Through stretching into part coupling assembling 2 in the pilot hole 11 of handle body 1 to with coupling assembling 2 and handle body 1 joint, through setting up base 21, can be connected coupling assembling 2 with treating the assembly through fastener 4. Like this, when the assembly, only need with coupling assembling 2 and 1 joint of handle body, then connect coupling assembling 2 and waiting to assemble the piece through fastener 4, just can accomplish the assembly of handle 100, can make the assembly of handle 100 more firm on the one hand, another mode makes the assembly of handle 100 more convenient, improves the assembly efficiency of handle 100.
It is understood that the handle body 1 has two opposite end portions, wherein only one end portion of the handle body 1 may be provided with the fitting hole 11, or both end portions may be provided with the fitting hole 11. The present embodiment is described taking as an example that both end portions of the handle body 1 are provided with the fitting holes 11. Specifically, handle body 1 is "C" font, can be convenient for the user to grip handle body 1, and two tip of handle body 1 all are provided with pilot hole 11, and coupling assembling 2 is two, and two tip of handle 100 are connected with two coupling assembling 2 respectively.
In addition, the mode of coupling assembling 2 and 1 joint of handle body can include following two kinds of modes, wherein, the first kind: the part of the connecting component 2 which does not extend into the assembling hole 11 is clamped with the handle body 1. And the second method comprises the following steps: the part of the connecting component 2 extending into the assembling hole 11 is clamped with the handle body 1. The embodiment of the present application mainly takes the second mode as an example, and this mode can simplify the structures of the connection assembly 2 and the handle body 1.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 2, the connection assembly 2 includes a clip 22, a root of the clip 22 is located on the base 21, the clip 22 extends into the assembly hole 11, a buckle 23 is arranged on the clip 22, a clamping groove 111 is arranged on an inner wall of the assembly hole 11, and the buckle 23 and the clamping groove 111 are mutually clamped. Through the connection of the buckle 23 and the clamping groove 111, the assembly of the connecting component 2 and the handle body 1 can be more convenient. It can be understood that the slot 111 may be a circle of groove disposed in the assembly hole 11, or tapping may be performed in the assembly hole 11 to make an internal thread, and the internal thread forms the slot 111, and the arrangement manner of the slot 111 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one possible implementation, the clip 22 is connected with the fitting hole 11 of the handle body 1 in an interference fit manner. Thus, the connection between the connection component 2 and the handle body 1 is more stable, and the connection stability between the connection component 2 and the handle body 1 is further improved.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the clip member 22 includes a clip column 221, and the center of the clip column 221 coincides with the center of the mounting hole 11. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the clamping member 22 is an assembly including a plurality of clamping posts 2211, and the plurality of clamping posts 2211 are arranged at intervals along the circumference of a predetermined circumference, where the predetermined circumference refers to a circle with a certain radius, the circumference of the circle is provided with a plurality of clamping posts 2211 at intervals, and the center of the circle is the center of the clamping post 221. Through all set up buckle 23 on every sub-grafting post 2211, can make coupling assembling 2 and handle body 1's joint effect better. Because during the assembly joint post 221, certain deformation need take place for buckle 23, consequently, make a plurality of sub-joint posts 2211 interval arrange, buckle 23 on the sub-joint post 2211 of can being convenient for takes place deformation. It is understood that the number of the sub-clamping columns 2211 may be 2, 3, 4 or 5, and the number of the sub-clamping columns 2211 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 10, one end of the buckle 23 near the clamping column 221 is provided with a clamping portion 231, and the outer diameter of the clamping portion 231 is larger than the inner diameter of the assembling hole 11. The outer diameter of the catching portion 231 means the diameter of the circumference where the outer wall of the catching portion 231 is located. Specifically, the difference between the outer diameter of the clamping portion 231 and the inner diameter of the assembly hole 11 is 0.1-0.6mm, and the difference may be 0.1mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm or 0.6 mm. The difference of the two is located above-mentioned within range, can make buckle 23 and draw-in groove 111 connect firmly on the one hand, and the two is difficult for breaking away from, and on the other hand is convenient for buckle 23 to stretch into pilot hole 11, reduces buckle 23's the assembly degree of difficulty.
Specifically, the outer diameter of the snap-in post 221 is not greater than the inner diameter of the assembly hole 11, and the outer diameter of the snap-in post 221 indicates the diameter of the circumference where the outer wall of the snap-in post 2211 is located. Therefore, the clamping columns 221 can conveniently extend into the assembly holes 11, and the assembly difficulty of the clamping pieces 22 is reduced.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 10, a guide portion 232 is provided between the end portion of the buckle 23 and the clamping portion 231, and a cross-sectional area of the guide portion 232 in a direction perpendicular to the center of the fitting hole 11 is gradually increased from one end away from the clamping portion 231 to one end close to the clamping portion 231, and it can be understood that a cross-sectional area of the guide portion 232 is gradually increased from one end away from the clamping portion 231 to one end close to the clamping portion 231 in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the paper surface. Therefore, the buckle 23 can extend into the assembly hole 11 more conveniently, and the assembly difficulty of the buckle 23 is reduced.
In specific embodiments, the following two ways of disposing the clip 22 are possible.
In a first possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the root of the daughtercation post 2211 is connected to the base 21. The clip 22 further includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs 222, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 222 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the preset circumference at intervals, each reinforcing rib 222 is located between adjacent sub-clip columns 2211, the roots of the plurality of reinforcing ribs 222 are connected with the base 21, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 222 extend along the center of the assembling hole 11 to the direction close to the buckle 23, and the height of the reinforcing ribs 222 is smaller than the height of the sub-clip columns 2211. Thus, the structural strength of the clip 22 can be improved.
It should be noted that, the plurality of reinforcing ribs 222 and the plurality of sub-connecting columns 2211 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the preset circumference, so that the reinforcing ribs 222 and the sub-connecting columns 2211 have the same inner diameter. Specifically, the cross section of the rib 222 is a sector shape along the extending direction of the rib 222.
As shown in fig. 8, the reinforcing rib 222 includes a first guide section 2221 and a first straight section 2222 connected to each other, and the first straight section 2222 is located between the first guide section 2221 and the base 21. The outer diameter of the first guiding section 2221 gradually increases from the end far away from the first straight section 2222 to the end near the first straight section 2222, the outer diameter of the first straight section 2222 is greater than the inner diameter of the assembly hole 11, and the first straight section 2222 and the assembly hole 11 are connected in an interference fit manner. The outer diameter of the ribs 222 refers to the diameter of the circumference in which the outer wall of the ribs 222 lies. Thus, interference fit can be realized between the reinforcing ribs 222 and the assembly holes 11, and the connection stability between the connecting component 2 and the handle body 1 is further improved.
In a second possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the clip 22 further includes a connection post 223, a root of the connection post 223 is connected to the base 21, and an end of the connection post 223 is connected to a root of the sub-clip post 2211. The connecting column 223 includes a second guide section 2231 and a second flat section 2232 connected to each other, and the second flat section 2232 is located between the second guide section 2231 and the base 21. The outer diameter of the second guide section 2231 gradually increases from the end far away from the second flat section 2232 to the end near the second flat section 2232, the outer diameter of the second flat section 2232 is larger than the inner diameter of the assembly hole 11, and the second flat section 2232 and the assembly hole 11 are connected in an interference fit manner. Like this, can realize interference fit through spliced pole 223 and pilot hole 11, further improve coupling assembling 2 and handle body 1's connection stability.
Specifically, the interference of the interference fit is between 0.1 and 0.4mm, wherein the interference may be 0.1mm, 0.2mm, or 0.4 mm. The interference magnitude is located above-mentioned within range, can make interference fit's connection stability better on the one hand, and on the other hand can reduce interference fit's the assembly degree of difficulty.
It is understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the inner diameter of the fitting hole 11 may be between 5 and 7mm, the inner diameters of the first flat section 2222 and the second flat section 2232 may be between 5.25 and 7.25mm, and the outer diameter of the catching column 221 may be between 4.95 and 6.95 mm. The numerical values are not limited in the embodiment of the application, and a user can set the numerical values as required.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, a first limiting pillar 24 is disposed on one side of the base 21 close to the handle body 1, a first limiting hole 12 is disposed on the handle body 1, and the first limiting pillar 24 is located in the first limiting hole 12.
