Abstract

本实用新型是一种输送机链条用的箱式翼臂链 节，该链节是在叉脚的外侧连有一个由竖向外壁和后 壁及顶盖组成的箱式翼臂。其外壁可以呈开口形，直 口形或圆弧形，上盖可以与外、后壁制成一体，或是另 外制成，再连接上去。使用此种链节适于输送干粉、 细灰状物质。在运行中，箱式翼臂可将粉末物质收入 其中，使之不致流出和飞扬起来。

Description

本实用新型是一种输送机部件，特别是一种输送机输送链条的箱式翼臂链节。
现有技术中有多种输送机输送链条，其中有一些链节在链节叉脚的外侧连接翼臂。在链节上设置翼臂，一般是用来增加链条的工作宽度，以及更适合于输送大块渣料，故它多为单臂式或框式，其顶部是敞开的。然而用其运送干粉、细灰状物质时，则因顶部的敞开形式，容易使粉末飞扬，影响了使用效果。
本实用新型的目的是为提供一种翼臂顶部有顶盖的封闭式箱式翼臂链节，以满足运送干粉末状物质的需要。
本实用新型的目的可以这样实现。
箱式翼臂链节在链节叉脚的外侧连有一个翼臂。该翼臂由竖向的外壁2和后壁1及顶盖3组成，形成箱式翼臂。
本实用新型的链节翼臂在底部、前部敞开，其余四面由叉脚、后壁、外壁和顶盖制成整体。在链条行进过程中可将粉末物料收入其中，而不会流出或飞扬起来，因此适于输送干粉，细灰状物质。例如在抛煤粉的锅炉中使用，通过干式运出的粉末状炉灰就可直接用作建筑材料。

箱式翼臂链节其箱式翼臂6部分的高度，高于叉脚5部分的高度。
箱式翼臂链节可以是张口箱式翼臂链节，它的外壁2可以有向前张开的倾角，后壁1处有连接在叉脚上的加强筋4。如图1、2所示。
箱式翼臂链节可以是直口箱式翼臂链节。它的外壁2平行于链节的中心线，如图4所示。
箱式翼臂链节可以是直口加强筋箱式翼臂链节。它的外壁2平行于链节的中心线，并且在后壁处有连在叉脚上的加强筋4。如图3所示。
箱式翼臂链节也可以是弧形口箱式翼臂链节。它的外壁2呈半圆弧形，后壁处有连在叉脚上的加强筋4。如图5所示。

Claims (6)

1、一种箱式翼臂链节在链节叉脚的外侧连有一个翼臂，它的特征在于翼臂由竖向的外壁和后壁及顶盖组成，形成箱式翼臂。
2、按照权利要求1    所述的翼臂链节，其特征在于箱式翼臂部分的高度，高于叉脚部分的高度。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的翼臂链节，其特征在于箱式翼臂的外壁有向前张开的倾角，后壁处有连在叉脚上的加强筋。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述的翼臂链节，其特征在于箱式翼臂的外臂平行于链节的中心线。
5、按照权利要求4所述的翼臂链节，其特征在于箱式翼臂的后臂处有连在叉脚上的加强筋。
6、按照权利要求1或2所述的翼臂链节，其特征在于箱式翼臂的外壁呈半圆弧形，后壁处有连在叉脚上的加强筋。
