Due to the design, on one hand, the fixing position of the filter screen assembly 13 can be determined by the position of the design boss 125, a stable and reliable moving space is reserved for the materials to be brewed, on the other hand, friction between the brewing cup 12 and the filter screen assembly 13 when the filter screen assembly 13 is taken and placed can be reduced, operation of a user is facilitated, structural damage to the filter screen assembly 13 and the brewing cup 12 can be reduced, and the service life of products can be prolonged.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the strainer assembly 13 further includes a fitting portion 134 attached to a side of the strainer 131 facing the pipette 123, the fitting portion 134 being at least partially inserted into the pipette 123, and the protrusion 132 being provided on the fitting portion 134 and capable of pressing against an inner wall of the pipette 123.
In these embodiments, by further providing the strainer assembly 13 with a fitting portion 134 into which the pipette 123 is at least partially inserted, and providing the fitting portion 134 with the projection 132, the removable fixation of the strainer 131 can be achieved by the projection 132 on the fitting portion 134 being press-fitted to the inner wall of the pipette 123. Since the bore of the pipette 123 itself is small, the contact area required for reliably fitting the pipette 123 and the boss 132 is also small, and the strainer 131 can be reliably fixed with a small volume of structure, which contributes to simplification of the structure of the strainer assembly 13.
It is understood that the raised portion 132 may be provided only on the flange 133 at the outer edge of the filter screen 131, the raised portion 132 may be provided only on the fitting portion 134, and the raised portion 132 may be provided on both the flange 133 and the fitting portion 134 at the outer edge of the filter screen 131, which are implementations of the present invention.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the fitting portion 134 is configured in a tubular shape coaxial with the pipette 123.
In these embodiments, by designing the tubular fitting portion 134, the liquid flowing through the liquid suction pipe 123 can be passed through, so that the obstruction to the flow of the liquid is reduced, and the smooth progress of the liquid suction and discharge is ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the pipe section of the fitting 134 located inside the cup 121 is provided with a liquid passing hole 135.
In these embodiments, by providing the liquid passing hole 135 in the pipe section of the fitting portion 134, into which the liquid suction pipe 123 is not inserted, the risk that the portion of the strainer 131 corresponding to the fitting portion 134 is clogged and does not allow the liquid to flow smoothly can be reduced, the flow resistance of the liquid can be further reduced, and the smooth operation of the liquid suction and discharge can be ensured. Fig. 13 to 15 show the suction and drainage paths when the liquid passing hole 135 is provided in the fitting portion 134.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, the wall surface of the cup body 121 communicating with the pipette 123 may be provided as an inclined surface inclined toward the pipette 123, so that a tapered space is formed at a portion where the cup body 121 and the pipette 123 are connected, and the strainer 131 can be prevented from further moving toward the pipette 123, thereby ensuring a buffer space between the strainer 131 and the pipette 123, and playing a certain role in buffering at the time of pipetting. The liquid passing hole 135 is located in this buffer space.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the inner wall of the end of the pipette 123 connected to the cup body 121 is provided with a pipe inside projection 126, and the pipe inside projection 126 and the projection 132 are pressed against each other.
In the embodiments, by arranging the pipe inner boss 126 on the inner wall of the end part of the pipette 123 matched with the assembling part 134, the height of the protrusion of the pipe inner boss 126 can be reasonably arranged according to the size of the assembling part 134 without adjusting the inner diameter of the pipette 123, so that the inner diameter design of the pipette 123 is not strictly limited by the assembling part 134, the flexibility of the structural design is improved, and the requirement of water flow rate of water suction and drainage is conveniently met.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 and 12, the screen 131 comprises a metal piece having a U-shaped cut to form a metal sheet on which the protrusions 132 are integrally formed; and/or the boss 132 is made of an elastic material.
In these embodiments, by directly molding the protruding portion 132 on the metal sheet, an integrated structure can be formed, which not only improves the connection strength, but also reduces the risk of the protruding portion 132 falling off. The metal member may be a metal flange 133 or a metal fitting 134, and the metal member is formed by forming a U-shaped cut on the metal member, so that the range of motion of the metal member can be properly increased compared to the embodiment in which the protrusion 132 is directly formed on the metal member, thereby achieving the extrusion with the brewing cup 12 by using the elasticity of the metal member. By making the protrusion 132 of an elastic material (e.g., silicone), the structure of the filter screen 131 can be simplified, and the elastic material itself tends to have a large friction coefficient, which helps to enhance the fixing effect of the filter screen 131.
It is understood that a plurality of protrusions 132 may be provided to secure the fixing effect of the filter screen 131. The protrusion 132 may be a metal protrusion, an elastic protrusion, a metal protrusion, and an elastic protrusion, which are implementation manners of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the protrusions 132 comprise at least one of point-like protrusions and annular protrusions.
In these embodiments, the protrusion 132 may be disposed in a dot shape, in which case a plurality of dot-shaped protrusions may be disposed and distributed at intervals along the outer circumference of the filter screen 131, which helps to simplify the structure of the protrusion 132, or may be disposed in a ring shape, which helps to increase the contact area with the brewing cup 12 and enhance the fastening effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 and 12, screen assembly 13 further includes a grip 136 coupled to screen 131.
In these embodiments, the grip 136 is configured to facilitate the user to take and place the filter screen 131, thereby reducing the structural damage caused by pressing and pulling the filter screen 131 with other tools and prolonging the service life of the filter screen 131.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 and 12, the grip 136 is configured as a rod extending in a height direction of the brewing cup 12.
In these embodiments, the holding portion 136 is configured to be rod-shaped, which not only ensures the holding function, but also reduces the obstruction to the liquid flow, thereby ensuring the beverage brewing effect. Meanwhile, as the holding part 136 is positioned in the brewing cup 12 and needs to be contacted with the beverage for a long time, the structure of the holding part 136 is simplified, so that the sanitation dead angle can be reduced, and the cleaning burden can be reduced. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 13, a rod-shaped holding portion 136 may be disposed on a side of the filter screen 131 facing the cup lid 122 of the brewing cup 12 for a user to hold; the holding portion 136 may be disposed at the center of the filter screen 131 to balance the stress at each position of the filter screen 131 for easy access.
