Fig. 3 is a sectional view of the electrode taps 10 of fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a sectional view of the electrode taps of fig. 3 exploded into an electrode assembly and an electrode mount, and as is apparent from the sectional views of fig. 3 and 4, the electrode assembly 200 is formed in the shape of an oval sheet by a multi-layered structure, specifically shown in this embodiment as a base layer 204, a conductive layer 206 bonded to a surface of the base layer 204 facing away from the electrode mount 100, and a gel sheet 205 covering opposite side surfaces of the conductive layer 206 and the base layer 204, for contact with a portion of a human body to be massaged. The surface of the electrode mount 100 is provided in an arc shape in order to match the shape of the neck surface. For convenience of description, a laminate structure formed by the base layer 204, the conductive layer 206 and the gel sheet 205 is referred to as a gel electrode sheet for being detachably received on the electrode mount 100, and the electrode assembly 200 further includes a connector coupled to the gel electrode sheet 205, one end of the connector being connected to the gel electrode sheet 205 and the other end being detachably mounted to the electrode mount 100, thereby achieving detachable connection of the electrode assembly 200 to the electrode mount 100.
It should be noted that since the gel electrode sheet 205 of the electrode assembly 200 is detachably received on the electrode mount 100, that is, the gel electrode sheet 205 is received on the electrode mount 100 when the connector is mounted to the electrode mount 100. When the connector is separated from the electrode mount 100, the gel electrode sheet 205 is separated from the electrode mount 100.
Further, the connector may include a first male buckle 201, a second male buckle 202, and a third male buckle 203, the first male buckle 201, the second male buckle 202, and the third male buckle 203 may be detachably connected to the electrode mount 100 through a first female buckle 101, a second female buckle 102, and a third female buckle 103, which are correspondingly disposed on a surface of the electrode mount 100, the surface being engaged with the electrode assembly, respectively, the first male buckle 201 is disposed in a middle portion of the gel electrode sheet, the second male buckle 202 and the third male buckle 203 are symmetrically disposed with the first male buckle 201 and are disposed on a straight line, in this embodiment, in a case where the gel electrode sheet is oval, the gel electrode sheet is disposed on a major axis of the oval, and 3 male buckles are disposed at intervals in a length direction of the electrode assembly, so that the connection between the electrode assembly and the electrode mount is firmer, and the electrode assembly is prevented from tilting.

According to the first embodiment of the neck massager illustrated in fig. 2 to 6 of the present invention, the gel sheet 205, the conductive layer 206 and the base layer 204 are combined into a gel electrode sheet, so that when the gel sheet 205 needs to be disassembled and replaced, the whole gel electrode sheet can be disassembled and replaced, thereby avoiding the problems of difficulty in operation, difficulty in accurate positioning, flattening and the like when the individual gel sheet is adhered on the conductive layer.
In addition, the gel sheet and the conductive layer are combined to form a sheet structure, and the conductive layer can be attached to the surface of the gel sheet to realize electric conduction. That is, the conductive manner of the gel sheet of this embodiment is a surface contact conductive manner, and is different from the manner in which the conductive manner of the point contact type in the related art can only conduct electricity to the gel sheet at the contact point and the other places of the gel sheet are still non-conductive, and by adopting the sheet structure of this embodiment, the conductive area of the gel sheet can be effectively increased, and the conditions that the single-point conduction leads to the uneven conductive effect of the gel sheet, such as poor conductive effect, are avoided.
However, the present invention is not limited to the specific structure in the above embodiment, and the following modifications may be made, and the following modifications are within the scope of the present invention.
The sheet structure of the gel electrode sheet according to the first embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the sheet structure formed by bonding the conductive layer 206, the base layer 204, and the gel sheet 205 in this first embodiment. As one of the embodiments, the gel electrode sheet may be formed by only combining the conductive layer 206 and the gel sheet 205, in which case the conductive layer 206 may be non-flexible, for example, formed of a metal sheet, and formed in a shape fitting the mounting surface of the electrode mount, and the conductive layer 206 may also be flexible, for example, formed of a wire mesh or a metal foil.
As one of the embodiments, the gel electrode sheet may further include a heating layer, i.e., the gel electrode sheet is formed of a conductive layer 206, a base layer 204, a heating layer (see, in particular, heating layer 307 in fig. 7 and 8 and heating layer 407 in fig. 10, and will be described in detail below) disposed on the opposite side of the base layer 204 from the conductive layer 206, and a gel sheet 205, which are combined to form a sheet structure. In this modification, the electrode assembly composed of the gel electrode pad and the male button can provide not only EMS current but also hot compress. Also, the conductive layer 206 and the heating layer in this variation may be partially disposed on the base layer 204, not necessarily over the entire base layer surface.
According to the utility model discloses a male thread, box in above-mentioned first embodiment can be realized with any suitable detachable connection spare, for example only be used for dismantling fixed magic subsides, can realize dismantling fixed metal shackle, the metal clip that realizes electrically conductive connection simultaneously and use the metal thread gluing that electrically conductive glue bonded etc.. Theoretically, the position of the male and female fasteners in the first embodiment can be changed without affecting the detachable connection function, that is, the male fastener can be disposed on the electrode mount 100, the female fastener is disposed on the electrode assembly, and the male fastener is preferably disposed on the electrode mount 100, so that the electrode mount can be ensured to have a flat surface and no concave-convex feeling when the gel electrode is not mounted. The male and female buttons may be made of a conductive material and a non-conductive material, preferably a conductive material, for example, a metal material, and the female button may be connected with an electrical connection line from the bracket main body, and the male button is connected as an electrical conductor with the conductive layer or the heating layer of the electrode assembly, so that the male and female buttons can be mechanically fixed and electrically connected.
Considering that the gel sheet has a reduced moisture content and is easily broken or soiled after multiple uses, the gel electrode sheet should be detachable and replaceable. Meanwhile, the gel sheet is mainly used for providing pulse current stimulation massage, and when the gel electrode sheet is designed to be detachable and replaceable, the design of a conductive circuit of the gel electrode sheet is challenged. Therefore, the utility model discloses first embodiment is through setting up the pin thread on gel electrode piece, and corresponds on the electrode mount pad and set up the box, utilizes pin thread, box to adopt the mode that metal material made respectively, when its two is connected, not only can play good mechanical fastening, still can realize simultaneously that the connecing of gel piece switches on.
By adopting the design, the circuit design is simple, a complex conductive circuit is not required to be arranged at the end of the gel electrode sheet, the conductive connection is stable and reliable, and the problem of conductive reliability after the gel sheet is manufactured to be detachable and replaced is solved.
According to the utility model discloses a number of pin thread and box in above-mentioned first embodiment is not necessarily shown 3 in the first embodiment, can be at least 1, when being one, pin thread and box correspond the surface central part that sets up at the middle part of the slice shape of electrode subassembly 200 and electrode mount pad 100 respectively, through setting up at central part, the installation fixed point (pin thread or box) equals to the distance at two points that gel electrode subassembly is relative, difficult perk takes off, avoid appearing pin thread and box and do not set up when the center, keep away from the condition that pin thread or box one side perk took off easily.
According to the utility model discloses an arrangement mode of 3 equidistant straight line forms of symmetry of 3 pin thread and 3 box in above-mentioned first embodiment also can set up to be the arrangement mode that the triangle-shaped was arranged, and this arrangement mode still can provide the fixed better stability of electrode subassembly when taking into account two vertical direction's stability, still can compromise the electricity simultaneously and connect.
According to the utility model discloses an in the above-mentioned first embodiment, the symmetry setting of 3 pin thread and 3 box is under the condition that pin thread or box that the symmetry set up realized the same function, can not divide the direction ground direct mount, plays and prevents slow-witted effect. However, if different male buckles or different female buckles in 3 male buckles or 3 female buckles realize different functions, 3 male buckles or corresponding 3 female buckles may also adopt asymmetric arrangement.

It can also be described that the heating component of the heating layer corresponding to the position of the male buckle 301 is removed, a clearance hole 309 penetrating the base layer 304 and the conductive layer 306 of the gel electrode sheet is provided at the position of the male buckle 301, and the first male buckle 301 is electrically connected to the conductive layer 306 by a metal rivet 308 penetrating the first male buckle 301 from the side of the conductive layer 306 facing the gel sheet via the clearance hole 309 while fixing the first male buckle 301 on the layer structure formed by the base layer 304, the conductive layer 306 and the heating layer 307.
Referring to fig. 7 and a of fig. 8 together, it can be seen that the second pin 302 and the third pin 303 are symmetrically disposed and are directly connected to the heating assembly of the heating layer 307 by bonding or welding. It can be seen that the first pin 301 and the second pin 302 or the third pin 303 are not electrically connected to each other but insulated from each other, but the first pin 301 may be electrically connected to the conductive layer 306 and the second pin 302 and the third pin 303 may be electrically connected to the heating layer 307. In this way, in the case where the first female button corresponding to the first male button 301 is electrically connected to the EMS circuit, and the second female button and the third female button corresponding to the second male button 302 and the third male button 303 are electrically connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the heating circuit, it is possible to simultaneously achieve the EMS stimulation massage and hot compress functions of the electrode taps, and to detachably and fixedly connect the electrode assembly 300 to the electrode holders.
The first male snap 301 shown in fig. 7 and 8 can also be electrically connected and fixed to the conductive layer 306 by bonding or welding, and it should be noted that, at this time, not only the portion of the heating layer 307 corresponding to the first male snap 301 needs to be avoided or removed, but also the portion of the base layer 304 corresponding to the first male snap 301 needs to be removed, and then the male snaps 301 are bonded or welded to the conductive layer 306.
The second pin 302 and the third pin 303 shown in fig. 7 and 8 may also be electrically connected and fixed to the heating layer 307 by using a rivet 308, and it is noted that, at this time, it is necessary to remove portions of the conductive layer 306 corresponding to the second pin 302 and the third pin 303 while providing clearance holes 309 penetrating through the base layer 304 and the heating layer 307 at positions corresponding to the second pin 302 and the third pin 303, and then the rivet 308 for the second pin 302 and the third pin 303, respectively, is penetrated into the rivet holes of the second pin 302 and the third pin 303 from the conductive layer 306 side via the clearance holes 309 for the second pin 302 and the third pin 303, respectively, and the second pin 302 and the third pin 303 are fixed to the layer structure formed by the base layer 304, the conductive layer 306, and the heating layer 307 by riveting of the rivet 308.
The first pin 301 shown in fig. 7 and 8 may also be configured to be electrically connected to the heating layer, the second pin 302 and the third pin 303 may be configured to be electrically connected to the conductive layer, and the corresponding first box may be configured to be electrically connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the heating circuit, and the corresponding second box and third box may be configured to be electrically connected to the EMS circuit, which may also perform the EMS stimulation massage and hot compress functions of the electrode tip, and detachably and fixedly couple the electrode assembly 300 to the electrode holder.
Fig. 10 is a sectional view of a gel sheet-removed electrode assembly 400 of electrode taps, in which gel sheets (such as the gel sheets 205 shown in fig. 3 and 4) are removed, according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In comparison with the second embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, the third gel electrode sheet further includes an additional insulating layer 412, i.e., the gel electrode sheet is composed of a base layer 404, a conductive layer 406, a heating layer 407, the additional insulating layer 412, and a gel sheet (such as the gel sheet 205 shown in fig. 3 and 4). The electrode assembly 400 includes a first male button 401, a second male button 402, and a third male button 403, each of which is made of metal, a first rivet 408, a second rivet 410, and a third rivet 411, which are respectively fitted to the first male button 401, the second male button 402, and the third male button 403, and the above-described gel electrode sheet. It can be seen that the first pin 401, the second pin 402, and the third pin 403 in this embodiment are all conductively connected and fixed to the conductive layer 406 or the heating layer 407 by using rivets. Note that, at this time, similarly to the first pin 401, in the positions corresponding to the second pin 402 and the third pin 403, it is also necessary to provide a clearance hole 409 penetrating through the additional insulating layer 412 and the heating layer 407, and then to insert the second rivet 410 and the third rivet 411 respectively for the second pin 402 and the third pin 403 into the riveting holes of the second pin 402 and the third pin 403 from the base 404 side via the clearance hole 409 respectively for the second pin 402 and the third pin 403, and to rivet and fix the second pin 402 and the third pin 403 to the layer structure formed by the additional insulating layer 412, the base 404, the conductive layer 406, and the heating layer 407 through the second rivet 410 and the third rivet 411, with the heating layer 407 and the additional insulating layer 412 sandwiched between the second pin 402 and the third pin 403 and the second rivet 410 and the third rivet 411.
Since the additional insulating layer 412 is added to the third embodiment shown in fig. 10, unlike the first pin 301 shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first pin 401 shown in fig. 10 and the first rivet 408 do not need to remove a portion of the heating layer 407 corresponding to the position of the first pin 401 when they are riveted on the gel electrode sheet, but only need to provide a clearance hole 409 that passes through the additional insulating layer 412, the heating layer 407, the base layer 404, and the conductive layer 406. Since first rivet 408 is electrically connected to conductive layer 406 while extending through heating layer 407, in order to ensure that first rivet 408 does not electrically connect to heating layer 407, it is also preferable to provide insulation relief 413 at the position where first rivet 408 of heating layer 407 passes, that is, to make the radius of the removed portion of heating layer 407 larger than the radius of clearance hole 409.
The additional insulating layer 412 in the third embodiment shown in fig. 10 may not cover the entire heating layer 407 as shown, but may be provided only partially at the second pin 402 and the third pin 403 to electrically insulate the first pin 401, the second pin 402, and the third pin 403 from each other. The second rivet 410 and the third rivet 411 in the embodiment shown in fig. 10 are arranged electrically in connection with the heating layer 407, alternatively, the second pin 402 and the third pin 403 may also be arranged electrically in connection with the heating layer 407, with an additional insulating layer 412 being arranged locally between the second rivet 410 and the third rivet 411 and the heating layer 407. The additional insulation 412 may be, for example, a albumen.
The base layers in the first to third embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 8 and 10 are all formed by plastic films, such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic films, silver paste is coated or printed or sprayed on the PVC or PET plastic films, the gel sheets are adhered on the conductive layers, the heating layers are printed on the bottom surface of the base layers, the three layers are adhered, the structure is simple, the heating layers are directly printed on the base layers, and the heat transfer efficiency is high. If set up the zone of heating in the electrode mount pad, there is heat loss in the zone of heating to the indirect heating of gel electrode subassembly, even set up the zone of heating on the electrode mount pad surface, also there is heat loss because of laminating insecure. The heating layer comprises a heating component, such as a resistance wire.
The orthographic shape of the electrode assembly in the first to third embodiments shown in fig. 2 to 8 and 10 may be any non-circular shape, preferably an elliptical shape. Therefore, when the number of the male buttons and the number of the female buttons are one, the gel electrode assembly can be stably installed through the male buttons and the female buttons arranged at the central parts, and the gel electrode assembly can be prevented from rotating on the electrode installation seat by taking the male buttons and the female buttons as the rotation centers.
The electrode assembly, the electrode tip and the neck massager disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail, and the principle and the embodiment of the present invention are explained by using the specific examples, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understand the electrode assembly, the electrode tip and the neck massager and the core idea thereof; meanwhile, for the general technical personnel in the field, according to the idea of the present invention, there are changes in the specific implementation and application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be understood as the limitation of the present invention.
