Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, which includes a casing 100, a controller 200, a phase change heat exchanger 300, and a heat dissipating fin assembly 400.
A partition 110 is vertically provided in the casing 100, and the partition 110 partitions the casing 100 into a heat exchange chamber 101 and a control chamber 102. A fan bracket 120, a fan 121 and a heat dissipation row 130 are disposed in the heat exchange chamber 101, the fan 121 is disposed on the fan bracket 120, and the heat dissipation row 130 is disposed corresponding to the fan 121. Specifically, the fan 121 shown in this embodiment is an axial fan, and the heat dissipation bar 130 covers one side of the fan 121 and intersects with the rotation axis of the fan 121, so that the fan 121 can drive air to flow through the heat dissipation bar 130 to exchange heat with the heat dissipation bar 130, and thus heat energy can be taken away from the heat dissipation bar 130 by the air. A compressor 140 and a circulation pipeline 150 are disposed in the control room 102, the circulation pipeline 150 is connected in series with the compressor 140 and the heat sink 130, and the circulation pipeline 150 further penetrates through the casing 100 to be connected to an indoor unit. The circulation pipe 150 is filled with a refrigerant, and the compressor 140 can drive the refrigerant to flow through the circulation pipe 150 to circulate between the indoor unit and the heat dissipation bar 130, so that the refrigerant in the circulation pipe 150 can transfer heat energy from the indoor unit to the heat dissipation bar 130 and further can be discharged through the air passing through the heat dissipation bar 130.
The controller 200 is disposed in the housing 100, and the controller 200 includes a casing 210 and a control circuit board 220. In the embodiment, the outer casing 210 spans the top of the partition 110, the control circuit board 220 is horizontally disposed in the casing 100 and thereby spans between the heat exchanging chamber 101 and the control chamber 102, and the control circuit board 220 is electrically connected to the fan 121 and the compressor 140 to control the output power thereof. The outer casing 210 is provided with a through opening 201, wherein the through opening 201 is located in the heat exchange chamber 101, and the through opening 201 is disposed downward toward the fan 121. In the present embodiment, two side surfaces of the control circuit board 220 are a top surface 223 and a bottom surface 224 respectively disposed oppositely, the bottom surface 224 is disposed toward the fan 121, and the top surface 223 is disposed oppositely to the fan 121.
The phase change heat exchanger 300 includes a condensing portion 310 and an evaporating portion 320, the condensing portion 310 and the evaporating portion 320 are communicated with each other by a communication pipe 330, and the communication pipe 330 is filled with a working fluid. In the present embodiment, the evaporation unit 320 and the condensation unit 310 of the phase change heat exchanger 300 are preferably separate components, and the communication pipe 330 connects the evaporation unit 320 and the condensation unit 310 in series. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the evaporation unit 320 and the condensation unit 310 may be different parts of the same hollow member, and a communication pipe 330 may be formed inside the hollow member to communicate the evaporation unit 320 and the condensation unit 310.
The evaporation portion 320 is thermally connected to one side surface of the control circuit board 220 and the condensation portion 310 is disposed in the heat exchange chamber 101. Specifically, the evaporation portion 320 is thermally connected to a side of the control circuit board 220 facing away from the fan 121. That is, the evaporation unit 320 of the phase change heat exchanger 300 is attached to the top surface 223 of the control circuit board 220. The condensation part 310 of the phase change heat exchanger 300 is disposed on the top of the fan bracket 120 and on the other side of the fan 121 parallel to the rotation axis of the fan 121. The evaporation portion 320 absorbs the heat energy generated when the control circuit board 220 operates through the top surface 223 of the control circuit board 220, and the working fluid in the communication pipe 330 absorbs heat and evaporates in the evaporation portion 320 and then flows to the condensation portion 310. The fan 121 drives the air flow to pass through the surface of the condensing portion 310 to take away heat energy from the condensing portion 310, and the gaseous working fluid releases heat in the condensing portion 310 and is condensed into a liquid state and then flows back to the evaporating portion 320. The condensing portion 310 is preferably disposed higher than the evaporating portion 320 to facilitate the gaseous working fluid to flow upward toward the condensing portion 310 and to facilitate the liquid working fluid to flow back downward toward the evaporating portion 320.
The heat sink 400 is thermally connected to the other side of the control circuit board 220 and exposed inside the heat exchange chamber 101, and specifically, the heat sink 400 is thermally connected to the side of the control circuit board 220 facing the fan 121. The heat sink fin assembly 400 includes a heat conducting plate 410 attached to the control circuit board 220 and a plurality of fins 420 vertically disposed on the heat conducting plate 410. That is, the heat conducting plate 410 is attached to a bottom surface 224 of the control circuit board 220, and the fins 420 penetrate out of the outer case 210 through the through holes 201. The heat conducting plate 410 absorbs the heat generated by the operation of the control circuit board 220 through the bottom surface 224 of the control circuit board 220 and conducts the heat to the fins 420, and the fan 121 drives the air flow to pass through the fins 420 to take away the heat from the fins 420.
In the embodiment, the fins 420 and the heat conducting plate 410 are integrally formed by a metal extrusion process, but the utility model is not limited thereto, for example, as shown in fig. 6, the fins 420 may be formed by a metal plate process and then mounted on the heat conducting plate 410 one by one.
In the outdoor unit of the air conditioner of the present invention, the phase change heat exchanger 300 and the heat dissipating fin set 400 are respectively disposed on both sides of the control circuit board 220, so that the fan 121 can be used to dissipate heat from both sides of the control circuit board 220. The bottom surface 224 of the control circuit board 220 faces the fan 121, so that the fan 121 can directly blow to the heat sink fin assembly 400 for heat dissipation. Since the top surface 223 of the control circuit board 220 faces away from the fan 121, the heat generated by the top surface 223 of the control circuit board 220 is transferred to the flow path of the fan 121 through the phase change heat exchanger 300 and further dissipated.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, but rather as an equivalent to the spirit of the present invention.
