In the technical solution of an embodiment of the present invention, the pressing mechanism 20 is used for pressing and fixing the earcap package 90, and can also be operated by turning over a part of the structure of the earcap package 90. the mounting frame 21 is arranged on the frame 10, and is positioned above the bending station 11;
the first lifting assembly 23 is arranged on the mounting frame 21;
the mounting plate 25, the said mounting plate 25 is connected with said lifting unit; and
a pressure head 27, wherein the pressure head 27 is fixed on the mounting plate 25, and the surface of the pressure head 27 far away from the mounting plate 25 can be abutted with the earcap package 90.
In the technical solution of an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting frame 21 is a gantry structure, and the transmission mechanism 50 is disposed through the bottom of the mounting frame 21. The mounting frame 21 and the frame 10 may be fixed by screws, or the mounting frame 21 and the frame 10 may be fixed by welding. The mounting bracket 21 provides a carrier for the first lift assembly 23. The first lifting assembly 23 includes a first lifting driving member 231, a first lifting slide rail 233 and a first lifting platform 235, the first lifting driving member 231 and the first lifting slide rail 233 are both disposed on the mounting frame 21, the first lifting platform 235 is slidably connected to the first lifting slide rail 233, and the first lifting platform 235 is further connected to the first lifting driving member 231 in a transmission manner. The first lifting driving member 231 can drive the first lifting platform 235 to move up and down along the extending direction of the first lifting slide rail 233. The mounting plate 25 is fixed to the first elevating stage 235 and is movable up and down with the first elevating stage 235 relative to the frame 10. The pressing head 27 is of a generally block-shaped structure, the pressing head 27 can abut against and be pressed and fixed to a part of the structure of the earmuff package 90, and the pressing head 27 can also be pressed and abutted against the whole earmuff package 90.
In one embodiment, the ram 27 abuts the first and second webs 92 and 94, respectively, of the earcap package 90, such that the ram 27 is formed with two spaced-apart crimp zones. In the technical solution of an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting plate 25 is uniformly provided with a plurality of pressing heads 27 at intervals along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 50, so that a plurality of earcap packages 90 can be bent at the same time in a single operation, and the bending efficiency can be further improved. Specifically, the number of the indenters 27 may be two, three, four, five, or six, and the number of the indenters 27 is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the adsorption mechanism 30 includes:
a base 31, wherein the base 31 is arranged on the frame 10 and is positioned at one side of the conveying mechanism 50, and the base 31 can move towards or away from the conveying mechanism 50;
a second lifting assembly 33, wherein the second lifting assembly 33 is connected to one side of the base 31;
the fixed seat 35 is arranged at one end of the second lifting component 33, which is far away from the base 31, and the fixed seat 35 can be movably arranged relative to the second lifting component 33; and
and the adsorption component 37, the adsorption component 37 is arranged on the fixed seat 35, and the adsorption component 37 faces to one side of the conveying mechanism 50 and is used for adsorbing the buckling tongue 911.
Referring to fig. 5, in the technical solution of an embodiment of the present invention, the base 31 is a plate-shaped structure, the base 31 provides a mounting carrier for the adsorption component 37, and the base 31 may be fixed on the rack 10 by screws, or the base 31 is directly fixed with the rack 10 by welding.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment of the utility model, the base 31 may be further movably disposed on the frame 10 through the first moving assembly 38 via the base 31. The first moving assembly includes a first moving driving member 381, a first moving rail 393, and a first moving table 385. The first movable driving member 381 may be an air cylinder or a linear motor, the first movable driving member 381 and the first movable sliding rail 393 are fixed on the frame 10, the first movable table 385 is slidably connected to the first movable sliding rail 393 and is in transmission connection with the first movable driving member 381, and the base 31 is disposed on the first movable table 385. In operation, the first moving driving member 381 can drive the first moving table 385 to move relative to the first moving rail 393, so as to drive the base 31 disposed on the first moving table 385 to move. As can be appreciated, since the base 31 is located at a side of the bending station 11 of the frame 10, the extending direction of the first movable sliding rail 393 is perpendicular to the bending station 11. The base 31 is connected to the housing 10 by a first moving assembly 38 to provide the housing 10 with a high degree of flexibility. In an embodiment, the number of the first movable slide rails 383 in the first movable assembly 38 may be multiple sets, the multiple sets of the first movable slide rails 383 are arranged at intervals, and the bottom plate is connected to the multiple sets of the first movable slide rails 383, so as to improve the stability of the movement of the bottom plate.
Referring to fig. 5, the fixing base 35 is connected to the base 31 through the second lifting assembly 33, and specifically, the second lifting assembly 33 includes a second lifting driving member 331, a second lifting slide 333 and a second lifting platform 335. The second lifting slide 333 is fixedly connected to the base 31 through a vertical plate 32, the second lifting driving member 331 is fixed to the base 31, and the fixing seat 35 is disposed on the second lifting platform 335. The second lifting driving member 331 can be a cylinder or a linear motor, and the second lifting platform 335 is movably disposed on the second lifting slide 333 and is in transmission connection with the second lifting driving member 331, so that the second lifting driving member 331 can drive the fixing base 35 to move up and down relative to the base 31 through the second lifting platform 335, thereby improving the flexibility of the suction mechanism 30.
Referring to fig. 5, the second lifting assemblies 33 can be two groups arranged at intervals to improve the stability of the second lifting platform 335 during the lifting process. The fixing base 35 is connected to two second lifting platforms 335 to improve the stability of the lifting movement of the fixing base 35.
Referring to fig. 5, the fixing base 35 is connected to the lifting mechanism through the second moving assembly 39. The second moving assembly 39 includes a second moving driving member 391, a second moving track 393 and a second moving stage 395. The second movable driving member 391 may be an air cylinder or a linear motor, the second movable driving member 391 and the second movable sliding rail 393 are fixed on the second lifting platform 335, the second movable platform 395 is slidably connected to the second movable sliding rail 393 and is in transmission connection with the second movable driving member 391, and the fixed base 35 is disposed on the second movable platform 395.
It is understood that there are a plurality of second movable rails 393 in the second movable assembly 39, and the plurality of second movable rails 393 are spaced along the length direction of the fixed base 35 to improve the stability of the movement of the second movable stage 395. During operation, the second movable driving member 391 can drive the second movable stage 395 to move relative to the second movable sliding rail 393, so as to drive the fixed seat 35 disposed on the second movable stage 395 and the suction component 37 fixed on the fixed seat 35 to move towards or away from the bending station 11. The fixing base 35 has a length direction extending along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism 50, and therefore, the fixing base 35 can be provided with a plurality of adsorption components 37 at intervals, so that the adsorption components 37 can adsorb a plurality of earmuff packages 90 at the same time, and the buckle tongues 911 of the earmuff packages 90 are bent to form creases, so as to improve the processing efficiency of the pre-bending device 100.
Referring to fig. 5, the fixing base 35 is uniformly provided with a plurality of mounting positions 351 at intervals, the mounting positions 351 penetrate through the width direction of the fixing base 35, and the adsorption assembly 37 includes an air pump, a plurality of adsorption heads 371, and a plurality of suction nozzles 373. In which an adsorption head 371 is fixed to a mounting position 351. The adsorption head 371 is roughly a cylinder structure, the adsorption channel runs through the two ends of the cylinder, one end of the adsorption channel is connected with an air pump, and the other end is connected with an air nozzle. When the device works, the air pump can control the suction nozzle 373 to suck or release the buckle tongue 911 through the suction head 371. The suction nozzle 373 has a suction cup structure to increase a contact area with the latch 911. The material of the suction nozzle 373 may be rubber or silica gel.

Claims (10)

1. A pre-bending apparatus for bending an earmuff package, characterized in that the pre-bending apparatus comprises:
the ear muff packaging piece comprises a frame, wherein the frame is provided with a bending station, and the ear muff packaging piece is pre-fixed at the bending station;
the pressing mechanism is movably arranged on the rack and moves towards the bending station to press and fix the earcap packaging piece; and
the adsorption mechanism is movably arranged on the rack, the adsorption mechanism can face the bending station to move so as to adsorb the buckling tongues of the earmuff packaging pieces and drive the buckling tongues to be far away from the bending station to move, so that the buckling tongues are opposite to buckling plates of the earmuff packaging pieces to be bent to form creases.
2. The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a transfer mechanism disposed in the frame, the transfer mechanism configured to transfer the earmuff package to the bending station.
3. The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the pressing mechanism moves towards the bending station, and the pressing mechanism abuts against the ear muff package and drives the first connecting plate, the base plate and the second connecting plate of the ear muff package to move, so that the buckle plate and the cover plate of the ear muff package are folded relative to the base plate;
the adsorption mechanism is arranged on one side of the conveying mechanism and moves towards the folded buckle plate to adsorb the buckle tongue formed on the buckle plate.
4. The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the overlaying mechanism comprises:
the mounting rack is arranged on the rack and is positioned above the bending station;
the first lifting assembly is arranged on the mounting frame;
the mounting plate is connected with the lifting assembly; and
a pressure head, the pressure head is fixed in the mounting panel, the pressure head is kept away from the surface of mounting panel can with the earmuff package butt.

The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the mounting plate is arranged to extend in a longitudinal direction of the conveying mechanism, the number of the pressing heads is plural, and the plural pressing heads are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the mounting plate.
6. The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the suction mechanism comprises:
the base is arranged on the rack and positioned on one side of the conveying mechanism, and the base can move towards or away from the conveying mechanism;
the second lifting assembly is connected to one side of the base;
the fixed seat is arranged at one end of the second lifting component far away from the base, and can be movably arranged relative to the second lifting component; and
the adsorption component is arranged on the fixing base, and faces towards one side of the conveying mechanism and is used for adsorption of the buckling tongue.
7. The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the fixing base has a length direction extending along a conveying direction of the conveying mechanism, and the suction assembly includes:
an air pump;
the adsorption heads are all fixed on the fixed seat and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the fixed seat, and each adsorption head is provided with an adsorption channel which is communicated with the air pump through a connecting pipe; and
a plurality of suction nozzles, one the absorption head is equipped with one the suction nozzle, the suction nozzle is located the absorption head is close one side of station of buckling, the suction nozzle with the absorption passageway intercommunication is used for adsorbing the buckle tongue.
8. The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the suction mechanism further comprises a first moving assembly and a second moving assembly, the base is movably disposed on the frame via the first moving assembly, the fixing base is movably disposed on the second lifting assembly via the second moving assembly, and moving directions of the first moving assembly and the second moving assembly are parallel.
9. A pre-bending apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the frame has a length direction, and the conveying mechanism comprises:
the two guide rails are arranged on the rack at intervals, a conveying space is formed between the two guide rails, the guide rails extend along the length direction of the rack, and the bending station is positioned between two ends of the guide rails in the length direction; and
the conveying driving assembly is arranged in the conveying space and is used for conveying the earmuff package.
10. The pre-bending apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising two guide members, one of said guide members being connected to one of said guide rails, said guide members being disposed obliquely with respect to a conveying direction of said conveying mechanism, and said earmuff package being conveyed to said bending station obliquely with respect to the conveying direction of said guide members.
