1. A seat back assembly with adjustable seat depth, comprising:
a back bracket configured to support a body of the back support;
a back support configured to support a human lumbar back; the back support comprises an upper back component and a lower back component which are separated up and down, the upper back component is arranged on the back support, and the upper part of the lower back component is rotatably connected on the back support;
and the supporting and adjusting assembly is arranged between the back support and the lower back assembly and is connected to the lower part of the back support, and the supporting and adjusting assembly is configured in such a way that after the lower back assembly deflects forwards or backwards, the supporting and adjusting assembly supports the lower back assembly to stay at a corresponding position.
