The shower insert 43 is arranged in a boss of the shower plate 45, a protruding water nozzle of the shower insert is assembled in a through hole 452 matched with the protruding water nozzle, then the shower sealing ring 44 is fastened on a flange of the shower cover 42, a shower cover water pipe 422 is connected to a water interface 421 on the shower cover 42, the shower cover 42 is aligned to a downward boss of the shower plate 45 to be tightly pressed, a fixing piece 412 is fixed on the upper shell 41 of the shower cover of the brewing chamber, and finally a yielding groove 413 arranged on the upper shell 41 of the shower cover of the brewing chamber is aligned to a corresponding water pipe 422 of the shower cover 42, and then the shower plate 45 is aligned to be fastened downwards.
As shown in fig. 5 and 5.1, the multifunctional cover assembly 6 of the multifunctional coffee machine of the present invention is a schematic structural diagram, the multifunctional cover assembly 6 includes a movable cover 65, a multifunctional cover 61, a cover spring 62, a cover shower 63, and a cover sealing ring 64, the upper portion of the movable cover 65 is a conical cylindrical cover with a concave hole in the center, the lower portion of the movable cover 61 is a circular cylindrical cover with a complete opening, the top outer circumference of the multifunctional cover 61 is a conical cover, the top center is provided with a concave hole adapted to the movable cover 65, the inner lower surface of the multifunctional cover 61 is formed with a ring of cover flange 612, the lower edge of the cover flange 612 is provided with an outward cover flange 613, the multifunctional cover 61 and the ring of cover flange 612 form a hat shape, the hat edge formed by the multifunctional cover 61 is further provided with a cover handle 611, the cover shower 63 is circular with a circular hole in the center, the diameter of the circular hole is smaller than the central hole of the multifunctional cover 61, the circular hole edge is provided with a shower inner flange 631, the edge is provided with a shower head 632, the circumference of the shower head 632 is uniformly provided with three mounting lugs 633 on the circumference of the shower head, and the multifunctional cover 61 is provided with a ring of the outer flange 641.
The multifunctional cover assembly 6 is installed in the following sequence: the cover sealing ring 64 is sleeved on the cover surrounding flange 612 of the multifunctional cover 61, then the cover shower 63 is sleeved with the cover spring 62, then the cover shower 63 is held to be aligned with the multifunctional cover 61 and pressed towards the direction of the multifunctional cover 61 until the three mounting lugs 633 on the shower outer flange 632 of the cover shower 63 are aligned with the mounting holes on the multifunctional cover 61, the cover shower 63 is fixed on the multifunctional cover 61 through the mounting lugs 633 by using screws, and then the movable cover 65 is covered on the concave holes on the multifunctional cover 61.
Because of limited space and product appearance, in order to minimize excessive accessories for users in the process of using the coffee machine, thereby achieving the purpose of convenient use, the structure of the multifunctional cover assembly 6 of the invention realizes the purpose of one cover with multiple functions as follows:
1) Pot lid of the coffee pot assembly 5:
when the cover of the coffee pot assembly 5 is required to pour the coffee solution, the coffee solution is limited to flow out of the coffee pot spout 52, and the cover cannot fall off, so that a user can use the coffee pot assembly cleanly and reliably in the use process, and the coffee solution cannot splash everywhere and pollute the table top. Meanwhile, when the coffee pot body 51 is covered with the cover, the function of heat preservation can be achieved. Therefore, the multifunctional cover 61 is provided with a circle of cover flange 612, and then the cover sealing ring 64 is sleeved on the cover flange 612, and meanwhile, the cover sealing ring 64 is in interference fit with the inner surface of the hardware ring on the opening of the coffee pot body 51 of the coffee pot assembly 5 to meet the functional requirements.
2) Funnel cover of funnel assembly 7:
the cover sealing ring 64 on the multifunctional cover assembly 6 is also in interference fit with the inner surface of the upper opening of the funnel body 71 of the funnel assembly 7, so as to meet the requirements of sealing the interior of the funnel body 71 from steam and covering the funnel tightly.
3) After exiting the brew chamber body 31 as a coffee solution through the hardware apertures, the coffee solution is transferred to the funnel assembly 7 as a movable, sealed passageway:
when the coffee solution flows through the movable cover 65 of the multifunctional cover 6, the top of the cover is designed into a hemispherical shape, and the hemispherical cover is matched with the water outlet boss of the brewing chamber water outlet 362 of the converging component 36 in the support component 12, so that the steam generated in the process of flowing the coffee solution is sealed, and the water drops are not formed after the hardware decorative belt on the main body component 1 is cooled by the steam. The movable cover 65 of the multifunctional cover assembly 6 is placed in the clamping groove, and the multifunctional cover spring 62 enables the coffee pot assembly 5, the funnel assembly 7 and the multifunctional cover assembly 6 to move up and down to meet functional requirements when being placed on the heat preservation tray 134 of the coffee pot.
4) As flowers in the traditional drip type coffee machine, the water-jet type coffee machine has the function of a shower head:
when the invention uses the traditional drip mode to make coffee, hot water is pumped to the three-way electromagnetic valve 16 by the water pump 15 and directly flows into the water inlet of the multifunctional cover 61, and hot water is sprayed to the coffee powder on the funnel body 71 on the funnel assembly 7 by the shower water outlet 631 on the cover shower 63 on the multifunctional cover 61, so that the function of making coffee in the traditional drip mode is realized.
As shown in fig. 6, 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3, the structure of the funnel assembly 7 of the multifunctional coffee machine of the present invention is schematically shown, the funnel assembly 7 includes a funnel body 71, a funnel outer cover 72 and a drip valve assembly 73, the funnel body 71 is conical with an upper opening and a lower closing, a conical pit with a large upper part and a small lower part is arranged in the funnel body 71, a funnel positioning piece 712 is arranged outside the funnel positioning piece 712, a funnel valve rotating shaft mounting hole 713 is arranged on the funnel positioning piece 712, the funnel valve rotating shaft mounting hole 713 is positioned at the lower end of the funnel positioning piece 712, and a drip valve water outlet 711 is arranged on the conical wall at the edge of the bottom of the funnel body 71. The funnel outer cover 72 is a conical cover body with a large upper part and a small lower part, an opening at the upper part and a closed lower part, and the cone of the funnel body 71 is sleeved on the cone of the funnel outer cover 72 from top to bottom; the drip valve assembly 73 comprises a drip valve seat 731, a drip valve supporting rib 732, a drip valve rotating shaft 733, a drip valve sealing plug 734, a drip valve reset spring 735 and a spring hole seat 736, wherein the drip valve seat 731 is in a sliding plate shape, the drip valve supporting rib 732 is arc-shaped, the bottom of the drip valve supporting rib 732 is fixed on the plate surface of the drip valve seat 731 and is perpendicular to the plate surface of the drip valve seat 731, the spring hole seat 736 and the drip valve sealing plug 734 are respectively arranged at two ends of the drip valve seat 731, and two symmetrical drip valve rotating shafts 733 are arranged on the side edges of the drip valve seat 731, which are close to one end of the drip valve sealing plug 734. The drip valve rotating shafts 733 are respectively mounted on the funnel body 71 and positioned at the lower end parts of the funnel positioning pieces 712, the positions of the drip valve sealing plugs 734 correspond to the positions of the drip valves 711, one ends of the drip valve return springs 735 are positioned in the spring hole seats 736, and the other ends of the drip valve return springs 735 are positioned on the funnel outer cover 72. When the funnel assembly 7 is not put into the coffee maker, the drip valve sealing plug 734 is separated from the drip valve water outlet 711 under the action of the elastic force of the drip valve return spring 735, that is, the drip valve water outlet 711 is opened, and when the funnel assembly 7 is put into the coffee maker, the drip valve sealing plug 734 is pressed to the outlet 711 by the compression of the drip valve return spring 735 due to the extrusion of the drip valve stay 732 of the drip valve assembly 7 by the inner wall of the coffee maker body, and the drip valve water outlet 711 is blocked and closed.
The outlet at the bottom of the funnel 71 of the present invention is designed at the bottom rim and the purpose of maintaining the sealing effect by means of the drip valve sealing plug 734 is: when the funnel assembly 7 is placed on the carafe assembly 5, the drip valve check return spring 735 is compressed and the drip valve outlet 711 is opened and coffee solution flows through the funnel 71 into the carafe 51. When the coffee solution is exhausted, the user takes out the funnel assembly 7 and places it on the table, the drip valve detection return spring 735 is reset, and the drip valve water outlet 711 is closed, so that a small amount of coffee remaining in the funnel assembly 7 remains in the funnel body 71, and the table is not soiled.
Referring to fig. 7 and 7.1, a schematic structural diagram of a coffee pot detection assembly 126 of the multifunctional coffee machine of the present invention is shown, a coffee pot detection assembly 126 of a coffee pot assembly 5 is disposed at a lower portion of a support assembly 12 provided with one end of a brewing chamber 122, the detection assembly 126 of the coffee pot assembly 5 includes an infrared emitting LED1261 and an infrared receiving LED1262, the infrared emitting LED1261 and the infrared receiving LED1262 are assembled on a PCB1265, and are disposed in a PCB box 1266, and the PCB is sealed in the PCB box by a box sealing ring 1263 and a PCB box cover 1264. When the coffee pot 5 is placed on the thermal insulation plate 134 on the body base 13, the infrared light emitted by the infrared emitting LED1261 is blocked by the coffee pot component 5 and reflected, the infrared receiving LED1262 receives the infrared light emitted by the infrared emitting LED1261, and the control circuit obtains the infrared light signal received by the infrared receiving LED1262 and then controls the multifunctional coffee machine to start working.
As shown in fig. 8, 8.1 and 8.2, the weight 131 of the multifunctional coffee machine of the present invention is shown in a schematic structure in the machine body base 13, the machine body base 13 of the present invention includes a base upper cover 132, a weight 131 and a base lower cover 133, the weight 131 is a square mixture of cement and iron sand, when the weight 131 is manufactured, a square box of the weight is manufactured, then the cement and the iron sand are mixed, water is added and stirred, and then the box is filled and smoothed, after the cement is solidified, the cement block is poured out, and the weight 131 is formed, then the assembly hole 1311 provided on the weight 131 is aligned with the mounting post on the base upper cover 132, and finally the base cover 133 is covered. Because the balancing weight made of the cement-iron sand mixture is adopted, the cost is saved by about 70 percent. Through the coffee machine degree inclination test, the balancing weight 131 meets the test requirement, so that the multifunctional coffee machine is placed stably and is not prone to lodging.

as shown in fig. 1 and 11, if the user needs to operate according to the conventional drip type coffee maker function, the user only needs to set the conventional drip mode on the control panel, then add water into the water tank 21 of the water tank assembly 2, place #4 filter paper in advance in the funnel 71, put coffee powder in the filter paper, press the start button again, the control circuit will detect whether the coffee pot assembly 5 has been put on the thermal tray 134 on the body base 13 under the multifunctional coffee maker support assembly 12 through the infrared emitting LED1261 and the infrared receiving LED1262 of the detection coffee pot assembly 126 provided in the support assembly 12, so as to ensure that the coffee maker will not have sprinkled on the thermal tray 134 without the coffee pot due to the absence of the coffee pot assembly, when the detection coffee pot assembly 126 detects that the coffee pot assembly 5 has been put on the correct position of the thermal tray 134 under the support assembly 12, the control circuit controls the heating element 22 at the bottom of the water tank body 21 to heat the water in the water tank body 21 to a temperature greater than or equal to 98 ℃, when the temperature detection NTC23 at the bottom of the water tank body 21 detects that the water temperature reaches the threshold value of 98 ℃, the control circuit controls the water pump 15 to start working, as shown in figure 11, at the moment, the water in the water tank body 21 flows into the flowmeter 14 through the water outlet and the water pipe at the bottom of the water tank body, then the water is pumped from the water pump 15 to the three-way electromagnetic valve 16 through the water pipe, the control circuit controls the three-way electromagnetic valve 16 to open the valve leading to the multifunctional cover assembly 6 on the coffee pot assembly 7, the valve leading to the brewing chamber cover 4 is closed, the water is pumped to the water inlet on the multifunctional cover assembly 6 on the coffee pot assembly 7, the water outlet 631 of the multifunctional cover assembly 6 flows into the funnel 71, since the filter paper #4 is placed in the funnel 71 in advance and the coffee powder is placed in the filter paper, the boiled water flows through the coffee powder, and then the water is absorbed in a short time, and the coffee solution flows into the coffee pot 51 through the filter paper, and the coffee pot 51 is placed on the heat insulation plate 134 and is insulated by the heating element at the bottom of the heat insulation plate, thus completing the process of making coffee by the conventional drip type coffee machine and realizing the function of making coffee by the conventional drip type coffee machine.
(II) working process of coffee machine function for autonomously brewing coffee:

(III) working process of the coffee machine function of French press coffee:
as shown in fig. 1 and 11, if the user needs to operate the coffee machine according to the french press coffee, the user only needs to set the french press mode on the control panel, and the user can select different brewing times through the time knob on the control panel, and further, different coffee types, different thicknesses, different proportions of coffee powder and water, and coffee meeting different tastes can be prepared through the above various parameter configurations. (IV) working process of coffee machine function of cold brewing coffee:
