Detailed Description
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. The present invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, as those skilled in the art will be able to make similar modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
The following describes preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application shows an automatic boxing method for home textile products, including the following steps:
s10: and scanning the label information of the product, bagging and obtaining the single product.
Note that the label information of a single product includes, but is not limited to, the product number, theoretical weight, theoretical bagging number, and other information of the current product. The theoretical weight is the product design weight and the allowable error range, the theoretical bagging number can be set according to the actual product type, the single product is the bagged product, and the number of the products contained in each single product is at least one. For example, the product is a pillow case, which is usually set as two pillowslip per bag, and the two pillowslip packaged together are called a single product.
S20: and conveying and detecting the plurality of single products, and determining the single product with the detection result matched with the label information as a qualified single product.
Specifically, in S20, the detection may be performed during the conveyance of the individual articles, the detection of the individual articles may be performed first and then the conveyance of the individual articles may be performed, or the detection of the individual articles may be performed first and then the conveyance of the individual articles may be performed. In this embodiment, in consideration of time cost, detection is performed during conveyance of the individual articles.
In the process of confirming the qualified single product, the detection result needs to be compared with the label information for confirmation. When the detection result of the single product is matched with the label information, determining the single product as a qualified single product; and when the detection result of the single product does not match with the label information, determining the single product as a defective single product.
In one embodiment, S20: conveying and detecting the single product, and obtaining qualified single products comprises the following steps:
s21: and weighing the single product in the conveying process to obtain weight information, comparing the weight information with the label information, marking the single product as a qualified single product after weighing if the weight information accords with the label information, and otherwise stopping conveying the single product and removing the label information of the single product.
It should be noted that, since the weight information obtained when weighing an individual product is the product weight and the weight of the bag used for bagging, when setting the label information, the theoretical weight in the label information is set within a certain error range in consideration of the production error of the product and the weight of the bag, wherein the weight of the bag is within the error range of the theoretical weight.
Specifically, single products are weighed and detected in the conveying process, the weighing result is compared with the theoretical weight, if the weighing result exceeds the error range of the theoretical weight, unqualified products are judged, the unqualified products are taken away manually or mechanically, and the system deletes the label information of the unqualified products to avoid interference with subsequent processes; and if the weighing result is within the error range of the theoretical weight, judging that the weighing is qualified, inputting the actual weighing result of the weighing qualified single product by the system, and conveying the weighing qualified single product to the next procedure.
It should be noted that the stopping of the single product may be to manually or mechanically remove the rejected product after the conveyance is suspended, or to position the rejected product during the conveyance process and manually or mechanically remove the rejected product.
S22: and carrying out metal detection on the weighed qualified single product in the conveying process, marking the weighed qualified single product as the qualified single product if the weighed qualified single product passes the metal detection, and otherwise, stopping conveying the weighed qualified single product and removing the label information of the weighed qualified single product.
Specifically, metal detection and detection are carried out on weighed and qualified single products in the conveying process, if metal is detected, the products are judged to be unqualified products, an alarm signal is sent out, conveying is suspended, the unqualified products are taken away manually or mechanically, and the system deletes the label information and the weighing result of the unqualified products; if no metal is detected, the sheet is determined to be a non-defective sheet, and the non-defective sheet is conveyed to the next step.
It should be noted that, in the casing process of home textile products, the main function of metal detection is to determine whether the detected products contain needles, so as to prevent the needles missing in the production process from being shipped together with the products, thereby threatening the safety of customers who use the products.
In this embodiment, the metal detector is used to detect the metal, and similarly, in the actual implementation, other detection devices may be used to detect the metal, such as X-ray detection.
In this embodiment, after the metal detector detects a metal signal, the metal detector sends an alarm signal, the conveyer belt is reversed to return the detected product to a position before entering the metal detector, and the unqualified product is taken away manually or mechanically. It should be noted that the settings of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to specific production requirements. For example, after metal is detected, the conveyor belt transports the detected product to a location where the product exits the metal detection equipment, and then the transport is suspended and the rejected product is removed manually or mechanically.
It should be noted that, although the detection step of weighing first and then metal detection is adopted in the embodiment, in practical application, the detection step of weighing first and then metal detection may also be adopted, and the detection principle is consistent with the detection step of weighing first and then metal detection.
S30: and counting the qualified single products, boxing the single products with the set number to obtain the whole box of products, and generating the information of the whole box of products.
The set quantity is a quantity set according to the number of the single products required by the order, and the set quantity can be used as a standard for counting qualified products, that is, the counted number of the qualified products needs to be compared with the set quantity, and the next process can be carried out only when the counted number reaches the set quantity.
It should be noted that the whole box of products is obtained by packing and boxing the counted qualified single products.
Further, S30 includes:
s31: and recording the number of the qualified single products to obtain the counting number, and comparing the counting number with the set number.
The counting device 150 records the number of the qualified single products and compares the number with the set number, and when the number does not reach the set number, the conveying device 130 continues to transport until the number reaches the set number.
S32: and when the counted number reaches the set number, boxing the counted qualified single products to obtain the whole box of products.
When the counted number reaches the set number, the conveying device 130 suspends the conveying and uniformly boxes the counted qualified single products.
S33: and integrating the label information and the detection information of the scanned qualified single product to generate information of the whole box of products, and printing the label of the whole box.
And (3) after boxing is finished, automatically generating information of the whole box of products by the system, wherein the information comprises the number of single products, the total amount of the whole box, the model of each single product and the like of the whole box of products, and printing the information into a label of the whole box, wherein the label can be a one-dimensional code label, a two-dimensional code label or a character list.
