device control panel 205, a first drainage pipe 207, a first support frame 208, a first stirring machine 210, a water filter 211 and the like: the rice soaking barrel 201 is fixedly welded on the middle upper part of the first supporting frame 208, the upper part of the rice soaking barrel 201 is cylindrical, a transparent plate 202 is arranged on the front surface of the rice soaking barrel 201, the lower part of the rice soaking barrel 201 is funnel-shaped, a vibrating motor 204 is arranged outside the rice soaking barrel, a first temperature sensor 203 is arranged inside the rice soaking barrel, a discharging pipe 206 is arranged at the bottom of the rice soaking barrel 201, and a discharging gate valve and a water discharging port are arranged on the discharging pipe 206; the water outlet is provided with a water filter 211 and a water outlet gate valve, and is externally connected with a first water outlet pipe 207; the first support frame 208 is provided with three upright columns, a main beam is welded above each upright column, and the middle lower part of one upright column is provided with a rice soaking device control plate 205; a first stirrer 210 is hung below the main beam; a first water tap 209 is arranged above the operation opening on the rice soaking barrel 201.
The auxiliary material preparing device 3 comprises an auxiliary material barrel 301, a second supporting frame 302, a second stirrer 303, an auxiliary material pipe 304, a material mixing control plate 305 and the like; the auxiliary material barrel 301 is a cylindrical body and is welded and fixed at the middle upper part of the second support frame 302; the second support frame 302 has four upright posts, two of the upright posts are higher, and a cross rod is welded above the upright posts; a second stirrer 303 is hung below the cross rod; an opening is formed in the left side of the bottom of the auxiliary material barrel 301, and an auxiliary material pipe 304 is connected to the opening; a gate valve is arranged on the auxiliary material pipe 304; a material mixing control plate 305 is arranged on one front part of the second support frame 302.
The slurry mixing device 4 comprises a slurry mixing barrel 401, a perspective plate 402, a slurry mixing control plate 403, a third support frame 404, a second water faucet 405, a third stirrer 406, a slurry outlet pipe 407, a slurry guiding pipe 408 and the like: the slurry mixing barrel 401 is fixedly welded at the middle upper part of the third supporting frame 404; the upper part of the slurry mixing barrel 401 is a cylindrical body, the lower part is a funnel-shaped body, and the bottom is connected with a slurry outlet pipe 407; a perspective plate 402 is arranged on the front surface of a cylindrical body at the upper part of the slurry mixing barrel 401; a slurry outlet gate valve is arranged on the slurry outlet pipe 407; the third support frame 404 is provided with three upright posts, cross beams are welded above the upright posts, a third stirrer 406 is hung below the cross beams, the cross beams are extended leftwards by a small section, and a hook is welded below the extension beams; a slurry mixing control plate 403 is arranged in the middle of one upright column of the third support frame 404; a second water faucet 405 is arranged on the right side above the slurry mixing barrel 401; a slurry guiding pipe 408 is arranged below the slurry outlet pipe 407.
The curing device 5 comprises a fourth support frame 501, a second water discharge pipe 502, a curing conveying motor 503, a transmission belt 504, a first scraper 505, a first passive rotating shaft 506, a first oil brushing device 507, a thickness control device 508, a temperature prompter 509, an air supply pipe 510, a curing cage 511, a curing control plate 512, a first transmission belt 513, a first power rotating shaft 514 and the like; a first passive rotating shaft 506, a first oil brushing device 507, a thickness control device 508, a curing cage 511 and a curing control plate 512 are sequentially arranged on the upper part of the fourth supporting frame 501 from left to right, and extend rightwards, a first scraping plate 505 and a first power rotating shaft 514 are arranged on the extending part, and a curing conveying motor 503 is arranged on the lower part; the curing cage 511 is a hollow body, the upper part, the lower part, the front part and the rear part are closed, the two sides are closed, a first conveying belt 513 passing port is reserved on the two sides, a temperature prompter 509 and an air supply pipe 510 are arranged on the upper part, the front side and the rear side of the bottom are welded and fixed on a cross frame on the upper part of the fourth support frame 501, a water outlet is also arranged on the bottom, and a second water drainage pipe 502 is connected below the water outlet; the curing conveyor motor 503 and the first power rotating shaft 514 are driven by a transmission belt 504; the first belt 513 is mounted on the first power rotating shaft 514 and the first driven rotating shaft 506, the first oil brushing device 507 and the thickness control device 508 are mounted above the left side of the upper part, and the middle and the right side of the upper part are inserted through the curing cage 511.
The conveying device 6 comprises a fifth supporting frame 601, a second power rotating shaft 602, a second conveying belt 603, a second driven rotating shaft 604, a conveying device control board 605, a conveying device power motor 606 and the like: the fifth supporting frame 601 is low at the left and high at the right, a second power rotating shaft 602 and a second driven rotating shaft 604 are installed on the fifth supporting frame, and a conveying device power motor 606 is installed at the lower part of the fifth supporting frame; a conveying device control plate 605 is arranged on a vertical column in front of the fifth supporting frame 601; the second conveyor belt 603 is mounted on a second power rotating shaft 602 and a second passive rotating shaft 604.
The forming device 7 comprises a sixth supporting frame 701, a third power rotating shaft 702, a second oil brushing device 703, a profile cutting device 704, a bent pipe 705, a charging hopper 706, a double auger device 707, a forming control panel device 708, a third oil brushing device 709, an oil brushing head 710, a profiling device 711, a profiling head 712, a supporting plate 713, a third conveying belt 714, a third driven rotating shaft 715, an oil brushing cloth sleeve 716, a third oil brushing sensing device 717, a third oil brushing device oil pot 718, a profiling sensing device 719, a profiling mold 720, a cross frame 721, a second scraping plate 722 and the like: the periphery and the upper part of the upper half part of the sixth supporting frame 701 are welded with stainless steel iron plates to form a box body, an oil pot, a double-auger device 707, a forming control plate device 708, a third oil brushing device 709, a third oil brushing device oil pot 718 and a profiling device 711 of a second oil brushing device 703 are arranged on the box body from left to right, and a forming conveying motor, a double-auger device motor, an oil brushing device motor and a profiling device motor are arranged at the lower position of the lower half part of the sixth supporting frame 701 from left to right; a third power rotating shaft 702, a second oil brushing device 703, a cutting device 704, a supporting plate 713 and a cross frame 721 are arranged on the front of the box body; the upper part of the double-auger device 707 is provided with a charging hopper 706, and the front end is provided with an elbow 705; the upper end of the bent pipe 705 is bent and connected with the front end of a double-auger device 707, and the lower end of the bent pipe is connected with a cutting device 704; an oil brushing head 710 is arranged at the lower part of the front end of the third oil brushing device 709, and an oil brushing cloth sleeve 716 is arranged at the lower part of the oil brushing head 710; a profiling head 712 is arranged at the lower part of the front end of the profiling device 711, and a profiling mold 720 is arranged at the lower part of the profiling head 712; the right side of the cross frame 721 is provided with a supporting leg, a second scraping plate 722 and a third driven rotating shaft 715; a third conveyor belt 714 is arranged between the third power rotating shaft 702 and the third driven rotating shaft 715; a third oil brushing sensing device 717 and a profiling sensing device 719 are arranged above the front side of the supporting plate 713; the sensing heads of the third brushing sensing device 717 and the profiling sensing device 719 are directed vertically above the third conveyor 714.
The cake containing plate 13 is cuboid, the upper part is open, the two sides of the upper part are provided with strip-shaped chucks, and the lower part is designed to be porous.
The tray pushing trolley 14 is of a rectangular structure and is provided with a plurality of layers of cake tray clamping grooves, and four small pushing wheels are arranged at the bottom of the tray pushing trolley; a certain distance is reserved between the cake tray clamping groove and the inner wall; the front end of the cake tray clamping groove is higher than the rear end.
The steaming device 8 comprises a steaming chamber 801, a steam inlet pipe 802, a third drain pipe 803, a door lock card 804, an access door 805, a pressure reducing valve 806, a pressure sensor 807, a second temperature sensor 808, a steaming control device 809, a safety valve 810, a steam electromagnetic valve 811 and the like: the middle lower part of the steaming chamber 801 is cuboid, the upper part is a half-moon-shaped top, a safety valve 810 is arranged on the top, an access door 805 and a steaming control device 809 are arranged in the front, a third water discharge pipe 803 is arranged on the left side of the lower part of the front, a pressure sensor 807 and a second temperature sensor 808 are arranged on the inner wall of the front, a steam inlet pipe 802 is arranged on the lower parts of two sides, a pressure reducing valve 806 is arranged on the upper part of the left side, and a door lock 804 is arranged between the pressure reducing valve 806 and the access door 805; the steam inlet pipe 802 is provided with a steam solenoid valve 811.
The boiler device 1: the hot water output pipe 101 provides boiled water for the multifunctional rice soaking device 2 to perform boiled water soaking work; the hot gas outlet pipe 102 supplies hot gas to the ripening device 5 when it performs the ripening work, and supplies hot gas to the steaming device 8 when it performs the steaming work.
The multifunctional rice soaking device 2: the stirring paddle of the first stirrer 210 extends downwards from the operation opening of the rice soaking barrel to the rice soaking barrel 201; the first water tap 209 is a cold and hot water dual-purpose water tap, and is respectively connected with a normal temperature water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe, and the hot water supply pipe is connected with the hot water output pipe 101 of the boiler device 1; the rice soaking barrel 201 is higher in installation position, the discharge pipe 206 is about 0.8 m higher from the ground, and a pulping machine 10 can be placed below the discharge pipe; the rice soaking barrel 201 is higher and is provided with a working ladder 9 for convenient work; a stirring operation button, a stirring power switch, a vibration operation button, a vibration power switch and a first temperature display meter are arranged on the rice soaking device control panel 205; the first temperature display meter is connected with the first temperature sensor 203 and displays the temperature in the rice soaking barrel 201; the water filter 211 is used to allow water to be discharged through the water outlet, and rice materials are not discharged through the water outlet.
The auxiliary material preparation device 3: the second stirrer 303 is hung below the cross bar, and a stirring paddle of the second stirrer 303 extends downwards into the auxiliary material barrel 301; a material mixing operation button and a material mixing power switch are arranged on the material mixing control panel 305; the second support frame 302 is higher, and the water material in the auxiliary material barrel 301 can flow to the feeding hole of the refiner 10 through the auxiliary material pipe 304.
The refiner 10: the model is 130, the multifunctional rice soaking device is arranged below a discharge pipe 206 of the multifunctional rice soaking device 2, and rice discharged from the discharge pipe 206 can directly flow into a feed inlet of the pulping machine 10; the lower opening of the auxiliary material pipe 304 of the auxiliary material preparing device 3 faces the feeding hole of the refiner 10.
The slurry filling barrel 11: an alloy rust-proof barrel with the height slightly lower than the pulp outlet of the pulping machine 10 is selected and placed below the pulp outlet of the pulping machine 10.
The slurry extractor 12: comprises a pump body and a slurry conveying pipe connected with a slurry outlet of the pump body; the pump body is arranged in the slurry filling barrel 11, and the slurry conveying pipe is lifted to the slurry mixing barrel 401 of the slurry mixing device 4 at the higher position; a double-sail electric water pump is selected, and the model is 1100W cutting pump 2 inches.

And step five, an auxiliary material preparation method comprises the following steps: auxiliary materials are prepared before pulping and are finished in an auxiliary material preparation device 3, and the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, grinding dried gardenia jasminoides into powder;
secondly, discharging water to two thirds of the position in the auxiliary material barrel 301;
thirdly, measuring sodium carbonate and yellow gardenia powder according to the proportion of the sodium carbonate and the yellow gardenia required for preparing the soda water cake, and putting the sodium carbonate and the yellow gardenia powder into water in an auxiliary material barrel 301;

The function of brushing oil is to generate an oil film interlayer between the rice slurry and the rice cake and the first conveyor belt 513, so that the rice slurry and the cured rice cake are not adhered to the first conveyor belt 513;
step four, normal curing production and processing: the first conveyor belt 513 rotates clockwise around the first power rotating shaft 514 and the first driven rotating shaft 506, the rice pulp flows to the first conveyor belt 513 from the pulp guide pipe 408, is firstly carried by the first conveyor belt 513 to pass through the thickness control device 508 and the curing cage 511, when the rice pulp passes through the thickness control device 508, the rice pulp is scraped flat due to the fact that the rice pulp is soft and is limited by the height of a transverse plate of the thickness control device 508, and when the rice pulp passes through the curing cage 511, the rice pulp is cured into rice cake after being treated by high-temperature hot air in the curing cage 511; then, the cured rice cakes move out of the curing cage 511 along with the first conveyor belt 513 and fall down when moving to the outer side of the first power rotating shaft 514, and a small amount of rice cakes adhered to the first conveyor belt 513 are scraped by the first scraper 505 when passing through the first scraper 505, and the process is circulated, so that the rice pulp curing process is performed orderly.
Nine procedures of rice cake conveying: the rice cake is transferred from the end of the curing device 5 to the charging hopper 706 of the forming device 7 by the transfer device 6.
