Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a portion F of a household appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In order to solve the above technical problem, referring to fig. 1 to 10, the household appliance provided in this embodiment includes a housing 10 and a wire clamping device 20 disposed in an accommodating cavity 11 of the housing 10, where the wire clamping device 20 includes a first wire clamping rib 21 and a second wire clamping rib 22, and the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 are disposed on an inner wall of the housing 10 oppositely.
The first wire clamping rib 21, the second wire clamping rib 22 and the inner wall of the shell 10 jointly enclose a wire clamping groove 23 for clamping the power wire 30, and the wire clamping groove 23 comprises at least one non-linear extending section.
At least one limiting column 24 is arranged in the extending direction of the wire clamping groove 23.
It should be noted that the household appliances provided in this embodiment may include, but are not limited to, an electric kettle, an electric rice cooker, a frying and baking machine, a steamer, and the induction cooker listed in this embodiment. The induction cooker of the embodiment includes a housing 10, where the housing 10 may include an upper housing 10 and a lower housing 10 that are fastened to each other, and the upper housing 10 and the lower housing 10 together enclose an accommodating cavity 11. The accommodating cavity 11 is provided with electronic components, such as a coil panel, a blower, and a circuit board (not shown) shown in fig. 1. The circuit board is used for supplying power to the coil panel and the fan and controlling the coil panel and the fan to switch different working states, so that the heating process of the induction cooker is completed.
The circuit board is generally provided with a power line 30, and the power line 30 is connected with an external power supply or a built-in power supply of the household appliance to complete a power supply process. Because the power line 30 can pass through a plurality of electronic components in the routing process in the accommodating cavity 11, the power line 30 is easy to influence the electronic components, so that the power line 30 is shaken or displaced, the accuracy of the routing path of the power line 30 is reduced, the normal connection and power supply of the power line 30 are influenced, and the work of the electronic components is also influenced. In order to solve the problem, the household appliance provided in this embodiment is provided with a wire clamping device 20 for clamping the power line 30, so as to ensure that the power line 30 has a stable routing path.
It should be noted that, the present embodiment is described by taking the wire clamping device 20 as an example for clamping the power wire 30, in practical use, the wire clamping device 20 may also clamp other types of wires in the accommodating cavity 11, and the present embodiment does not limit the types of the wires.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the wire clamping device 20 provided in this embodiment may be disposed on a routing path of the power line 30, and a specific position may be set as needed, which is not limited in this embodiment. In the present embodiment, the wire clamping device 20 is illustrated and described as being disposed in the accommodating cavity 11 near the inner wall of the housing 10.
The wire clamping device 20 may include a first wire clamping rib 21 and a second wire clamping rib 22, which are oppositely disposed on an inner wall of the housing 10, and the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 together enclose a wire clamping groove 23 for clamping the power line 30. The relative arrangement of the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 can mean that the rib surfaces of the first wire clamping rib and the second wire clamping rib are arranged oppositely, the bottoms of the first wire clamping rib and the second wire clamping rib are connected with the inner wall of the shell 10, and the tops of the first wire clamping rib and the second wire clamping rib extend towards the central area of the accommodating cavity 11. The included angle between the rib plate surfaces of the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 and the inner wall of the shell 10 can be set as required, for example, the extension directions of the rib plate surfaces of the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 and the plane where the inner wall of the shell 10 is located can be set to be perpendicular to each other, so that a wire clamping groove 23 with a regular shape is formed, and the clamping of a power line 30 is facilitated. The present embodiment does not limit the included angle between the rib surfaces of the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 and the inner wall of the housing 10, and is not limited to the above example.
The power cord 30 is susceptible to external force during the routing process, and thus is dragged, shaken or displaced. In view of this, the wire-clamping groove 23 of the present embodiment includes at least one non-linear extending section. When the power cord 30 is arranged in the non-linear extension section, the inner wall of the wire clamping groove 23 of the non-linear extension section can form a stopping effect on the power cord 30, the formed stopping acting force can limit the power cord 30 to move along a straight line, so that the difficulty of the power cord 30 in moving along the straight line is increased, and the power cord 30 is prevented from shaking or shifting under the external force dragging effect.
It should be noted that, the non-linear extending section shown in fig. 3 of this embodiment includes one, in practical use, there may be a plurality of non-linear extending sections of the wire clamping groove 23, a plurality of non-linear extending sections may be sequentially connected end to end, and the bending direction of the non-linear extending section may be set according to needs.
Further, the wire clamping groove 23 of the embodiment is provided with at least one limiting column 24 in the extending direction, the limitation of the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 on the power line 30 is realized through the rib plate surface, the contact area of the two is surface contact when the power line 30 is fixed, the contact area is large, and the stability of fixing the power line 30 can be improved.
When the space in the holding chamber 11 is comparatively narrow and small not enough to set up first card line muscle 21 and second card line muscle 22, can fix power cord 30 through spacing post 24, spacing post 24 is less for the shared space of first card line muscle 21 and second card line muscle 22, and spacing post 24 is fixed power cord 30 through the periphery, both contact areas are line contact or point contact during fixed power cord 30, area of contact is less, can be through the fixed mode that sets up position adjustment power cord 30 that changes spacing post 24, the flexibility of fixing power cord 30 is higher. Therefore, in practical use, a user can selectively use two modes of fixing the power line 30 by the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 and fixing the power line 30 by the limiting column 24 according to needs so as to improve the stability of fixing the power line 30.
The number and the arrangement position of the limiting posts 24 may be limited according to actual needs, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, the nonlinear extension section of the wire clamping groove 23 is arc-shaped.
It should be noted that, based on the fact that the power line 30 is bent, the bent portion is arc-shaped, so that the non-linear extending section of the wire clamping groove 23 is arc-shaped, which can effectively adapt to the shape of the bent power line 30, and prevent the bent portion of the power line 30 from being broken when the power line 30 is clamped, thereby ensuring the structural integrity of the power line 30.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in order to form an extension section of the arc line of the wire clamping groove 23, the first wire clamping rib 21 includes a first arc line segment, the second wire clamping rib 22 includes a second arc line segment, one of the first arc line segment and the second arc line segment forms an inner peripheral side of the wire clamping groove 23, and the other of the first arc line segment and the second arc line segment forms an outer peripheral side of the wire clamping groove 23.
It should be noted that, since the extending direction of the wire-clamping groove 23 is not limited, in the extending process, when in the first position, the first arc line segment of the first wire-clamping rib 21 forms the inner peripheral side of the arc-shaped wire-clamping groove 23, and the second arc line segment of the second wire-clamping rib 22 forms the outer peripheral side of the arc-shaped wire-clamping groove 23. When the wire clamping groove 23 extends to the second position (the first position and the second position are different positions in the extending direction of the wire clamping groove 23), the first arc line segment of the first wire clamping rib 21 forms the outer peripheral side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23, and the second arc line segment of the second wire clamping rib 22 forms the inner peripheral side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23. The specific arrangement mode can be adjusted according to the space requirement adaptability in the accommodating cavity 11, so that the flexibility of the structure of the wire clamping groove 23 is improved, and the wire clamping groove 23 is convenient to assemble in the household appliance shell 10.
The curvature radius of the outer periphery of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the power wire 30. Since the outer peripheral side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 needs to be wrapped around the outer peripheral side of the bent portion of the power line 30, when the radius of curvature of the outer peripheral side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is too small, a pressing force is applied to the outer peripheral side of the bent portion of the power line 30, and the outer peripheral side of the bent portion of the power line 30 is deformed or broken. Therefore, the curvature radius of the outer periphery of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the power wire 30 in this embodiment, and in practical use, the specific value of the curvature radius of the outer periphery of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 may be set according to the diameter of the power wire 30, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Wherein, the curvature radius of the inner circumference side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is more than or equal to 2.5 mm. The inner periphery side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is padded on the inner periphery side of the bent part of the power wire 30, support force is provided for the power wire 30, when the curvature radius of the inner periphery side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is too small, the power wire 30 is not enough supported, the bending angle of the inner periphery side of the bent part of the power wire 30 is too large, and deformation or fracture occurs, so that the curvature radius of the inner periphery side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is limited to be larger than or equal to 2.5mm in the embodiment, deformation or fracture of the power wire 30 can be avoided, and the difficulty in manufacturing can be avoided due to the fact that the curvature radius of the inner periphery side of the arc-shaped wire clamping groove 23 is.
In the household appliance described above, the stopper column 24 is optionally connected to an end of the first wire-clamping rib 21 and/or the second wire-clamping rib 22. And/or the limiting column 24 is arranged at intervals with the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 in the extending direction of the wire clamping groove 23.
It should be noted that the limiting column 24 of the present embodiment may be connected to an end of either or both of the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22, so that the power line 30 routing path at the end of the first wire clamping rib 21 and/or the second wire clamping rib 22 is limited by the limiting column 24.
Of course, the limiting column 24 may not be connected to the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22, and only be located in the extending direction of the wire clamping groove 23, so as to be spaced from the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22, and limit the power line 30 in the extending direction of the wire clamping groove 23.
Wherein, the outer diameter of the spacing column 24 is more than or equal to 2.5 mm. The stopper column 24 may be located on the inner peripheral side of the bent portion of the power cord 30 when restricting the power cord 30, and supports the inner peripheral side of the power cord 30. Therefore, when the outer diameter of the stopper column 24 is too small, it is not sufficient to support the power supply line 30, resulting in a situation where the inner peripheral side of the bent portion of the power supply line 30 is bent at an excessively large angle to be deformed or broken, and therefore the present embodiment defines that the outer diameter of the stopper column 24 is 2.5mm or more. And such an arrangement may reduce the difficulty of manufacturing the spacing post 24.
In order to ensure the stability of fixing the power line 30, at least one fastening rib 25 is arranged on the first wire clamping rib 21 and/or the second wire clamping rib 22, and the end of the fastening rib 25 protrudes towards the center of the wire clamping groove 23.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 5, a fastening rib 25 is disposed on the first wire clamping rib 21 and/or the second wire clamping rib 22, an end portion of the fastening rib 25 protrudes toward the center direction of the wire clamping groove 23, and the end portion of the fastening rib 25 can be abutted against the outer wall of the power cord 30, so that a targeted point or line contact fixation is formed between the first wire clamping rib 21 and the second wire clamping rib 22 for the power cord 30, and the stability of the power cord 30 fixed in the wire clamping groove 23 is improved.
As an achievable embodiment, the number of the fastening ribs 25 may be plural, and the plural fastening ribs 25 may be arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the first wire clamping rib 21 and/or the second wire clamping rib 22, and the number of the fastening ribs 25 and the interval between the adjacent fastening ribs 25 on the same adjacent wire clamping rib are not limited in this embodiment.
Specifically, the groove width of the region of the wire clamping groove 23 where the fastening rib 25 is arranged is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the power wire 30. Such setting can make power cord 30 and the regional interference fit's that forms of setting up fastening muscle 25 in card wire casing 23 mode, guarantees that power cord 30 and fastening muscle 25 form the state of inseparable butt, reduces the possibility that power cord 30 deviates from card wire casing 23, improves the fixed stability of power cord 30.
Specifically, the diameter of the power line 30 is smaller than or equal to the height of the first wire clamping rib 21, the second wire clamping rib 22 and the limiting column 24 on the inner wall. Such setting can avoid first card line muscle 21, second card line muscle 22 and spacing post 24 when highly crossing excessively on the inner wall, and power cord 30 is deviate from card line groove 23 from first card line muscle 21, second card line muscle 22 and spacing post 24's top, has guaranteed the fixed stability of power cord 30. Meanwhile, the first wire clamping rib 21, the second wire clamping rib 22 and/or the limiting column 24 can be used for protecting the power line 30, and the electronic elements in the accommodating cavity 11 are prevented from being rubbed with the power line 30.
