本实用新型涉及一种抗菌膜体构造,尤其涉及一种抗菌、抗指纹及防水的多层结构。
背景技术
TW I636146B“功能性膜层的成膜方法、功能性膜层,及抗菌抗指纹组件”提供了一种成膜方法,利用物理性共镀膜方式于一基材表面形成一层由该第一待镀材料及第二待镀材料共同构成且具有抗菌及抗指纹特性的功能性膜层,该第一待镀材料包含抗菌化合物,该第二待镀材料包含抗指纹化合物。此外,还提供一种可同时具有抗菌性及抗指纹特性的功能性膜层,及一含有该功能性膜层的抗菌抗指纹组件。不过,该功能性膜层并不具有防水功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供了一种抗菌膜体构造,具备抗菌、抗指纹及防水功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种抗菌膜体构造,包括:一二氧化硅基层;一有机亲水抗菌层,设在该二氧化硅基层上;一二氧化硅保护层,设在该有机亲水抗菌层上。
进一步,在一底层上设置该二氧化硅基层,且该底层上设有一结合力改性面。该二氧化硅基层设在该结合力改性面。例如,该底层通过等离子体、射频或离子源进行表面改性而形成该结合力改性面。
进一步,该二氧化硅基层的厚度为5nm~20nm。
进一步,该有机亲水抗菌层厚度为20nm~40nm。例如,将一抗菌配方与该二氧化硅基层反应,生成该有机亲水抗菌层,其中,反应温度为60℃~150℃,在真空度10-5~10-3大气压力之下。
进一步,再将该有机亲水抗菌层利用等离子体技术进行清洁处理。
进一步,该二氧化硅保护层的厚度为2nm~5nm。
进一步,该二氧化硅保护层上设有一抗指纹AF/AS层。
进一步,该二氧化硅保护层局部的散布在该有机亲水抗菌层上,并界定出一亲水区域及一疏水区域;该有机亲水抗菌层上具有该二氧化硅保护层的部分形成该疏水区域,该有机亲水抗菌层上没有该二氧化硅保护层的部分形成该亲水区域。

本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1.本实用新型的二氧化硅保护层局部地散布于有机亲水抗菌层,并产生亲水区域及疏水区域,该疏水区域可以有效避免该有机亲水抗菌层受到外界的水、清洁剂、或刮除等方式的影响而脱落,而该亲水区域因为没有沉积到该二氧化硅保护层,当外界的物品或皮肤接触到该亲水区域,将会透过毛细现象而接触到该有机亲水抗菌层,进而达到杀菌灭菌的效果。
2.本实用新型设置该二氧化硅基层的目的在于便于结合该有机亲水抗菌层。
3.现有技术一般采用纳米银作为抗菌配方,而本实用新型的有机亲水抗菌层使用具有亲肤性的天然抗菌配方。
4.本实用新型的有机亲水抗菌层中含有有机锌,通过带正电的锌离子吸引带负电的细菌等微生物,锌离子破坏细胞膜,使细菌丧失活性甚至死亡,从而实现抗菌目的。

请参阅图1及图2所示,为本实施例的一种抗菌膜体构造,包括:一底层1、一结合力改性面2、一二氧化硅基层3、一有机亲水抗菌层4、一二氧化硅保护层5及一抗指纹AF/AS层6。该有机亲水抗菌层4沉积在该二氧化硅基层3上;该二氧化硅保护层5沉积在该有机亲水抗菌层4上。
该底层1可采用PET、PI等塑料、金属基板、玻璃或陶瓷等材质,且该底层1需耐70℃以上温度,将该底层1通过等离子体技术进行表面改性处理,使该底层1原先的光滑表面变为多孔隙的表面,形成该结合力改性面2,使该结合力改性面2可以具有较小的水滴接触角。再以蒸镀等物理性镀膜方式、化学气相沉积(CVD)或物理气相沉积(PVD)任一种方式,使二氧化硅沉积于该结合力改性面2,生成该二氧化硅基层3,该二氧化硅基层3的厚度为5nm~20nm,且该二氧化硅基层3呈三维结构。
请再进一步参考图2,可以很清楚地看到,所沉积的该二氧化硅基层3呈现不规则的波浪状,设置该二氧化硅基层3的目的在于方便结合后面的该有机亲水抗菌层4,原因在于该底层 1的材料不一定能够结合上该有机亲水抗菌层4。
随后,将一抗菌配方与该二氧化硅基层3反应,反应温度为60℃~150℃,在真空度10-5~ 10-3大气压力之下生成该有机亲水抗菌层4,其中,该抗菌配方主要为针对真菌类的抗菌防霉剂及针对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌防霉剂两种类型,抗真菌类的抗菌防霉剂例如由辛丁酯磺酸钠为主要成份,其他次要成分包含有溴、硝基丙二醇、氯、甲基、氢异噻唑及酮,用于棉纺特别有效,适用水性及油性材质。而针对革兰氏阴性菌的抗菌防霉剂成分例如由二甘醇及异十三烷醇乙氧基化物所组成,为水性,用于抗革兰氏阴性菌。该有机亲水抗菌层4还可包括有机锌。且该有机亲水抗菌层4厚度为20nm~40nm。
接着将该有机亲水抗菌层4以等离子体技术进行表面清洁处理,目的为去除该有机亲水抗菌层4表面的油脂或脏污,再以蒸镀等物理性镀膜方式、化学气相沉积(CVD)或物理气相沉积(PVD)等技术将二氧化硅沉积在该有机亲水抗菌层4,形成该二氧化硅保护层5,该二氧化硅保护层5的厚度为2nm~5nm,且该二氧化硅保护层5呈一维结构。
请参阅图2及图3所示,所沉积的该二氧化硅保护层5并非全面性的分布在该有机亲水抗菌层4上,而是局部的散布在该有机亲水抗菌层4上,由此界定出一亲水区域51及一疏水区域52。可以很清楚地了解到,具有沉积该二氧化硅保护层5的就是该疏水区域52,此区域可以有效避免该有机亲水抗菌层4受到外界的水、清洁剂、或刮除等方式的影响而脱落,由于该疏水区域52所占的区域是相当大的,才能确保该有机亲水抗菌层4不易脱落。该有机亲水抗菌层4进行杀菌灭菌则是通过没有该二氧化硅保护层5所界定的该亲水区域51来实现,由于此部分并没有沉积到该二氧化硅保护层5,外界的物品或皮肤将会透过毛细现象而接触到该有机亲水抗菌层4,进而达到杀菌灭菌的效果。该有机亲水抗菌层4包括有机锌时,通过锌离子产生电荷吸附性吸引进而破坏细菌。
相关的杀菌灭菌效果,可以参考表1所示,为参考AATCC-147采用平行划线法(Parallel Streak Method)进行测试的结果。

为了更明确的了解本实用新型的抗菌膜体构造的功效,进一步送官方检验,请参考表2所示,抗菌测试参考JIS Z2801标准进行,设置有实验组与对照组,该对照组的菌种数量初始值为1.7×104CFU/cm2,LOG值为4.23,且没有设置该有机亲水抗菌层4,而将该对照组放置于一环境中24小时,其菌种数量增加至3.3×104CFU/cm2,LOG值为4.51,而该实验组因设置该有机亲水抗菌层4,同样放置于该环境中24小时,该对照组之菌种数量<0.63,LOG值为-0.20,实验数据显示该有机亲水抗菌层4有良好的抗菌抑菌效果。

注:R(log)=Ut-At;R≥2时认为具有抗菌活性。
该二氧化硅保护层5上还设有一抗指纹AF/AS层6。请参阅图6所示,该抗指纹AF/AS层6包含抗指纹化合物,该抗指纹化合物选自含氟化合物、含硅化合物、或含氟及含硅化合物的其中至少一种,可使该抗指纹AF/AS层6具有疏水与疏油的性质,进而具有防刮及抗指纹的特性,且同时具有防水的功效。而当一水滴8碰触到该抗指纹AF/AS层6时,该水滴8不会被刺破,而该抗指纹AF/AS层6与该水滴8会有一角度θ,该角度为100°~150°。
本实施例的抗菌膜体构造的耐刮测试实验数据如表3所示:

另外提供该底层1为金属、陶瓷或玻璃的实验数据作为参考,整体的硬度可以达8H以上,如表4所示:

请参阅图4及图5所示,该有机亲水抗菌层4包括有有机锌41,用以吸附细菌或病毒,本实施例为一细菌7,更详细说明,由于该有机亲水抗菌层4添加有所述有机锌41,在一般状态下,该有机锌41的锌离子带正电,当周围出现细菌7时,该细菌7带负电,而被带有正电的锌离子吸引、破坏而达到灭菌的效果,而被破坏的菌会变成二氧化碳及水。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本实用新型实施的范围,即依本实用新型专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型涵盖的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:包括:
一二氧化硅基层;
一有机亲水抗菌层,设在该二氧化硅基层上;
一二氧化硅保护层,设在该有机亲水抗菌层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:在一底层上设置该二氧化硅基层,且该底层上设有一结合力改性面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该二氧化硅基层的厚度为5nm~20nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该有机亲水抗菌层的厚度为20nm~40nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该二氧化硅保护层的厚度为2nm~5nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该二氧化硅保护层上设有一抗指纹AF/AS层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该二氧化硅保护层局部的散布在该有机亲水抗菌层上,并界定出一亲水区域及一疏水区域。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该有机亲水抗菌层包括有机锌。
9.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该二氧化硅基层呈三维结构。
10.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌膜体构造,其特征在于:该底层为PET、PI、金属、玻璃或陶瓷材质。
