【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种透光皮革,其可以应用于汽车、家装等领域。
【背景技术】
皮革作为一种表面装饰材料被广泛的应用于汽车、家装等多个领域,常见的皮革有真皮和人造革,人造革有聚氯乙烯(下称PVC)人造革、热塑性聚烯烃弹性体(下称TPO)人造革、聚氨酯(下称PU)人造革等,其中,PVC人造革是指以聚氯乙烯为主要原料制备而成的人造革,TPO人造革是指以烯烃类的树脂或者以烯烃类的树脂和橡胶类的弹性体的混合物为主要原料制备而成的人造革,PU人造革是指以聚氨酯树脂为主要原料制备而成的人造革。
在汽车内饰材料中,透光皮革的开发和应用越来越热,将其用于与车内的光源配合,可以实现在没有开灯的情况下,皮革的表面就是一个普通的平面,开灯时则可以透出特定的图案效果,如此能够显著的提升汽车内饰的档次。目前为止,人们还没有开发出一款透光皮革,其可实现透光渐变的效果。
所以,希望设计一种新型的技术方案以解决上述技术问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种透光皮革,其与光源配合可以实现透光渐变的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型可采用如下技术方案:一种透光皮革,其包括表皮层和油漆层,所述表皮层包括面向所述油漆层的第一面和背向所述油漆层的第二面,所述透光皮革设置有若干贯穿所述第二面但未贯穿所述第一面的透光孔,若干所述透光孔中包括至少一个第一透光孔和至少一个第二透光孔,所述第一透光孔距离所述第一面的距离和所述第二透光孔距离所述第一面的距离不相等。
在较佳的实施例中,所述第一透光孔和所述第二透光孔相邻设置。
在较佳的实施例中,所述表皮层为热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层或者聚氯乙烯表皮层或者聚氨酯表皮层或者真皮。
在较佳的实施例中,所述表皮层为热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层,所述透光孔由激光打孔而成。
在较佳的实施例中,所述透光孔由二氧化碳激光打孔而成。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型还可采用如下技术方案:一种透光皮革,其包括表皮层和油漆层,所述表皮层包括面向所述油漆层的第一面和背向所述油漆层的第二面,所述透光皮革设置有若干贯穿所述第二面但未贯穿所述第一面的透光孔,所述透光孔由二氧化碳激光打孔而形成,所述表皮层为红外透光率为0.5-6%的热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层。
在较佳的实施例中,所述表皮层为红外透光率为0.5-2%的热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层。
在较佳的实施例中,所述表皮层的可见光透光率为3-10%,所述第一透光孔和所述第二透光孔距离所述第一面的距离均为0.05-0.2mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:第一透光孔距离第一面的距离和第二透光孔距离第一面的距离不相等,如此设置,当在第二面的一侧设置光源时,光源透过所述第一透光孔和所述第二透光孔的光线强度不同,从而可以实现一个光源即可获得两种以上不同强度的光线,进而实现透光渐变的效果。

下面结合本实用新型实施例的附图,对本实用新型实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明,但以下实施例仅为本实用新型的优选实施例,并非全部实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
参图1,本实用新型提供了一种透光皮革100,其可以被应用于汽车、家装等领域,尤其是汽车领域的门板和仪表板等部件上。所述透光皮革100包括表皮层1、油漆层2和支撑层3。所述表皮层1包括面向所述油漆层2的第一面11和背向所述油漆层2的第二面12,所述第二面12面向所述支撑层3。
参图1和图2,所述透光皮革100设置有若干贯穿所述第二面12但未贯穿所述第一面11的透光孔200,若干所述透光孔200中包括两个第一透光孔201、两个第二透光孔202、两个第三透光孔203和两个第四透光孔204,所述第一透光孔201距离所述第一面11的距离D1、所述第二透光孔202距离所述第一面11的距离D2、所述第三透光孔203距离所述第一面11的距离D3和所述第四透光孔204距离所述第一面11的距离D4均不相等,所述D1、D2、D3和D4也可称为残留厚度。如此设置,当在所述第二面12的一侧设置光源时,光源透过所述第一透光孔201、所述第二透光孔202、所述第三透光孔203和所述第四透光孔204的光纤强度不同,如此可以实现在没有打开所述光源时,从所述油漆层2的一侧看不到所述透光孔200,即所述透光孔200不会影响产品的外观效果,在打开所述光源时,所述光源可以透过所述第一透光孔201、所述第二透光孔202、所述第三透光孔203和所述第四透光孔204,且透过的光线强度不同,从而实现了既可以保证未开灯时产品的外观效果,又可以通过一个光源即可获得两种以上不同强度的光线,进而实现透光渐变的效果。在本实施例中,两个所述第一透光孔201、两个所述第二透光孔202、两个所述第三透光孔203和两个所述第四透光孔204均分别相邻设置,两个第二透光孔202中的一个与两个所述第一透光孔201中的一个相邻设置,另一个与两个所述第三透光孔203中的一个相邻设置,两个所述第三透光孔203中的另一个与两个所述第四透光孔204中的一个相邻设置,两个所述第一透光孔201、两个所述第二透光孔202、两个所述第三透光孔203和两个所述第四透光孔204依次排成一排成“I”字形。本领域技术人员可以理解,在本实用新型中,若干所述透光孔200中包括至少一个所述第一透光孔201和至少一个所述第二透光孔202,也就是说,所述第三透光孔203和所述第四透光孔204可以根据实际需要选择设置或者不设置,也可以根据需要设置更多与所述第一面11的距离不相等的透光孔。本领域技术人员也可以理解,在其他实施例中,所述第一透光孔201、所述第二透光孔202、所述第三透光孔203、所述第四透光孔204和更多与所述第一面11的距离不相等的透光孔(如果有)的数量和排布方式也可以根据具体的需求而定,通过不同的排布方式,若干所述透光孔200可排布成特定的图案。本领域技术人员也可以理解,如果要实现很好的渐变效果,则需要设置多个不同残留厚度的所述透光孔200,并进行合理的布置。
参图1,所述表皮层1为热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层或者聚氯乙烯表皮层或者聚氨酯表皮层或者真皮。所述表皮层1的可见光透光率为3-10%,优选为5-7%;所述第一透光孔201、所述第二透光孔202、所述第三透光孔203和所述第四透光孔204距离所述第一面11的距离D1、D2、D3、D4均为0.05-0.2mm,优选为0.1-0.15mm。对于可见光透光率而言,倘若可见光透光率太大,则无法遮盖所述表皮层1后面的物体,例如光源,倘若可见光透光率太小,则需要将残留厚度设置的很小才可以让可见光透过,如此难以形成不同厚度的所述透光孔200,且很薄的残留厚度不利于遮盖所述表皮层1后面的物体;对于残留厚度而言,倘若残留厚度太大,则光散射和折射严重,影响透光的效果,倘若残留厚度太小,则在没有开灯时就可以从所述油漆层2的一侧看到所述透光孔200,不利于保证产品在没有开灯时的外观效果;在实际应用中,本领域技术人员需要根据实际的需求在上述范围内选择合适可见光透光率的所述表皮层1和合适的残留厚度。当所述表皮层1为热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层时,所述透光孔200可选择由激光打孔而成,优选由二氧化碳激光打孔而成。为了更好的打孔,所述表皮层1的红外透光率为0.5-6%,更优选为0.5-2%,倘若选择的所述表皮层1的红外透光率太高,则批次间和批次内的表皮层的红外透光率的波动比较大,难以准确把握各个透光孔200对应的表皮层的残留厚度,如此,难以保证预期的渐变效果;倘若选择的所述表皮层1的红外透光率太小,则所述表皮层1的残留厚度设置的较小时激光才能穿孔,即才可以完成激光打孔,如此,难以形成不同厚度的透光孔200。

Claims (14)
1.一种透光皮革,其包括表皮层和油漆层,所述表皮层包括面向所述油漆层的第一面和背向所述油漆层的第二面,其特征在于:所述透光皮革设置有若干贯穿所述第二面但未贯穿所述第一面的透光孔,若干所述透光孔中包括至少一个第一透光孔和至少一个第二透光孔,所述第一透光孔距离所述第一面的距离和所述第二透光孔距离所述第一面的距离不相等。
2.如权利要求1所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述第一透光孔和所述第二透光孔相邻设置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层为热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层或者聚氯乙烯表皮层或者聚氨酯表皮层或者真皮。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层为热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层,所述透光孔由激光打孔而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述透光孔由二氧化碳激光打孔而成。
6.如权利要求5所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层的红外透光率为0.5-6%。
7.如权利要求6所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层的红外透光率为0.5-2%。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层的可见光透光率为3-10%,所述第一透光孔和所述第二透光孔距离所述第一面的距离均为0.05-0.2mm。
9.如权利要求8所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层的可见光透光率为5-7%,所述第一透光孔和所述第二透光孔距离所述第一面的距离均为0.1-0.15mm。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:若干所述透光孔排布成图案。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述透光皮革包括在所述第二面与所述表皮层相连的发泡层或者基布层或者骨架层,所述透光孔贯穿所述发泡层或者所述基布层或者所述骨架层。
12.一种透光皮革,其包括表皮层和油漆层,所述表皮层包括面向所述油漆层的第一面和背向所述油漆层的第二面,其特征在于:所述透光皮革设置有若干贯穿所述第二面但未贯穿所述第一面的透光孔,所述透光孔由二氧化碳激光打孔而形成,所述表皮层为红外透光率为0.5-6%的热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层。
13.如权利要求12所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层为红外透光率为0.5-2%的热塑性聚烯烃弹性体表皮层。
14.如权利要求12所述的透光皮革,其特征在于:所述表皮层的可见光透光率为3-10%,所述透光孔距离所述第一面的距离均为0.05-0.2mm。
