The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the utility model and are not to be construed as limiting the utility model.
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different features of the utility model. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples. This repetition is for the purpose of simplicity and clarity and does not in itself dictate a relationship between the various embodiments and/or configurations discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize the applicability of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
Next, a neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 may include: wearing a bracket 1, a massage unit 2 and a first lead 3. The wearing support 1 defines a neck-surrounding space 10, and it is understood that the wearing support 1 extends in a substantially circumferential direction to form a substantially open ring shape, and the wearing support 1 is hung on the neck 200 of the human body when the neck-hung massage apparatus 100 is worn by the human body, so that the neck 200 of the human body is located in the neck-surrounding space 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the wearing bracket 1 has a wire outlet 11, and more specifically, a portion of the wearing bracket 1 on the rear side of the maximum width position in the left-right direction is a rear region 1a of the wearing bracket 1, and the wire outlet 11 is formed in the rear region 1 a. For example, as shown in fig. 3, W1 is the maximum width of the wearable brace 1 in the left-right direction, and therefore, the outlet 11 is located on the rear side of the L line shown in fig. 3. For the sake of simplicity of description, the portion of the wearable mount 1 located on the rear side of the maximum width is referred to simply as a rear region 1a of the wearable mount 1 (i.e., the portion on the rear side of the line L in fig. 3), and the portion of the wearable mount 1 located on the front side of the maximum width is referred to simply as a front region 1b of the wearable mount 1 (i.e., the portion on the front side of the line L in fig. 3). The front, rear, left, and right directions herein refer to the front, rear, left, and right directions of a human body when the neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 is worn by the human body.
It should be noted that the wearing bracket 1 is not limited in specific form, for example, the rear region 1a may extend along a curve or a combination of curves at two ends of a middle straight line to form a substantially arc shape, wherein the curve may be a plane curve or a three-dimensional curve, and the front region 1b may include two left and right clip arm sections, which are arranged in parallel at the maximum width and then gradually close from back to front. Or the wearing support 1 may also be integrally constructed as an open circular ring or the like, which will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the massage unit 2 is disposed outside (i.e., outside, not limited to a direction) the wearing frame 1 and can be moved away from the wearing frame 1, that is, the massage unit 2 may be moved relative to the wearing frame 1 without being mounted on the wearing frame 1, thereby reaching a desired massage site. It should be noted that the connection relationship between the massage unit 2 and the wearing frame 1 is not limited, for example, in some optional examples of the present invention, the massage unit 2 may be detachably mounted on the wearing frame 1, and at this time, when the massage unit 2 is removed from the wearing frame 1, the state that the massage unit 2 is separated from the wearing frame 1 is presented; for example, in some other optional examples of the present invention, the massage unit 2 may not be connected to the wearing frame 1, and the massage unit 2 may be always in a state of being detached from the wearing frame 1.
It should be noted that the number of the massage units 2 is not limited, and may be set as one or more (i.e. two or more) units according to the requirement, and the massage functions of the massage units 2 are not limited, and may be specifically designed according to the actual requirement. Therefore, the massage unit 2 is designed to be movable relative to the wearing bracket 1, so that the massage unit 2 can be moved to a position needing massage away from the wearing bracket 1, and the massage requirements of different parts of the body are met.
It should be noted that when the massage unit 2 is moved to a position where the human body needs to be massaged, the massage unit 2 may be fixed to the human body in different ways according to the different configurations of the massage unit. In some embodiments, the massage unit 2 is adapted to be attached to the human body by means of gluing or vacuum suction. That is, the massage unit 2 has an adsorption surface, which is suitable for being attached to the human body by means of adhesion or vacuum adsorption, so that the massage unit 2 can be self-adsorbed on the skin of the human body to realize positioning and massage, wherein the adsorption surface capable of realizing adhesion can be a non-conductive adhesive surface or a conductive adhesive surface, and when the adsorption surface is the massage surface of the massage unit 2 and is the conductive adhesive surface, the adsorption surface can also realize electrical stimulation massage on the human body. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, an additional positioning device may be further disposed on the massage unit 2, for example, an outer cover adhered or vacuum-absorbed to the human body is provided, the outer cover is covered on the massage unit 2, and the massage unit 2 may be fixed to the skin of the human body, which will not be described herein. For example, the conductive adhesive surface may include at least one of a conductive gel sheet, a conductive rubber sheet, and a conductive silicone sheet having adhesiveness.
In some specific examples, the massage unit 2 may include a hard base and an electrode sheet carried by the hard base, the electrode sheet including at least one of a conductive gel sheet, a conductive rubber sheet, and a conductive silicone sheet having adhesiveness. From this, the stereoplasm base can support the form of electrode slice, prevents that the electrode slice from taking place the problem of wrinkling when laminating with the human body, and the user of being convenient for is blind to be operated. In addition, the electrode plate has viscosity, so that the electrode plate can be attached to a human body to fix the massage unit 2 to the human body, and the electrode plate can be used for realizing electric stimulation massage and the like. Further, when the electrode sheet includes a plurality of the conductive gel sheet, the conductive rubber sheet, and the conductive silicone sheet having adhesiveness, the plurality of conductive sheets may be stacked, and of course, one of the conductive gel sheet, the conductive rubber sheet, and the conductive silicone sheet having adhesiveness may be used as the electrode sheet.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the inner end 3a of the first wire 3 is embedded in the wearing frame 1, the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 extends out of the wearing frame 1 (i.e. outside, but not limited to the direction) from the outlet 11 and is connected to the massage unit 2, the first wire 3 is a flexible wire, and the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 has a moving margin relative to the wearing frame 1 so as to be able to follow the movement of the massage unit 2 relative to the wearing frame 1 and keep connected to the massage unit 2, when the massage unit 2 is separated from the wearing frame 1 (i.e. the massage unit 2 is in a state of being separated from the wearing frame 1), and when the portion of the first wire 3 extending out of the wearing frame 1 is free (i.e. not subjected to wearing the frame 1 or other external forces), the massage unit 2 can pull the outer end of the first wire 3 to droop under the action of its own gravity.
That is, if the portion of the first wire 3 outside the wearing frame 1 is bent by an external force, when the external force is removed and restored to be free, the first wire 3 does not remain in the bent state, but is restored to a drooping state by the gravity of the massage unit 2 (in this case, the massage unit 2 is not subjected to the bearing force of the wearing frame 1 or other external forces). It is understood that the massage unit 2 mentioned in the present embodiment pulls the outer end of the first wire 3 to droop under its own weight means that the first wire 3 is not subjected to the drooping force of the massage unit 2 when the massage unit 2 is not subjected to the bearing force from the wearing bracket 1, or from the massage part, or from the supporting surface on which the neck-hung type massage apparatus 100 is placed, for example, when the massage unit 2 is attached to the massage part.
Therefore, the position of the massage unit 2 is not adjusted by changing the bending direction or angle of the first conducting wire 3 to adapt to the massage of different positions of the human body, but the first conducting wire 3 is pulled to move along by directly moving the massage unit 2 to the position of the human body needing massage. Therefore, the massage unit 2 can reach the position needing massage more directly and accurately, and the first lead 3 is a flexible lead, when the massage unit 2 is pulled to move, the first lead 3 does not generate large resistance, the operation of a user is convenient, the user can directly and accurately move the massage unit 2 to the position needing massage, and even if the first lead 3 is led out from the rear area 1a of the wearing bracket 1 and belongs to a visual field blind area behind the human body, the massage unit can be accurately operated in a mode of moving the massage unit 2.
For example, only the part of the first wire 3 extending outside the wearing frame 1 may be movable relative to the wearing frame 1, while the part of the first wire 3 located inside the wearing frame 1 may not be movable relative to the wearing frame 1, or the part of the first wire 3 located inside the wearing frame 1 may be movable relative to the wearing frame 1, etc., either way, the first wire 3 may ensure that it remains connected to the massage unit 2 when the massage unit 2 moves relative to the wearing frame 1. In addition, it should be noted that the number of the first wires 3 is not limited, and may be set as one or more (i.e. two or more) as required, for example, in some alternative examples, the number of the massage units 2 and the number of the first wires 3 may be the same, so that they may be connected one to one.
In the neck-hanging type massage apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic control device 42 is further included, the electronic control device 42 is disposed inside the wearing bracket 1, or is disposed outside at least one end of the wearing bracket 1 in the extending direction, and the inner end 3a of the first wire 3 is connected to the electronic control device 42, so that the massage unit 2 can be controlled to perform massage work on the human body, for example, the electronic control device 42 may include a circuit board and/or an electric pulse generating device, and the electronic control device 42 is disposed inside the wearing bracket 1, so that the structure compactness can be improved, the electronic control device 42 is disposed outside at least one end of the wearing bracket 1 in the extending direction, so that the assembly and the maintenance are facilitated, and when the electronic control device 42 has an electronic control board, the operation of the user is facilitated. In addition, the neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include a power supply device 43, such as a battery, so as to realize cordless usage, i.e. not connected to an electric wire, thereby facilitating the usage of the user.
In summary, the utility model proposes a neck-mounted massage apparatus 100 which is threaded from the rear region 1a of the wearing support 1 and in which the massage unit 2 is movable relative to the wearing support 1, comprising the wearing support 1, at least one massage unit 2 and at least one first wire 3. The neck-hanging type massage apparatus 100 can be worn on the neck of a user by wearing the support 1, the inner end and the outer end of the first wire 3 are respectively connected with the wearing support 1 and the massage unit 2, the first wire 3 is movable relative to the wearing support 1, so that the massage unit 2 connected with the first wire 3 is allowed to be movable relative to the wearing support 1, and the massage area can be conveniently adjusted by the massage unit 2. It should be noted that the neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 can massage different parts of the human body, such as the back, the shoulder, the neck, or the combination area between the two, etc., according to the position reached by the massage unit 2.
Wherein, the inner 3a of first wire 3 is built-in wearing support 1, can save the operation that the user inserted the electric connection end of first wire 3, the outer end 3b of first wire 3 wears support 1 from wearing rear region 1a of support 1 outside, compare in first wire 3 from wearing support 1's front region 1b, for example front end handle 4 department wears support 1 outside, the user is when using massage unit 2 massage shoulder back of the neck region, massage unit 2 and wear the first wire 3 length between the support 1 littleer, and first wire 3 need not to wind to the neck rear side from the neck front side, reduced and worn support 1 self and human interference to first wire 3, it is easy to operate.
Moreover, when the user massages the shoulder, the neck and the back by using the massage unit 2, the first lead 3 passes through the middle rear side and the shoulder and the back of the human body neck 200, so that the user's movement, such as walking, head twisting and the like, is ensured, the influence of the first lead 3 on the stability of the massage unit 2 attached to the human body is not easily caused, and the stability of the attachment of the massage unit 2 to the human body can be improved. In addition, the wearing stability of the rear region 1a of the wearing bracket 1 is stronger than the wearing stability of the front region 1b of the wearing bracket 1, so that when the first lead 3 is led out from the rear region 1a of the wearing bracket 1, the problem that the first lead 3 drags the wearing bracket 1 to fall off from the neck 200 of the human body when the user adjusts the massage position of the massage unit 2 can be avoided, and the wearing stability of the neck-hung type massage instrument 100 and the stability of the fit of the massage unit 2 and the human body are ensured. Moreover, because the massage units 2 and the wearing support 1 are connected through the flexible first wires 3, when the massage units 2 and the wearing support 1 move relatively, the mutual influence is small, and when the massage units 2 are multiple, the joint of other massage units 2 and the part to be massaged of the human body can not be influenced because the first wires 3 connected with a certain massage unit 2 pull the wearing support 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, first auxiliary surfaces S1 are formed on both left and right sides of a central plane S of the wearable bracket 1 in parallel with the central plane S, a region of the rear region 1a between the first auxiliary surfaces S1 on both sides is a central rear region 1c of the wearable bracket 1, the outlet 11 is formed in the central rear region 1c, and a distance W2 between the first auxiliary surfaces S1 and the central plane S is 60mm at the maximum, thereby indicating that a perpendicular distance W3 between the outlet 11 and the central plane S is not more than 60mm, for example, 0mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, and the like. It should be noted that the central plane S of the wearing bracket 1 is a plane facing the cervical vertebrae of the human body when the neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 is worn by the human body.
Therefore, the position of the wire outlet 11 can be better prevented from exceeding the center line of the shoulder of the human body, so that the situation that the length of the first lead 3 between the massage unit 2 and the wearing support 1 is smaller when the user uses the massage unit 2 to massage the shoulder, neck and back regions can be better realized, the first lead 3 does not need to be wound from the front side of the neck to the rear side of the neck, the interference of the wearing support 1 and the human body on the first lead 3 is reduced, and the operation is easier. In addition, the wearing stability of the rear region 1a of the wearing support 1 is higher than the wearing stability of the front region 1b of the wearing support 1, so that when the first lead 3 is led out from the rear region 1a of the wearing support 1, the problem that the first lead 3 drags the wearing support 1 to fall off from the neck 200 of the human body when the user adjusts the massage position of the massage unit 2 can be avoided, and the wearing stability of the neck-hung type massage instrument 100 and the stability of the fit between the massage unit 2 and the human body are ensured.
Further, second auxiliary surfaces S2 parallel to the central plane S are formed on both left and right sides of the central plane S of the wearable bracket 1, respectively, the area between the second auxiliary surface S2 and the first auxiliary surface S1 of the wearable bracket 1 on the same side is a line outgoing area 1d, a line outgoing port 11 is formed in the line outgoing area 1d, a distance W2 between the first auxiliary surface S1 and the central plane S is 60mm, and a distance W4 between the second auxiliary surface S2 and the central plane S is 30mm, so that a perpendicular distance W3 between the line outgoing port 11 and the central plane S is not more than 60mm nor less than 30mm, and may be, for example, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, or the like. It should be noted that the perpendicular distance between the outlet 11 and the center plane S herein refers to: a straight-line distance in the left-right direction and in a direction perpendicular to the center plane S.
Therefore, although the user needs to perform blind operation when taking the massage unit 2, the distance W3 between the line opening 11 and the center plane S is not more than 60mm nor less than 30mm, so that the outgoing line position of the first lead 3 can be ensured to be close to the shoulder, and the user can perform blind operation conveniently. Moreover, the massage unit 2 can be moved to the shoulder and back area more conveniently, and the massage unit 2 can massage a wider range, so that the length of the first lead 3 outside the wearing support 1 can be shortened equivalently, and the risk of winding the first lead 3 can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the outlets 11 are plural and distributed on the left and right sides of the central plane S of the wearing frame 1, each outlet 11 extends out of one first conducting wire 3, and the massaging units 2 are plural, so that each first conducting wire 3 is connected to one massaging unit 2. From this, can promote massaged region, and make things convenient for both hands to operate simultaneously respectively from both sides, reduce the operation degree of difficulty, improve operating efficiency. When the massage units 2 comprise the electrode plates, the electrode plate on one massage unit 2 can be used as a positive electrode, and the electrode plate on the other massage unit 2 can be used as a negative electrode, so that a certain distance can be ensured between the positive electrode and the negative electrode by adjusting the distance between the two massage units 2, the resistance of a human body connected between the positive electrode and the negative electrode is increased, and the pricking feeling of electric stimulation is improved. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the positive and negative electrode pads may be disposed on the same massage unit 2 at the same time, which is not described herein.
Optionally, the two outlets 11 are symmetrically arranged about the central plane S, so that the number of the outlets 11 can be reduced, the product can be simplified, and the problem of mutual interference and winding between the first wires 3 caused by a larger number of the first wires 3 can be avoided, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other examples of the present invention, the number of the outlets 11 may also be three or more. And is convenient for two-hand operation.
Optionally, the linear distance W3 between each outlet 11 and the central plane S in a direction perpendicular to the central plane S is 30mm-50mm, for example, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. Thus, the problem of mutual twisting caused by too close distance between the first wires 3 located on both sides of the center plane S can be avoided.
In a specific example, when two outlet ports 11 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the central plane S, and the distance W3 between each outlet port 11 and the central plane S in the left-right direction is 30mm-50mm, so that a distance of 60mm-100mm exists between the two outlet ports 11 in the left-right direction, the problem of mutual interference between the first wires 3 extending from the two outlet ports 11 can be reduced, and when the two first wires 3 are pulled, the left and right sides of the wearing bracket 1 are stressed more evenly, so that the wearing stability of the wearing bracket 1 can be improved. And, compare and set up the interval between two outlet 11 to be less than 60 mm's scheme, when can avoiding dragging two first wires 3, all concentrate on wearing support 1 with the effort and just behind to will wear support 1 and pull from the user neck, be favorable to wearing support 1's wearing stability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outlet 11 is one and has a linear distance of 0mm-20mm, for example, 0mm, 10mm, 20mm, etc. from the central plane S of the wearing frame 1 in a direction perpendicular to the central plane S, the outlet 11 extends out of one first conducting wire 3, the massage unit 2 is one and is connected to the first conducting wire 3, the massage unit 2 includes at least two massage members, for example, the massage members may be electrode plates, heating plates, etc., and when the massage unit 2 includes two electrode plates, the requirement of electrical stimulation massage can be satisfied. From this, all set up to one through the quantity with outlet 11, first wire 3, massage unit 1 to can simplify the structure, and, set up outlet 11' S position to 0mm-20mm apart from central plane S, can make first wire 3 comparatively set between two parties, thereby convenience of customers adopts one of the left and right hands to operate according to the custom.
In some embodiments of the utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the side surface of the wearing bracket 1 facing away from the neck space 10 is an outer surface on which at least one outlet 11 is formed. From this, first wire 3 can follow the outside of wearing support 1, deviate from one side of human body when wearing promptly and draw forth, avoid drawing forth of first wire 3 to interfere with human neck 200, more make things convenient for the user to take massage unit 2 and massage the shoulder back position, and can improve massage unit 2's movable range to a certain extent, in addition, can make the inboard of wearing support 1, when wearing promptly one side towards the human body more level and more smooth, be fit for wearing for a long time. In addition, first wire 3 is drawn forth from the outside of wearing support 1, still conveniently carries out the drawing or the swing of first wire 3, has reduced and has worn support 1 to the interference of first wire 3 activity, and then has reduced first wire 3 atress and has torn the influence to massage unit 2 laminating stability.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the outlet 11 may be formed on the lower surface of the wearing bracket 1. This also achieves the above-described technical effects to some extent. In other embodiments of the utility model, the surface of the wearing support 1 facing the neck-surrounding space 10 is an inner surface, and at least one outlet 11 is formed on the inner surface (this example is not shown). Therefore, the first lead 3 is led out from the inner side of the wearing bracket 1, and the appearance sealing property and the smoothness of the massager can be ensured.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the outlet 11 is plural and formed on the same side surface of the wearing bracket 1. From this, can reduce the manufacturing degree of difficulty, and make and hang neck formula massage appearance 100 can be more symmetrical on the whole to, the orientation of being qualified for the next round of competitions of wearing first wire 3 on the support 1 can be unanimous, thereby convenience of customers both hands take each massage unit 2 from the homonymy, convenient operation. For example, the plurality of outlets 11 may alternatively all face downward or all face outward.
In other specific examples of the present invention, the outlet 11 is plural and the outlet 11 is formed on both the inner surface and the outer surface of the wearing bracket 1. That is, the outlets 11 of the first wires 3 of the wearing frame 1 may be oppositely directed, such as one toward the inside and one toward the outside, so as to conveniently satisfy the massage requirements of the neck and the back at the same time, for example, the massage unit 2 connected to the first wires 3 led out from the inner surface of the wearing frame 1 may be disposed at the inside of the wearing frame 1 so as to massage the neck of the user, and the massage unit 2 connected to the first wires 3 led out from the outer surface of the wearing frame 1 may be disposed at the outside of the wearing frame 1 so as to massage the shoulders and the back of the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 is connected to one end of the massage unit 2 in the length direction. Therefore, when the massage unit 2 is worn by a user, the length extending direction of the massage unit 2 and the stretching direction of the first lead 3 can be basically consistent when the massage unit 2 is pulled, the stretching length of the first lead 3 can be reduced when the massage unit 2 is stretched relative to the wearing support 1, the influence of human body movement or external force such as clothes on the first lead 3 is reduced, the influence of the first lead 3 on the massage unit 2 is reduced, and the wearing and attaching stability of the massage unit 2 is improved.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 is connected to a non-massaging side of the massaging unit 2. The surface of the massage unit 2 on the side to be attached to the human body is defined as a massage surface, the surface of the massage unit 2 on the side opposite to the massage surface is defined as a back surface, and the surface between the massage surface and the back surface of the massage unit 2 is defined as a side surface. From this, when being connected to the side surface or the back of massage unit 2 through the outer end 3b with first wire 3, can avoid first wire 3 to interfere the massage face and the human laminating of massage unit 2, improve laminating reliability and laminating travelling comfort.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 is connected to a side surface of the massage unit 2 or an outer surface facing away from the wearing stand 1 when the massage unit 2 is mounted to the wearing stand 1. A surface of the massage unit 2 on a side facing the wearing frame 1 is defined as an inner surface, a surface of the massage unit 2 on a side facing away from the wearing frame 1 is defined as an outer surface, and a surface between the inner surface and the outer surface of the massage unit 2 is defined as a side surface. Thus, by connecting the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 to the side or outer surface of the massage unit 2, the first wire 3 can be prevented from interfering with the mounting of the massage unit 2 onto the wearing bracket 1, for example, the massage unit 2 can be ensured to be reliably attached to the wearing bracket 1. As required, either the massage surface or the back surface of the massage unit 2 may be designed as the inner surface, and the other of the massage surface or the back surface may be designed as the outer surface.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the wearable mount 1 may be configured to: at least the part of the first conducting wire 3 penetrating the outlet 11 is fixed at the outlet 11. That is to say, the first conducting wire 3 cannot pass through the outlet 11 and enter and exit the wearing bracket 1, so that friction, bending and the like of the first conducting wire 3 at the outlet 11 can be reduced, and the service life of the first conducting wire 3 is prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the wearing bracket 1 includes a stress relief portion 14, which may be sr (stress relief), disposed at the outlet 11, the stress relief portion 14 protrudes from a surface of the wearing bracket 1 and wraps a portion of the first conductive wire 3 passing through the outlet 11, so that the portion of the first conductive wire 3 passing through the outlet 11 is fixed at the outlet 11. Therefore, structural integrity and sealing performance of the outlet 11 can be guaranteed, the first lead 3 is bent and rotated frequently at the position of the outlet 11, the stress relieving part 14 has a certain height relative to the surface of the wearing bracket 1, structural reliability of the first lead 3 at the position of the outlet 11 is enhanced, the probability of damage caused by multiple bending of the first lead 3 is reduced, and the problem of poor sealing caused by looseness of the first lead 3 at the outlet 11 is improved.
For example, optionally, in conjunction with fig. 8, the height H of the stress relief portion 14 protruding from the surface of the wearing frame 1 is 1.5mm-5mm, for example, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, 5mm, etc., so that the problem that the first wire 3 is easily damaged and loosened at the outlet 11 can be effectively improved. For example, in some alternative examples, the stress relief portion 14 may be formed by molding, for example, by using a silicone encapsulation, so that the processing is convenient and the protection effect is good. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, other materials may also be adopted as the stress relief portion 14, for example, a metal material and the like, which are not described herein again.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the wearing bracket 1 is an over-molded component and includes at least one layer of an encapsulating layer 1X, where the encapsulating layer 1X encapsulates and fixes a portion of the first conductive wire 3 located in the wearing bracket 1, so that the portion of the first conductive wire 3 passing through the outlet 11 is fixed at the outlet 11. From this, can simply and realize fixing first wire 3 effectively to wear support 1 through the preparation of rubber coating technology, can be so that wear support 1 more frivolous, promote and wear the travelling comfort, and saved assembly process, improved production efficiency.
In addition, in some embodiments, a stress relief portion 14 is disposed at the outlet 11, and the encapsulating layer 1X encapsulates a portion of the stress relief portion 14, or the encapsulating layer 1X includes a plurality of encapsulating sections 1Y, and the stress relief portion 14 is sandwiched between two adjacent encapsulating sections 1Y. Therefore, the stress relieving part 14 can be stably positioned at the outlet 11 simply and effectively, and the first conducting wire 3 can be reliably protected. As shown in fig. 17, when the encapsulating layer wraps a part of the stress relieving portion 14, the stress relieving portion 14 may have a threading hole 141 for threading the first wire 3, as shown in fig. 18, and when the stress relieving portion 14 is clamped between two adjacent encapsulating sections 1Y, the stress relieving portion 14 may have two threading holes 141, the two threading holes 141 may form a substantially T-shape, one threading hole 141 is used for threading the first wire 3 and the second wire 5, and the other threading hole 141 is used for threading the first wire 3.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, two outlets 11 are distributed on the left and right sides of the central plane S of the wearing bracket 1, the wearing bracket 1 includes a first adhesive coating layer 12, and the first adhesive coating layer 12 includes: a first encapsulating section 121 located at the two outlet ports 11, a second encapsulating section 122 located between the two first encapsulating sections 121, and a third encapsulating section 123 located between the first encapsulating section 121 and the respective side end of the wearing bracket 1. From this, wear support 1 through the preparation of rubber coating technology, can be so that wear support 1 frivolous more, promote and wear the travelling comfort to save the assembly process, improved production efficiency. In addition, by arranging the first rubber coating section 121, the structural stability of the outgoing line can be ensured, the problem that the first lead 3 is loosened at the outgoing line port 11 is solved, and the main body structure of the support 1 can be shaped and worn by arranging the second rubber coating section 122 to connect the two first rubber coating sections 121.
Further, with reference to fig. 7, the wearable support 1 may further include a second adhesive layer 13, the second adhesive layer 13 is encapsulated outside the first adhesive layer 12, for example, at least one of the first adhesive segment 121, the second adhesive segment 122, and the third adhesive segment 123 is encapsulated by the second adhesive layer 13, and the hardness of the first adhesive layer 12 is greater than that of the second adhesive layer 13. From this, can utilize two-layer rubber coating to improve the structural reliability who wears support 1 under the prerequisite of the structural complexity that reduces to wear support 1 to guarantee to wear support 1's small in size, improve the close skin nature of wearing support 1, be suitable for and wear for a long time, and can utilize the softer second rubber coating layer 13 of hardness to improve and wear the travelling comfort.
Optionally, the first encapsulating layer 12 and the second encapsulating layer 13 are both silica gel, the first encapsulating layer 12 is hard silica gel, and the second encapsulating layer 13 is soft silica gel, so that the hard silica gel is adopted to replace thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber as an internal shaping layer, and the problems that the pressure is large, the electric wire is easy to damage, the water gap is large, the thickness mark is easy to leave and the like during the formation of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber can be avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, at least one end of the wearing bracket 1 in the extending direction is externally connected with a handle 4, at least one handle 4 comprises an electric control device 42, and the inner end 3a of the first wire 3 is connected with the electric control device 42. Therefore, the stress of the wearing bracket 1 can be dispersed, and the wearing comfort of the human body is improved. Alternatively, when the handles 4 are respectively disposed at the two ends of the wearable support 1 in the extending direction, the two handles 4 may respectively include the electric control device 42, and the two first wires 3 are respectively connected to the electric control devices 42 of the two handles 4, so that the length of each first wire 3 can be shortened. Or alternatively, when the handles 4 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the wearable support 1 in the extending direction, only one handle 4 comprises the electric control device 42, and the two first wires 3 are both connected with the electric control device 42 of the handle 4, so that the electric control design is simplified.
In a specific example, the two ends of the wearing support 1 in the extending direction are respectively connected with the handles 4, one of the handles 4 includes the electric control device 42, the other handle 4 includes the power supply device 43, the neck-hanging massage apparatus 100 further includes the second wire 5, the second wire 5 is located in the wearing support 1 and is connected with the electric control device 42 and the power supply device 43, the inner ends 3a of the first wires 3 both extend to the same handle 4 and are connected with the electric control device 42, it can be understood that the number of the second wires 5 can be two, one is connected between the electric control device 42 and the positive pole of the power supply device 43, and the other is connected between the electric control device 42 and the negative pole of the power supply device 43. Therefore, the weight of the two sides of the whole machine can be balanced, and cordless use can be realized on the other hand, namely the wire is not required to be plugged, so that the use convenience can be improved. It is understood that the power supply 43 may be a battery or the like, and the electronic control device 42 may be a circuit board and/or a pulse generating device or the like.
Further, the wearing bracket 1 is an encapsulated molding piece and comprises at least one layer of encapsulating layer 1X, and the second lead 5 is wrapped and fixed by the encapsulating layer 1X. From this, can simply and realize fixing second wire 5 effectively to wear support 1 through the preparation of rubber coating technology, can be so that wear support 1 more frivolous, promote and wear the travelling comfort, and saved assembly process, improved production efficiency.
Still further, wear to be equipped with plastic support piece in the support 1, plastic support piece and second wire 5 are restraint the cover parcel jointly, and the bond line 1X parcel restraint cover. That is to say, the plastic support and the second lead 5 are wrapped by the sheath and then wrapped by the adhesive coating layer 1X. The over-moulded wearing support 1 can thus be shaped with a plastic support, so that the wearing support 1 is suitable for being worn on the neck. For example, the constraining sheath may be an insulating tape, the plastic support may be a resilient metal bracket, or the like. Moreover, the support 1 is manufactured through the rubber coating process, so that the support 1 is lighter and thinner, the wearing comfort is improved, the assembling process is omitted, and the production efficiency is improved.
In addition, it should be noted that the specific configuration of the handle 4 according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited, for example, in the specific example shown in fig. 5, one handle 4 may include a handle housing 41 and a circuit board provided in the handle housing 41, the circuit board serving as the electric control device 42, and the other handle 4 may include the handle housing 41 and a battery provided in the handle housing 41, the battery serving as the power supply device 43. In addition, the utility model is not limited to this, and in other embodiments of the utility model, the electric control device 42 and the power supply device 43 may be disposed in the handle housing 41 on the same side, so that the length of the second wire 5 may be shortened, and even the second wire 5 may be omitted. Or the utility model is not limited to this, in other embodiments of the utility model, the electric control device 42 and the power supply device 43 may also be disposed in the wearing bracket 1 instead of the handle casing 41, which will not be described herein. It should be noted that the connection manner of the handle housing 41 and the wearing bracket 1 is not limited, and for example, the connection manner may be an integrated piece or a separate piece, and when the connection manner is a separate piece, the connection manner may be detachable, assembled and connected, or may be non-detachable and fixedly connected, which is not described herein.
Next, a molding process of the wearable mount 1 according to one specific example of the present invention is described.
In this example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, two handles 4 are provided at each end of the wearable support 1, wherein one handle 4 comprises an electric control device 42 and the other handle 4 comprises a power supply device 43. Two second wires 5 are arranged in the wearing bracket 1, one second wire 5 is a third wire 51, the third wire 51 is connected with the anode of the power supply device 43 and the electric control device 42, the other second wire 5 is a fourth wire 52, and the fourth wire 52 is connected with the cathode of the power supply device 43 and the electric control device 42, so that the power supply device 43 and the electric control device 42 form a passage. The neck-hanging type massage apparatus 100 further comprises two first wires 3 and two massage units 2, the two first wires 3 are respectively a first wire 31 and a second wire 32, the two massage units 2 are respectively a first massage unit 21 and a second massage unit 22, the inner ends of the first wire 31 and the inner ends of the second wire 32 are both connected to the electric control device 42, the outer end of the first wire 31 is connected to the first massage unit 21, and the outer end of the second wire 32 is connected to the second massage unit 22.
The elastic metal support is arranged in the wearing support 1 and is arranged into an arc shape for shaping, so that the wearing support 1 is suitable for being worn on the neck, wherein the elastic metal support can be in a round bar shape, the diameter of the elastic metal support can be about 1.0mm, the elastic metal support, the third lead 51 and the fourth lead 52 are wrapped by an insulating adhesive tape, and then the elastic metal support, the third lead 51 and the fourth lead 32 are wrapped by two times of adhesive tape together, the first time is coated with hard silica gel, the hardness of the silica gel is about 80HA, the thickness of the silica gel is about 0.5mm, a first adhesive coating layer 12 is obtained, and then the second time is coated with soft silica gel, the hardness of the silica gel is about 60HA, and the thickness of the silica gel is about 0.7 mm. The first adhesive coating layer 12 fixes the wire outlet structure to manufacture the first adhesive coating section 121, so that the stability of the wire outlet structure is ensured. And then, wrapping hard glue on the middle part between the two sides to obtain a second glue wrapping section 122 so as to connect the two first glue wrapping sections 121, shaping the main body structure of the wearable bracket 1, and finally wrapping hard glue on the end parts of the two sides to obtain a third glue wrapping section 123, thereby completing the hard glue wrapping process of the first glue wrapping layer 12.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the length of the first conductive wire 3 between the outer end 3b of the first conductive wire 3 and the outlet 11 is fixed and is equal to or greater than 30 mm. That is to say, first wire 3 is fixed for outlet 11, and the partial length that first wire 3 stretches out outside outlet 11 is unchangeable, if the wire can not have the spiral part, also is not accomodate by concentrator 6 coiling to can reduce the elastic restoring force of first wire 3 and to wearing support 1's the dragging, improve the wearing stability of wearing support 1, can simplify whole machine structure moreover, reduce weight and volume, reduce cost. Moreover, the length of the first lead 3 extending out of the wearing bracket 1 is more than or equal to 30mm, so that the part of the first lead 3 positioned outside the wearing bracket 1 can rotate around the outlet 11 and move in the range of a circular area with the radius of at least 30mm, and the massage range is adjustable.
Alternatively, when the length of the first wire 3 between the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 and the outlet 11 is fixed, the length of the first wire 3 between the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 and the outlet 11 may be set to 30mm to 100mm, for example, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, etc., so that the portion of the first wire 3 outside the wearing bracket 1 may rotate around the outlet 11 and move within a circular ring area with a radius of 30mm to 100mm, so as to achieve adjustable massage range, enable the massage unit 2 to rotate to the shoulder and back areas, etc., and meet the requirement of multi-position massage.
In other embodiments of the utility model, the length of the first wire 3 between the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 to the outlet 11 may vary. That is, when a pulling force is applied to the outer end 3b of the first wire 3, the length of the first wire 3 between the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 and the wire outlet 11 can be increased, so that the massage range can be adjusted in a wider range by utilizing the length change of the first wire 3 extending out of the wearing bracket 1, and the massage requirements of more parts of the human body can be met.
For example, a portion of the first lead 3 in the wearing bracket 1 may extend out of and retract into the wearing bracket 1 through the outlet 11, so that the length of the first lead 3 extending out of the wearing bracket 1 may be changed, and in this case, the portion of the first lead 3 in the wearing bracket 1 may have a spiral portion, or a hub 6 for winding and receiving the first lead 3 may be provided in the wearing bracket 1. For another example, the portion of the first wire 3 inside the wearing bracket 1 may not extend from the outlet 11, and the length of the portion of the first wire 3 outside the wearing bracket 1 may be changed, for example, the first wire 3 has a spiral portion or is wound and received by the hub 6, so that the space inside the wearing bracket 1 may be saved, the structure of the wearing bracket 1 is light, and the wearing is facilitated.
It will be appreciated that when the wearing bracket 1 is formed by the above-described encapsulation process, the portion of the first wire 3 located in the wearing bracket 1 is naturally not protruded from the outlet 11, and when the wearing bracket 1 is a housing having a cavity and is connected to the first wire 3 or the like in an assembled manner, the portion of the first wire 3 located in the wearing bracket 1 may be restricted by the structure from protruding from the outlet 11.
When the length of the first wire 3 from the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 to the outlet 11 is variable, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first wire 3 may include a retractable spiral section 30, wherein, when the portion of the first wire 3 located inside the wearing bracket 1 cannot be extended from the outlet 11, the portion of the first wire 3 located outside the wearing bracket 1 may include the retractable spiral section 30, so that the space inside the wearing bracket 1 may be saved, the structure of the wearing bracket 1 may be light, and the wearing bracket may be convenient to wear; the helical section 30 can also be located in the wearing support 1, as the part of the first wire 3 located in the wearing support 1 can protrude from the outlet 11.
Thus, by providing the spiral section 30, the spiral section 30 can be elongated by the pulling of the external force and can be retracted after the external force is removed, so that the massage unit 2 can be moved to a further place and moved in a further area range by elongating the spiral section 30 of the first wire 3, thereby increasing the massage-possible area. Furthermore, it is understood that the first conducting wire 3 may not be completely the spiral segment 30, and may include, for example, a non-spiral segment 30 connected to both ends of the length of the spiral segment 30, and the like, which will not be described herein.
As shown in fig. 10, in some alternative examples, the appearance surface (which may be a side surface facing the human body of the wearable bracket 1, or a side surface facing away from the human body of the wearable bracket 1) of the wearable bracket 1 has an open receiving groove 15, a portion of the first lead 3 located outside the wearable bracket 1 includes a spiral section 30, and the spiral section 30 is receivable in the receiving groove 15 in the contracted state. That is, when the spiral section 30 is not elongated and the massage unit 2 does not need to be separated from the wearing frame 1, the spiral section 30 can be received in the receiving groove 15, and when the massage unit 2 needs to be removed from the wearing frame 1, the spiral section 30 can be removed from the receiving groove 15, so that the massage unit 2 can have a certain range of motion, and when the range of motion of the massage unit 2 needs to be increased, the spiral section 30 can be elongated. From this, can satisfy the operation requirement, can improve the clean and tidy nature of outward appearance when accomodating, and can utilize and accomodate groove 15 and protect first wire 3 to a certain extent.
Further, in conjunction with fig. 9 and 10, when the massage unit 2 is configured to be detachably mounted to the wearing bracket 1, the massage unit 2 may shield the receiving groove 15 when the massage unit 2 is mounted to the wearing bracket 1, so that the tidiness and integrity of the appearance may be further improved, and the first wire 3 can be protected to some extent by the receiving groove 15. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the massage unit 2 may be configured not to be mounted on the wearing bracket 1, and at this time, the massage unit 2 may be suspended from the wearing bracket 1 by the first wire 3.
While the length of the first wire 3 from the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 to the outlet 11 can vary, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the hanging neck massager 100 can further include a hub 6, and the first wire 3 can be retractably received in the hub 6. Therefore, at least part of the first lead 3 is wound in the hub 6, the first lead 3 is released, pulled out or wound for storage through the rotation of the hub 6, so that the massage unit 2 can move close to or far away from the wearing bracket 1, the first lead 3 can be retracted when the longer first lead 3 is not needed, the tidiness is improved, the problems that the first lead 3 is scraped or wound by foreign objects and the like are avoided, and the first lead 3 can be pulled out when the longer first lead 3 is needed to be used, so that the massage requirement of the far part is met.
Specifically, the position where the hub 6 is disposed is not limited, and may be disposed on the wearing stand 1 or on the massage unit 2, for example, more specifically, the hub 6 may be disposed on the outer surface of the wearing stand 1 or built in the wearing stand 1, and the hub 6 may also be disposed on the outer surface of the massage unit 2 or built in the massage unit 2. From this, can avoid concentrator 6 suspension to exert pulling force's problem to first wire 3, thereby improve first wire 3's life, can avoid moreover because concentrator 6 suspension, wear support 1 through the pulling of first wire 3 and wear the shakiness, or the not firm problem of pulling massage unit 2 and human laminating.
Moreover, when the hub 6 is disposed on the wearing frame 1, the structure of the massage unit 2 can be simplified, the weight can be reduced, and the attachment can be facilitated. When the concentrator 6 is arranged on the massage unit 2, the stress direction of the first lead 3 is basically consistent with the movement direction of the massage unit 2, the pulling resistance of the first lead 3 is reduced, and the service life of the concentrator 6 and the service life of the first lead 3 are prolonged. In some optional examples, when the hub 6 is disposed on the wearing bracket 1, the hub 6 may be located in the rear region 1a of the wearing bracket 1, so as to be close to the line outlet position, and a large space at the back side of the neck may be utilized, thereby avoiding the problem that the hub 6 occupies a small space at the two sides or the front side of the neck, which affects the wearing comfort.
It should be noted that, the specific structure of the hub 6 is well known to those skilled in the art, and there may be various forms, such as a mouse cord reel, a tape measure, etc., for example, as shown in fig. 12-14, the hub 6 may include an upper shell 61, a lower shell 62, an inner shell 63, a steel ball 64, a rail 65, etc., the drawn-out length of the hub 6 may be defined by the steel ball 64 and the rail 65, and after each drawn-out fixed length of the cord, the hub 6 will not apply a force to the first conducting wire 3 to retract the first conducting wire due to the fixed length of the cord, so that the pulling force on the massage unit 2 can be reduced, and the stability of the massage unit 2 being attached to the human body can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the minimum length of the first wire 3 between the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 to the outlet 11 is 30mm-60mm, for example, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, and so on. For example, when the helical portion 30 is not elongated and the first wire 3 wound in the hub 6 is not pulled out, the portion of the first wire 3 located outside the wearing frame 1 is 30mm to 60 mm. Therefore, the length can allow the massage unit 2 to massage the shoulder and back areas, and when the massage unit needs to massage the more distant areas, the first conducting wire 3 needs to be lengthened, so that when the requirement of shoulder and back massage is met, the first conducting wire 3 does not exert pulling force on the massage unit 2 due to restoring force, and the influence on the fit of the massage unit 2 can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the utility model, the portion of the first wire 3 that protrudes outside the wearing support 1 is detachably mounted to the wearing support 1. From this, when need not use massage unit 2, can utilize to wear support 1 and accomodate first wire 3 to avoid first wire 3 to hang and shake scheduling problem, and then improve the clean and tidy nature of complete machine outward appearance.
For example, in some alternative examples of the utility model, the portion of the first wire 3 protruding outside the wearing support 1 may be magnetically engaged with the wearing support 1. This allows the first lead wire 3 to be easily and efficiently stored in the wearing bracket 1. For example, optionally, the wearing bracket 1 and the first wire 3 may both be provided with a magnetic member, and the first wire 3 may be fixed on the wearing bracket 1 by magnetic attraction, so as to achieve storage.
For example, in some other alternative examples of the present invention, the external surface of the wearing frame 1 (which may be a surface of the wearing frame 1 facing the human body, or a surface of the wearing frame 1 facing away from the human body) has an open receiving groove 15, and the portion of the first wire 3 located outside the wearing frame 1 is detachably disposed in the receiving groove 15. From this, when need not use massage unit 2, can utilize and accomodate groove 15 and accomodate first wire 3 to avoid first wire 3 to hang and shake scheduling problem, and then improve the clean and tidy nature of complete machine outward appearance. It should be noted that the detachable connection between the first wire 3 and the accommodating groove 15 is not limited, and the detachable connection may be realized by a wire smoothing hook or an interference fit, for example.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the outer end 3b of the first wire 3 is connected to one end of the massage unit 2 in the length direction, so that the length extending direction of the massage unit 2 and the stretching direction of the first wire 3 may be substantially the same, and the stretching length of the first wire 3 can be reduced when the massage unit 2 is pulled relative to the wearing support 1, so as to ensure that the influence of the traction of the massage unit 2 and the wearing support 1 is small, reduce the influence of human body movement or external force, such as clothes, on the first wire 3, thereby reducing the influence of the traction of the first wire 3 on the massage unit 2, and improve the wearing stability of the wearing support 1 and the attaching stability of the massage unit 2.
In some embodiments of the utility model, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the massage unit 2 is detachably mounted to the wearing stand 1. Thus, when the massage unit 2 is not required to be used or when the neck is required to be massaged using the massage unit 2, the massage unit 2 can be attached to the wearing frame 1, and when the shoulder and back and the like are required to be massaged using the massage unit 2, the massage unit 2 can be detached from the wearing frame 1 and moved to a position where massage is required (for example, the second massage unit 22 shown in fig. 4 is in the detached position, and the first massage unit 21 is in the attached position to the wearing frame 1). From this, can avoid massage unit 2 to hang through first wire 3 when not using and do not have fixedly in wearing support 1, influence and wear the problem that support 1 wore smoothly to human neck 200, can improve the smoothness of wearing support 1 and wearing promptly. It should be noted that the detachable connection manner of the massage unit 2 and the wearing bracket 1 is not limited, and for example, the detachable connection manner may be at least one of a magnetic attraction connection, an interference connection, a sticking connection, a vacuum adsorption connection, and a snap connection.
In some embodiments of the present invention, when the massage unit 2 is mounted on the wearing bracket 1, the natural length of the first wire 3 that extends out of the wearing bracket 1 (i.e., the length before being elastically deformed or extending out of the hub 6) is equal to or greater than the shortest connecting line length from the outlet 11 to the terminal of the massage unit 2. From this, can guarantee that massage unit 2 installs in the stability of wearing support 1, avoid first wire 3 to accomplish massage unit 2 and the assembly of wearing support 1 owing to the extension, lead to massage unit 2 that the shortening restoring force that massage unit 2 received first wire 3 exists and wear support 1 and be connected unstable problem. For example, optionally, the difference between the natural length and the shortest connecting line length may be 0mm to 10mm, that is, the natural length may be longer than the shortest connecting line length by 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, and so on, so as to better improve the connection stability between the massage unit 2 and the wearing bracket 1, and also avoid the problems of scraping, winding, and the like caused by the overlong length of the first wire 3.
In some alternative examples, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the wearable bracket 1 may include a bracket body 16 and a bearing portion 17, the bearing portion 17 is connected to the bracket body 16, for example, the bearing portion 17 and the bracket body 16 may be detachably connected or may be integrally formed. Wherein, the support body 16 defines the neck-surrounding space 10, the bearing part 17 is located at the rear part region 1a of the wearing support 1, the massage unit 2 is detachably mounted on the bearing part 17, thereby the distance between the massage unit 2 and the outlet 11 can be shortened, the unnecessary length of the first conducting wire 3 can be shortened, and after the user takes the massage unit 2, the massage unit 2 does not need to be moved from the front side of the shoulder of the human body to the rear side of the shoulder, the problem of the winding of the conducting wire is reduced, and the operation of the user is simplified.
Optionally, when the massage unit 2 is mounted on the wearing bracket 1, the natural length of the first wire 3 outside the wearing bracket 1 is equal to or slightly greater than the shortest connection distance between the wire outlet 11 of the wearing bracket 1 and the wire inlet end of the massage unit 2, so as to avoid the problem that the first wire 3 is stretched, and ensure that the wearing bracket 1 can be reliably matched with the massage unit 2, when the wire outlet 11 and the bearing portion 17 are both disposed in the middle-rear region 1c of the wearing bracket 1, the first wire 3 can be easily stored, and the length of the first wire 3 can be appropriately shortened, and after the massage unit 2 is taken off from the bearing portion 17, the massage unit can move in the circular region with the wire outlet 11 as the center and the length of the first wire 3 outside the wearing bracket 1 as the radius to reach the shoulder and back region, so as to meet the massage requirements of different parts.
In some embodiments, the width of the bearing portion 17 in the up-down direction may be greater than the width of the bracket body 16 in the up-down direction, and the bearing portion 17 may extend above and/or below the bracket body 16, so that the bracket body 16 is light and convenient to wear. In addition, in some other embodiments, the bracket body 16 may be wider, and the width of the bearing portion 17 in the vertical direction may be smaller than or equal to the width of the bracket body 16 in the vertical direction, and at this time, the bearing portion 17 does not extend above and/or below the bracket body 16, that is, the bearing portion 17 is a part of the bracket body 16, so as to facilitate the processing.
In some alternative examples, the massage face of the massage unit 2 faces the wearing bracket 1 when the massage unit 2 is mounted to the wearing bracket 1. Thereby, the wearing bracket 1 can be used to protect the massage surface, thereby improving the service life of the massage unit 2. Moreover, when the massage surface of the massage unit 2 is an adhesive surface, the problem that the adhesive surface is exposed and dirtied or is adhered to a human body or clothes to affect wearing can be avoided. It should be noted that, when the massage surface is an adhesive surface, the adhesive surface may be set to be in clearance fit with the wearing bracket 1, so as to ensure that the massage unit 2 is smoothly separated from the wearing bracket 1. The massage unit 2 may have, for example, a hot compress function, an electrical stimulation function, a high frequency function, or the like.
In some optional examples, a connecting part is arranged on the wearing bracket 1, and the massage unit 2 is connected to the wearing bracket 1 in a hanging manner by being connected with the connecting part, namely, the massage unit 2 is connected with the wearing bracket 1 and is partially suspended without being supported by the wearing bracket 1. The connecting part can be a hook, and the massage unit 2 is provided with a hanging buckle matched with the hook. Further, in order to protect the massage surfaces of the massage units 2, when there are two massage units 2, the two massage units 2 can be stacked with the massage surfaces facing each other, that is, the massage surfaces face the massage surfaces, so as to cover each other and protect them, and then are suspended and connected to the wearing frame 1.
In some alternative examples, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, when the massage unit 2 is mounted to the wearing bracket 1, the massage unit 2 is mounted to a side of the wearing bracket 1 facing away from the neck-surrounding space 10. Therefore, compared with the scheme that the massage unit 2 is positioned on the side, facing the human neck 200, of the wearing support 1, the problems that the massage unit 2 interferes with the human neck 200, the wearing is uncomfortable and the like can be avoided, and the user can easily take the massage unit 2 off the wearing support 1.
However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and when the massage unit 2 is mounted to the wearing bracket 1, the massage unit 2 may be mounted to a side of the wearing bracket 1 facing the neck-surrounding space 10, in which case, a side of the wearing bracket 1 facing the neck-surrounding space 10 may be provided with an escape groove recessed outward, and the massage unit 2 may be disposed in the escape groove, so that interference of the massage unit 2 with the neck 200 of the human body may be avoided, and in which case, a massage surface of the massage unit 2 may face away from the wearing bracket 1, i.e., face the neck 200 of the human body, so that a function of the massage unit 2 massaging the neck 200 of the human body may be realized in a state where the massage unit 2 is mounted to the wearing bracket 1.
Further, when the massage unit 2 is mounted to the wearing bracket 1, if the massage unit 2 is mounted to a side of the wearing bracket 1 facing away from the neck-surrounding space 10 and the massage surface of the massage unit 2 faces the wearing bracket 1, an opening hole disposed opposite to the massage surface may be provided on the wearing bracket 1 so that the massage surface massages the neck 200 of the human body through the opening hole.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 13, the massage units 2 may be disposed on the wearing bracket 1 in a plurality of and spaced-apart manners, so that the thickness of the whole machine may be reduced, the wearing may be facilitated, the stress may be dispersed, the wearing may be labor-saving, and the user may conveniently take the plurality of massage units 2 with two hands. But not limited thereto, in other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the massage unit 2 may be provided in plurality and stacked on the wearing frame 1. Thus, by stacking and attaching the plurality of massage units 2 to the same wearing frame 1, the size of the wearing frame 1 can be set small, and the problem of interference between the wearing frame 1 and the skin of the user when the user wears the device can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, each of the plurality of massage units 2 mounted in a stack may be individually detachably connected to the wearing stand 1, so that the stacking order of the plurality of massage units 2 mounted in a stack may be changed. That is to say, each massage unit 2 arranged in an overlapping manner has the ability to be assembled with the wearing support 1, for example, each massage unit 2 arranged in an overlapping manner can be detachably connected with the wearing support 1 through at least one of magnetic attraction connection, interference connection, sticking connection, vacuum adsorption connection and buckling connection. Therefore, the convenience of assembling and recovering the plurality of massage units 2 in the separated state by the user can be improved, and the operation by the user is facilitated. In addition, the plurality of massage units 2 arranged in an overlapped manner can be detachably connected with each other in at least one of magnetic attraction connection, interference connection, adhesion connection, vacuum adsorption connection and buckle connection, which is not described herein.
In some embodiments, the wearing stand 1 may be symmetrically disposed about a central plane S of the wearing stand 1, so that when the massage units 2 are provided in plurality and spaced apart from the wearing stand 1, the plurality of massage units 2 may be symmetrically disposed on both left and right sides of the central plane S of the wearing stand 1, and when the massage units 2 are provided in plurality and stacked on the wearing stand 1, each massage unit 2 may be bilaterally symmetric about the central plane S of the wearing stand 1. Therefore, under the condition of the shortest length of the first lead 3, the massage to the two sides of the shoulder and the back of the human body can be better realized.
It should be noted that, the material of wearing the support 1 is not limited, and can be an elastic structure, when bearing the massage unit 2 on the elastic support 1 of wearing for the user can wear the support 1 through rotating or when the position is worn in the head adjustment, can reduce the dragging to the massage unit 2, reduces the influence to the massage unit 2 laminating.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the massage unit 2 and the wearing support 1 may also be unconnected, and the massage unit 2 is suspended from the wearing support 1 by the first wire 3. Therefore, the structure of the wearing support 1 and the massage unit 2 can be simplified, the processing difficulty is reduced, the operation that the user takes off the massage unit 2 from the wearing support 1 is omitted, and the operation that the massage unit 2 is installed back to the wearing support 1 after the use is finished is omitted. Furthermore, the form of the massage unit 2 is not limited, that is, the shape and area of the massage unit 2 itself is not limited by the surface shape of the wearing frame 1, and the wearing frame 1 does not need to be provided with a structure for accommodating the massage unit 2, which is advantageous for the miniaturization of the wearing frame 1 and is more suitable for long-term wearing.
For example, in some examples, the first wire 3 cannot be stretched, and the massage unit 2 may hang from the rear region 1a and even the middle rear region 1c of the wearing frame 1, so that when the wearing frame 1 is worn on the neck of the user, the massage unit 2 can naturally lean on the shoulder position of the user, and shoulder massage can be realized without stretching, for example, when a massage function of high frequency and the like which can be used for a long time is provided, the massage unit is more suitable for long-term wearing.
Further, when the massage unit 2 is hung on the wearing support 1 through the first wire 3, the portion of the first wire 3 extending out of the wearing support 1 can be detachably mounted on the wearing support 1, or a hub 6 arranged outside the wearing support 1 can be arranged, and the like, and the specific detachable mode can refer to the above description, so that the hanging length of the first wire 3 can be shortened during hanging, wearing of the wearing support 1 is facilitated, and the problems of interference of the massage unit 2 with a human body due to overlong hanging and the like during wearing are avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a heat generating component is disposed in the wearing support 1, and the heat generating component can transfer heat to the human body through a side surface of the wearing support 1 facing the neck space 10. For example, in some alternative examples, the heat generating member may include a heat generating film, i.e., a flexible circuit board, etc., that is, the heat generating film may be disposed in the wearing bracket 1 near a position therein, so that the inside of the wearing bracket 1 can provide a hot compress function.
According to the neck-hanging type massage apparatus 100 of some embodiments of the present invention, compared to a shoulder-cape type massage apparatus, the volume is small, the wearing is convenient, the massage position is easy to adjust, and compared to a massage-patch type massage apparatus, the massage unit 2 can be restrained by the wearing bracket 1 to a certain extent, the wearing stability is strong, and the length of the first wire 3 can be shortened, so that the user can move conveniently.
