Therefore, when the two massage units 3 are respectively led out from the left side and the right side of the bearing part 14, the two massage units 3 on the two sides can be conveniently assembled or disassembled like the bearing part 14 by two hands, the moving distances of the two hands are short, and the length of the connecting line 2 required by the two massage units 3 can be relatively short, so that the material is saved, and the winding problem can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the wearing body 1 defines a neck-surrounding space 101, and the massage unit 3 is detachably provided on a side of the bearing part 14 facing away from the neck-surrounding space 101. Therefore, when the wearing body 1 is worn on the neck, the problem that the massage unit 3 interferes with the neck of the user to cause discomfort of the neck and the problem that the massage unit 3 is difficult to detach or assemble to the bearing part 14 due to interference of the neck are avoided. Furthermore, it should be noted that the relative position of the bearing part 14 and the wearing body 1 in the width direction of the wearing body 1 is not limited, for example, the bearing part 14 may be located on one side of the width of the wearing body 1, and for example, the bearing part 14 may be located on both sides of the width of the wearing body 1.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the wearing body 1 may not have the bearing portion 14, which does not have the ability to fit the massage unit 3, so that the massage unit 3 cannot be mounted to the wearing body 1, i.e., the massage unit 3 has no other connection relation than that the connection line 2 can be connected with the wearing body 1, and at this time, the massage unit 3 may be always in a state of being detached from the wearing body 1 and movable relative to the wearing body 1 within the restriction range of the connection line 2. Thereby, the design of the wearing body 1 and the massage unit 3 can be simplified.
In some embodiments of the present invention, there are two connecting lines 2, two massage units 3, and two connecting lines 2 are correspondingly connected to the two massage units 3, that is, one connecting line 2 is connected to one massage unit 3, and the other connecting line 2 is connected to the other massage unit 3, so that the massage area can be increased by providing two massage units 3. Alternatively, the two massage units 3 may be detachably connected, for example, when the massage units 3 are detachably disposed on the wearing body 1, the two massage units 3 may be detachably connected, so that the two massage units 3 may be stacked on the wearing body 1, so that the area of the bearing portion 14 may be reduced, and for example, when the massage units 3 are always in a state of being separated from the wearing body 1, the two massage units 3 may be detachably connected, so that the two massage units 3 may be assembled and connected in a state of being separated from the wearing body 1, so that the two massage units 3 may be protected and stored face to face.
It is worth mentioning that in some alternative examples, when there are two massage units 3, one massage unit 3 may be set as a positive electrode for electrical stimulation massage, and the other massage unit 3 may be set as a negative electrode for electrical stimulation massage, so that when both massage units 3 are electrically connected to the human body, electrical stimulation massage may be achieved. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the massage unit 3 and the connection line 2 may be only one, and the massage unit 3 may be provided with at least two electrode portions, that is, including a positive electrode and a negative electrode, in which case, the electric stimulation massage may also be realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the wearing main body 1 includes a holder body 161 and two handles 162, the two handles 162 are respectively connected to both ends of the length of the holder body 161 along the length extending direction of the wearing main body 1, the length of each handle 162 is less than 1/2 of the length of the holder body 161 along the length extending direction of the wearing main body 1, the holder body 161 includes a soft segment 12, and at least one of the holder body 161 and the handles 162 includes a hard segment 11. Thus, since the holder body 161 includes the soft segment 12, the comfort for wearing the wearing main body 1 on the neck can be improved. Optionally, the frame body 161 is substantially a ring-shaped cylindrical structure, wherein the cylindrical structure includes, but is not limited to, a cylinder, an elliptic cylinder, a prism, etc., so as to further improve the wearing comfort.
It should be noted that, when only the holder body 161 includes the hard segment 11, at least one outlet 13 is formed on at least one hard segment 11 on the holder body 161; when only one handle 162 comprises the hard section 11, at least one outlet 13 is formed on at least one hard section 11 on the handle 162; when the two handles 162 respectively comprise the hard sections 11, at least one outlet 13 is formed on at least one hard section 11 on at least one handle 162; when the holder body 161 and the handle 162 each include the hard sections 11, at least one outlet 13 is formed on at least one of the hard sections 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, one of the two handles 162 has a power supply component 5 (e.g., a rechargeable battery, a common battery, etc.) disposed inside the handle 162, the other handle 162 has an electronic control component 4 (e.g., a flexible circuit board, a rigid circuit board, etc.) disposed inside the handle 162, the neck massager 100 further includes a power supply wire 6, the power supply wire 6 is disposed inside the wearing body 1 and connects the power supply component 5 and the electronic control component 4, and the inner end of the connecting wire 2 is connected to the electronic control component 4. From this, the both sides weight of wearing main part 1 is comparatively balanced, improves the travelling comfort of wearing, and need not massage unit 3 and embeds automatically controlled subassembly 4 and power supply unit 5 to can alleviate massage unit 3's weight, when massage unit 3 hangs or pastes in the human body, improve human travelling comfort. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the power supply assembly 5 and the electronic control assembly 4 may be disposed in the same handle 162, so that the electrical connection between the power supply assembly 5 and the electronic control assembly 4 is simplified, and one handle 162 may be omitted.
It should be noted that the specific configuration of the wearing body 1 is not limited, and there are various configurations of the hard segment 11 and the soft segment 12, for example, four embodiments will be specifically described below, and after reading the following four specific embodiments, other deformable embodiments can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art. In addition, it should be noted that any of the following four embodiments may be combined with any of the above embodiments to obtain other alternative embodiments of the present application without contradiction.
Example one
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the wearing main body 1 includes a bracket body 161 and two handles 162, the two handles 162 are respectively connected to two ends of the length of the bracket body 161 along the length extending direction of the wearing main body 1, the handles 162 are integrally formed into a hard section 11 along the length extending direction of the wearing main body 1, the bracket body 161 is integrally formed into a soft section 12, the two handles 162 are respectively formed with an outlet 13, that is, the hard section 11 is provided with two sections of the two handles 162 respectively, the soft section 12 is provided with one section of the bracket body 161, the two hard sections 11 are respectively connected to two ends of the soft section 12, each handle 162 is respectively provided with an outlet 13, one connecting line 2 is led out from each outlet 13, and the two massage units 3 are respectively correspondingly connected to the two connecting lines 2.
Thus, the hard segment 11 is provided as the handle 162, so that the soft segment 12 can be provided as one segment, thereby simplifying the structure of the wearing body 1 and reducing the production cost. Moreover, the outer line segments of the connecting wire 2 are respectively led out from each handle 162, so that the outer line segments respectively led out from the two handles 162 can be prevented from interfering and winding with each other as much as possible. Also, the outer line segment of the connecting wire 2 can be made to have a long length, so that the massage unit 3 can be moved to a distant position, thereby increasing the massable region of the hanging neck type massage apparatus 100. It should be noted that in some optional examples of the first embodiment, the length of each handle 162 may be less than 1/2 of the length of the stent body 161, or in other examples, the length of each handle 162 may not be less than 1/2 of the length of the stent body 161.
As shown in fig. 5, the handle 162 has a first end 162a and a second end 162b at two ends of the length, the first end 162a is connected to the bracket body 161, and the outlet 13 is disposed near the first end 162a relative to the second end 162b, that is, along the length extending direction of the handle 162, the distance between the outlet 13 and the second end 162b is greater than the distance between the outlet 13 and the first end 162 a. From this, on the one hand can shorten the length of the outer line section of connecting wire 2 as far as possible, and on the other hand can prevent that the user from catching on the outer line section when holding handle 162, influence the body and feel.
Optionally, the distance between the outlet 13 and the first end 162a along the length of the handle 162 may be 5mm-20mm, such as 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm or-20 mm, etc. From this, can shorten the length of the outer line section of connecting wire 2 more effectively, and can prevent more effectively that the user from grabbing the outer line section when holding handle 162, influence the body and feel.
In some optional examples of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the support body 161 is provided with a bearing portion 14, the two massage units 3 are respectively detachably provided on the bearing portion 14, when the massage units 3 are detached from the bearing portion 14, the massage units 3 are movable relative to the wearing main body 1 within the constraint range of the connecting line 2, and when the massage units 3 are not needed to be used, or the massage units 3 are located on the side of the bearing portion 14 facing the part to be massaged, the massage units 3 can also be mounted on the bearing portion 14, so as to achieve the effect of storage or positioning in use.
In some optional examples of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the bracket body 161 includes a position-limiting portion 15, the portion of the connecting wire 2 located outside the wearing body 1 is an outer wire segment, the outer wire segment is located between the inner end and the outer end of the connecting wire 2, and at least a portion of the outer wire segment is detachably fitted to the position-limiting portion 15, so that the outer wire segment can move away from the position-limiting portion 15 relative to the wearing body 1. Therefore, when the massage unit 3 is not needed to be used, or the current movable range of the massage unit 3 is enough, the limiting part 15 can be used for accommodating at least part of the outer line part, the neatness of the neck-hanging type massage instrument 100 is improved, and the problems of winding, knotting, free suspension and the like of the outer line part are avoided. Optionally, the limiting part 15 comprises at least one of a buckle, a clamping groove, a magnetic part and an adhesive part, and is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
In some optional examples of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, two ends of the length of the handle 162 are a first end 162a and a second end 162b, respectively, the first end 162a is connected to the bracket body 161, the bearing portion 14 is centrally disposed with respect to the bracket body 161, that is, a part of the bearing portion 14 is opposite to the center of the bracket body 161, but not limited to that the center of the bearing portion 14 is opposite to the center of the bracket body 161, the limiting portion 15 includes a first limiting portion 151, the first limiting portion 151 is disposed close to the bearing portion 14 with respect to the first end 162a, that is, along the length extending direction of the bracket body 161, the distance between the first limiting portion 151 and the first end 162a is greater than the distance between the first limiting portion 151 and the bearing portion 14.
Therefore, the handle 162 is far away from the bearing part 14 for assembling the massage unit 3, the limit part 15 is arranged on the bracket body 161, the outer line section of the connecting wire 2 is limited on the limit part 15, so that the outer line section can stably and reliably extend to the bearing part 14, and the first limit part 151 is arranged at a position close to the bearing part 14, when the massage unit 3 is detached from the bearing part 14, but the outer line section is in limit fit with the first limit part 151, the outer line section of the connecting wire 2 still has a certain movement allowance relative to the wearing main body 1, so that the outer line section can move in a small range relative to the wearing main body 1 along with the massage unit 3, and a small massage area range of the massage unit 3 is limited.
Optionally, the distance between the first position-limiting part 151 and the edge of the bearing part 14 is 5mm-35mm along the length extension direction of the bracket body 161, such as 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm or 35mm, and the like. Thereby, a smaller massage area range can be better defined.
In some optional examples of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the two hard segments 11 are a first handle 1621 and a second handle 1622, respectively, the first handle 1621 has an electric control component 4 built therein, the second handle 1622 has a power supply component 5 built therein, and the neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 further includes a power supply wire 6, the power supply wire 6 is built in the wearing body 1, and electrically connects the electric control component 4 and the power supply component 5. The massage units 3 are two and are respectively a first massage unit 31 and a second massage unit 32, the connecting line 2 is two and is respectively a first conducting wire 21 and a second conducting wire 22, the inner end of the first conducting wire 21 is electrically connected with the electric control component 4, the inner line section of the first conducting wire 21 extends to the second handle 1622 through the bracket body 161 of the soft section 12, the outer line section of the first conducting wire 21 passes through the second handle 1622 from the outlet 13 on the second handle 1622 so as to be electrically connected with the first massage unit 31, the inner end of the second conducting wire 22 is electrically connected with the electric control component 4, and the outer line section of the second conducting wire 22 passes through the first handle 1621 from the outlet 13 on the first handle 1621 so as to be electrically connected with the second massage unit 32.
Thus, the lengths and the movable ranges of the outer wire segment of the second lead 22 and the outer wire segment of the first lead 21 can be kept substantially the same, and the thicknesses of the leads built in the stent body 161 of the soft segment 12 can be made relatively uniform, so that the cross-sectional areas of the soft segment 12 can be kept substantially the same. Optionally, the inner wire section of the second wire 22 is locally fixed to the first handle 1621, for example, by bonding, snap-fastening, or press-fastening, so as to improve the stability of the electrical connection between the second wire 22 and the electronic control assembly 4.
Alternatively, the support body 161 of the soft segment 12 may be an over-molded piece and include at least one encapsulating layer. In some alternative examples, the inner segment of the first wire 21 is integrated with the power supply wire 6 into the same wire from which the outer segment of the first wire 21 is branched. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the wearing main body 1 includes a support body 161 and two handles 162, the two handles 162 are respectively connected to two ends of the length of the support body 161 along the length extending direction of the wearing main body 1, the support body 161 includes three soft segments 12 and two hard segments 11, the length of the hard segment 11 is smaller than 1/2 of the length of the soft segment 12, it should be noted that the lengths of the three soft segments 12 may be equal or unequal, the lengths of the two hard segments 11 may be equal or unequal, and the length of each hard segment 11 is smaller than 1/2 of the length of any soft segment 12. Along wearing the length extending direction of main part 1, three soft section 12 includes that two first soft sections 121 are located the soft section 122 of second between two first soft sections 121, the central plane S who wears main part 1 is located the soft section 122 of second, be connected with a stereoplasm section 11 between every first soft section 121 and the soft section 122 of second, be formed with outlet 13 on two stereoplasm sections 11 respectively, a connecting wire 2 is all drawn forth to every outlet 13, massage unit 3 is two and corresponds continuously with two connecting wires 2 respectively.

Also, the outer line segment of the connecting wire 2 can be made to have a long length, so that the massage unit 3 can be moved to a distant position, thereby increasing the massable region of the hanging neck type massage apparatus 100. It should be noted that in some optional examples of the second embodiment, the length of each handle 162 may be less than 1/2 of the length of the stent body 161, or in other examples, the length of each handle 162 may not be less than 1/2 of the length of the stent body 161.
In some optional examples of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the bearing part 14 is provided on the second soft segment 122, the two massage units 3 are respectively detachably provided on the bearing part 14, when the massage units 3 are detached from the bearing part 14, the massage units 3 are movable relative to the wearing body 1 within the constraint range of the connecting line 2, and when the massage units 3 are not needed to be used, or the massage units 3 are located on the side of the bearing part 14 facing the part to be massaged, the massage units 3 can also be mounted on the bearing part 14 to achieve the effect of storage or positioning in use. In addition, because the two hard segments 11 are respectively located at two sides of the bearing part 14, the distance between each connecting line 2 and the bearing part 14 can be shortened, so that the connecting lines 2 do not have a long wiring distance, and a user can conveniently assemble and disassemble the massage unit 3 to and from the bearing part 14.
Optionally, the distance between the outlet 13 and the bearing part 14 is 5mm-35mm along the length extension direction of the wearing body 1. For example, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 26mm, 28mm or 35mm may be used. This makes it easier for the user to attach and detach the massage unit 3 to and from the support portion 14.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the length of the second soft segment 122 is 0.12 to 0.6 times the total length of the stent body 161 in the direction in which the length of the wearing body 1 extends. Such as 0.12, 0.3, 0.35, 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55, or 0.6, etc. In this way, good deformability of the wearing body 1 can be ensured.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the length of the second soft segment 122 is 5mm to 25mm in the direction in which the length of the wearing body 1 extends. For example, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm or 25mm may be used. In this way, good deformability of the wearing body 1 can be ensured.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the hard segment 11 has a length of 1mm to 12.5mm in the direction in which the length of the wearing body 1 extends. For example, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.7mm, 1.8mm, 1.9mm, 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.4mm, 2.6mm, 2.8mm, 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, 7mm, 7.5mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm or 12.5mm may be mentioned. In this way, too long hard segment 11 can be avoided to ensure good deformability and good wearing comfort of wearing body 1.
In some optional examples of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the two ends of the length of the support body 161 are respectively provided with a handle 162, the two handles 162 are respectively a first handle 1621 and a second handle 1622, the first handle 1621 is internally provided with an electronic control component 4, the second handle 1622 is internally provided with a power supply component 5, the hanging neck type massage apparatus 100 further includes a power supply lead 6, the power supply lead 6 is internally provided in the support body 161, and the power supply lead 6 is electrically connected with the electronic control component 4 and the power supply component 5. The middle part of the bracket body 161 is provided with a second soft section 122, two ends of the second soft section 122 are respectively provided with a hard section 11, the two hard sections 11 are respectively a first hard section 111 and a second hard section 112, a first soft section 121 is arranged between the first hard section 111 and the second handle 1622, and another first soft section 121 is arranged between the second hard section 112 and the first handle 1621. In this way, by respectively leading out the outer line segments from the first hard segment 111 and the second hard segment 112, the mutual interference and winding between the two outer line segments can be effectively avoided.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the massage units 3 are two first massage units 31 and two second massage units 32, the connection line 2 is two first wires 21 and two second wires 22, the inner end of the first wire 21 is located in the first handle 1621 and electrically connected to the electronic control component 4, the inner wire of the first wire 21 extends to the second handle 1622 through the bracket body 161 and then extends from the second handle 1622 to the first hard segment 111, the outer wire of the first wire 21 extends from the outlet 13 of the first hard segment 111 to the first hard segment 111, so as to be electrically connected with the first massage unit 31, the inner end of the second wire 22 is located in the first handle 1621 and is electrically connected with the electric control component 4, the inner line section of the second wire 22 extends to the second hard section 112, and the outer line section of the second wire 22 is threaded out of the second hard section 112 through the outlet 13 on the second hard section 112 to be electrically connected with the second massage unit 32.
Thus, the lengths and the movable ranges of the outer wire segment of the second lead 22 and the outer wire segment of the first lead 21 can be kept substantially the same, and the thicknesses of the leads built in the stent body 161 of the soft segment 12 can be made relatively uniform, so that the cross-sectional areas of the soft segment 12 can be kept substantially the same. It will be appreciated that, as described above, the inner wire section of the first wire 21 includes the first built-in section extending from the first handle 1621 to the second handle 1622 and the second built-in section extending from the second handle 1622 to the first hard section 111, and optionally, the first built-in section is integrated with the power supply wire 6 into the same wire, and the second built-in section and the outer wire section of the first wire 21 are separated from the wire, so that the positioning difficulty and the complexity during injection molding can be reduced.
In some optional examples of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, a first channel 113 and a second channel 114 are provided on the hard segment 11, two ends of the first channel 113 are respectively a first wire passing port 115 and a second wire passing port 116, two ends of the second channel 114 are respectively a third wire passing port 117 and a fourth wire passing port 118, the first channel 113 is used for passing the connection wire 2, the second channel 114 is used for passing the power supply lead 6, and the second wire passing port 116 is formed as the wire outlet 13. Therefore, the hard section 11 can limit the outlet direction of the connecting wire 2 and also can limit the power supply lead 6, thereby improving the installation stability of the power supply lead 6. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13, the first channel 113 may extend at least once along the bending line (including straight and/or curved line segments) to play a role of fixing a part of the connection line 2, and improve a problem that the outer line segment of the connection line 2 pulls the inner line segment.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 13, the first wire passing port 115 at least partially overlaps the third wire passing port 117, and the second wire passing port 116 is spaced apart from the fourth wire passing port 118, so that the compactness of the hard segment 11 can be improved. Optionally, the wearing body 1 defines a neck-surrounding space 101, as shown in fig. 13, the hard section 11 includes a first body portion 1101 and a first protruding portion 1102, the first body portion 1101 is connected between the first soft section 121 and the second soft section 122, the first protruding portion 1102 is disposed on a side of the first body portion 1101 facing away from the neck-surrounding space 101, the third wire passing port 117 and the fourth wire passing port 118 are respectively formed at two ends of the first body portion 1101, the first wire passing port 115 and the third wire passing port 117 at least partially overlap, and the second wire passing port 116 is formed on the first protruding portion 1102. Therefore, on one hand, the structure compactness of the hard section 11 can be improved, the volume of the hard section 11 is reduced, on the other hand, the interference of the power supply lead 6 on the connecting wire 2 can be avoided, the phenomenon that the connecting wire 2 is greatly bent from the outlet 13 is improved, and the damage to the connecting wire 2 is reduced.
Optionally, the protruding height of the first protruding portion 1102 gradually increases along the extending direction of the first channel 113 in the direction toward the second soft section 122, so as to form a wire outlet surface at one end of the first protruding portion 1102 facing the second soft section 122, and the second wire passing port 116, i.e., the wire outlet 13, is disposed on the wire outlet surface, thereby improving the occurrence of a large bending of the connecting wire 2 from the wire outlet 13, and reducing the damage of the connecting wire 2.
Optionally, the first soft segment 121 and the second soft segment 122 in the soft segment 12 may each include two encapsulating layers, and are respectively a first encapsulating layer and a second encapsulating layer disposed outside the first encapsulating layer, the inner segment of the first wire 21 and the power supply wire 6 are both disposed in the first encapsulating layer, and the hardness of the first encapsulating layer is greater than that of the second encapsulating layer. From this, can utilize two-layer rubber coating to improve the structural reliability and the skin affinity of soft section 12 under the prerequisite that reduces soft section 12's structure complexity to, including the harder first rubber coating of hardness, can guarantee to wear the structural reliability of main part 1, the softer second rubber coating of hardness is outer, can improve and wear the travelling comfort. Alternatively, the carrier 14 described above may be integrally formed with the second encapsulant layer of the second soft segment 122, thereby simplifying design and manufacture. In addition, optionally, a soft adhesive layer may be molded on the outer surface of the hard segment 11 to be integrally disposed with the second adhesive layer of the soft segment 12, so as to improve the structural reliability and the sealing performance of the stent body 161.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the wearing main body 1 includes a holder body 161 and two handles 162, the two handles 162 are respectively connected to two ends of the length of the holder body 161 along the length extending direction of the wearing main body 1, the holder body 161 includes two soft sections 12 and one hard section 11, the hard section 11 is located between the two soft sections 12 along the length extending direction of the wearing main body 1, the central plane S of the wearing main body 1 is located on the hard section 11, at least one outlet 13 is formed on the hard section 11, and the length of the hard section 11 is greater than 1/2 of the length of each soft section 12. From this, support body 161 is the syllogic structure, is located the stereoplasm section 11 at middle part promptly and is located two soft sections 12 at 11 both ends of stereoplasm section respectively, can reduce support body 161's the production degree of difficulty, reduction in production cost, and can guarantee to a certain extent that support body 161 has good flexibility and elasticity, and it is higher to wear the travelling comfort.
Optionally, the hard segment 11 is in a circular arc shape, and the radius of curvature of the hard segment 11 ranges from 42mm to 65mm, such as 42mm, 45mm, 46mm, 47mm, 48mm, 50mm, 52mm, 54mm, 56mm, 58mm, 60mm, 61mm, 62mm, 63mm, 64mm, or 65mm, and the like, so as to better improve the wearing comfort of the bracket body 161.
In some alternative examples of the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 to 15, two outlet ports 13 are formed on the hard segment 11, one connecting wire 2 is led out from each outlet port 13, two massage units 3 are respectively connected to the two connecting wires 2, and the two outlet ports 13 are respectively located at two ends of the hard segment 11 in the length extending direction, so that each outlet port 13 is located close to the end of the hard segment 11 with respect to the central plane S of the wearing body 1. Thereby, the problem of entanglement between the two connecting wires 2 can be reduced, and a larger massage range can be obtained with a relatively short connecting wire 2.
Alternatively, the distance between each outlet 13 and the end of the hard segment 11 (i.e. the connection position of the hard segment 11 and the soft segment 12) is 5mm-20mm along the length extension direction of the bracket body 161, such as 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm or 20mm, etc., so that the problem of entanglement between two connecting wires 2 can be better reduced, and a larger massage range can be obtained by using a relatively short connecting wire 2.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the hard segment 11 is provided with a bearing portion 14, the bearing portion 14 is located between the two outlets 13 along the length extension direction of the wearing body 1, the two massage units 3 are respectively detachably provided on the bearing portion 14, and when the massage units 3 are detached from the bearing portion 14, the massage units 3 are movable relative to the wearing body 1 within the constraint range of the connecting line 2. When the massage unit 3 is not needed to be used, or the massage unit 3 is positioned on the side of the bearing part 14 facing the part to be massaged, the massage unit 3 can be mounted on the bearing part 14 to achieve the effect of containing or using and positioning.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the wearing body 1 defines a neck space 101, the hard segment 11 includes a second body portion 1103 and a second protrusion 1104, the second body portion 1103 is connected between the two soft segments 12 along the length extension direction of the wearing body 1, the second protrusion 1104 is provided on a side of the second body portion 1103 facing away from the neck space 101, and the outlet 13 is formed on the second protrusion 1104. That is, both ends of the second body portion 1103 in the longitudinal extending direction are connected to the two soft segments 12, respectively, both ends of the second body portion 1103 in the longitudinal extending direction are provided with second protruding portions 1104, respectively, and the outlet 13 is formed on the second protruding portions 1104. Therefore, on one hand, the structural compactness of the bracket body 161 can be improved, on the other hand, the phenomenon that the connecting wire 2 is bent greatly from the outlet 13 can be improved, and the damage to the connecting wire 2 is reduced.
In some optional examples of the third embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the two ends of the length of the support body 161 are respectively provided with a handle 162, the two handles 162 are respectively a first handle 1621 and a second handle 1622, the first handle 1621 is internally provided with an electronic control component 4, the second handle 1622 is internally provided with a power supply component 5, the hanging neck type massage apparatus 100 further includes a power supply lead 6, the power supply lead 6 is internally provided in the support body 161, and the power supply lead 6 is electrically connected with the electronic control component 4 and the power supply component 5. The middle part of support body 161 has stereoplasm section 11, and the both ends of soft section 12 are equipped with soft section 12 respectively, and the outer line section is drawn forth respectively to two tip of stereoplasm section 11, can avoid the mutual interference winding between two outer line sections comparatively effectively.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the massage units 3 are two first massage units 31 and two second massage units 32, the connection line 2 is two first wires 21 and two second wires 22, the inner end of the first wire 21 is located in the first handle 1621 and electrically connected to the electronic control component 4, the inner wire section of the first wire 21 extends to the second handle 1622 through the bracket body 161, and then extends from the second handle 1622 to an end of the hard segment 11 close to the second handle 1622, and the outlet 13 therefrom penetrates out of the hard segment 11 to be electrically connected to the first massage unit 31, the inner end of the second wire 22 is located in the first handle inner wire 1621 and electrically connected to the electronic control component 4, the outer wire section of the second wire 22 extends to an end of the hard segment 11 close to the first handle 1621, and the outlet 13 therefrom penetrates out of the hard segment 11 to be electrically connected to the second massage unit 32.
Thus, the lengths and the movable ranges of the outer wire segment of the second lead 22 and the outer wire segment of the first lead 21 can be kept substantially the same, and the thicknesses of the leads built in the stent body 161 of the soft segment 12 can be made relatively uniform, so that the cross-sectional areas of the soft segment 12 can be kept substantially the same.
Example four
In the fourth embodiment, the main body 1 includes a bracket body 161 and two handles 162, and along the length extending direction of wearing the main body 1, the two handles 162 are connected at two ends of the length of the bracket body 161, the bracket body 161 includes two soft sections 12 and one hard section 11, and along the length extending direction of wearing the main body 1, the hard section 11 is located between the two soft sections 12, the central plane S of wearing the main body 1 is located on the hard section 11, at least one outlet 13 is formed on the hard section 11, and the hard section 11 is provided with a power supply component 5 and/or an electronic control component 4 inside, which are connected with the inner end of the connecting wire 2. Therefore, the wiring from the soft section 12 can be avoided as much as possible, so that the length of the inner line segment of the connecting line 2 can be reduced, and the forming process and wearing comfort of the soft section 12 are optimized.
Therefore, the fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the third embodiment, and the difference is mainly that the power supply module 5 and/or the electronic control module 4 are/is embedded in the hard segment 11, while the number of the outlets 13 is not limited, and may be, for example, one, two, three or more, and each outlet 13 may lead out at least one connecting wire 2. For example, the outlet 13 may be provided in one and located in the middle of the hard segment 11, and the outlet 13 leads out a connecting wire 2 connected to a massage unit 3, and the massage unit 3 has a plurality of electrodes thereon. For another example, the outlet 13 may be provided as one outlet and located in the middle of the hard segment 11, and the outlet 13 leads out two connecting wires 2 to connect two massage units 3, and each massage unit 3 has an electrode thereon.

Claims (34)

1. A hanging neck massager (100), comprising:
the wearable body (1) comprises a hard section (11) and a soft section (12) which are arranged along the length extension direction of the wearable body (1), the hardness of the hard section (11) is greater than that of the soft section (12), and the hard section (11) is provided with an outlet (13);
the inner end of the connecting wire (2) is positioned in the wearing body (1), and the outer end of the connecting wire (2) extends out of the wearing body (1) from the wire outlet (13);
the massage unit (3) is positioned outside the wearing body (1) and connected with the outer end of the connecting wire (2) so as to be movable relative to the wearing body (1) within the constraint range of the connecting wire (2).
2. Neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the wearing body (1) defines a neck surrounding space (101), the outlet (13) being provided at a side of the wearing body (1) facing away from the neck surrounding space (101).
3. The neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the wearing body (1) comprises a bearing portion (14), the massage unit (3) is detachably provided on the bearing portion (14), the massage unit (3) is movable relative to the wearing body (1) within a constraint range of the connecting wire (2) when the massage unit (3) is detached from the bearing portion (14), and the massage unit (3) and the outlet (13) are located on the same side of the wearing body (1) when the massage unit (3) is mounted on the bearing portion (14).
4. The hanging neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the wearing body (1) comprises a bearing portion (14), the massage unit (3) is detachably provided to the bearing portion (14), the massage unit (3) is movable relative to the wearing body (1) within a constraint range of the connecting line (2) when the massage unit (3) is detached from the bearing portion (14), and a center line (L1) of the outlet (13) is inclined toward a direction approaching the bearing portion (14) with respect to a normal line (L2) of the wearing body (1) at the outlet (13).
5. Neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the connection line (2) is movably arranged at the outlet (13), and/or wherein the neck massager (100) further comprises: the stress relieving part is arranged corresponding to the wire outlet (13) and wraps the outside of the connecting wire (2).
6. Neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the connection wire (2) inside the wearing body (1) is an inner wire segment, which is located between the inner and outer ends of the connection wire (2), at least part of which is fixed to the wearing body (1).
7. The hanging neck massager (100) according to claim 6, wherein at least part of the inner wire section is fixed to the hard section (11) by a fixing structure comprising at least one of an adhesive, a snap, a pressure piece.
8. The neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein an electric control component (4) and/or a power supply component (5) is fixedly arranged in the wearing body (1), and the electric control component (4) and/or the power supply component (5) is connected with the inner end of the connecting wire (2) so as to be in conductive connection with the massage unit (3) through the connecting wire (2).
9. Neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the connection wire (2) outside the wearing body (1) is an outer wire segment, the outer wire segment being located between the inner end and the outer end of the connection wire (2), the wearing body (1) comprising a stopper portion (15), at least part of the outer wire segment being detachably fitted to the stopper portion (15) such that the outer wire segment is detachable from the stopper portion (15) for movement relative to the wearing body (1).
10. The hanging neck massager (100) according to claim 9, wherein the limiting portion (15) comprises at least one of a buckle, a slot, a magnetic member, and an adhesive member.
11. Neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the length of the connection line (2) between the outer end of the connection line (2) and the outlet (13) is variable.
12. Neck massager (100) according to claim 11, wherein the neck massager (100) comprises a hub, wherein the connection cord (2) is retractably received in the hub, and wherein the hub is provided at the wearing body (1) and/or the massage unit (3).
13. Neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the wearing body (1) comprises a carrying portion (14), the massage unit (3) is detachably arranged on the carrying portion (14), and the massage unit (3) is movable relative to the wearing body (1) within the constraint range of the connection line (2) when the massage unit (3) is detached from the carrying portion (14).
14. The neck massager (100) according to claim 13, wherein the carrying portion (14) is located in a central region (102) of the wearing body (1), the central region (102) is a region extending from a central plane (S) of the wearing body (1) towards both sides along a length extension direction of the wearing body (1) by a predetermined length, and the predetermined length is 10mm-80 mm.
15. Neck massager (100) according to claim 13, wherein the wearing body (1) defines a neck surrounding space (101), the massage unit (3) being detachably arranged at a side of the carrying portion (14) facing away from the neck surrounding space (101).
16. Neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein said massaging unit (3) is always in a state of being detached from said wearing body (1) and is movable with respect to said wearing body (1) within the constraint range of said connecting wire (2).
17. The neck-hanging type massage apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the number of the connecting lines (2) is two, the number of the massage units (3) is two, the two connecting lines (2) are correspondingly connected with the two massage units (3), and the two massage units (3) are detachably connected.
18. The hanging neck massager (100) according to claim 1, wherein the wearing main body (1) comprises a support body (161) and two handles (162), the two handles (162) are respectively connected to two ends of the length of the support body (161) along the length extension direction of the wearing main body (1), the length of each handle (162) is less than 1/2 of the length of the support body (161) along the length extension direction of the wearing main body (1), the support body (161) comprises the soft section (12), and at least one of the support body (161) and the handles (162) comprises the hard section (11).
19. The hanging neck massager (100) according to claim 18, wherein one of the handles (162) is provided with a power supply component (5) inside, and the other handle (162) is provided with an electric control component (4) inside, the hanging neck massager (100) further comprises a power supply wire (6), the power supply wire (6) is provided inside the wearing body (1) and connects the power supply component (5) and the electric control component (4), and the inner end of the connecting wire (2) is connected to the electric control component (4).

The neck hanging type massage apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the wearing main body (1) comprises a support body (161) and two handles (162), the two handles (162) are respectively connected to two ends of the length of the support body (161) along the length extending direction of the wearing main body (1), the handles (162) are integrally formed into the hard section (11), the support body (161) is integrally formed into the soft section (12), the two handles (162) are respectively provided with the outlet (13), each outlet (13) leads out one connecting wire (2), and the massage units (3) are two and are respectively correspondingly connected with the two connecting wires (2).

The neck massager (100) according to claim 20, wherein the handle (162) has a first end (162a) and a second end (162b) at opposite ends of the length thereof, the first end (162a) being connected to the bracket body (161), and the outlet (13) being disposed adjacent to the first end (162a) relative to the second end (162 b).

Neck massager (100) according to claim 20, the support body (161) is provided with a bearing part (14), the two massage units (3) are respectively detachably arranged on the bearing part (14), when the massage unit (3) is detached from the bearing part (14), the massage unit (3) can move relative to the wearing body (1) within the restriction range of the connecting line (2), the bracket body (161) comprises a limiting part (15), the part of the connecting wire (2) which is positioned outside the wearing main body (1) is an outer line segment, the outer line segment is positioned between the inner end and the outer end of the connecting line (2), at least part of the outer line segment is detachably matched with the limiting part (15), so that the outer line section can be separated from the limiting part (15) and move relative to the wearing body (1).
