Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种单缸柴油机消烟节油调节
器，其特征是在靠现有调速装置中的单向推力球轴承
4上两凸柱9外侧的“Y”形调速杠杆的两杆端头上
分别开有一个调节孔7，其内固定有可调节螺杆
10。根据上述凸柱的磨损情况，可以随时调整其与
调速杠杆的两杆端头之间的间隙，从而使调速杠杆工
作灵敏，特别是满足了柴油机油泵在高速大负荷以及
低速调高速的供油要求，达到了节油的目的。本调节
器结构简单，实施容易，完全消除了冒黑烟现象，节油
效果明显，适合广泛推广应用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于单缸柴油机离心调速装置的消烟节油调节器。
单缸柴油机的调速主要是通过调速杆、调速滑盘及钢球、单向推力球轴承、调速杠杆等来完成对柴油机油泵的控制，从而达到调速的目的。“Y”调速杠杆以调速杆为支点，其一端装于柴油机油泵上，另一端的两杆头则位于单向推力球轴承的外侧，并与推力球轴承上的两凸柱有一定的间隙，调速杠杆在动作时，其两杆头与上述两凸柱相接触并使其被磨损，长期使用则使该间隙逐渐增大，逐渐使调速杠杆在动作时反应迟缓，造成在柴油机工作于高速大负荷状态或低速向高速调整时，柴油机油泵的供油不能及时地随之变化，使柴油不能充分燃烧，产生冒黑烟现象，浪费柴油。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述存在的问题，提出了一种对柴油机调速装置稍加改进即可消除冒黑烟现象从而达到节油目的的节油调节器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
在靠现有柴油机调速装置中的单向推力球轴承上两凸柱外侧的“Y”形调速杠杆的两杆端头上分别开有一调节孔，该调节孔内分别固定有一可调节螺杆，两螺杆的端头分别与上述的单向推力球轴承上的两凸柱相对应并有一定间隙。
由于安装了上述可调节的螺杆，从而可以根据上述两凸柱的磨损情况随时调整调速杠杆与推力球轴承之间的间隙，使调速杠杆工作灵敏，满足了柴油机油泵在高速大负荷或低速调高速时的供油要求，消除了冒黑烟现象，节约了燃油。
本实用新型结构简单，构思巧妙，实施容易，几乎无改装成本。实际使用表明，节油效果明显，完全消除了冒黑烟现象，直接的经济效益和间接的社会效益都很显著，非常适合在单缸柴油机上推广使用。

以下结合附图说明本实用新型实施例：
一台195－2柴油机，打开其齿轮室盖，将调速装置中的“Y”形调速杠杆6取下，将其靠单向推力球轴承4上两凸柱9外侧一端的两个杆端头上分别钻一小调节孔7，将螺杆10插入上述调节孔7内，并带上螺帽将其固定。然后再将该改进过的调速杠杆6重新装回柴油机齿轮室内即可。使用本实用新型达到了消除黑烟、节约燃油的目的。

1、一种单缸柴油机消烟节油调节器，是对现有的由调速杆1、调速齿轮2、调速滑盘3、单向推力球轴承4及其上的凸柱9、调速杠杆6等构成的离心调速装置的改进，其特征是在靠单向推力球轴承4上两凸柱9外侧的“Y”形调速杠杆的两杆端头上分别开有一个调节孔7，该调节孔内分别固定有一可调节螺杆10，该调节螺杆与上述的凸柱9相对应并有一定的间隙。
