The specific embodiment of the invention is as follows:
most of chairs for adjusting lumbar support in the market rely on the addition of a separate lumbar support part on the chair back to carry out lumbar support and adjustment, but the chairs have the problems of abrupt appearance, poor comfort due to the fact that the chair only supports one part of the waist, short adjustment stroke of the lumbar support part and the like; it is the intention of this invention to achieve an aesthetically pleasing, comfortable seat with long travel lumbar support adjustment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a long-stroke lumbar support mechanism, which comprises a back bracket 1, a back support 2 and a support adjustment assembly 101.
The back support 1 is configured to support the main body of the back support 2, the back support 2 is arranged at the front side of the back support 1, and is configured to support the waist and back of a human body, and a back cushion can be wrapped or a mesh cloth can be laid at the front side of the back support 2; the upper part of the back support 1 is connected with the upper end of the back support 2, the lower end of the back support 2 moves relative to the back support 1 in an opening and closing way, and when the lower end of the back support 2 opens forwards, a larger included angle is formed between the whole back support 2 and the back support 1; when the lower end of the back support piece 2 is drawn back, a smaller included angle is formed between the whole back support piece 2 and the back bracket 1; the support adjusting assembly 101 is disposed between the back support 1 and the back support 2 and the support adjusting assembly 101 is connected to a lower portion of the back support 1 and configured to support the back support 2 to stay at a corresponding position.
The upper part of the back bracket 1 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the back support 2, and the connection can be realized through a ball head or a rotating shaft, which is simpler and not described in detail herein; it can also be connected by a plug-in rotation mechanism 16, for example as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, the inserting rotation mechanism 16 is disposed between the back support 1 and the back support 2, the inserting rotation mechanism 16 includes a receiving portion 3 and an inserting portion 4, the receiving portion 3 and the inserting portion 4 are matched with each other in a clamping manner after being inserted, and the receiving portion 3 and the inserting portion 4 are matched with each other in a rotation manner through a concave-convex arc surface, so as to realize the relative rotation of the back support 1 and the back support 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the inserting part 4 comprises an inserting column, a hook 5 is arranged at the head of the inserting column, and an inserting hole 6 is arranged on the inserting part 4; when the back support 1 is assembled with the back support 2, the plug post is inserted into the plug hole 6, so that the hook 5 is in clamping fit with the plug part 4, specifically:
as shown in fig. 4-8, the two insertion parts 4 are arranged at the upper end of the back bracket 1 at intervals towards the front left and right, the insertion parts 4 and the back bracket 1 are integrally formed, and each insertion part 4 comprises a post base 7 extending forwards from the back bracket 1 and an insertion post arranged on the post base 7; the inserted column is an elastic buckle 8, the elastic buckle 8 comprises a hook-free elastic sheet 9 and a buckle with a hook 10, the hook-free elastic sheet 9 and the buckle with the hook 10 are arranged on the column base 7 at an interval from top to bottom, the hook-free elastic sheet 9 is positioned above the buckle with the hook 10, and the hook 5 is a trapezoidal boss formed by downward extending the head of the buckle with the hook 10; the bearing part 3 is arranged at the upper end of the back support part 2 towards the rear corresponding to the plug-in part 4, the bearing part 3 is formed by extending the back support part 2 and is integrally formed with the back support part 2, a hook platform 11 is arranged in a jack 6 which is arranged on the bearing part 3 towards the elastic buckle 8, and the height of the hook platform 11 is higher than that of the hook 5; when the inserting part 4 is in clamping fit with the bearing part 3, the elastic buckle 8 is inserted into the jack 6, and the hook platform 11 blocks the jack, so that the height of an inlet end 12 of the jack 6 is smaller than the thickness from the upper surface of the unhooked elastic sheet 9 to the lowest end of the hook 5, and the buckle with the hook 10 and the unhooked elastic sheet 9 have elasticity, so that the buckle with the hook 10 and the unhooked elastic sheet 9 are extruded by the hook platform 11 to be mutually close and bent; the elastic buckle 8 continues to go deep into the jack 6 until the hook 5 leaves the hook platform 11, the hook-free elastic sheet 9 and the buckle with the hook 10 are deformed due to elastic recovery, and the hook 5 hooks the hook platform 11.
And the hook platform 11 is positioned on the lower surface of the inlet end 12 of the insertion hole 6, the length of the insertion hole 6 behind the hook platform 11 is longer than the front-back length of the hook 5, and the length of the insertion hole 6 is longer than the length of the elastic buckle 8, so that the hook 5 is prevented from protruding out to the surface of the back support member 2.
The rotation fit of the bearing part 3 and the inserting part 4 is as follows:
a first cambered surface 13 is formed on the surface of the column base 7 facing the bearing part 3, and the first cambered surface 13 is a smooth arc curved surface which is inwards concave from the upper end and the lower end to the middle; the bearing part 3 towards the face of column base 7 form the second cambered surface 14, the second cambered surface 14 is the smooth circular arc curved surface that is evaginated to the centre from upper and lower both ends, and the jack 6 is seted up on the second cambered surface 14, and after grafting portion 4 and the joint cooperation of bearing part 3, first cambered surface 13 leaned on and normal running fit with second cambered surface 14.
The bearing part 3 and the inserting part 4 which are integrally formed on the back support piece 2 and the back support 1 are connected, so that parts for connection are omitted, the part cost is saved, the assembly is quick and simple, the workload of workers is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
The back support member 2 can rotate relative to the back support frame 1, and then the support adjusting assembly 101 supports and keeps the back support member 2 at a corresponding position after rotating, so that the adjustment of the lumbar support can be realized; two ends of the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 are respectively connected with the back support 1 and the back support 2 in a rotating manner, and the inclination angle of the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 relative to the horizontal plane changes along with the opening and closing movement of the back support 2.
Since the electric push rod, the air rod and the hydraulic cylinder are all common, the case that the supporting and adjusting component is the electric push rod, the air rod or the hydraulic rod is not illustrated in detail in the embodiment; in order to make the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 have a strong supporting force without on-off control, the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 is designed as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 and 9-23, the support adjustment assembly 101 includes a first support seat 102 rotatably connected to the back support 2 and a second support seat 103 rotatably connected to the back support 1, wherein the first support seat 102 and the second support seat 103 move relatively when the back support 2 moves in an opening and closing manner; the first supporting seat 102 is a hollow sleeve, the first supporting seat 102 is sleeved on the second supporting seat 103, and the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 extends and retracts when the back supporting piece 2 moves in an opening and closing manner; a clamping mechanism is arranged between the first supporting seat 102 and the second supporting seat 103, the clamping mechanism is configured to keep the positions of the first supporting seat 102 and the second supporting seat 103 after relative movement when the back supporting member 2 is opened forwards, the clamping mechanism comprises a rack 104, a clamping tongue 105 and a spring, a plurality of clamping grooves 106 are distributed on the rack 104 along the length direction, and the clamping tongue 105 rotates around a pivot 107 and keeps the trend of clamping with the clamping grooves 106 under the action of the spring; the spring is a torsion spring 108; the clamping mechanism mainly plays a role in enabling the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 to have the self-locking capability of supporting the back support 2 when the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 leans against the back support 2 backwards at the waist and back, but the clamping mechanism does not have the self-locking capability of enabling the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 to be self-locked when the back support 2 is unfolded.
The rack 104 is installed in the first support seat 102 and comprises a latch section 109, a plurality of latches 110 are distributed on the latch section 109 along the length direction, a slot 106 is formed between every two latches 110, the latches 110 are right-angled trapezoidal, each latch 110 comprises a sliding surface 112 and a self-locking surface 111 perpendicular to the relative movement direction of the first support seat and the second support seat, the sliding surface 112 on the same latch 110 is inclined relative to the self-locking surface 111, an included angle between the two is an acute angle, and the sliding surface 112 is closer to the back support member 2 relative to the self-locking surface 111; the latch 105 is in a triangular prism shape and comprises a tip 129, the tip 129 of the latch 105 is clamped into the slot 106 and is in clamping fit with the slot 106, when the waist and back lean against the back support 2 backwards, the support adjusting assembly 101 has a contraction trend, that is, the first support seat 102 has a backward movement trend relative to the second support seat 103, at this time, the self-locking surface 111 abuts against the tip 129 of the latch 105, and the latch 105 prevents the first support seat 103 from moving backwards, that is, self-locking of the support adjusting assembly 101 during contraction is completed; when the back support member 2 is pulled to open by one stage, the support adjusting assembly 101 extends by one stage, that is, the first support seat 102 moves forward by one stage relative to the second support seat 103, and in the process, the sliding surface 112 slides relative to the latch 105 until the latch 105 is latched into the next latch groove 106; each stage of the back support 2 opening corresponds to one of the slots 106.
The clamping mechanism further comprises a tongue seat 113 and a limiting piece, the clamping tongue 105 is connected to the tongue seat 113, the tongue seat 113 is sleeved on the pivot 107, the tongue seat 113, the clamping tongue 105 and the torsion spring 108 are arranged on the second support seat 103, the torsion spring 108 is sleeved on the pivot 107, the first torsion arm 123 of the torsion spring 108 and the second support seat 103 are kept relatively fixed, and the second torsion arm 124 of the torsion spring 108 acts on the tongue seat 113, so that the tongue seat 113 can be restored to an initial position after rotating around the pivot 107; the tongue base 113 is also provided with a locking tongue 114 matched with the limiting piece, the locking tongue 114, the tongue base 113 and the clamping tongue 105 are integrally formed, and an included angle of 130 degrees is formed between the locking tongue 114 and the clamping tongue 105; the limiting member is a plate-shaped elastic sheet 115 fixed on the second supporting body, the elastic sheet 115 and the locking tongue 114 are always staggered, and one end of the elastic sheet 115 is suspended to form a limiting portion 116 matched with the locking tongue 114.
Along the length direction, the rack 104 is respectively provided with a clamping tongue jacking and holding section 117 and a rotary boss 118 at two ends of the clamping tooth section 109; along the thickness direction of the rack 104, the heights of the clamping tongue jacking and holding section 117 and the rotary boss 118 are both greater than the height of the clamping tooth section 109, and the height of the rotary boss 118 is greater than the height of the clamping tongue jacking and holding section 117; the latch jacking and holding section 117 comprises a jacking surface 119 parallel to the sliding surface 112, and a final clamping groove 120 is formed between the jacking surface 119 and the last clamping tooth of the clamping tooth section 109; the rotary boss 118 comprises a rotary surface 121 parallel to the self-locking surface 111, and a primary clamping groove 122 is formed between the rotary surface 121 and the first clamping tooth of the clamping tooth section 109; when the latch tongue 105 is located on the latch section 109, the latch tongue 105 is in clamping fit with the corresponding position of the latch groove 106, and the limiting part 116 of the elastic sheet 115 does not limit the locking tongue 114; when the tip 129 of the latch tongue 105 relatively moves backwards from the last-stage card slot 120, the tip 129 abuts against the jacking surface 119 of the latch tongue jacking and holding section 117 to enable the latch tongue 105 to rotate towards the direction away from the card slot 106, the locking tongue 114 rotates along with the latch tongue 105, passes over the limiting part 116 of the elastic sheet 115 and abuts against the limiting part 116 to be locked, and the latch tongue 105 is enabled to keep the unlocking state of being disengaged from the card slot 106; at this time, the tip 129 of the latch 105 crosses over the latch section 109 when the support adjusting assembly 101 contracts, the tip 129 of the latch 105 touches the revolution surface 121 of the revolution boss 118, the latch 105 is urged to rotate reversely to be latched with the primary latch groove 122, and the locking latch 114 also rotates reversely to pass through the elastic piece 115 and disengage from the limiting part 116 of the elastic piece 115.
As shown in fig. 2, from back to front, the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 is inclined upward between the back support 1 and the back support member 2, and when the lower end of the back support member 2 moves forward, the included angle between the whole supporting and adjusting assembly 101 and the horizontal plane becomes smaller, so that the effective supporting force of the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 to the back support member 2 is larger, and the structure is more stable.
The supporting and adjusting mechanism is close to a human body, and is convenient to adjust, and the waist and back supporting and adjusting can be carried out only by pulling the back supporting piece 2 because the supporting and adjusting mechanism has the self-locking capability in the contraction direction and does not have self-locking in the extension direction.
The back support 2 comprises an upper back component 125 and a lower back component 126 which are both in a frame type structure, the support adjusting component 101 can be connected to the lower back component 126 and connected with the upper back component and the lower back component by spring steel sheets, so that when the waist and the back lean against the lower back component 126, the lower back component 126 can be attached to the waist and the back in different postures, and the comfort of the seat is improved; however, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one end of the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 is connected to the lower portion of the back support 1, the other end of the supporting and adjusting assembly 101 is connected to the lower back assembly 126, the upper back assembly 125 and the lower back assembly 126 are connected and fixed by a steel plate, and the supporting and adjusting mechanism is inclined to the front to support the back support assembly, and its included angle with the horizontal plane is smaller and the supporting force is stronger when it is connected to the upper back assembly 125.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the back support 1 is a column support, a space is always left between the lower end of the back support 2 and the back support 1, the width of the back support 2 is greater than that of the back support 1, and the support adjusting assembly 101 is arranged at the middle position along the width direction of the back support 2, so that the appearance is beautiful and unobtrusive, and the user can lean more comfortably; the distance between the connection part of the back support 1 and the back support 2 and the lower end of the back support 2 is 50-60cm, so that the lower end of the back support 2 has a larger stroke during the opening and closing movement.
As shown in fig. 24 and 25, a chair comprises a seat 127 and the long-stroke lumbar support mechanism, wherein the lower end of a back bracket 1 is connected to the chair through a chassis 128; when the lower end of the back support piece 2 moves in an opening and closing way, the lower end of the back support piece 2 has a longer stroke in the seat depth direction so as to be attached to the waist and back of a human body in different seat depths.

Claims (22)

1. A long stroke lumbar support mechanism characterized by comprising:
a back bracket configured to support a body of the back support;
the back support is arranged on the front side of the back bracket and is configured to support the waist and the back of a human body; the upper part of the back support is connected with the upper end of the back support, the lower end of the back support moves relative to the back support in an opening and closing manner, and when the lower end of the back support is opened forwards, a large included angle is formed between the whole back support and the back support; when the lower end of the back support piece is closed backwards, a smaller included angle is formed between the whole back support piece and the back support;
and the supporting and adjusting assembly is arranged between the back support and is connected to the lower part of the back support and is configured to support and stop the back support at a corresponding position.
2. The long travel lumbar support mechanism of claim 1, wherein: the upper part of the back bracket is rotationally connected with the upper end of the back support piece through a ball head or a rotating shaft.

The long travel lumbar support mechanism of claim 1, wherein: back support upper portion is connected through grafting slewing mechanism with back of the body support piece upper end, and grafting slewing mechanism includes accepting portion and grafting portion, and accepting portion and grafting portion are to inserting back joint cooperation, and both are through unsmooth cambered surface normal running fit.
