The partial fixing frame 120 is located in the receiving cavity 111, and the partial fixing frame 120 is coupled with the case 110.
Wherein the fixing frame 120 is disposed at a cavity opening near the receiving cavity 111, such that the receiving cavity 111 can be closed by the panel 130 after the fixing frame 120 and the panel 130 are assembled. The fixing frame 120 is arranged around the periphery of the panel 130, and the side edge of the panel 130 is positioned in the assembling area 121, so that the fixing frame 120 is prevented from influencing the heating surface of the panel 130; on the other hand, the fixing effect of the fixing frame 120 on the panel 130 can be better. In addition, the panel 130 may be a microcrystalline panel or a ceramic panel, and the type of the panel 130 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and a user may select the panel according to the actual situation.
It should be noted that, by providing the fixing frame 120 and positioning part of the panel 130 in the assembling area 121 of the fixing frame 120, the panel 130 is fixed, and this fixing method avoids using glue to fix the panel 130, which saves the process of using a tool to limit and the time of waiting for the glue to solidify, thereby shortening the assembling time of the panel 130 and improving the assembling efficiency of the cooker 100. By positioning part of the fixing frame 120 in the receiving cavity 111 and connecting the fixing frame 120 positioned in the receiving cavity 111 with the housing 110, the connection structure between the fixing frame 120 and the housing 110 is hidden in the receiving cavity 111, thereby preventing the connection structure between the fixing frame 120 and the housing 110 from being exposed outside the cooking device 100 and improving the appearance of the cooking device 100.
It can be understood that the fixing frame 120 located in the accommodating cavity 111 and the housing 110 may be connected by a bolt or a snap, and the embodiment of the present invention is mainly described in the form of a snap. The clamping connection is adopted, so that the connection mode of the fixing frame 120 and the shell 110 is simple, the assembly is convenient, and the assembly efficiency of the cooker 100 can be improved.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the housing 110 is provided with a support portion 112 at the opening of the accommodation cavity 111, and one side of the fixing frame 120 close to the support portion 112 abuts against a part of the support portion 112. A support part 112 is provided to support the fixing frame 120; and on the other hand, may be connected to the fixing frame 120 through the support part 112. Specifically, a clamping hole 113 is formed in the supporting portion 112, a clamping portion 122 is formed in one side, close to the supporting portion 112, of the fixing frame 120, the clamping portion 122 extends into the clamping hole 113, and part of the clamping portion 122 is located in the accommodating cavity 111. Thus, the difficulty of manufacturing the connection structure between the fixing frame 120 and the case 110 can be reduced.
It is understood that the engaging hole 113 may be a rectangular through hole or a through hole with other shapes, as well as a cylindrical hole. The shape of the engaging hole 113 may be changed according to the type of the engaging portion 122, and the specific shape of the engaging hole 113 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. In addition, the number of the clamping portions 122 and the clamping holes 113 may be multiple, and the plurality of clamping portions 122 and the clamping holes 113 are uniformly distributed on the fixing frame 120 and the housing 110. The number of the clamping parts 122 and the clamping holes 113 is not limited in the embodiment of the application, and a user can select the clamping parts according to the actual situation.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the fixing frame 120 includes a side wall 123, a top wall 124 and a bottom wall 125, the side wall 123 and the top wall 124 are respectively located at two ends of the side wall 123 and extend in the same direction, and furthermore, the plane of the side wall 123 is parallel to the plane of the top wall 124. The side wall 123, the top wall 124 and the bottom wall 125 together enclose a fitting area 121, and the bottom wall 125 abuts against the support portion 112. The clamping portion 122 is disposed on a side of the bottom wall 125 close to the supporting portion 112. In this way, on the one hand, the structure of the fixed frame 120 is made simple; and on the other hand, the fixing effect of the fixing frame 120 on the panel 130 is good.
It can be understood that the root of the bottom wall 125 is connected to the side wall 123, and the clamping portion 122 may be disposed at an end portion or a middle portion of the bottom wall 125.
In the embodiment of the present application, the fixing frame 120 is a metal member, the finished fixing frame 120 is a strip after being manufactured, and two ends of the strip-shaped fixing frame 120 are a first end 126 and a second end 127, respectively. In assembly, the fixing frame 120 is first enclosed in a ring shape, then the panel 130 is placed in the assembly area 121 of the fixing frame 120, and finally the first end 126 and the second end 127 are connected.
It should be noted that, by providing the fixing frame 120 as a metal member, the manufacturing and assembly of the fixing frame 120 are facilitated. By providing the fixing frame 120 before assembly in a bar shape, it is convenient to assemble the panel 130 with the fixing frame 120.
In the embodiment of the present application, the setting manner of the clamping portion 122 includes the following two types:
in a first possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, a side of the bottom wall 125 close to the supporting portion 112 is provided with a first connecting rib 1221, and an extending length of the first connecting rib 1221 is greater than a depth of the clamping hole 113 in a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall 125, and the first connecting rib 1221 forms the clamping portion 122. The first connecting rib 1221 extends into the clamping hole 113, and a part of the first connecting rib 1221 is located in the accommodating cavity 111. The first connecting rib 1221 located in the accommodating cavity 111 is bent toward a direction close to the supporting portion 112, and the bent first connecting rib 1221 abuts against a surface of the supporting portion 112 close to the accommodating cavity 111. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of the first connecting rib 1221 before being bent, and fig. 5 is a schematic view of the first connecting rib 1221 after being bent. By the arrangement mode, the structure of the clamping part 122 can be simplified to the greatest extent, and the manufacturing difficulty of the fixing frame 120 is reduced.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4, the plane of the first connecting rib 1221 is perpendicular to the surface of the bottom wall 125, and it should be emphasized that the plane of the first connecting rib 1221 is the first connecting rib 1221 before bending. This kind of mode of setting, when the assembly, can be in vertical direction, directly insert joint hole 113 with first splice bar 1221, make the assembly of first splice bar 1221 more convenient.
It can be understood that an included angle between the plane where the first connecting rib 1221 is located and the surface of the bottom wall 125 may also be an obtuse angle, and in the embodiment of the present application, the included angle between the plane where the first connecting rib 1221 is located and the surface of the bottom wall 125 is not limited, and a user may select the included angle according to the actual situation.
In one possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, a difference L exists between the extending length of the first connecting rib 1221 and the depth of the clamping hole 113, and the difference L is between 2mm and 5mm, where the difference L may be 2mm, 3.5mm, or 5 mm. Because the part of the first connecting rib 1221 beyond the clamping hole 113 needs to be bent, the difference L is within the above range, on one hand, the bent part of the first connecting rib 1221 has enough clamping strength, and the assembly stability of the first connecting rib 1221 is ensured; on the other hand, the first connecting rib 1221 can be easily bent, and the assembly is more convenient; on the other hand, the material cost of the first connecting rib 1221 can be reduced.
In a second possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 9, a second connecting rib 1222 is disposed on one side of the bottom wall 125 close to the supporting portion 112, along a direction perpendicular to the bottom wall 125, the height of the second connecting rib 1222 is greater than the depth of the clamping hole 113, a stopping rib 1223 is disposed at an end of the second connecting rib 1222, a first included angle is formed between a plane where the stopping rib 1223 is located and a plane where the second connecting rib 1222 is located, and the first included angle is an acute angle. Second splice bar 1222 and backstop muscle 1223 form joint portion 122 jointly, and partial second splice bar 1222 is located joint hole 113, and the tip of second splice bar 1222 and backstop muscle 1223 are located and hold chamber 111, and the tip of backstop muscle 1223 and supporting part 112 are close to the surface butt that holds chamber 111 one side.
It can be understood that, the second connecting rib 1222 and the backstop rib 1223 are of an integral structure, and the two has certain elasticity, when assembling, the backstop rib 1223 contracts, the backstop rib 1223 and the second connecting rib 1222 pass through the joint hole 113 jointly, after the end of the backstop rib 1223 stretches out of the joint hole 113, the backstop rib 1223 restores to the original shape, the end of the backstop rib 1223 and the supporting portion 112 are close to the surface butt on one side of the accommodating cavity 111, and the assembling is completed. This structure makes the assembly of the clamping portion 122 simpler and more convenient, improving the assembly efficiency of the fixing frame 120.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 9, the first included angle α is between 20-40 °, wherein the first included angle α may be 20 °, 30 °, or 40 °. The first included angle α is within the above numerical range, and on the one hand, the deformation amount of the stopper rib 1223 is small during assembly, so that the stopper rib 1223 is prevented from being damaged; on the other hand, after the stopper rib 1223 is restored to the original shape, it can abut on the surface of the support portion 112 on the side close to the accommodation chamber 111.
It will be appreciated that the angle between the plane of the second connecting rib 1222 and the surface of the bottom wall 125 can be two of the following:
in a first possible implementation, as shown in fig. 9, the second connecting rib 1222 is located in a plane perpendicular to the surface of the bottom wall 125.
In a second possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 10, the plane of the second connecting rib 1222 has a second included angle β with the surface of the bottom wall 125, and the second included angle β is between 95 ° and 110 °, wherein the second included angle β may be 95 °, 105 ° or 110 °. The second included angle β is within the above numerical range, which facilitates assembly of the engaging portion 122; on the other hand, the stopper rib 1223 can be made to abut against the support portion 112 more firmly.
By adopting the two setting modes, the second connecting ribs 1222 can be arranged more abundantly, and the manufacturing difficulty is lower.
In a possible implementation, as shown in fig. 11, one side of the supporting portion 112 close to the fixing frame 120 is provided with a projection 114, a top surface of the projection 114 is flush with a surface of the bottom wall 125 close to one side of the panel 130, and the projection 114 abuts against the panel 130. Thus, the supporting surface of the panel 130 can be increased, and the panel 130 is not easily damaged.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a sealing member 140 is disposed at the joint of the top wall 124 and the panel 130, and the sealing member 140 seals the joint surface between the top wall 124 and the panel 130. Therefore, water can be prevented from entering the accommodating cavity 111 from the joint of the fixing frame 120 and the panel 130 during overflowing, the normal operation of the electronic components in the accommodating cavity 111 can be prevented from being influenced, and the use stability of the cooking device 100 can be improved. The sealing element 140 may be a high temperature resistant sealant or sealing ring. The type of the sealing member 140 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and the user may select the type according to the actual application.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 12, the top wall 124 is provided with at least one water guiding notch 128. This allows water accumulated on the panel 130 to drain from the top wall 124.
