The container assembly 10 comprises a container body 11, a cover body 12 and a brewing cup 13, wherein the brewing cup 13 is positioned in the container body 11 and is detachably and hermetically connected with the cover body 12; the container body assembly 10 further comprises a first air pipe 14, a second air pipe 15 and an air pipe sealing assembly, the first air pipe 14 is arranged in the cover body 12 and communicated with the brewing cup 13, the second air pipe 15 is arranged in the container body 11 and can be communicated with an air pump 20, and the air pipe sealing assembly is arranged between the first air pipe 14 and the second air pipe 15 and used for enabling the first air pipe 14 and the second air pipe 15 to be communicated in a sealing mode.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a container assembly 10 having a container body 11 for holding a liquid and a brewing cup 13 for holding a material to be brewed. By sealingly connecting the brewing cup 13 to the lid 12 and further communicating through the first air tube 14, the air tube seal assembly and the second air tube 15 to the air pump 20, a sealed space can be created within the brewing cup 13 without the liquid level within the container body 11 forming a water seal across the bottom opening of the brewing cup 13. When the air pump 20 is operated, as shown in fig. 5 (the arrows in the figure show the flowing direction of the fluid, and the arrows in the following figures are the same and will not be described one by one), air in the brewing cup 13 can be sucked, so that negative pressure is formed in the brewing cup 13, and the liquid in the container body 11 is sucked into the brewing cup 13, thereby brewing the material. Subsequently, the air pump 20 is turned off, as shown in fig. 7, the pumping can be stopped, the air pressure in the brewing cup 13 is increased, the beverage obtained by brewing the material with the liquid can flow back to the container body 11, and the separation of the beverage and the material is realized, so that the long-time soaking of the material is avoided, and the taste of the beverage is improved. Meanwhile, negative pressure pumping liquid can increase disturbance to the liquid, so that stirring of materials is achieved, and the brewing effect is improved. Through set up trachea seal assembly between first trachea 14 and second trachea 15, can prevent gas leakage when communicating first trachea 14 and second trachea 15, improve the sealing performance between the trachea.
In some embodiments, the trachea sealing assembly includes a sealing element 16 and a resilient abutment 17, one of the sealing element 16 and the resilient abutment 17 is disposed on the lid 12 and is in communication with the first trachea 14, and the other of the sealing element 16 and the resilient abutment 17 is disposed on the container body 11 and is in communication with the second trachea 15, as shown in fig. 2-4, for example, the resilient abutment 17 may be disposed on the lid 12 and the sealing element 16 may be disposed on the container body 11. Wherein, the abutting end of the elastic abutting piece 17 can move back and forth along the approximately horizontal direction and is in sealing abutting communication with the sealing piece 16 under the action of the elastic force.
In these embodiments, the cover 12 and the container 11 are respectively provided with the elastic abutting member 17 and the sealing member 16, and the end surface of the elastic abutting member 17 that can abut against the sealing member 16 behind the rear cover is an abutting end thereof, and the abutting end can reciprocate in the horizontal direction. When closed, as shown in fig. 2, the user typically places the lid 12 on the brewing cup 13 from top to bottom. In the process of moving downwards after the cover 12 contacts the container 11, the abutting end of the elastic abutting piece 17 can enter the cover 12 or the container 11 (which structure is arranged to enter the inside of which structure, which is the case of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and enters the inside of the cover 12) under the pushing of the sealing piece 16, and meanwhile, the elastic part of the elastic abutting piece 17 is compressed. After the cover is closed, the abutting end can abut against the sealing element 16 under the action of elastic restoring force of the elastic part, so that the elastic abutting part 17 and the sealing element 16 are reliably and conveniently used for realizing the sealing communication of the first air pipe 14 and the second air pipe 15, and the risk of air leakage caused by the fact that the first air pipe 14 and the second air pipe 15 are not inserted in place when being directly inserted together is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the cover 12 or the container 11 is provided with a stopper hole 121; the elastic abutting part 17 comprises a rigid body 171 and an elastic part 172, the rigid body 171 comprises an abutting head 1711 and a connecting part 1712 which are connected, the connecting part 1712 passes through the limiting hole 121, one end of the connecting part 1712 of the abutting head 1711 protrudes out of the side surface of the connecting part 1712, and the elastic part 172 is arranged between the end surface of the limiting hole 121 and the abutting head 1711; one end of the connecting portion 1712, which is far away from the abutting head 1711, is communicated with the first air pipe 14 or the second air pipe 15.
In these embodiments, it is specifically defined that the elastic abutment member 17 comprises a rigid body 171 passing through the limiting hole 121, and the rigid body 171 can move reciprocally in the axial direction of the limiting hole 121, and is of a rigid structure, so that it can maintain a stable structure for a long time and form a reliable seal with the sealing member 16. The rigid body 171 further includes a connecting portion 1712 passing through the stopper hole 121 and communicating with the first air tube 14 or the second air tube 15, and an abutting head 1711 located at an outer end of the connecting portion 1712 and capable of abutting against the sealing member 16, wherein the abutting head 1711 protrudes from a side surface of the connecting portion 1712, so that a step surface can be formed. The elastic abutting member 17 further includes an elastic member 172 disposed between an outer end surface of the stopper hole 121 (the outer end surface of the stopper hole 121 refers to an end surface facing the outside of the lid body 12 or the container body 11, and correspondingly, an inner end surface of the stopper hole 121 refers to an end surface facing the inside of the lid body 12 or the container body 11) and the abutting head 1711, so that the abutting head 1711 moves toward the stopper hole 121 when closing the lid, and compresses the elastic member 172. When the cover closing is completed, the abutting head 1711 can abut against the sealing element 16 under the pushing of the elastic element 172, so that sealing is realized. In the embodiment, the elastic abutting part 17 is divided into the rigid part and the elastic part, which perform respective functions and jointly realize long-term and stable reliable sealing.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, a portion of the side of the connecting portion 1712 that passes through the limiting hole 121 and enters the inside of the cover 12 or the inside of the container body 11 is provided with a fitting groove 1713, and the elastic abutting member 17 further includes a stopper 173 at least partially inserted into the fitting groove 1713 for preventing the rigid body 171 from coming out of the limiting hole 121.
In these embodiments, the elastic abutting member 17 further includes a stopper 173 for preventing the rigid body 171 from coming out of the limiting hole 121, so that the rigid body 171 can be prevented from falling off when the cover is not closed, and the structural stability and reliable operation of the product are ensured. Specifically, the stopper 173 may be inserted into a portion of the connecting portion 1712 inserted into the interior of the lid body 12 or the container body 11, so that when the rigid body 171 moves outward, the stopper 173 can be stopped by the inner end surface of the positioning hole 121, thereby preventing the rigid body 171 from falling out, and ensuring the structural stability of the product. Alternatively, the stopper 173 may be a stopper piece, which is inserted into the fitting groove 1713 when assembled; the stop 173 can also be a stop ring with a certain elasticity, and the assembly groove 1713 is correspondingly configured as an annular groove, which can be expanded and fit into the annular assembly groove 1713 during assembly.
In some embodiments, the elastic member 172 is disposed between the end surface of the position-limiting hole 121 and the abutting head 1711 in a compressed manner when the cover 12 is not closed.

It will be appreciated that an additional stop 173 may be provided at this point to effect compression of the resilient member 172.
In some embodiments, the resilient member 172 comprises a spring that is sleeved over the connecting portion 1712.
In these embodiments, the spring is specifically adopted as the elastic member 172, and the spring can be directly sleeved on the periphery of the connecting portion 1712, so that the space occupation is reduced, the reliable connection between the elastic member 172 and the rigid body 171 is ensured, and meanwhile, the rigid body 171 can be uniformly stressed in the circumferential direction, which is beneficial to ensuring the sealing effect.
In some embodiments, the elastic abutment 17 is made of an elastic material.
In these embodiments, the elastic abutting member 17 is directly made of an elastic material, so that an integrated structure can be formed, which not only ensures the overall connection strength of the elastic abutting member 17, but also helps to reduce the structural complexity of the elastic abutting member 17, and also reduces the number of parts and improves the assembly efficiency.
In some embodiments, the abutting end of the elastic abutting member 17 is provided with a guiding surface at the lower side thereof to guide the elastic abutting member 17 to retract toward the inside of the lid body 12 or the container body 11 during the process of closing the lid body 12.
In these embodiments, when the lid is closed, the lower side of the abutting end of the elastic abutting member 17 is the portion of the elastic abutting member 17 which first contacts the sealing member 16, and strictly speaking, the portion of the lid body 12 or the container body 11 provided with the sealing member 16 may be contacted by the elastic abutting member 17, for example, as shown in fig. 6, the sealing member 16 is embedded in the container body 11, and the portion of the container body 11 which is first contacted by the elastic abutting member 17. Through setting up the guiding surface here, can make the atress direction of elasticity butt piece 17 change from vertical upwards to the lid 12 or the slope of container body 11 that is provided with elasticity butt piece 17, and then can guide and promote elasticity butt piece 17 and retract gradually, both convenient to user operation, reducible damage to elasticity butt piece 17 again helps prolonging the life of product, promotes the reliability.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the abutment end surface of the elastic abutment member 17 is configured as a spherical surface, the lower side region of the spherical surface serves as a guide surface, and the seal member 16 is configured as a concave spherical seal member adapted to the spherical surface.
In these embodiments, by configuring the abutting end surface of the spherical surface for the elastic abutting piece 17, on one hand, the guiding surface can be naturally formed for convenient processing, and on the other hand, all directions of the spherical surface in the circumferential direction are consistent in structure, so that the direction does not need to be adjusted deliberately when the elastic abutting piece 17 is assembled, the guiding failure caused by the rotation of the elastic abutting piece 17 in the use process does not need to be worried about, and the reliability of the product is ensured. Correspondingly, the sealing element 16 is configured as a concave spherical sealing element matched with the spherical abutting end surface of the elastic abutting element 17, on one hand, the concave spherical surface can be continuously utilized to realize the guiding of the elastic abutting element 17, on the other hand, the fit tightness can be improved, and the sealing effect is guaranteed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the elastic abutment 17 is disposed on the cover 12 and communicates with the first air tube 14, and the sealing member 16 is disposed on the container 11 and communicates with the second air tube 15.
In these embodiments, specifically, by providing the elastic contact member 17 on the lid body 12 and the sealing member 16 on the container body 11, the free movement of the elastic contact member 17 can be secured by the sufficient inner space of the lid body 12 in the horizontal direction. Meanwhile, the elastic abutting part 17 partially protrudes out of the cover body 12, so that a user can conveniently identify and adjust the angle of the cover body 12 when closing the cover, and effective sealing is guaranteed. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the sealing member 16 may be provided at the handle 111 of the container body 11, and the conspicuous handle 111 may be used as a position mark of the sealing member 16, so that the user can adjust the angle of the lid body 12 to align the elastic contact member 17 with the handle 111 to align the elastic contact member 17 with the sealing member 16 as shown in fig. 3 when closing the lid.
In some embodiments, the brewing cup 13 is provided with a pipette 131 extending toward the inner bottom wall of the container body 11 to communicate the brewing cup 13 with the container body 11.
In these embodiments, by sealingly attaching the brewing cup 13 with the pipette 131 to the cap 12, a sealed space can be created within the brewing cup 13 in the event that the liquid level within the container body 11 forms a water seal over the bottom opening of the pipette 131. In addition, the bottom opening of the brewing cup 13 and the pipette 131 as a whole must be close enough to the inner bottom wall of the container body 11 to ensure smooth pipetting even when the liquid level in the container body 11 is not high. In view of this, by arranging the pipette 131 having a cross-sectional area much smaller than that of the brewing cup 13 in a case where the height of the entire brewing cup 13 and the pipette 131 is constant, the volume of the brewing cup 13 can be greatly reduced, so that a negative pressure can be rapidly formed after the air pump 20 is activated to suck the liquid in the container body 11 into the brewing cup 13 through the pipette 131. Meanwhile, the design of the liquid suction pipe 131 can reserve more volume for the container body 11 to contain liquid, and can improve the brewing amount of drinks.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, a strainer 132 is further disposed in the brewing cup 13 to reduce the risk of the material in the brewing cup 13 flowing into the container body 11 through the liquid suction pipe 131, so as to ensure that the brewing is centralized in the brewing cup 13, and to facilitate the reasonable control of the brewing time.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, another aspect of the present invention provides a beverage brewing apparatus, such as a curing cup, and as a cold extractor. The beverage brewing device comprises the container body assembly 10, the base 30 and the air pump 20 described above. The beverage brewing device provided by the embodiment of the utility model comprises the container body component 10, so that the beverage brewing device has all the beneficial technical effects of the container body component 10, and the detailed description is omitted. In addition, the air pump 20 is arranged in the container body 11 or the base 30, so that the air pump 20 can be contained and hidden by utilizing the space inside the container body 11 or the base 30, the risk that the air pump 20 is damaged by external force impact can be reduced, and the overall appearance of the beverage brewing device is simple and attractive and is convenient to clean. It will be understood that when the air pump 20 is provided in the container body 11, it is disposed particularly in the compartment of the container body 11, rather than in the cavity of the container body 11 for containing the liquid. Specifically, when the air pump 20 is disposed within the container body 11, the connection path between the air pump 20 and the brewing cup 13 may be shortened. When the air pump 20 is arranged in the base 30, on one hand, the gravity center of the beverage brewing device can be moved down as much as possible, the stability of the whole structure of the beverage brewing device is ensured, and the dumping risk is reduced; on the other hand, the need for a space between the container body 11 can be reduced, which contributes to a reduction in the volume of the container body 11 and an aesthetic appearance of the container body 11.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the container body assembly 10 and base 30 may be configured in a split configuration for ease of use. If the air pump 20 is provided on the base 30, it is necessary to provide a detachable air passage communicating structure between the container body assembly 10 and the base 30 for communicating the air pump 20 with the brewing cup 13. for example, as shown in fig. 7, a lower air passage connector 31 and an upper air passage connector 18 which are detachably and hermetically communicated are respectively provided on the base 30 and the container body assembly 10, the lower air passage connector 31 is communicated with the air pump 20, and the upper air passage connector 18 is communicated with the second air tube 15 and finally communicated with the brewing cup 13. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the lower vent connector 31 and the upper vent connector 18 are centrally provided with an airway that can be adapted in a plug-in manner, for example, a cannula can be configured at the airway opening of the lower vent connector 31, and the airway opening of the upper vent connector 18 can be configured as a bell mouth to play a guiding role to guide the insertion of the cannula, so as to communicate the airway of the lower vent connector 31 and the airway of the upper vent connector 18. In addition, at the periphery of the airway, the lower ventilation connector 31 and the upper ventilation connector 18 can be provided with a plurality of matched concentric sealing rings, so that the concentric sealing rings on the lower ventilation connector 31 and the communication sealing rings on the upper ventilation connector 18 are alternately nested, the sealed connection of the lower ventilation connector 31 and the upper ventilation connector 18 is realized, and the air leakage of the airway can be effectively prevented.
Optionally, the air pump 20 is a diaphragm pump, which not only can reliably complete air suction, but also can realize accurate control of a computer, thereby facilitating the realization of automatic control of the air pump 20 and facilitating accurate control of brewing time.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the air pump 20 may include an air suction pump 21 and an air discharge pump 22. The air suction pump 21 can realize negative pressure brewing, the exhaust pump 22 can exhaust air into the brewing cup 13 after the air suction pump 21 is closed, the air pressure in the brewing cup 13 is rapidly increased, and the liquid in the brewing cup 13 is discharged to the container body 11, so that the brewing time is conveniently and accurately controlled. Meanwhile, similar to negative pressure suction, the stirring of materials can be realized when positive pressure is used for discharging liquid.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises a liquid heating device 40 disposed within the container body 11 or the base 30 for heating the container body 11.
In these embodiments, by further configuring the liquid heating device 40 for heating the container body 11, heating can be achieved by itself, for the beverage to be heated, on one hand, an additional heating device is not needed, so that convenience in use is improved, and on the other hand, automatic control can be achieved by combining certain detection data and control strategies, so that the beverage brewing effect is improved. The liquid heating means 40 may be specifically located in the bottom interlayer of the container body 11 to achieve direct heating of the container body 11, or may be located in the base 30 to help reduce the weight of the container body assembly 10.
Optionally, the container body assembly 10 may further be configured with a temperature sensor 19 for detecting the temperature of the liquid in the container body 11, for example, as shown in fig. 7, disposed on the outer bottom wall of the container body 11, the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises a controller 50 electrically or signal-connected to the temperature sensor 19 and the liquid heating device 40, the controller 50 may be disposed in the base 30 as shown in fig. 7, and the controller 50 may control the heating of the container body 11 by the liquid heating device 40 in combination with the detection result of the temperature sensor 19, so as to maintain the temperature of the liquid in the container body 11 within the temperature range required for brewing.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations to the embodiments of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model. It will be understood that such modifications and variations will still fall within the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the utility model as defined in the appended claims, as seen by those skilled in the art.
