Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, and the embodiments described with reference to the drawings are exemplary.
An electrode assembly S according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be applied to a neck massager, is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown, the electrode assembly S includes: the metal support sheet 40, the gel sheet 50 and the separator 20, wherein the metal support sheet 40 is used for outputting electrical stimulation, the gel sheet 50 is arranged on one side of the metal support sheet 40 facing the skin of a human body, the gel sheet 50 can generate water vapor when in use, the water vapor can enter the horny layer of the skin of the human body and fill the gap of the scaly horny layer, the electrical conduction action area of the electrode assembly S is enlarged, the local energy concentration is reduced, and the problem of stabbing pain generated by a user when in use can be effectively solved. However, moisture generated in the gel sheet 50 permeates into the metal support sheet 40 during use, and the metal support sheet 40 rusts in a wet environment for a long time, thereby affecting the usability of the metal support sheet 40.
As shown in fig. 1, the spacer 20 is sandwiched between the metal support sheet 40 and the gel sheet 50, so that the metal support sheet 40 and the gel sheet 50 can be prevented from directly contacting with each other, and the metal support sheet 40 can be prevented from being rusted due to the metal support sheet 40 being in a wet environment for a long time. Also, the metal support sheet 40 can in turn support the separator 20 and the gel sheet 50 to prevent the separator 20 and the gel from collapsing into them.
Also, the separator 20 has a conductive layer electrically connected to the metal support sheet 40 and also electrically connected to the gel sheet 50 to electrically connect the metal support sheet 40 and the gel sheet 50, so that electrical stimulation can be transmitted between the metal support sheet 40 and the gel sheet 50. The metal support sheet 40 may serve as a junction point between the spacer 20 and the muscle electrical stimulation circuit, and thus, the electrical connection between the spacer 20 and the muscle electrical stimulation circuit is realized.
Therefore, by arranging the spacer 20 between the gel sheet 50 and the metal support sheet 40, the gel sheet 50 is prevented from directly contacting the metal support sheet 40, so that contact between moisture in the gel sheet 50 and the metal support sheet 40 can be prevented, and corrosion and rusting of the metal support sheet 40 can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 8, the separator 20 includes: the isolating part 21 is isolated between the metal supporting piece 40 and the gel piece 50, the connecting part 22 is correspondingly arranged at the edge of the metal supporting piece 40, and the bending part 23 is arranged at the opposite position of the connecting part 22 and is electrically connected with the metal supporting piece 40. The separation part 21 is disposed between the gel sheet 50 and the metal support sheet 40, the separation part 21 may prevent the gel sheet 50 from directly contacting the metal support sheet 40, and the separation part 21 may separate moisture of the gel sheet 50, so that corrosion and rusting of the metal support sheet 40 may be prevented. The bent portion 23 is fixedly connected to the metal supporting piece 40, and the bent portion 23 is also electrically connected to the metal supporting piece 40, so that it is not necessary to provide an electrical connection member on the separating portion 21, so that the separating portion 21 can maintain a complete plane, thereby not affecting the massage area of the electrode assembly S. The connecting portion 22 is connected between the spacer portion 21 and the bent portion 23.

Specifically, the fastening member 60 is a screw engaged with a nut, and after the fastening member 60 is engaged with the nut, the bent portion 23 and the fixing portion 41 can be connected, so that the fixed connection and the electrical connection between the spacer 20 and the metal supporting sheet 40 can be realized. The nut of the screw is welded with an electric connecting wire.
Specifically, the conductive layer is a conductive silver paste layer. The curing temperature of the conductive silver paste is low, and the bonding strength is extremely high, so that the conductive silver paste layer can be bonded on the partition piece 20 all the time. And when the conductive silver paste is printed on the separator 20, the electrical property is stable, and the circuit can be continuously conducted. In addition, the conductive silver paste layer may form various patterns outside the separator 20, and the transparent gel sheet 50 may not shield the patterns, so that the recognition degree of the electrode assembly S may be improved.
