背景技术
随着社会的发展,为了节约能源和减少环境有害物的排放,越来越多的燃油车/汽油车被电动车辆所替代,电动车的数量不断增加。目前,新能源电动车大多采用固定的充电桩进行充电。现有充电桩充电可以是交流充电,也可以是直流充电,但不管采用哪种方式,充电车辆都需要等待充电完成后,方可驾驶车辆。当车辆需要快充时,电动车需要采用散热功率更大的冷却系统,一方面增加了整车的成本,占用了整车的空间,另一方面电池系统的散热结构也变得更加复杂,在低温时,为了满足电动车的快充需求,需要增大更多的电功率来满足电池系统的升温速率,造成了电动车的能耗加大,续航里程降低的风险。现有电动车辆的电池包快充方案尚不能满足用户的需求。

本申请所要解决的技术问题是电动车辆的电池包快充方案尚不能满足用户的需求,提供一种可拆卸电池包的充换电系统。
为解决上述技术问题,一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种拆卸电池包的充换电系统,包括电池包和支撑板,其中,所述电池包包括箱体和电池单元,所述电池单元置于所述箱体内;所述支撑板用于与所述电池包可拆卸连接,在所述电池包在车辆上需要换电或在充电站充电完成时,所述支撑板通过所述可拆卸连接实现与所述电池包分离。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述箱体上设置有凹槽,所述支撑板上设置有凸台,或者,所述箱体上设置有凸台,所述支撑板上设置有凹槽;所述凸台与所述凹槽配合。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述凸台为一字型、或十字型排布,所说凹槽为一字型、或十字型排布。
可选地,作为一个实施例,所述箱体上设置有滑动导轨;所述支撑板上设置有凸出部,所述凸出部与所述滑动导轨配合,所述凸出部能在所述滑动导轨上滑动,在所述电池包需要换电或充电完成时,所述支撑板通过所述凸出部在所述滑动导轨上滑出,以实现与所述电池包快速分离。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的电池包。本申请实施例提供的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,包括电池包1和支撑板2,其中,所述电池包1包括箱体11和电池单元,所述电池单元置于所述箱体11内;所述支撑板2用于与所述电池包1可拆卸连接,在所述电池包1在车辆上需要换电或在充电站充电完成时,所述支撑板2通过所述可拆卸连接实现与所述电池包1分离。
本申请实施例中的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,通过设置可拆卸连接方式,实现电池包与支撑板的快速拆卸与安装,在车辆需要换电时,通过可拆卸连接快速拆除车辆上需要换电的电池包,并更换已充电的电池包,即将充电完成的电池包快速安装在车辆上,这样能够充分减少电池包充电的充电等待时长,提高用户对电池包进行充电的充电体验。
本申请实施例中的可拆卸连接可以有多种实现方式。例如,可以通过结构设计进行机械限位实现可拆卸连接,也可以通过卡扣式结构实现可拆卸连接,还可以通过螺栓连接。另外,可以通过胶体粘接,在电池系统正常温度范围内,或者在车辆行驶的正常过程中,保证胶体的正常强度,实现电池包与支撑板的有效连接;而在满足一定条件时,胶体粘接性能减弱,以实现连接后的分离。下面结合具体实施例给出本申请中的可拆卸连接的具体结构及拆卸方式。
作为可拆卸连接的一个实施例,箱体11和支撑板2可以通过其中一个设置凹槽,另一个设置凸起相互卡接。例如,箱体11上设置有凹槽3,支撑板2上设置有凸台4,或者,箱体11上设置有凸台4,支撑板2上设置有凹槽3,这里无论如何设置,需要满足凸台4与凹槽3相互配合,如图1所示。
本申请实施例中对凸台4和凹槽3的具体形状不做限制,二者的设置可以满足相互配合,只要能够实现可拆卸连接即可。例如,凸台4可以为一字型、或十字型排布,凹槽3也可以为一字型、或十字型排布。为了更稳固的实现连接,可以采用多个十字型的凹槽3或凸台4结构。本申请实施例中的凸台4和凹槽3排布的位置可以是间隔一定的距离设置,也可以是在支撑板2和箱体11的中间位置和边缘位置设置。本申请实施例中凸台4和凹槽3的具体数量不做限制。
作为可拆卸连接的一个实施例,可以在箱体11上设置有滑动导轨,支撑板2上设置有凸出部,凸出部与滑动导轨配合,凸出部能在滑动导轨上滑动,在电池包1需要换电或充电完成时,支撑板2通过凸出部在滑动导轨上滑出,以实现与电池包1快速分离。这种导轨凹槽3的配合设置方式,能够将电池包1和支撑板2实现更为自动化的可拆卸连接,支撑板2可以在导轨上滑动,还可以设置用于驱动导轨活动的驱动装置,这样在电池包1和支撑板2需要分离时,启动驱动装置,即可实现有效分离。
作为可拆卸连接的一个实施例,支撑板2的边缘设置有限位槽5,箱体11的边缘设置有与限位槽5配合的凸缘,这样通过在边缘位置设置限位槽5和凸缘的机械限位方式,实现撑板和电池包1的局部卡接,能够使得支撑板2和电池包1的连接关系更牢固。
本申请实施例中支撑板2与电池包1通过可拆卸的胶体连接,可拆卸的胶体在预设条件下能实现电池包1与支撑板2的分离。本申请实施例中的胶体需要满足一定的条件,使得胶体可以在需要粘接时实现对所需粘接物体的粘接,在需要拆卸时实现对已通过胶体粘接的两物体的分离,只要能够满足可控制的粘接和分离的胶体均可以,不申请对此不做具体的限定。
控制电池包1与支撑板2进行分离的方式可以根据胶体的特点确定。例如,可以通过解胶剂实现电池包1与支撑板2的分离,也可以通过控制胶体温度达到一定值以上,弱化胶体粘接强度,以实现电池包1与支撑板2的分离。例如,有些胶体对于温度敏感,在温度大于一预设值时,可弱化粘接强度,从而实现电池包1与支撑板2的分离。在实现胶体粘接的两物体的分离过程中,要尽可能确保电池包1和支撑板2不受到损伤。
箱体11和支撑板2上还可以设置螺纹孔6,这样,箱体11和支撑板2可以通过螺栓实现可拆卸连接。具体的,可以在箱体11和支撑板2对应的边缘加工一圈多个螺纹孔6。通过一定的预紧力,将螺栓安装在箱体11与支撑板2上。
本申请实施例中的电池包1和支撑板2可以拆卸的连接,可以是为了方便对电池包1从车辆上拆除,也可以是方便电池包1在充电站的充电位置的快速拆卸。换句话说,本申请实施例中的支撑板2可以是安装在车辆上与电池包1可拆卸连接,也可以是安装在充电站的充电基座上与电池包1可拆卸连接。
在电池包1安装在车辆上时,支撑板2为车辆部件,如底盘或地板。在电池包1置于车辆外充电站的充电基座上时,支撑板2可以为充电基座的一部分。
本申请实施例中的支撑板2可以为单独设置的部件,也可以是复用现有的结构部件。如支撑板2可以为冷却板21、保护板22、加热垫和保温板23中的至少一个,也可以是集成冷却板21、保护板22、加热垫和保温板23中的至少两个的功能,还可以是单独设置支撑板2,冷却板21、保护板22、加热垫和保温板23中的至少一个与电池包1连接,电池包1上设置凹槽3或凸起,可以是在与之集成的冷却板21、保护板22、加热垫或保温板23上设置凹槽3或凸起。本申请实施例对支撑板2具体采用哪种现有机构或者是否重新设置都不做限定,只要作为支撑板2的结构能够实现与电池包1可拆卸连接即可。
在电池包1从车辆拆除后,可直接置于充电站的充电基座,将电池包1与充电装置电连接,以对电池包1进行充电。换句话说,可拆卸电池包1的充换电系统还包括充电装置,电池包1在充电站充电时,充电装置与电池包1电连接。
在电动车的电池包拆卸进行充换电时,支撑板包括电动车上的第一支撑板,还可以包括充电站的第二支撑板。第一支撑板与电池包的可拆卸连接,用于实现与需要充电的电池包的快速拆卸,以及用于实现与已充电的再一电池包的快速安装。第二支撑板与电池包的可拆卸连接,用于实现与需要充电的电池包的快速安装,以及在充电完成时与一充电的另一电池包的快速拆卸。换句话说,第一支撑板用于实现馈电电池包与车辆的分离和满电电池包与车辆的安装。充电基座上可以包括第二支撑板,用于实现快速将电池包与充电基座连接的目的。另外,充电站也可以不设置第二支撑板,直接将待充电电池包置于充电站的充电基座即可,无需固定,例如,充电基座上表面为平面、电池包箱体的下表面为凹槽结构或平面时,可以省去第二支撑板。
术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一实施例”、“另一实施例”、“再一实施例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本实用新型的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。

Claims (12)
1.一种可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,包括:
电池包,所述电池包包括箱体和电池单元,所述电池单元置于所述箱体内;
支撑板,所述支撑板用于与所述电池包可拆卸连接,在所述电池包在车辆上需要换电或在充电站充电完成时,所述支撑板通过所述可拆卸连接实现与所述电池包分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述箱体上设置有凹槽,所述支撑板上设置有凸台,或者,所述箱体上设置有凸台,所述支撑板上设置有凹槽;所述凸台与所述凹槽配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述凸台为一字型、或十字型排布,所说凹槽为一字型、或十字型排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述箱体上设置有滑动导轨;
所述支撑板上设置有凸出部,所述凸出部与所述滑动导轨配合,所述凸出部能在所述滑动导轨上滑动,在所述电池包需要换电或充电完成时,所述支撑板通过所述凸出部在所述滑动导轨上滑出,以实现与所述电池包快速分离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述支撑板的边缘设置有限位槽,所述箱体的边缘设置有与所述限位槽配合的凸缘。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述支撑板与所述电池包通过可拆卸的胶体连接,所述可拆卸的胶体在预设条件下能实现所述电池包与所述支撑板的分离。
7.根据权利要求4所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,通过解胶剂实现所述电池包与所述支撑板的分离,或者,通过控制胶体温度达到一定值以上,弱化胶体粘接强度,以实现所述电池包与所述支撑板的分离。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述箱体和所述支撑板上均设置有螺纹孔,所述箱体和所述支撑板通过螺栓可拆卸连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述电池包安装在车辆上,所述支撑板为底盘或地板;或者,所述电池包置于车辆外充电站的充电基座上时,所述支撑板为所述充电基座的一部分。
10.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述支撑板为冷却板、保护板和保温板中的至少一个,或者,支撑板集成冷却板、保护板和保温板中的至少两个的功能。
11.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,还包括充电装置,所述电池包在充电站充电时,所述充电装置与所述电池包电连接。
12.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸电池包的充换电系统,其特征在于,所述支撑板包括第一支撑板和第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板置于车辆上,所述第二支撑板置于充电站;
所述第一支撑板与所述电池包的可拆卸连接,用于实现与所述需要充电的电池包的快速拆卸,以及用于实现与已充电的再一电池包的快速安装;
所述第二支撑板与所述电池包的可拆卸连接,用于实现与所述需要充电的电池包的快速安装,以及在充电完成时与一充电的另一电池包的快速拆卸。
