The corn harvesting and carrying device is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, harvested corns need to be carried home from the ground in a picking or carrying mode, and time and labor are wasted.

Through the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, adopted and kept off net, connecting plate, fixed plate, first connecting strip, second connecting strip and baffle, solved and need lean on the mode of choosing or carrying to carry the maize of reaping from the ground among the prior art and come home, problem that wastes time and energy has got the effect of being convenient for stably place the maize, carrying the maize of reaping.

The corn harvesting and carrying device in the embodiment can be used for placing cutters used for various structures, for example, the following cutter used for harvesting corn stalks in the mountainous region is provided in the embodiment, and the following cutter used for harvesting corn stalks in the mountainous region can be placed in the corn harvesting and carrying device in the embodiment.
The cutter for harvesting the cornstalks in the mountainous region comprises a semicircular blade, a hand lever and a hand pulling piece. The semicircular blade is provided with a fixed ring. The hand lever is sleeved on the fixed ring and connected with the semicircular blade. The semi-circle inner diameter surrounded by the semi-circle blades is 4-7 cm. The semicircular blade can sleeve the corn stalks in the semicircle surrounded by the blade, so that the corn stalks slide along the blade when the corn stalks are prevented from being cut, the cutting force of the blade can be concentrated on the corn stalks, and the corn stalks can be cut off quickly. The diameter of the corn stalks is about 3-6.5cm, and the inner diameter of the corn stalks is 4-7cm, so that the corn stalks can be sleeved in the semicircular blades, and the space between the corn stalks and the corn stalks is small when the corn stalks are cut, and the corn stalks can be prevented from sliding. The plane where the semicircular blade is arranged and the fixing ring are inclined downwards at an angle of 40-60 degrees, when a person stands and holds the corn stalk, the semicircular blade can be perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the corn stalk, the corn stalk can be cut off transversely, and the cutting distance is reduced. The hand lever comprises an upper hand lever and a lower hand lever, the lower half section of the upper hand lever is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and a length adjusting hole is formed in the cylindrical section; the inner diameter of the cylindrical section is larger than the outer diameter of the lower hand lever, and the lower hand lever is sleeved with the upper hand lever. The lower hand rod is provided with a spring nail matched with the length adjusting hole, and the upper hand rod and the lower hand rod are fixed through the length adjusting hole and the adjustable length of the spring nail. When the length of the hand lever needs to be adjusted, the spring nail is pressed downwards, the hand lever and the lower hand lever are pulled in the hand, the spring nail retracts into the upper hand lever, when the spring nail is pulled to align to the adjacent length adjusting hole, the spring nail is automatically popped out from the length adjusting hole, and then the effect of adjusting the length of the hand lever is achieved. The telescopic structure of the handle bar can adjust the length of the handle bar according to the height of a user during use, and the use comfort level is increased. The hand pulling piece comprises a sleeve and a handle, the sleeve is perpendicular to the handle, an internal thread is arranged in the sleeve, and an external thread matched with the internal thread of the sleeve is arranged at the tail end of the upper hand lever; the hand-pulling piece is connected with the upper hand rod through the sleeve in a threaded manner. For people with less strength, the hand-pulling piece can be held by hands, and the corn stalks are harvested by means of the strength of both hands. For strong users, the hand pulling piece can be taken off for use.
The handspike is also provided with an anti-slip ring to increase the holding power of the hand when in use. As an optimal technical scheme, the fixing hole is formed in the fixing ring, the lower hand lever is made of wood, and after the fixing ring is sleeved with the lower hand lever, the iron nail is nailed in the fixing hole, so that the lower hand lever can be prevented from falling off from the fixing ring.
Of course, the present embodiment can also be used for placing cutters with other structures. The following describes the handling device for corn harvesting of the embodiment of the application, which is not described again.
Please refer to fig. 1-4, a corn harvesting conveying device comprises a fixed plate 8 and a connecting base plate 1, wherein a universal wheel 23 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the connecting base plate 1, a supporting column 6 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the connecting base plate 1, a connecting table 11 is fixedly connected to the other end of the supporting column 6, a basket 9 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the connecting table 11, so that a harvesting cutter can be conveniently placed, a connecting plate 7 is fixedly connected to the side edge of the supporting column 6, a fixed plate 8 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the connecting plate 7, a second connecting strip 15 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the fixed plate 8, a connecting rod 3 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the second connecting strip 15, and a first connecting strip 14 is fixedly connected to the other end of the connecting rod 3, so that harvested corns can be conveniently conveyed.
The number of the universal wheels 23 is four, the four universal wheels 23 are respectively distributed on the periphery of the bottom end of the connecting bottom plate 1, and the universal wheels 23 are provided with brake pads, so that the corn harvesting and carrying device is convenient to move; the side edge of the upper surface of the connecting bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a hand-push frame 2, a connecting sleeve 5 is sleeved on the handheld part of the hand-push frame 2, an anti-slip strip is arranged on the outer surface of the connecting sleeve 5, and the connecting sleeve 5 is made of rubber materials, so that a user can conveniently push the transporting device for corn harvesting; the lower surface of the connecting bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with a connecting frame 17, a drawing plate 18 is connected inside the connecting frame 17 in a sliding mode, and a supporting plate 19 is connected to the lower surface of the drawing plate 18 in a rotating mode, so that a user can conveniently load corns; the side edge of the supporting column 6 is fixedly connected with a fixing block 21, the side edge of the fixing block 21 is fixedly connected with a connecting net 20, and the fixing block 21 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the connecting bottom plate 1, so that the connecting net 20 can be conveniently fixed; a connecting block 12 is fixedly connected to the side edge of the connecting table 11, a limiting block 13 is fixedly connected to the side edge of the connecting block 12, and a limiting hole is formed in the side edge of the limiting block 13, so that corn can be conveniently loaded; a blocking net 4 is fixedly connected beside the connecting rod 3, the bottom end of the blocking net 4 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the second connecting strip 15, and the top end of the blocking net 4 is fixedly connected to the first connecting strip 14, so that the blocking net 4 is convenient to fix; the bottom end inside the placing basket 9 is fixedly connected with a connecting basket 22, the side edge of the placing basket 9 is hinged with a connecting cover plate 10, and the upper surface of the connecting cover plate 10 is fixedly connected with a handle, so that a cutter can be conveniently placed; the side edges of the supporting columns 6 are fixedly connected with limiting rods, limiting grooves are formed in the surfaces of the limiting rods, the number of the limiting rods is four, and the four limiting rods are divided into two groups and distributed on the side edges of the supporting columns 6 respectively, so that fixing ropes can be wound conveniently to stably transport corns; connect the last fixed surface of bottom plate 1 and be connected with baffle 16, the last fixed surface of baffle 16 is connected with another second connecting strip 15, first connecting strip 14, the figure that keeps off net 4 and second connecting strip 15 are four, and four second connecting strip 15 divide into two sets of distributions respectively in the both sides of baffle 16 and fixed plate 8, is convenient for stabilize and places the maize of adorning.
This application is when using, insert the spacing hole in the stopper 13 with the steel wire that struts the sack, so as to strut sack splendid attire maize, take out take-out plate 18, then pack into the maize in to the sack, the contact of sack bottom takes out plate 18 during the maize splendid attire, take out plate 18 and backup pad 19 are convenient for support the sack, so that going on of splendid attire, the maize is adorned the back, seal the mouth with the sack, then arrange fixed plate 8 and baffle 16 upper surface respectively in with the sack, keep off net 4 and connecting net 20 and can avoid the sack to drop because of jolting in the handling, the cutter that will reap the usefulness is arranged in and is placed basket 9, still can further guarantee the sack through the fixed rope of gag lever post winding and not drop in handling.
The application has the advantages that:
1. the corn picking device is simple to operate, and corn containing, corn placing and corn carrying are facilitated by the arrangement of the blocking net, the connecting plate, the fixing plate, the first connecting strip, the second connecting strip, the partition plate, the connecting block, the limiting block, the pulling plate and the supporting plate;
2. this application is rational in infrastructure, places basket, connection basket, hand push frame, adapter sleeve, universal wheel, connecting network and fixed block through the setting, is convenient for stabilize and places the maize of required transport, is convenient for carry the maize.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement, without undue experimentation, the present application is not directed to software and process improvements, as they relate to circuits and electronic components and modules.
