The invention relates to a rapid demoulding device for a core mould of a cover plate of a drainage ditch, which comprises a bracket and a core mould clamp, wherein the bracket comprises 4 upright posts, the upper ends of the 4 upright posts are welded with 4 upper cross rods according to 4 sides of a rectangle, an assembling plate is welded between two opposite cross rods, and the bottom surface of the assembling plate is fixedly provided with an electric hoist; the core mould fixture comprises a cross beam, a lifting ring is arranged in the middle of the top surface of the cross beam, two ends of the cross beam are respectively welded with a connecting plate vertical to the cross beam, the top edge of each connecting plate is welded with the cross beam, the bottom edge of each connecting plate is welded with a clamping plate parallel to the cross beam, one end of each clamping plate is welded with the connecting plate, and the other ends of the two clamping plates are arranged oppositely; the chain block of the electric hoist is connected with a lifting ring on the cross beam of the core mould clamp through a hook. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of road construction, relates to prefabrication construction of drain cover plates on two sides of a roadbed, and particularly relates to a quick core mold stripping device for a drain cover plate.
Background
As shown in figure 1, the ultra-high section longitudinal drainage ditch cover plate of the roadbed is a special-shaped cover plate which is integrally poured by a kerbstone 1 and a water passing cover plate 2, and a plurality of water passing holes 3 are arranged on the water passing cover plate. Because the top height of the drainage ditch cover plate is uneven, and the bottom surface is a plane, the die is inverted during prefabrication, as shown in fig. 2, the drainage ditch cover plate die comprises 4 side plates 4, a core die is arranged in the die, the core die comprises a main beam 5, two ends of the main beam are connected with the top edges of the two opposite side die plates through bolts, a row of die cores 6 are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main beam, concrete is poured in the die, and the cover plate water passing holes are formed by the die cores 6. And demolding after the concrete reaches a certain strength, wherein the first step of demolding is to take out the core mold, turn over the mold and pour the cover plate out of the mold. The core mold is difficult to take out in the demolding process, and if manual knocking demolding is adopted, a skilled worker needs to take about 6 minutes, and the mold is damaged sometimes. The prefabricated quantity of the drain cover plate is large, the requirement on the turnover rate of the mold is high, the manual demolding efficiency is low, the mold loss is large, and the construction period is not guaranteed.

The invention has simple structure and convenient operation, the core mould demoulding time of each mould is only 2 minutes, the time is greatly shortened compared with the manual demoulding time, the mould protection is facilitated, the mould loss is reduced, the requirement of high turnover rate of the mould on a construction site can be met, and the construction period is ensured.

Detailed Description
The invention comprises a bracket and a core mould clamp.
As shown in fig. 3, the bracket comprises 4 vertical rods 7 arranged according to 4 vertexes of a rectangle, 4 upper transverse rods 8 welded at the upper ends of the 4 vertical rods according to 4 sides of the rectangle, a horizontally arranged assembly plate 9 welded between two opposite transverse rods, and an electric hoist 10 fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the assembly plate.
As shown in fig. 4, the core mold fixture comprises a cross beam 11, a hanging ring 12 is arranged in the middle of the top surface of the cross beam, two ends of the cross beam are respectively welded with a connecting plate 13 perpendicular to the cross beam, the top edge of each connecting plate is welded with the cross beam, the bottom edge of each connecting plate is welded with a clamping plate 14 parallel to the cross beam, one end of each clamping plate is welded with the connecting plate, and the other ends of the two clamping plates are arranged oppositely. A bayonet is formed between the clamping plates and the cross beam, the width of the bayonet is larger than the thickness of the core mould main beam of the drainage ditch cover plate, and the distance between the opposite ends of the two clamping plates is smaller than the length of the core mould main beam.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lower end of the chain block 101 of the electric hoist 10 is connected to the lifting ring 12 on the cross beam of the core mold clamp through a hook.
When the mould is used, the lower ends of the vertical rods are supported in the mould, so that when the mould is implemented, the size of the support is set according to the size of the mould, and the distance between the adjacent vertical rods of the support is smaller than the side length of the mould.
Further, in order to prevent the concrete from being damaged when the core mold is demolded, a horizontally arranged lower cross bar 15 can be welded between the lower ends of the two vertical bars on the two sides of the support, a plurality of horizontally arranged comb-tooth bars 16 perpendicular to the lower cross bar are welded on the opposite sides of the two lower cross bars, the comb-tooth bars on each lower cross bar are arranged at equal intervals, and the opposite ends of the comb-tooth bars on the two lower cross bars are arranged at a certain interval. And a certain gap is reserved between the mold cores of the core mold, and each comb tooth rod is inserted into the gap between the two mold cores to fix the concrete on the two sides of the core mold during demolding. During specific implementation, the number of the comb teeth rods welded on each lower cross rod corresponds to the number of the mold core gaps of the core mold, the center distance between every two adjacent comb teeth rods is consistent with the center distance between every two adjacent mold core gaps, and the end distance between every two opposite comb teeth rods is smaller than the width of the main beam of the core mold.
Furthermore, in order to increase the strength of the support and the comb teeth rods, a middle cross rod 17 can be respectively welded between every two adjacent vertical rods of the support, and an inclined strut 18 can be respectively welded between the middle cross rod above each lower cross rod and the front end of each comb teeth rod welded on the lower cross rod.
As shown in fig. 7, after the concrete poured in the drainage ditch cover plate mold reaches the demolding strength, the connecting bolts between the two ends of the core mold main beam 5 and the side mold plates 4 are taken down, the bracket is placed on the concrete in the mold, the four upright posts 7 of the bracket correspond to 4 corners of the mold, the electric hoist lowers the core mold clamps, and the two ends of the core mold main beam 5 are respectively clamped into the bayonets at the two ends of the core mold clamps. As shown in fig. 8, the electric block lifts the core mold jig upward to pull the entire core mold out of the concrete.
In order to further protect the concrete during core mold stripping, two backing plates can be laid at the bottom of the support, the backing plate structure is shown in fig. 9, one side of each backing plate 19 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 20 which are consistent with the peripheral outline of half of the mold core, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the two backing plates 19 are laid on the concrete in the mold, the clamping grooves 20 of the two backing plates are opposite and surround the periphery of the mold core 6, and the support is supported on the backing plates 19.
