The embodiment of the utility model provides a container 10, wherein a container body 11 is used for containing liquid, and a brewing cup 12 is used for containing materials to be brewed. The brewing cup 12 is in communication with the container body 11 and is capable of communicating with the air pump 30 of the drink brewing apparatus such that a sealed space is created within the brewing cup 12 without the liquid level within the container body 11 forming a water seal across the bottom opening of the brewing cup 12. When the air pump 30 is operated, as shown in fig. 3 and 4 (the arrows in the figures show the flowing direction of the fluid, and the arrows in the following figures are the same and will not be described one by one), air in the brewing cup 12 can be sucked, so that negative pressure is formed in the brewing cup 12, and the liquid in the container body 11 is sucked into the brewing cup 12, so that the brewing of the material is realized. Subsequently, the air pump 30 is turned off, as shown in fig. 5, the pumping can be stopped, the air pressure in the brewing cup 12 is increased, the beverage obtained by brewing the material with the liquid can flow back to the container body 11, and the separation of the beverage and the material is realized, so that the long-time soaking of the material is avoided, and the taste of the beverage is improved. Meanwhile, negative pressure pumping liquid can increase disturbance to the liquid, so that stirring of materials is achieved, and the brewing effect is improved.
In addition, when the beverage is brewed, especially when cold soaking is realized by low-temperature liquid, the material is easy to float on the liquid surface, and the brewing effect is influenced. By providing the sieve assembly 13, in particular two sieves of different heights, in the brewing cup 12, for example with the first sieve 131 on top and the second sieve 132 on bottom, a space for the movement of the material can be enclosed in the brewing cup 12, so that the material is confined in this space. On one hand, the liquid level can be at least increased to the first filter screen 131 during brewing, the first filter screen 131 can be used for blocking materials to prevent the materials from floating upwards, the materials are completely soaked in the liquid during brewing, and the brewing effect is favorably improved. On the other hand, the second filter screen 132 can intercept the materials in the brewing cup 12, reduce the risk of the materials flowing into the container body 11, ensure that centralized brewing is realized in the brewing cup 12, and is convenient for reasonably controlling the brewing time, which is also beneficial to improving the brewing effect, and can realize the separation of the materials and the beverage, so that the beverage is easy to drink.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the container body 11 includes a body 111 and a container cover 112, wherein the top of the body 111 is formed with an opening and a water outlet is formed at the side of the top, and the container cover 112 is closed on the top of the body 111 to separate the top opening of the body 111 from the water outlet. The brewing cup 12 is configured to fit within the container lid 112 and to overlap a step formed by the container lid 112, and the lid 122 of the brewing cup 12 fits within the container lid 112 to seal the cup body 121.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, brewing cup 12 includes cup 121 and lid 122 releasably sealingly connected, and first screen 131 is connected to lid 122.
In the embodiments, by arranging the cup 121 and the cap 122, the cap 122 can be opened to take and put materials, and the cup 121 can be cleaned, so that the convenience of use and maintenance of products can be improved. By connecting the first filter screen 131 with the cup cover 122, on one hand, the setting height of the first filter screen 131 can be raised, so that the moving space of the material is enlarged, and the material is fully contacted with the liquid in the brewing cup 12; on the other hand, the flow obstruction of the liquid in the brewing cup 12 can be reduced, the disturbance intensity of the liquid when the liquid is sucked under negative pressure is ensured, and the brewing effect is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the screen assembly 13 further includes a connector 133 coupled to the cap 122, and the first screen 131 is removably coupled to the connector 133.
In these embodiments, through set up on the bowl cover 122 can dismantle the connecting piece 133 of being connected with first filter screen 131, can realize dismantling of first filter screen 131 and bowl cover 122 and be connected, be convenient for pull down first filter screen 131 clean or maintain the change, can clean the part that bowl cover 122 is covered by first filter screen 131 simultaneously, reducible product health dead angle promotes clean convenience, both can ensure food hygiene safety, helps prolonging the life of product again.
In some embodiments, the connector 133 is configured as a fluid level probe.
In these embodiments, by configuring the connector 133 specifically as a level probe, it is possible to detect whether the liquid level within the brewing cup 12 reaches at least the set height of the first sieve 131. Specifically, a grounded conductor may be provided on the inner bottom wall of the container body 11 (for example, when the inner bottom wall of the container body 11 is provided with the liquid heating device 40, the liquid heating device 40 may be grounded), and the liquid between the conductor and the connecting member 133 may be used as a conductor, so that when the liquid in the container body 11 enters the brewing cup 12 under the negative pressure suction effect and rises to contact with the connecting member 133, the conductor can be conducted to the connecting member 133, and the liquid level can be detected by the conducted electric signal. In addition, as shown in fig. 6, a lead 1331 may be provided for the connector 133 to transmit a liquid level detection signal to the controller 50 of the beverage brewing apparatus (i.e., the connector 133 is electrically connected to the controller 50), and a wireless transmitter may be provided for the connector 133 to transmit a wireless liquid level detection signal to the controller 50 (i.e., the connector 133 is in signal connection with the controller 50), thereby controlling the air pump 30 to operate to pump liquid. On the one hand, the liquid level in the brewing cup 12 can be ensured to reach at least the height, so that the material can be completely soaked in the liquid under the blocking of the first filter screen 131, and the brewing effect is ensured; on the other hand, can in time close air pump 30 according to the liquid level testing result, help reducing the liquid level too high and lead to liquid to get into the air flue and damage the risk of air pump 30. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the air pump 30 includes an intake pump 31 and an exhaust pump 32. The air suction pump 31 can realize negative pressure brewing, the exhaust pump 32 can exhaust air into the brewing cup 12 after the air suction pump 31 is closed, the air pressure in the brewing cup 12 is rapidly increased, and the liquid in the brewing cup 12 is discharged to the container body 11, so that the brewing time is conveniently and accurately controlled, and the liquid can be discharged by positive pressure to realize stirring of materials. At this time, if it is determined that the liquid level reaches the set height of the first filter screen 131, the suction pump 31 may be turned off, and if it is determined that the liquid level is too high, the exhaust pump 32 may be operated for a short time to rapidly reduce the liquid level, which not only sufficiently reduces the risk that the air pump 30 is damaged by the liquid entering the air passage, but also avoids the liquid level being too low.
In addition, the design of constructing the connector 133 as a liquid level probe enables the connector 133 to simultaneously perform the functions of detecting the liquid level and fixing the first filter screen 131, so that the number of parts can be reduced, the product structure can be simplified, the assembly difficulty can be reduced, and the assembly efficiency can be improved.
Further, a temperature probe may be provided within the brewing cup 12 (and may also be integrated into the connector 133 configured as a liquid level probe) to sense the temperature of the liquid within the brewing cup 12, the temperature probe being electrically or signally connected to the controller 50, and the controller 50 being operable to control the air pump 30 in conjunction with the sensed liquid temperature. In particular, the temperature of the liquid may affect the brewing effect, especially if certain materials have a more precise range of brewing temperatures, such as those required to maintain the temperature of the liquid above 94 ℃. At this time, a corresponding control program can be written in the controller 50 in advance, when the controller 50 determines that the liquid temperature detected by the temperature probe falls out of the lower limit of the pre-stored temperature range, the air pump 30 can be opened and closed intermittently, and for the case that the air pump 30 includes the air suction pump 31 and the air discharge pump 32, the air discharge pump 32 and the air suction pump 31 can be started alternately, so that low-temperature liquid is discharged, liquid meeting the temperature requirement is sucked again, and the brewing effect can be ensured. Specifically, the lower limit of the temperature range when only one air pump 30 is provided may be larger than the lower limit of the temperature range when both the suction pump 31 and the exhaust pump 32 are provided to stop the suction as early as possible.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the connecting member 133 at least partially protrudes from a side surface of the first screen 131 facing away from the cap 122; and/or the first screen 131 is made of a conductive material.
In these embodiments, the liquid level can be directly detected using the connector 133 by having the connector 133 at least partially protrude from the first screen 131. The area of first filter screen 131 is relatively great, and in connecting piece 133 direct contact, through making first filter screen 131 possess electric conductive property, for example first filter screen 131 and connecting piece 133 all adopt the metal material, can realize electric connection through closely cooperating first filter screen 131 with connecting piece 133 as the liquid level probe, also can detect the signal of telecommunication when the liquid level in brewing cup 12 rises to the height that contacts with first filter screen 131, make first filter screen 131 possess the ability that detects the liquid level, help increasing the reliability that the liquid level detected. Generally speaking, when the connecting member 133 does not protrude from the cap 122 and the first filter screen 131 is made of a conductive material, the liquid level detection can be realized by the contact between the first filter screen 131 and the liquid; when the connecting piece 133 protrudes from the cup cover 122, if the first filter screen 131 is not conductive, the liquid level can be detected by the connecting piece 133, and if the first filter screen 131 is conductive, the connecting piece 133 and the first filter screen 131 can be simultaneously used for being conductive, so that the reliability of liquid level detection is improved, the positioning of the first filter screen 131 can be realized by the connecting piece 133, the assembly convenience of the first filter screen 131 is facilitated to be improved, and the risk of position movement and falling off of the first filter screen 131 is reduced. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a fitting hole adapted to the connection member 133 is provided in the first filter screen 131, and the first filter screen 131 is fitted over the connection member 133 during fitting such that the connection member 133 passes through the fitting hole.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, connector 133 has a first magnetic part 1332, first screen 131 has a second magnetic part 1311, and first magnetic part 1332 and second magnetic part 1311 are magnetically connected.
In these embodiments, the magnetic attachment of the connector 133 and the first screen 131 can be achieved by providing the connector 133 and the first screen 131 with magnetic attachment portions, respectively. The detachable connection mode has the advantages of concise appearance, less sanitary dead angles, convenience in cleaning, easiness in assembly, capability of simplifying the disassembly and assembly operation of a user and convenience in use. Particularly, the installation only needs to be carried out in place; when the filter screen structure is disassembled, the filter screen structure is often a thin sheet, and the first filter screen 131 is not completely fixed by the magnetic connection, so that only by using the connecting piece 133 as a fulcrum and pressing any edge of the first filter screen 131 towards the cup cover 122, the other part of the edge opposite to the connecting piece can tilt towards the direction far away from the cup cover 122, and a user can take off the first filter screen 131 by holding the tilted part of the first filter screen 131. Meanwhile, the design means that the cup cover 122 can be provided with a sealing ring embedded into the cup body 121 as shown in fig. 5, the first filter screen 131 can be arranged inside the sealing ring and is in contact with the sealing ring, the risk that materials enter a gap between the first filter screen 131 and the cup cover 122 is fully reduced, and the materials are reliably shielded.
In some embodiments, connector 133 is threaded with first screen 131; or the connector 133 is snap-fit connected to the first filter 131.
In these embodiments, the connecting member 133 and the first filter screen 131 may also be screwed or snapped, and the first filter screen 131 may also be detachably connected. Optionally, a handle may be provided on the first screen 131 to facilitate disassembly and assembly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the brewing cup 12 further comprises an air vent 123, the air vent 123 being located on a side of the first screen 131 facing away from the second screen 132.
In these embodiments, the brewing cup 12 further comprises a vent 123 capable of communicating with the air pump 30, so that air in the brewing cup 12 can be pumped into the air pump 30 through the vent 123 and then discharged to the atmosphere, and thus a negative pressure is formed in the brewing cup 12, and liquid in the container body 11 is sucked into the brewing cup 12, so as to brew materials. Through setting up first filter screen 131 between blow vent 123 and second filter screen 132, can make blow vent 123 be higher than first filter screen 131 and set up, and first filter screen 131 can block the material, just also can place the material and get into blow vent 123 and block up the air flue, damage air pump 30, help the reliable operation of guarantee product.
In some embodiments, the screen assembly 13 further includes a boss attached to the second screen 132, the boss being capable of squeezing against an interior wall of the brewing cup 12 to removably secure the second screen 132 within the brewing cup 12.
In these embodiments, by providing the screen assembly 13 with a boss attached to the second screen 132, the removable securement of the second screen 132 can be accomplished by the boss squeezing against the interior wall of the brew cup 12. On the one hand, the second filter net 132 at the lower position can ensure that the setting position of the second filter net 132 is stable, and the risk of the second filter net 132 tipping failure under the impact of negative pressure and liquid is reduced. On the other hand, compare in detachable connection methods such as screw connection, buckle connection, the extrusion formula that utilizes the bellying to realize can be dismantled fixedly, and both the operation of being convenient for can simplify filter screen subassembly 13 again and dash the structure of steeping cup 12, reduces the health dead angle, has promoted the maintainability performance of product.
Alternatively, a flange may be provided at the outer edge of the second screen 132, with a protrusion attached to the surface of the flange on the side facing away from the screen side of the second screen 132. Further, a boss may now be provided on the inner wall of the brewing cup 12 such that the cross-sectional area of the brewing cup 12 at the boss is reduced. During assembly, the boss and the protruding part are mutually extruded. Specifically, the bosses press against the bosses only where the bosses are located to secure the second screen 132, and do not press against the inner wall of the brew cup 12 until the bosses are not reached. Such design on the one hand can be through the position of design boss and confirm the fixed position of second filter screen 132, for the material remains reliable and stable activity space, and on the other hand can reduce and get the friction of infusing cup 12 and bellying when putting second filter screen 132, and both the user operation of being convenient for can reduce the structural damage to second filter screen 132, bellying and infusing cup 12 again, helps prolonging the life of product.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the brewing cup 12 further comprises a pipette 124 in communication with the cup body 121, the pipette 124 in communication with the container body 11, the second strainer 132 positioned within the cup body 121; the strainer assembly 13 further includes a fitting portion 134 attached to a side of the second strainer 132 facing the pipette 124, the fitting portion 134 being at least partially inserted into the pipette 124, and a protrusion provided on the fitting portion 134 and capable of pressing against an inner wall of the pipette 124.
In these embodiments, the brewing cup 12 includes a cup body 121 and a pipette 124 in communication with each other, and each in communication with the air pump 30 and the container body 11 to achieve negative pressure pipetting. In the case of a constant height of the brewing cup 12, the volume of the brewing cup 12 can be greatly reduced by disposing the pipette 124 having a cross-sectional area much smaller than that of the cup body 121, so that a negative pressure can be rapidly formed after the air pump 30 is activated to suck the liquid in the container body 11 into the cup body 121 through the pipette 124. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the overall volume of the product, the brewing cup 12 can be arranged in the container body 11, and at the moment, the design of the liquid suction pipe 124 can reserve more volume for the container body 11 to contain liquid, so that the brewing amount of the beverage can be increased. The second sieve 132 may be disposed in the cup 121. By further providing the strainer assembly 13 with a fitting portion 134 into which the pipette 124 is at least partially inserted and providing the fitting portion 134 with a projection, the removable fixation of the strainer can be achieved by the projection on the fitting portion 134 being press-fitted against the inner wall of the pipette 124. Since the bore of the pipette 124 itself is small, the contact area required for reliable fitting of the pipette 124 with the boss is also small, and the second screen 132 can be reliably fixed with a small amount of structure, contributing to simplification of the structure of the screen assembly 13.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the fitting portion 134 is configured in a tubular shape coaxial with the pipette 124, and allows the liquid flowing through the pipette 124 to pass therethrough, thereby reducing the obstruction to the flow of the liquid and ensuring smooth progress of the suction and discharge liquid. Further, at this time, the liquid passing hole 135 may be formed in the pipe section of the assembling portion 134 located in the cup body 121, and the liquid passing hole 135 may be formed in the pipe section of the assembling portion 134 where the liquid suction pipe 124 is not inserted, so that a risk that a portion of the filter net corresponding to the assembling portion 134 is blocked and liquid cannot flow smoothly is reduced, flow resistance of liquid may be further reduced, and smooth progress of liquid suction and discharge is ensured. Specifically, the wall surface of the cup 121 communicating with the pipette 124 may be provided as an inclined surface inclined toward the pipette 124, so that a tapered space is formed at a portion where the cup 121 and the pipette 124 are connected, and the second strainer 132 can be prevented from further moving toward the pipette 124, thereby ensuring that a buffer space is provided between the second strainer 132 and the pipette 124, and a certain buffer effect can be achieved during pipetting. The liquid passing hole 135 is located in this buffer space.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the inner wall of the end of the pipette 124 connected to the cup body 121 is provided with an in-pipe boss 125, the in-pipe boss 125 and the protrusion are mutually pressed, the protrusion height of the in-pipe boss 125 can be reasonably set according to the size of the assembly portion 134 without adjusting the inner diameter of the pipette 124, so that the inner diameter design of the pipette 124 is not strictly limited by the assembly portion 134, the flexibility of the structural design is improved, and the requirement of water flow rate for water suction and drainage is conveniently met.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the screen assembly 13 further includes a holding portion 136 connected to the second screen 132, so as to facilitate the user to take and place the second screen 132, thereby reducing the structural damage caused by pressing and pulling the second screen 132 with other tools, and contributing to prolonging the service life of the second screen 132. Optionally, the holding portion 136 is configured as a rod extending along the height direction of the brewing cup 12, which not only ensures the holding effect, but also reduces the obstruction to the liquid flow and ensures the brewing effect of the beverage. Meanwhile, as the holding part 136 is positioned in the brewing cup 12 and needs to be contacted with the beverage for a long time, the structure of the holding part 136 is simplified, so that the sanitation dead angle can be reduced, and the cleaning burden can be reduced. Specifically, a rod-shaped gripping portion 136 may be disposed on a side of the second screen 132 facing the lid 122 of the brewing cup 12 for easy gripping by a user; the grip 136 may also be disposed at the center of the second screen 132 to balance the forces applied to the second screen 132 for easy access.

In addition, at the periphery of the airway, the lower ventilation connector 21 and the upper ventilation connector 14 can be provided with a plurality of matched concentric sealing rings, so that the concentric sealing rings on the lower ventilation connector 21 and the communication sealing rings on the upper ventilation connector 14 are alternately nested, the sealed connection of the lower ventilation connector 21 and the upper ventilation connector 14 is realized, and the air leakage of the airway can be effectively prevented. It will be appreciated that when the controller 50 is also provided on the base 20 and the connector 133 is provided with a lead 1331, as shown in figure 6, the lead 1331 may be specifically connected to the upper-vent connector 14, with mating circuitry provided in the upper-vent connector 14 and the lower-vent connector 21, and with circuitry in the lower-vent connector 21 connectable to the controller 50, enabling electrical connection of the connector 133 to the controller 50.
In some embodiments, the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises a liquid heating device 40 electrically or signally connected to the controller 50, which can be disposed in the container body 11 as shown in fig. 6, and can also be disposed in the base 20 for heating the container body 11.
In these embodiments, by further configuring the liquid heating device 40 for heating the container body 11, heating can be achieved by itself, for the beverage to be heated, on one hand, an additional heating device is not needed, so that convenience in use is improved, and on the other hand, automatic control can be achieved by combining certain detection data and control strategies, so that the beverage brewing effect is improved. The liquid heating device 40 may be disposed at the bottom of the container body 11 (directly forming the inner bottom wall of the container body 11, or disposed in the interlayer of the bottom of the container body 11), or may be disposed in the base 20 to reduce the weight of the container 10.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the container 10 may be further configured with a temperature sensor 16 electrically or signally connected to the controller 50 for detecting the temperature of the liquid within the container body 11. The controller 50 may control the heating of the container body 11 by the liquid heating device 40 in conjunction with the detection result of the temperature sensor 16 so as to maintain the temperature of the liquid inside the container body 11 within a temperature range required for brewing.
