The shoulder-worn neck massager 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a wearing body 10, an electrode assembly 20, and an electrical connection plate 30.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the wearing body 10 includes a shoulder-engaging portion 11 and a cape portion 12 connected to each other, the shoulder-engaging portion 11 being adapted to be worn on the neck or the shoulder of a human body, and the cape portion 12 being adapted to be worn on the front side of the human body. The shoulder parts 12 may be two and respectively connected to both ends of the shoulder part 11, and the two shoulder parts 12 may be respectively mounted on the left and right sides of the front side of the human body.

In some examples, as shown in fig. 1, the electrode assembly 20 may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of electrode assemblies 20 are spaced and uniformly disposed on the shoulder portion 11. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more. For example, two electrode assemblies 20 may be provided, and the two electrode assemblies 20 may be disposed at the corresponding positions of the neck or the shoulder at the rear side of the human body to massage the rear side of the human body, and meanwhile, the gravity of the cape 12 may make the electrode assemblies 20 contact the skin of the human body more tightly, so as to improve the fitting degree of the electrode assemblies 20 and the skin of the human body, and further improve the massage effect. Of course, in other examples, the electrode assembly 20 may be provided to the shoulder part 12 to massage the front side of the human body, or both the shoulder part 12 and the shoulder part 11 may be provided with the electrode assembly 20, which is not limited herein.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electrode sheet 22 wraps the conductive layer 21, so that the reliability of the installation of the electrode sheet 22 and the conductive layer 21 can be improved, and the electrode sheet 22 and the conductive layer 21 are prevented from being separated during the massage process, which affects the structural reliability and the massage effect. Of course, in other embodiments, the conductive layer 21 may be attached to the side of the electrode sheet 22 facing the shoulder portion 11.
The conductive layer 21 may be a silver paste layer. The silver paste layer has good oxidation resistance and conductivity, and can improve the reliability of the electrical connection of the electrode assembly 20. And the silver paste layer can be bent, so that the conductive layer 21 is easily configured into a shape fitting with the skin of a human body, and the fitting effect is ensured. The silver paste layer also has good thermal conductivity, and therefore, a heating element can be arranged in the shoulder-worn neck massager 100, and the conducting layer 21 arranged in this way is easy for temperature transmission, so as to ensure the hot compress effect.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, one of the electrical connection board 30 and the conductive layer 21 has a tab portion 211, and the other has a conductive post 31, for example, the electrical connection board 30 has a conductive post 31 extending toward the conductive layer 21, the conductive layer 21 has a tab portion 211 corresponding to the conductive post 31, and the conductive post 31 is adapted to be connected to the tab portion 211 for electrical connection. Here, "connected" may mean directly connected, or may mean indirectly connected. For example, the conductive pillar 31 may be made of a metal material to ensure the reliability of the electrical connection. By providing the conductive post 31, the distance between the electrical connection plate 30 and the conductive layer 21 can be reduced to improve the reliability of electrical connection of the conductive layer 21 and the electrical connection plate 30.
In some examples, referring to fig. 2-3, the electrical connection plate 30 has a conductive post 31, the connection cover plate 23 has a first through hole 231, and the conductive post 31 is disposed through the first through hole 231. The electrical connection plate 30 and the conductive layer 21 may be provided on both sides of the connection cover 23, respectively, whereby the connection cover 23 may support both the electrical connection plate 30 and the conductive layer 21. The first through holes 231 are disposed to position and limit the conductive posts 31, and facilitate connection between the conductive posts 31 and the ear hooks 211.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the shoulder-worn neck massager 100 may further include a cover 40, the cover 40 is mounted on the connecting cover plate 23, and the cover 40 is disposed opposite to the first through hole 231, for example, the cover 40 is disposed on a side of the conductive layer 21 facing the human body to shield the ear hanging portion 211, the first through hole 231, and the conductive pillar 31, which is beautiful. Meanwhile, the function of protecting the tab portion 211, the first through hole 231, and the conductive post 31 can be achieved. The outer diameter of the covering member 40 may be slightly smaller than the diameter of the first through hole 231 to facilitate the installation of the covering member 40. After the neck massager is installed, the end face of the covering part 40 can be flush with the end face of the connecting cover plate 23, so that the fit degree of the shoulder-worn neck massager 100 and the skin of a human body is guaranteed, and the massage comfort is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hole wall of the first through hole 231 may have an annular protrusion 2312 extending in the axial direction, for example, the annular protrusion 2312 extends toward a direction away from the covering member 40, so as to prevent a foreign body sensation from being generated when the user wears the shoulder-worn neck massage apparatus 100. One of the annular protrusion 2312 and the covering member 40 has a mounting hole 2311, and the other has a first catch 41, and the first catch 41 is adapted to be snapped into engagement with a hole wall of the mounting hole 2311. For example, the annular protrusion 2312 has a mounting hole 2311, and the covering member 40 is provided with a snap. The mounting holes 2311 and the hooks may be correspondingly disposed, and the mounting holes 2311 may penetrate in a radial direction of the first through hole 231. Through setting up first buckle 41 and mounting hole 2311, can improve the reliability of assembly, and can the rational utilization assembly space, be favorable to shoulder wear-type neck massager 100's miniaturized design.
In some embodiments, the hanging lug 211 has a first positioning hole 2111, the conductive post 31 has a second positioning hole 311, and the first positioning hole 2111 and the second positioning hole 311 are suitable for a screw to pass through, so that the reliability of the connection between the conductive layer 21 and the electrical connection board 30 can be improved, and the stability of the electrical connection can be ensured. The ear portion 211 may be plural, and each ear portion 211 may have two first positioning holes 2111 to improve the reliability of the installation of the conductive layer 21 and the electrical connection plate 30. Of course, in other embodiments, the hanging lug 211 may also be soldered to the conductive post 31 to electrically connect the conductive layer 21 and the electrical connection board 30, and the connection between the conductive layer and the electrical connection board can be ensured to be stable.
In some embodiments, the ear portion 211 may be located in the middle of the conductive layer 21 to facilitate location mounting. The electrode sheet 22 has an escape portion 221 provided corresponding to the tab portion 211. For example, the escape portion 221 is provided on the side of the electrode sheet 22 facing the electrical connection plate 30, and thus, the electrode sheet 22 can be prevented from interfering with positioning and mounting between the conductive layer 21 and the electrical connection plate 30.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the extension direction of the hanging lug portion 211 is parallel to the extension direction of the electrical connection plate 30, whereby the space for assembly can be reduced while securing the reliability of connection. For example, the conductive posts 31 are perpendicular to the ear portions 211, so as to improve the adhesion between the ear portions 211 and the conductive posts 31.
In some examples, referring to fig. 1-3, the shoulder-worn neck massager 100 may further include a support 50, the support 50 is mounted on a side of the electrical connection board 30 facing away from the human body, the support 50 has a second through hole 51, the second through hole 51 is adapted to receive an electrical connection wire (not shown) of the electrical connection board 30, the electrical connection board 30 may be disposed on a side of the support 50 away from the wearing body 10, so that the electrical connection wire of the electrical connection board 30 may pass through the second through hole 51 and extend into the wearing body 10 to electrically connect the electrical connection board 30.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the supporting member 50 may have a threaded column 52, the threaded column 52 has a third positioning hole 521, the electrical connection board 30 has a fourth positioning hole 32 corresponding to the third positioning hole 521, and the third positioning hole 521 and the fourth positioning hole 32 are suitable for a fastener to pass through, so as to ensure the reliability of the connection between the two, and support the electrical connection board 30, so as to prevent the electrical connection board 30 from being deformed by an external force and affecting the stability. For example, the threaded post 52 may extend away from the electrical connection plate 30, so that the electrical connection plate 30 and the support 50 may be disposed in a fitting manner, and may facilitate increasing a contact area between the fastener and the threaded post 52, thereby improving reliability of assembly.
In some examples, referring to fig. 2 and 3, one of the connection cover plate 23 and the support 50 has a second catch 232, and the other has a connection hole 53, and the second catch 232 is adapted to be caught by a hole wall of the connection hole 53 to improve the reliability of the connection of the electrode assembly 20 and the support 50. For example, the connection cover 23 has a second latch 232, and the support 50 has a mounting hole 2311. The second fasteners 232 and the mounting holes 2311 may be correspondingly disposed in plural, and the second fasteners 232 are spaced and uniformly disposed on the periphery of the connecting cover plate 23 facing to one side of the supporting member 50, so as to further ensure the reliability of the mounting.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, a receiving space 60 may be formed between the connection cover plate 23 and the support 50, and the electrical connection plate 30 is disposed in the receiving space 60. Therefore, the electric connection plate 30 can be protected, the assembly space can be reasonably utilized, and the occupied space for assembling the electric connection plate 30 is reduced.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1, the wearing body 10 may have a mounting groove 13, the support 50 is mounted to the mounting groove 13, and the support 50 is adapted to protrude into the mounting groove 13. By arranging the mounting groove 13, on one hand, the contact area between the wearing body 10 and the support 50 can be increased, and the mounting reliability of the wearing body and the support can be ensured. The installation and the positioning are convenient. On the other hand, the mounting structure of the supporter 50 toward the wearing body 10 side may be extended into the mounting groove 13, whereby it is possible to facilitate the miniaturized configuration of the shoulder-worn neck massager 100 and to improve the fitting degree of the electrode assembly 20 to the skin of the human body.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1-3, the shoulder-worn neck massager 100 may further include a mounting bracket 70. The outer contour of the mounting bracket 70 is adapted to the mounting groove 13, and the mounting bracket 70 is connected to the periphery of the mounting groove 13, so that the mounting bracket 70 is matched with the mounting groove 13 for positioning. The mounting bracket 70 may be a hard material, such as a hard plastic or plastic. The support member 50 is mounted to the mounting bracket 70, and the wearing body 10 can be soft to ensure the wearing comfort of the user, whereby the structural strength of the electrode assembly 20 can be improved by providing the mounting bracket 70 having a hard material and a good structural strength, and the assembling stability of the wearing body 10 and the electrode assembly 20 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the periphery of the mounting groove 13 may have a supporting portion (not shown), for example, the supporting portion may be a positioning rib to improve the structural strength of the mounting groove 13, and the supporting member 50 is bonded to the supporting portion to ensure the reliability of the connection therebetween. In other embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the support 50 may have a third latch 54, and the third latch 54 may be hooked at the edge of the mounting bracket 70 to further improve the reliability of the connection between the support 50 and the mounting bracket 70, or the third latch 54 may be hooked at the edge of the mounting groove 13 to further ensure the reliability of the connection between the support 50 and the wearing body 10.
Further, the third buckle 54 has a rib 541, the rib 541 extends toward the mounting bracket 70, a hook 542 may be disposed at an end of the rib 541 facing the mounting bracket 70, and the third buckle 54 is hooked on the mounting portion 71 through the hook 542 to realize the clamping fit between the support 50 and the mounting bracket 70. For example, the first latch 41, the second latch 232, and the third latch 54 may have the same structure to ensure the reliability of the installation.
In some embodiments, an adhesive layer 80 is provided between the electrode sheet 22 and the connection cover plate 23 to adhere the electrode sheet 22 and the connection cover plate 23, so that the electrode sheet 22 and the connection cover plate 23 can be tightly attached, the connection cover plate 23 can effectively support the shape of the electrode sheet 22, the electrode sheet 22 is prevented from deforming, the electrode sheet 22 is prevented from falling off from the connection cover plate 23, and the stability of the electrode assembly 20 is improved.
In some examples, the connection cover plate 23 and the support 50 may also be connected by screws to further improve the reliability of the connection between the two, and improve the stability of the shoulder-worn neck massager 100. For example, the connection cover plate 23 has fixing posts extending toward the electrode sheet 22, and the supporter 50 has mounting through-holes through which screws are inserted to connect the fixing posts.
