The lowering position of the cross beam in the lifting device 3 is fixed, so that the up-and-down position of an internal core mould in the concrete fence plate 5 can be ensured, and the sizes of the upper opening and the lower opening of the internal groove 52 of the concrete fence plate 5 are fixed; the relative positions of the four sides of the inner core mould and the four sides of the side mould plate 11 can be fixed by fixing the front, back, left and right positions of the cross beam in the lifting device 3, so that the positions of the inner grooves 52 of the fence plate on the concrete fence plate body 51 can be fixed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the connection part includes a connection pipe 22 fixedly connected to the top plate, a first connection plate 23 is fixed to an upper end of the connection pipe 22, and the number of the connection parts is set according to the length and strength of the inner core mold 2.
Referring to fig. 5, the core mold body 21 has a shape of an inverted frustum closed by a side plate 211, a side plate 215 (not shown), a top plate 214 and a bottom plate 212, and the side plate 211 and the side plate have included angles α and β with a vertical plane, so that the core mold body has a certain inclination angle, thereby reducing damage to the concrete fence plate when the core mold body is pulled out.
At least one support plate 213 is provided between the top plate 214 and the bottom plate 212 to ensure sufficient strength and rigidity of the inner core mold body 21.
As shown in fig. 4, the top plate 214, the bottom plate 212 and the support plate 213 are all provided with vent holes 24, and vent holes 24 on the top plate 214 are provided with vent hole cover plates 25, and the vent hole cover plates 25 are preferably fixed on the top plate 214 at the sides of the vent holes 24 in a hinge manner. The air holes 24 prevent the bottom plate 212 from forming vacuum with the ground during pouring, so that the formwork removal is difficult and the concrete fence plate is damaged, and the air hole cover plate 25 can prevent concrete from entering the inner core mold cavity during pouring.
In one embodiment, and as shown in figure 6, the lifting means 3 is of a frame type construction, preferably a square frame, comprising two first longitudinal beams 31 in the width direction and two second transverse beams 32 in the length direction, the second transverse beams 32 being the primary stress members for lifting the inner core mould and lifting means together. The second transverse beam 32 is provided with a lifting lug 33, preferably welded to the second transverse beam 32, for lifting the internal core mould and lifting means from a lifting point.
The bottom of the second transverse beam 32 is provided with a second connecting plate 34, the second connecting plate is arranged corresponding to the first connecting plate, and the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are preferably detachably connected through a fixing screw or a fixing bolt.
The lifting device is used for positioning the position of the inner core mould 2 in the concrete fence plate by determining the position of the lifting device, and is also convenient for lifting the inner core mould 2 out at one time when the mould is removed.
Preferably, the bottom of the second transverse beam 32 is further provided with a transverse limiting portion 35, which can be matched with the notch on the positioning support 12, and is used for positioning the position of the second transverse beam in the length direction, and is preferably formed by welding positioning angle steel.
Example 2
Embodiment 2 discloses a method of using a mold for making a concrete fence panel, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, cleaning the prefabricated site, and placing the external side forms on the prefabricated site;
s2, connecting and fixing the internal core mould with the lifting device;
s3, placing the inner core mold and the lifting device in an outer side mold by using lifting equipment, and supporting and limiting by using a positioning support piece on the outer side mold;
s4, pouring concrete into the mold, and floating the upper surface of the concrete and the top end of the external side form;
s5, when the specified form removal strength is reached, the jacking devices arranged on the two sides of the lifting device work simultaneously to jack the lifting device uniformly, and when the internal core mold is separated from the concrete fence board by a sufficient distance, the internal core mold and the lifting device are integrally moved out by using the hoisting equipment;
and S6, removing the external side forms, and finishing the operation.
It should be noted that the hoisting device works all the time in the above process, and can only play a hoisting role, and does not work in the initial setting process of the concrete, but plays a role in fixing and positioning by the jacking device 4.

7. and (5) loosening the bolts 13 in the external side forms 1, and removing the side forms 11 to finish the operation.
