Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
A waist massage apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the waist massage apparatus 100 includes: the massage body 30 has flexibility, that is, the massage body 30 is a flexible massage body, so that a user can freely adjust the shape of the massage body 30 to adapt to the waist of the user, and the massage body can be tightly attached to the waist of the user and can be suitable for most users.
The conductive member 10 is disposed inside the massage main body 30, and the massage main body 30 can protect the conductive member 10, and thus, the conductive member 10 can be prevented from directly contacting with the waist of the human body, and the occurrence of the leakage phenomenon can be avoided. The conductive member 10 may have flexibility, that is, the conductive member 10 may be a flexible conductive member, for example, the conductive member 10 may be a conductive wire, an FPC, a flexible conductive cloth, or the like, so that the conductive member 10 deforms along with the massage main body 30, thereby adapting to the waist of the user and preventing the conductive member 10 from being damaged due to bending deformation.
The electrode pads 40 are disposed on the surface of the massage main body 30, and the electrode pads 40 may be connected to the conductive members 10 through the electrical connection assembly 20. That is, the electric power at the conductive member 10 may be transmitted to the electrode pad 40 through the electric connection assembly 20, and then the electrode pad 40 is electrically stimulated to be transmitted to the user's waist, thereby performing a massage function. The arrangement of the electrical connection assembly 20 can effectively solve the electrical connection problem between the electrode sheet 40 and the conductive member 10, and can stabilize the electrical connection therebetween.
The electrode sheet 40 can be deformed along with the deformation of the massage main body 30, that is, when the massage main body 30 is deformed to adapt to the waist of the user, the electrode sheet 40 can change the position along with the deformation, so that the electrode sheet can be effectively attached to the waist of the user, the contact area can be ensured, and the pricking feeling can be avoided.
The electrode sheet 40 has a first surface for being attached to a massage portion, the electrical connection assembly 20 includes a first electrical connector 21, the first electrical connector 21 is electrically connected to the electrode sheet 40 so as not to exceed the first surface, and the first electrical connector 21 extends to the inside of the massage main body 30 and is electrically connected to the conductive member 10. That is, the first electrical connector 21 mainly performs an electrical connection function, so that the electrical energy at the conductive member 10 can be transmitted to the electrode pad 40, and the electrode pad 40 can release the electrical stimulation.
Moreover, because the first electric connector 21 is connected with the electrode plate 40 in a manner of not exceeding the first surface, the influence on the flatness of the first surface can be avoided, the first surface can be in contact with the waist of a user in a full-contact manner, and the massage effect is ensured. The first electric connector 21 may extend backward after the electrode pad 40 is connected and then enter the massage main body 30, and the first electric connector 21 may be partially hidden, so that the positional stability of the first electric connector 21 is high, and thus the electric connection stability may be high.
The number of the electrode pads 40 may be plural, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the electrode pads 40 may be six, the six electrode pads 40 may be in a group of three, and the two groups of the electrode pads 40 are oppositely disposed left and right, so that the six electrode pads 40 can massage both sides of the lumbar vertebrae.
Each electrode plate 40 corresponds to an electrical connection component 20, a plurality of electrical connection components 20 can be electrically connected to the same conductive piece 10, a plurality of independent conductive structures are arranged on the conductive piece 10, the electrical connection of the electrode plates 40 to the conductive piece 10 through the electrical connection components 20 is referred to as being electrically connected to the corresponding conductive structures on the conductive piece 10, and the conductive structures corresponding to the electrode plates are mutually independent, can be connected to the same electrode, and can also be connected to different electrodes. The conductive piece 10 can simultaneously correspond to the plurality of electric connection components 20 and the plurality of electrode plates 40, so that the electric connection structure of the electrode plates 40 can be simplified, the arrangement of a plurality of wires is omitted, the thinning of the whole structure of the waist massager 100 is facilitated, and when the waist massager 100 is bent, the electric connection circuits of the plurality of electrode plates 40 are not easy to interfere with each other, and the electric connection stability is influenced.
According to an alternative embodiment of the utility model, the electrode pad 40 has an outer periphery surrounding the first surface, the outer periphery extending to the inside of the massage body 30, the first electrical connector 21 being connected to the outer periphery. That is, the connection of the first electric connector 21 and the electrode pad 40 is disposed at the edge position, and then the main body portion thereof and the conductive member 10 may be stacked inside the massage main body 30 such that the first electric connector 21 extends rearward from the connection thereof with the outer circumferential edge, which may be advantageous to simplify the structure of the first electric connector 21. The provision of the outer periphery may provide a stable electrical connection point for the first electrical connector 21, which may further contribute to the stability of the provision of the first electrical connector 21. In addition, since the outer peripheral edge of the electrode sheet 40 extends to the inside of the massage main body 30, the outer peripheral edge makes the fixation of the electrode sheet 40 to the massage main body 30 better.
Alternatively, the first electrical connector 21 is integrally formed with the outer periphery. That is, the lumbar massager 100 may also adopt a mode of directly integrating the electrode pad 40 and the first electrical connector 21, so that the step of connecting the first electrical connector 21 with the outer periphery can be omitted, and the electrical connection relationship between the electrode pad 40 and the first electrical connector 21 can be more stable.
According to another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the electrode sheet 40 has a second surface disposed toward the massage main body 30, the second surface is a conductive surface, the first surface is electrically connected with the second surface, and the first electrical connector 21 is attached to the second surface. That is to say, the first electrical connector 21 is disposed on the second surface in a fitting manner, so that the flexibility of the electrode sheet 40 and the flatness of the first surface can be ensured.
The connection mode may be various, for example, the first electrical connector 21 may be adhesively connected to the second surface of the electrode sheet 40, and the adhesive may be conductive adhesive; for another example, the first electrical connector 21 may be press-fit connected to the second surface of the electrode plate 40, which is simple and convenient, and also can ensure the connection reliability of the first electrical connector 21, and the flexibility of the electrode plate 40 is not affected, thereby ensuring the fitting effect of the electrode plate 40 and the massage part.
Specifically, the first electrical connector 21 is disposed between the second surface and the conductive member 10 in a bent manner. That is to say, massage main part 30 is worn to establish by first electric connector 21 with the mode of buckling to connect between second surface and electrically conductive piece 10, can play like this and make whole profile soft, hide the effect of first electric connector 21, and the first electric connector 21 that the setting of buckling can also effectively protect two tip of being connected of first electric connector 21, the first electric connector 21 that the setting of buckling has certain deformation allowance, avoid waist massage appearance 100 to pull the electric connection department when warping, can guarantee the electric connection stability between electrically conductive piece 10 and electrode piece 40.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the waist massager 100 further includes: a second electrical connection 22, the second electrical connection 22 electrically connecting the conductive member 10 and the first electrical connection 21. That is, by providing the second electrical connecting member 22, the first electrical connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 can be electrically connected, that is, the electrical connection strength between the first electrical connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 can be improved, because the lumbar massage apparatus 100 needs to be deformed during use, which can avoid the problem that the lumbar massage apparatus 100 is separated from the first electrical connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 during use.
As shown in connection with fig. 3-5, the first electrical connector 21 comprises: the electrode plate comprises a first connecting portion 211, a second connecting portion 212 and a third connecting portion 213, wherein the first connecting portion 211 is connected with the second electric connector 22, the second connecting portion 212 is arranged between the first connecting portion 211 and the third connecting portion 213, the second connecting portion 212 is bent relative to the first connecting portion 211 and the third connecting portion 213, and the end portion of the third connecting portion 213 is electrically connected with the electrode plate 40. The electrical connection between the conductive member 10 and the electrode pad 40 may be achieved by dividing the first electrical connector 21 into a first connection portion 211, a second connection portion 212, and a third connection portion 213, which are bent to each other, wherein the first connection portion 211 is electrically connected to the second electrical connector 22, and the third connection portion 213 is electrically connected to the electrode pad 40. Specifically, the second electrical connector 22 is disposed between the first connection portion 211 and the conductive member 10.
Thereby, the first electrical connector 21 can be electrically connected with the electrode sheet 40 after passing through the massage main body 30 through the second connection part 212. The first connecting portion 211 and the third connecting portion 213 may be substantially parallel to each other, and the second connecting portion 212 may be perpendicular to the first connecting portion 211 and the third connecting portion 213, respectively, so as to facilitate the first connecting portion 211 to attach the conductive member 10, and facilitate the third connecting portion 213 to attach the electrode sheet 40, thereby facilitating the first electrical connecting member 21 to hide the inside of the waist massager 100, thereby avoiding the surface of the waist massager 100 from being protruded due to the first electrical connecting member 21, and preventing the waist massager from being poorly attached to the human body. Wherein the projections of the first connecting portion 211 and the third connecting portion 213 on the conductive member 10 at least partially coincide, which may further facilitate hiding the first electrical connector 21.
As shown in fig. 6, the massage body 30 is provided with a first through hole 321, and the first electric connector 21 is inserted through the first through hole 321. The first through hole 321 is formed in the massage main body 30, so that the second connection portion 212 of the first electrical connector 21 can pass through the massage main body 30, that is, the first electrical connector 21 passes through the massage main body 30 to electrically connect the conductive member 10 and the electrode pad 40. In addition, the first electric connector 21 can be hidden, the structure of the waist massage instrument 100 is reasonably arranged, and the processing, manufacturing and installation are convenient.
The shape of the first through hole 321 and the cross-sectional shape of the second connection portion 212 may be the same, for example, both are rectangular, and the length of the first through hole 321 may be equal to the width of the second connection portion 212 or slightly greater than the width of the second connection portion 212, so that the reliability of the second connection portion 212 in the first through hole 321 may be ensured, and the second connection portion 212 may be prevented from being displaced.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, a first receiving groove 322 is disposed on one side of the massage body 30 facing the third connecting portion 213, the first receiving groove 322 is communicated with the first through hole 321, and the third connecting portion 213 is received in the first receiving groove 322. That is, the first receiving groove 322 is formed at one side of the first through hole 321 in the circumferential direction, and the first receiving groove 322 is communicated with the first through hole 321, so that the third connecting portion 213 can be received in the first receiving groove 322, and the irregular protrusion of the massage main body 30 toward one side of the human body can be avoided, thereby ensuring the safety and wearing comfort of the user. The first receiving groove 322 can also function as a limit, and can ensure the reliability of the third connecting portion 213, for example, the width of the third connecting portion 213 may be the same as the width of the first receiving groove 322, or slightly smaller than the width of the first receiving groove 322, and the thickness of the third connecting portion 213 may be the same as the depth of the first receiving groove 322, or slightly smaller than the depth of the first receiving groove 322.
According to an alternative embodiment of the utility model, the second electrical connector 22 is a fastening sleeve made of a flexible metal, which is inserted through the end of the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive member 10 to electrically connect the end of the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive member 10. That is, after the first electric connecting member 21 is brought into contact with the conductive member 10, the first electric connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 may be fixed together by the fastening sleeve, so that the electric connection between the first electric connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 may be achieved.
The second electrical connecting member 22 may be a ductile metallic member, so that the second electrical connecting member 22 may also perform an electrical connection function, that is, the first electrical connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 do not necessarily need to be in contact with each other to achieve the electrical connection, and the second electrical connecting member 22 may also perform an electrical connection function, so that the fault tolerance of the electrical connection between the first electrical connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 may be improved, that is, when the first electrical connecting member 21 and the conductive member 10 are separated from each other, the electrical connection may be assumed by the second electrical connecting member 22.
Furthermore, the gap between the fastening sleeve and the conductive member 10 is greater than the thickness of the first electrical connector 21. Thus, when the first electrical connector 21 is fixedly connected with the conductive member 10, the first electrical connector 21 can be conveniently inserted between the fastening sleeve and the conductive member 10. Therefore, the first electric connecting piece 21 can be conveniently positioned and installed, and the reliability of electric connection is ensured.
Specifically, the fastening sleeve may be a conductive rivet, and the conductive rivet rivets the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive member 10 together, so that the connection strength between the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive member 10 is high, and the conductive rivet is prevented from being separated during use to cause the electrical disconnection between the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive member 10.
According to another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the second electrical connector 22 may be configured as a conductive protrusion protruding from the conductive member 10, the end of the first electrical connector 21 is provided with a positioning hole 214, and the conductive protrusion is disposed through the positioning hole 214 to achieve electrical connection between the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22. During assembly, the first connection portion 211 of the first electrical connector 21 is provided with a positioning hole 214, and the positioning hole 214 is in positioning fit with the conductive protrusion, so that the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive protrusion can be connected, and further, the first electrical connector and the conductive protrusion can be electrically connected. Furthermore, the conductive bump may be electrically connected to the conductive member 10, so that the first electrical connector 21 may be electrically connected to the conductive member 10. Moreover, the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive member 10 are electrically connected by the positioning fit between the conductive protrusion and the positioning hole 214, so that the electrical connection between the two is stable.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the massage main body 30 is provided with a second receiving groove 324 opened toward the second electrical connector 22, and the second electrical connector 22 is received in the second receiving groove 324. Since the second electrical connector 22 protrudes from the conductive member 10 and is then accommodated in the second electrical connector 22 through the second accommodating groove 324, the second electrical connector 22 can be effectively hidden, and the problem that the protrusion of the second electrical connector 22 affects the electrode sheet 40 to cause poor fitting with the waist of a user can be avoided.
According to a further alternative embodiment of the utility model, the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 may be both magnetic metal pieces that can be magnetically attracted and have opposite magnetic properties to magnetically attract and electrically connect. In this way, when the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 are connected, only the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 need to be abutted together, and the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 can be mutually and magnetically attracted together through own magnetism, so that the electrical connection between the first electrical connector 21 and the conductive member 10 can be realized, and the connection between the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 can be facilitated. Moreover, the electrical connection between the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 is a detachable connection, which also facilitates the detachment of the conductive member 10.
The second electrical connecting member 22 is disposed on a surface of the conductive member 10 facing a human body, and the second electrical connecting member 22 is bent towards the human body, and the electrical connecting assembly 20 further includes: a third electrical connector connected between the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22. That is, the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 can be electrically connected by providing the third electrical connector. Wherein the first electrical connector 21 is electrically connected to the electrode pad 40, and the second electrical connector 22 is electrically connected to the conductive member 10, so that the electrical connection between the conductive member 10 and the electrode pad 40 can be achieved.
Specifically, the third electrical connector may be a fastening sleeve made of flexible metal, the first electrical connector 21 is configured to be integrally formed on the outer periphery of the electrode sheet 40, and the fastening sleeve penetrates through the end portion of the first electrical connector 21 and the end portion of the second electrical connector 22 and is bent to form a flanging structure. That is, the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 are electrically connected together by the fastening sleeve, so that the electrical connection between the first electrical connector 21 and the second electrical connector 22 can be achieved. Also, the fastening sleeve may be more stable when connecting the end of the first electrical connector 21 and the end of the second electrical connector 22.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the massage main body 30 includes: inner surface layer 32 and outer surface layer 31, electrode slice 40 sets up in the one side that inner surface layer 32 deviates from outer surface layer 31, and electrically conductive piece 10 sets up between inner surface layer 32 and outer surface layer 31, and first electric connector 21 extends to between inner surface layer 32 and the outer surface layer 31 from electrode slice 40. That is, a hollow space is formed between the inner skin 32 and the outer skin 31, and the conductive member 10 is disposed in the hollow space, so that the conductive member 10 can be protected by the inner skin 32 and the outer skin 31. Moreover, the inner surface layer 32 may also separate the electrode sheet 40 from the conductive member 10, thereby preventing a short circuit caused by direct contact between the electrode sheet 40 and the conductive member 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the waist massager 100 further comprises: and the filling layer 33, wherein the filling layer 33 is arranged between the inner surface layer 32 and the outer surface layer 31, and the filling layer 33 is positioned on the side of the conductive member 10 facing the human body. The filling layer 33 can protect the internal structure of the waist massager 100, prevent the internal structure of the waist massager 100 from being damaged when being stressed, and prevent the waist massager 100 from being bulged.
