In addition, the first pre-attaching positions 11 include two, the two first pre-attaching positions 11 are disposed on two opposite sides of the material tape 10, the first tape 1221 can be simultaneously attached to the two first pre-attaching positions 11 by the first tape attaching assembly 124, similarly, the second pre-attaching positions 12 include two, the two second pre-attaching positions 12 are disposed on two opposite sides of the material tape 10, and the second tape 1231 can be simultaneously attached to the two second pre-attaching positions 12 by the second tape attaching assembly 130.
Since the first pre-attaching positions 11 and the second pre-attaching positions 12 both include two, in order to ensure that the first tape 1221 is attached to the two first pre-attaching positions 11 by the first tape assembly 124 at the same time, and the second tape 1231 is attached to the two second pre-attaching positions 12 by the second tape assembly 130 at the same time, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the first unwinding assembly 122 and the second unwinding assembly 123 both include two sets, and the two sets of the first unwinding assembly 122 and the two sets of the second unwinding assembly 123 are disposed on two opposite sides of the tape 10.
Therefore, by arranging the two sets of first unreeling assemblies 122 and the two sets of second unreeling assemblies 123 on two opposite sides of the material strip 10, the first unreeling assembly 122 can provide two first adhesive tapes 1221 to the first rubberizing assembly 124, and the two first adhesive tapes 1221 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the material strip 10, so that the two first adhesive tapes 1221 are respectively attached to the two first pre-attaching positions 11, the second unreeling assembly 123 can provide two second adhesive tapes 1231 to the second rubberizing assembly 130, and the two second adhesive tapes 1231 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the material strip 10, so that the two second adhesive tapes 1231 are respectively attached to the two second pre-attaching positions 12.
To ensure that the strip of material 10 passes through the mounting plate 121, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the mounting plate 121 is provided with through holes 1213 that extend through the first surface 1211 and the second surface 1212, the strip of material 10 passing through the through holes 1213.
It should be noted that the length of the through hole 1213 is greater than the width of the tape 10, and the width of the through hole 1213 is greater than the thickness of the tape 10, where the direction indicated by the arrow x1 in fig. 5 is the length direction of the through hole 1213, and the direction indicated by the arrow x2 in fig. 5 is the width direction of the through hole 1213.
Therefore, compared with the tape 10 passing through the mounting plate 121 in a winding manner, the tape 10 can pass through the mounting plate 121 by providing the through holes 1213, so that the conveying path of the tape 10 is reduced, and the conveying structure of the tape 10 is simplified.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the taping device 100 further includes a first cutter 141 and a second cutter 142, the first cutter 141 is disposed on the first surface 1211 for cutting the first adhesive tape 1221 provided by the first unwinding assembly 122 by a predetermined length, and the second cutter 142 is disposed on the second surface 1212 for cutting the second adhesive tape 1231 provided by the second unwinding assembly 123 by the predetermined length.
Specifically, the first cutter 141 and the second cutter 142 both include two cutters, the first cutter 141 and the second cutter 142 are both disposed on opposite sides of the material tape 10, the two cutters 141 are configured to cut the first adhesive tape 1221 provided by the first unwinding assembly 122 by a preset length, and the two cutters 142 are configured to cut the second adhesive tape 1231 provided by the second unwinding assembly 123 by a preset length.
Therefore, the first cutting knife 141 can cut the first adhesive tape 1221 provided by the first unwinding assembly 122 by a preset length, and the second cutting knife 142 can cut the second adhesive tape 1231 provided by the second unwinding assembly 123 by a preset length, so that the first adhesive tape 1221 and the second adhesive tape 1231 of the preset length can be conveniently attached to the first pre-attaching position 11 and the second pre-attaching position 12.
In order to enable the first cutting knife 141 to cut the first adhesive tape 1221 with a preset length and the second cutting knife 142 to cut the second adhesive tape 1231 with a preset length, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the taping device 100 further includes a first tape pulling member 151 and a second tape pulling member 152, the first tape pulling member 151 is disposed on the first surface 1211 for pulling out the first adhesive tape 1221 provided by the first unwinding assembly 122 to enable the first cutting knife 141 to cut the first adhesive tape 1221 with a preset length, and the second tape pulling member 152 is disposed on the second surface 1212 for pulling out the second adhesive tape 1231 provided by the second unwinding assembly 123 to enable the second cutting knife 142 to cut the second adhesive tape 1231 with a preset length.
In practical applications, when the first cutter 141 cuts, first, the first tape 1221 provided by the first unwinding assembly 122 is pulled out by a certain length by the first tape pulling member 151, then, the first tape 1221 pulled out by the first tape pulling member 151 is cut by the first tape 1221 of a preset length by the first cutter 141, and similarly, when the second cutter 142 cuts, first, the second tape 1231 provided by the second unwinding assembly 123 is pulled out by a certain length by the second tape pulling member 152, and then, the second tape 1231 pulled out by the second tape pulling member 152 is cut by the second cutter 142 by the second tape 1231 of a preset length.
Therefore, by providing the first tape pulling member 151 and the second tape pulling member 152, the first tape 1221 provided by the first unwinding assembly 122 and the second tape 1231 provided by the second unwinding assembly 123 can be pulled out by a certain length, so that the first cutter 141 cuts the first tape 1221 with a preset length and the second cutter 142 cuts the second tape 1231 with a preset length.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, a glue pulling driving member 163 is further disposed on the mounting plate 121, the first glue pulling member 151 includes a first glue pulling claw 1511, the second glue pulling member 152 includes a second glue pulling claw 1521, the glue pulling driving member 163 is configured to drive the first glue pulling claw 1511 and the second glue pulling claw 1521 to move together along a second direction, so that the first glue pulling claw 1511 moves close to or away from the first unwinding assembly 122, the second glue pulling claw 1521 moves close to or away from the second unwinding assembly 123, and an included angle is formed between the first direction and the second direction.
It should be noted that the second direction may be parallel to the width direction of the material tape 10, i.e. the direction indicated by the arrow x1 in fig. 5.
Because draw gluey driving piece 163 to be used for driving first drawing gluey clamping jaw 1511 and second and draw gluey clamping jaw 1521 to remove along the second direction jointly, consequently, draw gluey driving piece 163 to drive simultaneously through one and draw gluey clamping jaw 1511 and second and draw gluey clamping jaw 1521 to move jointly, on the one hand, guarantee that first drawing gluey clamping jaw 1511 and second draw gluey clamping jaw 1521 uniformity of removing simultaneously, on the other hand, reduced one and drawn gluey driving piece 163's use, the manufacturing cost of rubberizing device 100 has been practiced thrift.
In addition, because the clamping jaw is simple in structure and the clamping stability of the clamping jaw is good, when the first rubber pulling part 151 comprises the first rubber pulling clamping jaw 1511 and the second rubber pulling part 152 comprises the second rubber pulling clamping jaw 1521, the structures of the first rubber pulling part 151 and the second rubber pulling part 152 can be simplified, and the rubber pulling stability of the first rubber pulling part 151 and the second rubber pulling part 152 can be ensured.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the mounting plate 121 is provided with a communication groove 1214 penetrating through the first surface 1211 and the second surface 1212 of the mounting plate 121, the communication groove 1214 extends along the second direction, the first glue pulling member 151 further includes a first connecting block 161, a first glue pulling jaw 1511 is disposed on the first connecting block 161, the second glue pulling member 152 further includes a second connecting block 162 connected to the first connecting block 161, a second glue pulling jaw 1521 is disposed on the second connecting block 162, at least a portion of the first connecting block 161 and at least a portion of the second connecting block 162 are slidably inserted into the communication groove 1214, and the glue pulling actuator 163 is configured to drive the first connecting block 161 and the second connecting block 162 to slide in the communication groove along the second direction, so that the first glue pulling jaw 1511 moves closer to or away from the first unwinding assembly 122 and the second glue pulling jaw 1521 moves closer to or away from the second unwinding assembly 123.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7 and 8, a first rail 1611 and a first slider 1612 engaged with the first rail 1611 are disposed on the first surface 1211, the first connection block 161 is connected to the first slider 1612, so that the first rail 1611 guides the first connection block 161 to ensure the stability of the movement of the first connection block 161, a second rail 1621 parallel to the first rail 1611 and a second slider 1622 engaged with the second rail 1621 are disposed on the second surface 1212, the second connection block 162 is connected to the second slider 1622, so that the second rail 1621 guides the second connection block 162 to ensure the stability of the movement of the second connection block 162, the first rail 1611 and the second rail 1621 extend in a second direction, the first connection block 161 and the second connection block 162 are fixedly connected, at least a portion of the first connection block 161 or at least a portion of the second connection block 162 is slidably disposed in the communication groove 1214, and the tape pulling driving member 163 is slidably inserted in the first connection block 161 and/or the second connection block 162 to drive the tape pulling assembly to move the second connection block 1511 and the tape pulling assembly away from the second connection groove 1511 or move towards the second connection groove 1511. Therefore, the first connecting block 161 and the second connecting block 162 can be driven to move simultaneously by the glue pulling driving element 163, so that the structure of the gluing device 100 is further simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the gluing device 100 is reduced.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the first unreeling assembly 122 includes a first discharging tray 1222 disposed on the mounting plate 121, and a plurality of first rollers 1223 and first feeding jaws 1224 disposed on the first surface 1211, the first discharging tray 1222 being used for supplying a first adhesive tape 1221, the plurality of first rollers 1223 being rotatably disposed between the first discharging tray 1222 and the first feeding jaws 1224, so that the first adhesive tape 1221 supplied from the first discharging tray 1222 is sequentially wound around the plurality of first rollers 1223 to the first feeding jaws 1224, the first feeding jaws 1224 being disposed opposite to the first pulling-glue jaws 1511, and the first feeding jaws 1224 being used for fixing the first adhesive tape 1221 when the first cutting knife 141 cuts the first adhesive tape 1221.
The plurality of first rollers 1223 means two or more first rollers 1223. The position of the first rollers 1223 is not limited as long as the first tape 1221 supplied from the first discharge tray 1222 is sequentially wound around the first rollers 1223 to the first feed claw 1224.
Since the plurality of first passing rollers 1223 are rotatably disposed between the first discharging tray 1222 and the first feeding jaw 1224, and the first adhesive tape 1221 provided by the first discharging tray 1222 sequentially passes through the plurality of first passing rollers 1223 to the first feeding jaw 1224, the tightness of the first adhesive tape 1221 between the first discharging tray 1222 and the first feeding jaw 1224 can be adjusted by disposing the plurality of first passing rollers 1223, so that the stability of transferring the first adhesive tape 1221 provided by the first discharging tray 1222 to the first feeding jaw 1224 is improved.
In addition, since the first feed jaw 1224 is used to fix the first tape 1221 when the first cutter 141 cuts the first tape 1221, the effect of the first cutter 141 cutting the first tape 1221 by a predetermined length is enhanced. Since the first feeding claw 1224 is disposed opposite to the first glue pulling claw 1511, the first glue tape 1221 can be pulled out of the first feeding claw 1224 by the first glue pulling claw 1511.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 6, the second unwinding assembly 123 includes a second unwinding tray 1232 disposed on the mounting plate 121, and a plurality of second passing rollers 1233 and second feeding jaws 1234 disposed on the second surface 1212, the second unwinding tray 1232 is used for providing a second adhesive tape 1231, the plurality of second passing rollers 1233 are rotatably disposed between the second unwinding tray 1232 and the second feeding jaws 1234, so that the second adhesive tape 1231 provided by the second unwinding tray 1232 sequentially passes through the plurality of second passing rollers 1233 to the second feeding jaws 1234, the second feeding jaws 1234 are disposed opposite to the second pulling jaws 1521, and the second feeding jaws 1234 are used for fixing the second adhesive tape 1231 when the second cutting knife 142 cuts the second adhesive tape 1231.
The plurality of second pass rollers 1233 means two or more second pass rollers 1233. The positions of the second rollers 1233 are not limited as long as the second tape 1231 fed from the second discharge tray 1232 can be sequentially wound around the second rollers 1233 to the second feeding jaw 1234.
Because the plurality of second passing rollers 1233 are rotatably disposed between the second discharging tray 1232 and the second feeding jaw 1234, and the second adhesive tape 1231 provided by the second discharging tray 1232 sequentially passes through the plurality of second passing rollers 1233 to the second feeding jaw 1234, the tightness of the second adhesive tape 1231 between the second discharging tray 1232 and the second feeding jaw 1234 can be adjusted by disposing the plurality of second passing rollers 1233, so that the stability of conveying the second adhesive tape 1231 provided by the second discharging tray 1232 to the second feeding jaw 1234 is improved.
In addition, since the second supply jaw 1234 serves to fix the second tape 1231 while the second cutter 142 cuts the second tape 1231, the effect of the second cutter 142 cutting the second tape 1231 by a preset length is improved. Since the second supply jaw 1234 is disposed opposite to the second pulling claw 1521, the second pulling claw 1521 can pull the second tape 1231 out of the second supply jaw 1234 conveniently.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the first and second cutters 141 and 142 respectively cut a preset length of the first and second tapes 1221 and 1231, the first and second pulling claws 1511 and 1521 are moved in a second direction (the direction indicated by the arrow X in fig. 5) in synchronization by the pulling driving member 163, so that the first pulling claw 1511 moves toward the first feeding claw 1224 to clamp the free end of the first tape 1221 provided by the first feeding claw 1224, the second pulling claw 1521 moves toward the second feeding claw 1234 to clamp the free end of the second tape 1231 provided by the second feeding claw 1234, then, the first feeding claw 1224 releases the first tape 1221, the second feeding claw 1234 releases the second tape 1231, when the first feeding claw releases the first tape 1221, when the second feeding jaw 1234 releases the second tape 1231, the tape pulling driving member 163 drives the first tape pulling jaw 1511 and the second tape pulling jaw 1521 to move synchronously in a direction (a direction indicated by a Y arrow in fig. 6) opposite to the second direction, so that the first tape pulling jaw 1511 moves away from the first feeding jaw 1224 to pull out the first tape 1221 provided by the first feeding jaw 1224 by a preset length, and the second tape pulling jaw 1521 moves away from the second feeding jaw 1234 to pull out the second tape 1231 provided by the second feeding jaw 1234 by a preset length, when the first tape pulling jaw 1511 pulls out the first tape 1221 by a preset length and the second tape pulling jaw 1521 pulls out the second tape 1231 by a preset length, the first feeding jaw 1224 holds and fixes the first tape 1221, and the second feeding jaw 1234 holds and fixes the second tape 1231.
Because both ends of the first adhesive tape 1221 with the preset length are respectively fixed by the first tape pulling clamping jaw 1511 and the first feeding clamping jaw 1224, and both ends of the second adhesive tape 1231 with the preset length are respectively fixed by the second tape pulling clamping jaw 1521 and the second feeding clamping jaw 1234, when the first cutting knife 141 is close to the first feeding clamping jaw 1224 to cut the first adhesive tape 1221 and the second cutting knife 142 is close to the second feeding clamping jaw 1234 to cut the second adhesive tape 1231, the cutting of the first adhesive tape 1221 with the preset length and the cutting of the second adhesive tape 1231 with the preset length can be completed.
In addition, before the first cutter 141 cuts the first tape 1221, the first adsorption plate 1243 adsorbs the first tape 1221 to ensure the attaching effect of the first tape 1221, and similarly, before the second cutter 142 cuts the second tape 1231, the second tape 1231 can be picked up by the second tape sticking assembly 130 (for example, the second tape sticking assembly 130 includes the second adsorption plate, which can adsorb the second tape 1231), and the second tape 1231 is driven to move to the preset position, so that the second tape 1231 can be attached to the second preset attaching position 12 by the second tape sticking assembly 130.
In order to further simplify the structure of the gumming device 100 and reduce the manufacturing cost of the gumming device 100, in some possible embodiments, a plurality of mounting holes 1215 are provided on the mounting plate 121 through the first surface 1211 and the second surface 1212, the plurality of mounting holes 1215 respectively correspond to the plurality of first rollers 1223 and the plurality of second rollers 1233 one-to-one, and the first rollers 1223 and the second rollers 1233 are respectively rotatably provided at opposite ends of the same mounting hole 1215.
Accordingly, on the one hand, by providing the mounting plate 121 with the plurality of mounting holes 1215 penetrating the first surface 1211 and the second surface 1212, the number of mounting holes 1215 provided on the mounting plate 121 can be reduced, thereby securing the strength of the mounting plate 121, and on the other hand, by rotating the first passing roller 1223 and the second passing roller 1233 respectively at opposite ends of the same mounting hole 1215, the number of holes can be reduced, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the tape sticking apparatus 100.
In addition, since the first and second rollers 1223 and 1233 are rotatably disposed at opposite ends of the same mounting hole 1215, friction between the first and second tapes 1221 and 1223 and between the second and second tapes 1231 and 1233 is rolling friction, and friction between the first and second tapes 1221 and 1223 and between the second and second tapes 1231 and 1233 is reduced.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the first tape adhering assembly 124 includes a first lifting driving member 1242 disposed on the mounting plate 121 and a first absorbing plate 1243 disposed on the first lifting driving member 1242, the first lifting driving member 1242 is configured to drive the first absorbing plate 1243 to move in a direction close to or away from the first pre-adhering position 11 of the tape 10 to adhere the first tape 1221 of a preset length to the tape 10 or leave the tape 10, and the absorbing plate is configured to absorb the first tape 1221 of the preset length; and/or, the first rubberizing assembly 124 further includes a first horizontal driving member 1241 disposed on the mounting plate 121, the first horizontal driving member 1241 is configured to drive the first adsorption plate 1243 to reciprocate along a third direction (i.e., a direction indicated by an arrow x1 in fig. 5), where the third direction is at an angle with the first direction (it can be understood that the third direction is parallel to the second direction).
Therefore, by arranging the first horizontal driving element 1241, the first adsorption plate 1243 can be driven to move along the third direction, so as to ensure the accuracy of attaching the first adhesive tape 1221 to the first pre-attaching position 11. The first lifting driving member 1242 is arranged to drive the first adsorption plate 1243 to move in a direction close to or away from the first pre-adhesion position 11 of the tape 10 so as to adhere the first adhesive tape 1221 of a predetermined length to the tape 10 or leave the tape 10.
In addition, since the first pre-application positions 11 of the material tape 10 include two and are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the material tape 10, in order to ensure the application effect of the first pre-application positions 11, the first adsorption plates 1243 include two, and two first adsorption plates 1243 are disposed on two opposite sides of the material tape 10.
Similarly, in some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 9, the second adhesive tape sticking assembly 130 includes a second lifting driving member 132 disposed on the mounting frame 110 and a second absorbing plate 133 disposed on the second lifting driving member 132, the second lifting driving member 132 is configured to drive the second absorbing plate 133 to move along a direction close to or far away from the second pre-adhering position 12 of the tape 10 so as to stick the second adhesive tape 1231 with the preset length to the tape 10 or leave the tape 10, and the absorbing plate is configured to absorb the second adhesive tape 1231 with the preset length; the second tape adhering assembly 130 further includes a second horizontal driving element 131 disposed on the mounting frame 110, and the second horizontal driving element 131 is configured to drive the second adsorption plate 133 to reciprocate along a third direction.
Therefore, by arranging the second horizontal driving member 131, the second adsorption plate 133 can be driven to move back and forth along the third direction, so as to ensure the accuracy of attaching the second adhesive tape 1231 to the second pre-attaching position 12. The second suction plate 133 can be driven to move in a direction close to or away from the second pre-adhering position 12 of the tape 10 by the second lifting driving element 132, so as to adhere the second adhesive tape 1231 with a predetermined length to the tape 10 or leave the tape 10.
In addition, since the second pre-attaching positions 12 of the tape 10 include two second pre-attaching positions and are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the tape 10, in order to ensure the attaching effect of the second pre-attaching positions 12, the second absorption plates 133 include two second absorption plates 133, and the two second absorption plates 133 are disposed on two opposite sides of the tape 10.
In addition, the first horizontal driving member 1241 and the second horizontal driving member 131 may be telescopic cylinders, or, as shown in fig. 10, the first horizontal driving member 1241 and the second horizontal driving member 131 may be a motor 1311 and a lead screw 1312 connected to the motor 1311.
In some possible embodiments, referring to fig. 9 and 11, the mounting frame 110 is further provided with a guide rail 171, a guide slider 172 and an adjustment driving member 173, the extension direction of the guide rail 171 is parallel to the first direction, the guide slider 172 is slidably mounted on the guide rail 171, the second lifting driving member 132 is disposed on the guide slider 172, and the adjustment driving member 173 is configured to drive the second lifting driving member 132 to move along the first direction, so that the second rubberizing assembly 130 can move close to or away from the second surface 1212 along the first direction.
Therefore, the guide slide rail 171 and the guide slider 172 arranged on the guide slide rail 171 are arranged on the mounting frame 110, the second lifting driving member 132 is arranged on the guide slider 172, and the adjusting driving member 173 is used for driving the second lifting driving member 132 to move along the first direction, therefore, the second lifting driving member 132 is driven to slide on the guide slide rail 171 in a reciprocating manner by the adjusting driving member 173, the second rubberizing assembly 130 can be adjusted along a direction close to or far from the rubberizing mechanism 120, and the second rubberizing assembly 130 can accurately attach the second adhesive tape 1231 to the second pre-attaching position 12 of the material tape 10.
In a second aspect, the present invention further provides an electrical core winder, which includes the rubberizing device 100 in the above embodiment, thereby improving the automation performance of the electrical core winder.
The tape sticking device 100 provided in this embodiment may have the same structure as any one of the tape sticking devices 100 in the above embodiments, and may have the same or similar beneficial effects, and specific reference may be made to the description in the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.

The rubberizing device according to claim 6, wherein the second unreeling assembly (123) comprises a second unreeling tray (1232) disposed on the mounting plate (121) and a plurality of second passing rollers (1233) and a second feeding claw (1234) disposed on the second surface (1212), the second unreeling tray (1232) is used for providing a second adhesive tape (1231), the plurality of second passing rollers (1233) are rotatably disposed between the second unreeling tray (1232) and the second feeding claw (1234), so that the second adhesive tape (1231) provided by the second unreeling tray (1232) sequentially passes through the plurality of second passing rollers (1233) to the second feeding claw (1234), the second feeding claw (1234) is disposed opposite to the second pulling claw (1521), and the second feeding claw (1234) is used for fixing the second adhesive tape (1231) when the second cutter (142) cuts the second adhesive tape (1231).

The rubberizing device according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of mounting holes (1215) are formed in the mounting plate (121) through the first surface (1211) and the second surface (1212), the plurality of mounting holes (1215) correspond to the plurality of first rollers (1223) and the plurality of second rollers (1233) one-to-one, and the first rollers (1223) and the second rollers (1233) are rotatably disposed at opposite ends of the same mounting hole (1215).

The tape sticking device according to claim 2, wherein the first tape sticking assembly (124) comprises a first lifting driving member (1242) disposed on the mounting plate (121) and a first adsorption plate (1243) disposed on the first lifting driving member (1242), the first lifting driving member (1242) is configured to drive the first adsorption plate (1243) to move in a direction close to or away from the first pre-sticking position (11) of the tape (10) so as to stick a preset length of the first tape (1221) to the tape (10), and the first adsorption plate (1243) is configured to adsorb a preset length of the first tape (1221); and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the first rubberizing assembly (124) further comprises a first horizontal driving piece (1241) arranged on the mounting plate (121), the first horizontal driving piece (1241) is used for driving the first adsorption plate (1243) to move in a reciprocating mode along a third direction, and an included angle is formed between the third direction and the first direction.

The rubberizing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein each of the first unreeling assembly (122) and the second unreeling assembly (123) comprises two sets, and the two sets of the first unreeling assembly (122) and the two sets of the second unreeling assembly (123) are disposed on opposite sides of the material tape (10).
11. The rubberizing device according to claim 10, wherein the mounting plate (121) is provided with through holes (1213) which penetrate the first surface (1211) and the second surface (1212), the strip of material (10) passing through the through holes (1213).

The tape sticking device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the second tape sticking assembly (130) comprises a second lifting driving member (132) disposed on the mounting frame (110) and a second adsorption plate (133) disposed on the second lifting driving member (132), the second lifting driving member (132) is configured to drive the second adsorption plate (133) to move in a direction close to or away from the second pre-sticking position (12) of the tape (10) so as to stick the second tape (1231) with a preset length to the tape (10) or leave the tape (10), and the second adsorption plate (133) is configured to adsorb the second tape (1231) with a preset length; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the second rubberizing assembly (130) further comprises a second horizontal driving piece (131) arranged on the mounting frame (110), and the second horizontal driving piece (131) is used for driving the second adsorption plate (133) to move back and forth along a third direction.
