Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the mobile air conditioner 100 of the present invention, the mobile air conditioner 100 includes a housing 110, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor fan, an outdoor fan, an exhaust pipe 120 and a window sealing plate 130.
Specifically, the housing 110 includes a bottom plate, a front panel, a back plate, and side plates between the front panel and the back plate. The housing 110 is provided with an air outlet 111 and an air inlet 112, and the air outlet 111 may be disposed on the side plate or the back plate. An indoor heat exchange chamber and an outdoor heat exchange chamber are formed in the casing 110, and an air inlet 112 and an air outlet 111 of the casing 110 are both communicated with the outdoor heat exchange chamber.
The indoor heat exchanger and the indoor fan are arranged in the indoor heat exchange chamber. The outdoor heat exchanger and the outdoor fan are arranged in the outdoor heat exchange chamber. The air inlet end of the exhaust pipe 120 is used for being detachably connected with the exhaust port 111, and the air outlet end of the exhaust pipe 120 is detachably mounted on the window frame 200 through the window sealing plate 130.
When the mobile air conditioner 100 is used, the indoor fan drives external air to enter the indoor heat exchange chamber, and the external air is transferred to an indoor environment after being subjected to heat exchange by the indoor heat exchanger. Meanwhile, the outdoor fan drives the external air to enter the outdoor heat exchange chamber, exchanges heat with the outdoor heat exchanger, and then is discharged to the outdoor environment through the exhaust pipe 120. When the mobile air conditioner 100 is not in use, the window sealing plate 130 needs to be removed and stored.
To better receive the window sealing plate 130 to prevent it from being lost, here, the mobile air conditioner 100 further includes a receiving collar 140 and a support 150. The receiving collar 140 is detachably mounted to the case 110, and the receiving collar 140 is used to receive the window sealing plate 130 of the mobile air conditioner 100. The support 150 is disposed on the housing 110, and the support 150 is located below the receiving collar 140 to support the bottom of the window sealing plate 130 when the receiving collar 140 receives the window sealing plate 130.
When the mobile air conditioner 100 is not in use, the window sealing plate 130 needs to be detached. The receiving collar 140 and the supporting member 150 may be mounted on the corresponding positions of the casing 110, the window sealing plate 130 may be detached, and the window sealing plate 130 may be inserted through the receiving collar 140 until the bottom of the window sealing plate 130 abuts against the supporting member 150, so as to receive the window sealing plate 130 on the casing 110 of the mobile air conditioner 100. When the mobile air conditioner 100 is used, the receiving collar 140 and the supporting member 150 are in an idle state, so that the receiving collar 140 and the supporting member 150 can be detached and put into a tool box for storage, and the overall appearance structure of the mobile air conditioner 100 is not affected.
The storage position of the window sealing plate 130 is not particularly limited. For example: receiving collars 140 may be mounted to the side panels to receive the window sealing panel 130 therein. The receiving collar 140 may be attached to the back plate to receive the window sealing plate 130 therein.
The window sealing plate 130 may be a single-layer plate or a double-layer plate. Specifically, the window sealing plate 130 includes a first plate provided with the ventilation opening and a second plate provided in a stacked arrangement and slidable relative to the first plate to open or cover the ventilation opening. The sliding displacement of the second laminate is adjusted, and the size of the air outlet surface opened by the ventilation opening can be correspondingly adjusted.
The technical scheme of the utility model, through set up on mobile air conditioner 100's casing 110 and accomodate the lantern ring 140 and be located the support piece 150 of accomodating the lantern ring 140 below, when mobile air conditioner 100 is out of work, dismantle window sealing plate 130 from exhaust pipe 120, pass window sealing plate 130 from accomodating lantern ring 140 again, support on support piece 150 until the bottom of window sealing plate 130, thereby accomodate mobile air conditioner 100's casing 110 with window sealing plate 130 on, make window sealing plate 130 difficult for losing.
In an embodiment, regarding the shape structure of the receiving collar 140, the receiving collar 140 may be disposed in a circular ring shape, an elliptical shape, or a rectangular shape. It is contemplated that the window sealing panel 130 may be generally configured in the form of an elongated plate having a generally rectangular cross-sectional profile, and therefore, the receiving collar 140 may alternatively be configured in the form of a rectangle.
However, if the receiving collar 140 is formed in a rectangular shape, a right-angled corner may be formed on the inner wall surface of the receiving collar 140, and the corner may collide with and wear the edge of the window sealing plate 130. To avoid this, the receiving collar 140 is here arranged in a race track. The inner wall surface of the receiving collar 140, which is in a race track shape, is smooth without forming a right-angle corner, so that the edge of the window sealing plate 130 is not damaged by collision.
In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the detachable connection of the receiving collar 140 with the housing 110, a fixing arm 141 may be protruded from a sidewall of the receiving collar 140 facing the housing 110, and the receiving collar 140 may be detachably connected with the housing 110 through the fixing arm 141. The fixing arm 141 is integrally formed with the receiving collar 140 to reduce the manufacturing process.
As for the detachable connection manner of the fixing arm 141 and the housing 110, there are various design manners. Such as but not limited to: the fixing arm 141 is detachably connected to the housing 110 by any one of a snap structure, a screw structure, a latch structure, and a screw thread. Specifically, the fixing arm 141 is detachably connected to the housing 110 by a snap structure.
Therefore, one end of the fixing arm 141, which is far away from the receiving ring 140, is provided with a pair of first elastic buckles 143 in a protruding manner, the housing 110 is provided with first buckling holes 113 corresponding to the first elastic buckles 143, and the pair of first elastic buckles 143 are inserted into the first buckling holes 113 and are buckled and fixed with the first buckling holes 113.
When the receiving collar 140 is installed, an external force is applied to pinch the pair of first elastic buckles 143, so that the first elastic buckles 143 are tightly inserted into the first buckling holes 113 of the housing 110, and then the pair of first elastic buckles 143 are released, and the pair of first elastic buckles 143 expand to be buckled and fixed with the edges of the first buckling holes 113. When the receiving collar 140 is detached, an external force is applied to pinch the pair of first elastic buckles 143, so that the pair of first elastic buckles 143 are tightened and can be pulled out from the first buckle hole 113, and the receiving collar 140 can be detached from the housing 110.
As for the structure of first elasticity buckle, can design according to actual conditions is corresponding. In this embodiment, the first elastic latch 143 includes a first elastic arm 143a extending from the fixing arm 141 in a direction away from the receiving collar 140, and a first latching portion 143b protruding from a distal end of the first elastic arm 143a toward the other first elastic latch 143. When a user applies an external force to the first elastic buckle 143 of the pair of second elastic buckles 143, the two elastic buckles are deformed to approach (or separate) relatively, so that the first buckling part 143b is loosened from the first buckling hole 113, and at this time, the receiving collar 140 can be detached. The assembly is reversed.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the exhaust duct 120 also needs to be detached when the mobile air conditioner 100 is not in use. In order to prevent the exhaust duct 120 from being lost, the exhaust duct 120 may be accommodated in the casing 110 of the mobile air conditioner 100. In view of this, in order to conveniently store the exhaust duct 120, optionally, a hanging structure 142 is convexly disposed on a side wall of the storage collar 140 facing away from the housing 110, and the hanging structure 142 is used for hanging the exhaust duct 120 to store the exhaust duct 120.
As to the specific shape and structure of the hanging structure 142, the hanging structure 142 may be a hook, and a hanging groove or a hanging hole for hanging the hook is disposed on the exhaust duct 120. Alternatively, the hanging structure 142 may be a hanging hole, so that a hook capable of hanging on the hanging hole is disposed on the exhaust duct 120.
In one embodiment, exhaust duct 120 includes an exhaust hose, and a rigid pipe fitting connected to an end of the exhaust hose. Theoretically, the exhaust duct 120 can be hung on the hanging structure 142 through the exhaust hose or the rigid pipe joint. However, the air exhaust hose is soft in material and low in strength, and may be scratched to be broken when being hung, so that the air exhaust hose is damaged.
To avoid this, the exhaust duct 120 may be hung on the hanging structure 142 through the rigid pipe joint. Because the rigid pipe joint is usually made of rigid material, it has better strength and is not easy to deform or break, so that it can be stably hung and fixed with the hanging structure 142 to prevent the exhaust pipe 120 from being damaged.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the specific structure of the supporting member 150 is not specifically limited. In this embodiment, the support 150 includes a support plate 151 connected to the housing 110, and a limit plate 152 extending upward from an end of the support plate 151 away from the housing 110, and a support groove for supporting the window sealing plate 130 is defined between the limit plate 152 and the support plate 151.
The support 150 may be integrally formed with the housing 110; or the supporting member 150 is provided separately from the housing 110, and the supporting member 150 is detachably mounted on the housing 110. For example, the supporting member 150 is detachably connected to the housing 110 by any one of a snap structure, a screw structure, a latch structure, and a screw thread. Specifically, the support 150 is detachably connected to the housing 110 by a snap structure.
Therefore, one end of the supporting member 150 is protruded with a pair of second elastic buckles 153, the housing 110 is opened with a second buckling hole 114 corresponding to the second elastic buckles 153, and the pair of second elastic buckles 153 are inserted into the second buckling hole 114 and are buckled and fixed with the second buckling hole 114.
Specifically, a pair of second elastic catches 153 is located at one end of the support plate 151 away from the limit plate 152. When the supporting member 150 is installed, an external force is applied to pinch the pair of second elastic latches 153, so that the second elastic latches 153 are tightly inserted into the second latching holes 114 of the housing 110, and then the pair of second elastic latches 153 are released, so that the pair of second elastic latches 153 expand to be latched and fixed with the edges of the second latching holes 114, thereby fixing the supporting member 150 to the housing 110. When the supporting member 150 is detached, an external force is applied to pinch the pair of second elastic buckles 153, so that the pair of second elastic buckles 153 are tightened and can be pulled out from the second buckle hole 114, and the supporting member 150 can be detached from the housing 110.
As for the structure of first elasticity buckle, can design according to actual conditions is corresponding. In this embodiment, the second elastic latch 153 includes a second elastic arm 153a extending from the supporting plate 151 in a direction away from the limiting plate 152, and a second latching portion 153b protruding from an end of the second elastic arm 153a toward a direction away from another second elastic latch 153. When a user applies an external force to the first elastic latch 153 of the pair of second elastic latches 53, they are deformed to be relatively close to (or separated from) each other, so that the first latch portion 153b is released from the second latch hole 114, and the support 150 can be detached. The assembly is reversed.
Based on the above embodiment, it is considered that the take-up stand for winding up the power connection line is also provided on the housing 110, and the take-up stand is generally provided at the lower end of the housing 110. To reduce the manufacturing of parts, the support 150 is optionally served by the take-up stand, so that the manufacturing of the support 150 is not required to be increased.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
