The present embodiment provides a connection structure between a rear panel 10 and a rear cover 20, and an air conditioner, which will be described in detail below.
First, referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, fig. 1 shows an assembly diagram of a rear panel 10 and a rear cover 20 in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 shows an exploded diagram of the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20 in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional diagram at a-a in fig. 1, and fig. 4 shows an enlarged diagram at B in fig. 3, wherein a connection structure of the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20 includes:
a rear panel 10, the rear panel 10 having an accommodation opening 100 and an engaging portion 11 provided along an edge of the accommodation opening 100;
a rear cover 20, the rear cover 20 is installed at the containing opening 100, one surface of the rear cover 20 facing the rear panel 10 is provided with a buckle 21 which is buckled with the buckling part 11;
the engaging portion 11 has an abutting surface 110 facing the rear cover 20 and an engaging surface 120 facing away from the rear cover 20, the buckle 21 is engaged with the engaging surface 120 of the engaging portion 11, and the edge of the rear cover 20 abuts against the abutting surface 110 of the engaging portion 11.
Specifically, the rear panel 10 serves as a housing of an electrical appliance for protecting an internal structure thereof, and the rear panel 10 may be, for example, a rear case of a household appliance such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, an air conditioning fan, and the like. Among them, the rear panel 10 has an accommodating opening 100, and when the household appliances such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, an air conditioning fan, etc. are installed and maintained, the installation or maintenance of the products can be performed through the accommodating opening 100, for example, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are connected through the accommodating opening 100.
In order to close the receiving opening 100 so as to protect the internal structure after the installation and maintenance are completed, the receiving opening 100 is provided with the rear cover 20, specifically, the rear panel 10 is provided with the receiving opening 100 and the clamping part 11 arranged along the edge of the receiving opening 100, and one surface of the rear cover 20 facing the rear panel 10 is provided with a buckle 21 clamped with the clamping part 11 so as to install the rear cover 20 at the receiving opening 100 of the rear panel 10.
The engaging portion 11 is a portion of the rear panel 10 at the receiving opening 100 for engaging with the buckle 21, wherein the engaging portion 11 has an abutting surface 110 facing one side of the rear cover 20 and an engaging surface 120 facing away from one side of the rear cover 20, the buckle 21 is buckled on the engaging surface 120 of the engaging portion 11, an edge of the rear cover 20 abuts on the abutting surface 110 of the engaging portion 11, and further the rear cover 20 is connected with the rear panel 10 in a manner that the rear cover 20 cooperates with the buckle 21 to be buckled on the engaging portion 11 at the edge of the receiving opening 100, so that the stability of the connection between the rear cover 20 and the rear panel 10 is improved, and meanwhile, since the buckle 21 is buckled on the engaging surface 120 of the engaging portion 11, the edge of the rear cover 20 abuts on the abutting surface 110 of the engaging portion 11, the phenomenon that the rear cover 20 is tilted or falls into the receiving opening 100 is avoided.
It should be noted that the position of the engaging portion 11 is not specifically limited in the present application, but for the convenience of understanding, the engaging portion 11 is disposed along the edges of the two sides of the receiving opening 100 to fix the rear cover 20 to the two side edges of the rear panel 10, and it is understood that the engaging portion 11 may also be disposed at the lower edge or the upper edge of the receiving opening 100. Meanwhile, the engaging portion 11 only needs to have an abutting surface 110 at one side facing the rear cover 20 and an engaging surface 120 at one side facing away from the rear cover 20, as an example, referring to fig. 4, the abutting surface 110 of the engaging portion 11 is parallel to the surface of the rear panel 10, so that the surface of the rear cover 20 can be flush with the surface of the rear panel 10 after the rear cover 20 is installed; meanwhile, in order to reduce the difficulty of detaching the rear cover 20 from the rear surface, the included angle between the engaging surface 120 and the abutting surface 110 is an acute angle, so that when the rear cover 20 is detached, the buckle 21 and the engaging portion 11, and the edge of the rear cover 20 and the engaging portion 11 can be separated in the same direction.
Further, in order to reduce noise generated by friction between the rear cover 20 and the engaging portion 11 due to the influence of thermal expansion and contraction of the rear cover 20, referring to fig. 5, 6, 7, and 8, fig. 5 shows a schematic partial explosion diagram of the rear cover 20 and the rear panel 10 in the embodiment of the present application, fig. 6 shows a schematic partial enlargement diagram at C in fig. 5, fig. 7 shows a schematic structural diagram at the receiving opening 100 of the rear panel 10 in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 shows a schematic partial enlargement diagram at D in fig. 7, wherein at least one protruding portion 130 is disposed on the abutting surface 110; and/or at least one protrusion 130 is provided on the engaging surface 120.
In the above embodiment, the protruding portion 130 is provided on the abutting surface 110 and/or the engaging surface 120, so that the engaging surface 120 of the engaging portion 11 and the engaging surface 110 of the engaging portion 11 are in point contact or line contact with each other, and the contact area between the rear cover 20 and the rear panel 10 is further reduced, and noise caused by friction between the rear cover 20 and the engaging portion 11 due to the influence of thermal expansion and contraction of the rear cover 20 is reduced.
As an example, the protruding portion 130 has a cylindrical arc surface, and when the latch 21 is latched to the latching surface 120 of the latching portion 11 or when the edge of the rear cover 20 contacts the abutting surface 110 of the latching portion 11, the cylindrical arc surface of the protruding portion 130 forms a line contact with the latch 21 or the edge of the rear cover 20, so that the contact area between the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20 is reduced, and a phenomenon of generating a large friction extrusion sound due to a large contact area between the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20 is avoided.
As another example, the protruding portion 130 has a spherical arc surface, and when the engaging surface 120 of the engaging portion 11 is engaged or when the edge of the rear cover 20 contacts the abutting surface 110 of the engaging portion 11, the spherical arc surface of the protruding portion 130 forms a point contact with the engaging portion 21 or the edge of the rear cover 20, so that the contact area between the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20 is reduced, and a phenomenon of generating a large frictional squeezing sound due to a large contact area between the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20 is avoided.
It is understood that the line-contact protrusion 130 may also be used in combination with the point-contact protrusion 130, for example, a part of the plurality of protrusions 130 is a strip-shaped protrusion 130 including a cylindrical arc surface to realize line contact, and another part is a point-shaped protrusion 130 including a point-spherical arc surface to realize multi-point contact; or the protrusion 130 may have only a small flat contact surface to increase the connection stability between the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20.
In some embodiments of the present application, for example, for the embodiment in which the engaging portion 11 is disposed along the edges of the two sides of the receiving opening 100, referring to fig. 5, in order to further reduce the friction noise, the protrusion 130 is disposed on the abutting surface 110 of the engaging portion 11 in the thickness direction of the rear panel 10. When the rear cover 20 expands with heat and contracts with cold, the rear cover tends to stretch along the length direction or the width direction, and since the engaging portions 11 are disposed along the edges of the two sides of the accommodating opening 100 and the protruding portions 130 are disposed along the thickness direction of the rear panel 10, the protruding portions 130 can have a smaller displacement in the thickness direction relative to the rear cover 20, thereby reducing the noise generated between the rear cover 20 and the rear panel 10 due to friction sliding.
Further, in order to improve the connection stability between the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20, referring to fig. 5, the rear panel 10 further has an inserting portion 12 disposed along the edge of the receiving opening 100, and the rear cover 20 further has an inserting portion 22 engaged with the inserting portion 12, wherein the inserting portion 12 refers to a portion where the inserting portion 22 of the rear panel 10 and the inserting portion 22 of the rear cover 20 are inserted, so as to further improve the connection stability between the rear panel 10 and the rear cover 20 through the engagement between the inserting portion 12 and the inserting portion 22. Illustratively, the mating portion 12 may be a socket or receptacle, and the mating portion 22 may be a cylindrical pin, a square block, or the like. It will be understood that the arrangement of the mating portion 12 and the mating portion 22 may be changed, for example, the mating portion 12 is a cylindrical pin, a square block, or the like, and the mating portion 22 is a socket or a socket, or the like.
As an exemplary embodiment of the arrangement of the engaging portion 11 and the inserting portion 12, referring to fig. 7 and fig. 8, fig. 7 shows a schematic structural view of the receiving opening 100 of the rear panel 10 in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 8 shows a schematic structural view of the rear cover 20 in the embodiment of the present application, wherein the engaging portion 11 includes a first side engaging portion 111 and a second side engaging portion 112 respectively located at two side edges of the receiving opening 100, and the buckle 21 includes a first buckle 211 engaged with the first side engaging portion 111 and a second buckle 212 engaged with the second side engaging portion 112; the inserting portion 12 includes a first inserting portion 121 and a second inserting portion 122 respectively located at the upper and lower edges of the accommodating opening 100, and the inserting portion 22 includes a first inserting portion 221 engaged with the first inserting portion 121 and a second inserting portion 222 engaged with the second inserting portion 122.
In the above embodiment, the rear cover 20 is connected to the left and right sides of the receiving opening 100 by clamping, for example, the first buckle 211 is clamped to the first side clamping portion 111, and the second buckle 212 is clamped to the second side clamping portion 112; the rear cover 20 is connected with the upper side and the lower side of the accommodating opening 100 in an inserting mode, for example, the first inserting portion 221 is matched with the first inserting portion 121, the second inserting portion 222 is matched with the second inserting portion 122, when the rear cover 20 is installed, the inserting portions 22 on the upper side and the lower side can be connected, then the buckles 21 on the two sides are connected, the installation difficulty of the rear cover 20 is reduced, the number of the buckles 21 is reduced, and the probability of damage to the buckles 21 is reduced.
The inventor researches and discovers that when the buckles 21 are arranged at the corners of the rear cover 20 for connection, for example, the corners at the junction of the edge of the rear cover 20 and the side edge, the buckles 21 are easy to be separated from the corners of the rear cover 20 to lift the corners of the rear cover 20 during transportation and installation of electric products (such as air conditioners and refrigerators), and the corners of the rear cover 20 are difficult to recover after being separated from the corners of the rear cover 20 to cause the problem of dismounting the rear cover 20 and the rear panel 10.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the first inserting portion 121 includes a first sub inserting portion 1211 and a second sub inserting portion 1212 which are disposed adjacent to two side edges of the receiving opening 100, the first engaging portion 211 includes a first sub engaging portion 2111 which is disposed adjacent to an upper edge of the receiving opening 100, the second engaging portion 212 includes a second sub engaging portion 2121 which is disposed adjacent to an upper edge of the receiving opening 100, the first sub inserting portion 1211 and the second sub inserting portion 1212 are engaged with the corresponding first inserting portion 221 on the rear cover 20, the first sub engaging portion 2111 and the second sub engaging portion 2121 are connected with the corresponding engaging portion 11 on the rear panel 10, and the corners of the rear cover 20 are simultaneously limited, so that the connection stability between the corners of the rear cover 20 and the rear panel 10 is ensured, and the phenomenon that the engaging portion 21 at the corners of the single rear cover 20 is separated to cause tilting is avoided.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, for example, for the embodiment where the first catch 211 includes the first sub-catch 2111 disposed adjacent to the upper edge of the receiving opening 100, referring to fig. 7, in order to ensure the connection stability of the rear cover 20 and the side edge of the rear panel 10, the first catch 211 further includes the third sub-catch 2112 and the fourth sub-catch 2122 located at the middle of the side edges of the receiving opening 100, and the third sub-catch 2112 and the fourth sub-catch 2122 are connected to the corresponding clamping portions 11 at the side edges of the receiving opening 100, so as to further improve the connection stability of the rear cover 20 and the side edge of the rear panel 10.
