In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the cover plate 20 is provided with a skirt 240 disposed around the edge of the cover plate 20, the skirt 240 extends away from the face frame 10, and the skirt 240 abuts against the groove wall of the receiving groove 104. The skirt 240 has an annular edge structure and extends forward from the cover plate 20, so that the structural strength and rigidity of the cover plate 20 can be improved, and the skirt 240 abuts against the groove wall of the receiving groove 104, so that the mounting reliability of the cover plate 20 is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the skirt 240 extends toward the direction close to the face frame 10, that is, the skirt 240 extends rearward on the cover plate 20, which also improves the strength and rigidity of the cover plate 20 and improves the mounting reliability.
An embodiment of an air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an air conditioning indoor unit 100 includes: a face frame 10 and a cover plate 20.
The face frame 10 is provided with an electric control part 30, and the electric control part 30 is an electric control box provided with a connecting wire harness.
The cover plate 20 is disposed on the face frame 10, and the cover plate 20 includes: the face frame comprises an avoidance area 210 and mounting areas 220 arranged on two sides of the avoidance area 210, wherein the avoidance area 210 is opposite to a connecting wire harness, one of the two mounting areas 220 is fixed with the face frame 10 through a fastener, and the other of the two mounting areas 220 is clamped and fixed with the face frame 10.
Two mounting regions 220 are provided on the left and right sides of the cover plate 20, respectively, and an escape region 210 is formed at a central position of the cover plate 20.
The right mounting area 220 is provided with a clamping member 201, the face frame 10 is provided with a clamping groove 101, and the clamping member 201 is arranged in the clamping groove 101. The clip 201 includes: a connecting part 2011 and a clamping part 2012, wherein the top of the connecting part 2011 is connected with the cover plate 20 and extends towards the back; joint portion 2012 is spaced apart from connecting portion 2011 and is set up, and connecting portion 2011 and the orientation back extension are connected to the bottom of joint portion 2012, are equipped with the protruding 20121 of card on joint portion 2012, are equipped with in draw-in groove 101 and end portion 1011, and protruding 20121 of card leans on forward and ends on portion 1011 when joint spare 201 cooperation is in draw-in groove 101. The left mounting region 220 is provided with an avoiding slope 2201, and the distance between the upper end surface of the cover plate 20 and the avoiding slope 2201 gradually decreases in the direction away from the other mounting region 220.
The face frame 10 is provided with a receiving groove 104, the electric control element 30 and the cover plate 20 are arranged in the receiving groove 104, and the edge of the cover plate 20 abuts against the groove wall of the receiving groove 104.
The cover plate 20 is provided with a skirt 240 around the edge of the cover plate 20, the skirt 240 extends away from the face frame 10, and the skirt 240 abuts against the groove wall of the receiving groove 104.
Other components of the indoor unit 100, such as the filter screen, the air deflector, the evaporator, and the cross-flow fan, can refer to the indoor unit of the air conditioner in the prior art, and are not described herein again since they do not belong to the improvement point of the present invention.
The operation principle of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 of the present invention is described as follows:
when the air conditioning indoor unit 100 needs to install or replace the connection harness, an installation operator firstly opens the panel component on the face frame 10, then unscrews the screw on the installation area 220 on the left side of the cover plate 20 by using a cross screwdriver, so that the screw is disengaged from the threaded hole 103 on the face frame 10, then the installation operator pushes the clamping piece 201 upwards in the installation area 220 on the right side of the cover plate 20, so that the clamping piece 201 is elastically deformed upwards, the clamping protrusion 20121 and the abutting portion 1011 are disengaged, and finally, the operator takes away the cover plate 20 forwards. Next, the installation operator binds one end of the connection harness together by using an adhesive tape, and the end of the connection harness passes through the receiving groove 104 from the inside of the face frame 10 and is connected with the electric control member 30 through the escape area 210 behind the cover plate 20.
As can be seen from the above, with the air conditioning indoor unit 100 of the present invention, the cover plate 20 can be fixedly connected to the face frame 10 through the screw and the fastening member 201, which not only meets the safety requirements, but also greatly reduces the number of screws used, reduces the production cost, and simultaneously, the installation or removal of the air conditioning indoor unit is simple, the operation is convenient, the man-hour can be reduced, and the installation efficiency of the air conditioner can be improved.
Other configurations and operations of the air conditioning indoor unit 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein a reinforcement plate is provided on the first groove, the reinforcement plate divides the first groove into two grooves, and the engaging portion is provided on the other of the two grooves which is far from the connecting harness.
6. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein a groove surface of the first groove opposite to the second groove is a slope, and the groove surface is disposed obliquely upward in a direction away from the second groove.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a through hole is provided in the mounting region connected to the face frame by a fastening member in the two mounting regions, a screw hole is provided in the face frame, the screw hole corresponds to the through hole, and the fastening member passes through the through hole and is connected to the screw hole.
8. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein an avoiding slope is provided on the mounting region connected to the face frame in the two mounting regions by a fastener, and a distance between the other end face of the cover plate opposite to the avoiding slope and the avoiding slope is gradually reduced in a direction away from the other mounting region.
9. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a receiving groove is provided in the face frame, the electric control unit and the cover plate are disposed in the receiving groove, and an edge of the cover plate abuts against a groove wall of the receiving groove.
