The apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein the auxiliary rotating block is composed of two regular quadrangular prisms fixed together, wherein the two regular quadrangular prisms are coaxially disposed, and the cross-sectional area of the regular quadrangular prism directly connected to the rotating shaft is larger than that of the other regular quadrangular prism.
