背景技术
锂离子电池在装配工序生产过程中,需要将极耳与上盖焊接,为保证极耳与上盖焊接质量,需要先将极耳修剪到一定工艺长度,要求裁切后极耳整齐、无破损,原生产使用剪刀裁剪极耳,剪刀使用寿命短,极耳裁切长度一致性差,裁切质量无法满足工艺要求。
发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、高效、准确、易操作的方形铝壳锂离子电池极耳裁切装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种方形铝壳锂离子电池极耳裁切装置,包括驱动装置、极耳裁切装置、定位装置和脚踏开关,其中:
所述驱动装置为压力机;
所述极耳裁切装置包括裁切刀,裁切刀通过曲轴与压力机上部连接;
所述定位装置包括电池定位槽,电池定位槽安装固定在压力机工作台面上;
所述脚踏开关为启动驱动装置的开关;
所述脚踏开关启动压力机,曲轴带动裁切刀下压,裁断放入电池定位槽中的电池极耳。
相比于现有技术,本实用新型具有如下优点:
本实用新型可代替原有装配线操作者使用剪刀裁剪极耳,避免装配生产过程剪刀裁剪极耳出现极耳裁切不整齐、极耳裁切长度不一致、极耳裁切不断等问题,提高人员生产效率同时提高电池极耳裁切质量,便于后续极耳超声波焊接,增加极耳超声波焊接强度,减小电池内阻。

所述极耳裁切装置包括一套进口钨钢材质咬合式裁切刀2,裁切刀2通过曲轴与压力机上部连接;
所述定位装置包括电池定位槽3,电池定位槽3安装固定在压力机工作台面上;
所述脚踏开关4为启动驱动装置的开关;
所述脚踏开关4启动压力机1,压力机1驱动曲轴带动裁切刀2下压,裁切刀2与电池定位槽3咬合,裁断放入电池定位槽3中的电池极耳。
工作过程:
将待裁切极耳电池放入电池定位槽中,固定电池位置,踩下脚踏开关启动J23-10t压力机,压力机驱动曲轴使极耳裁切刀下压将极耳裁断,裁断后极耳正负极废料分别落入废料收集袋中。
该装置的最大优点是极耳长度裁切准确、裁切质量高,裁切后的极耳无破损、无断裂、无带箔,切刀采用进口钨钢材质,使用寿命可裁切100万次,代替剪刀修剪裁切极耳,提高生产自动化程度,便于后续极耳超声波焊接,增加极耳超声波焊接强度,减小电池内阻。

1.一种方形铝壳锂离子电池极耳裁切装置,其特征在于所述装置包括驱动装置、极耳裁切装置、定位装置和脚踏开关,其中:
所述驱动装置为压力机;
所述极耳裁切装置包括裁切刀,裁切刀通过曲轴与压力机上部连接;
所述定位装置包括电池定位槽,电池定位槽安装固定在压力机工作台面上;
所述脚踏开关为启动驱动装置的开关;
所述脚踏开关启动压力机,压力机驱动曲轴带动裁切刀下压,裁切刀与电池定位槽咬合,裁断放入电池定位槽中的方形铝壳锂离子电池极耳。
