Further, as shown in fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, a transmission shaft hole 124 is provided on the tray 120, a transmission shaft matching hole 131 is provided at the lower end of the support base 130, the transmission shaft matching hole 131 is used for matching with a transmission shaft 310 provided at the bottom of the pot body 320, the transmission shaft 310 passes through the transmission shaft hole 124 on the tray 120 from below the tray 120 and then extends into the transmission shaft matching hole 131, and the cross section of the transmission shaft matching hole 131 is a non-circular surface, so that the transmission shaft 310 can be relatively fixed in the rotation direction to receive the rotation driving force of the transmission shaft 310. So that the grill assembly 10 can rotate under the driving of the transmission shaft 310, and the baking and the rotation can be realized at the same time, thereby ensuring the baking effect.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, 7, 8 and 9, as an example, the lower end of the lower connecting portion 132 is provided with a threaded hole 137, the tray 120 is provided with a tray fixing hole 125, and the screw is used in cooperation with a connecting member such as a screw, and the screw passes through the tray fixing hole 125 and the threaded hole 137 on the lower connecting portion 132 in sequence from the lower side of the tray 120, and is locked on the lower connecting portion 132, so as to realize the connection between the lower connecting portion 132 and the tray 120; of course, a snap may be provided at the lower end of the supporting base 130 to match with the snap hole provided on the tray 120. The screw hole 137 of the lower connection portion 132 may be formed to be spaced apart from the transmission shaft fitting hole 131 by a predetermined distance and be formed at a radially outer side of the transmission shaft fitting hole 131, avoiding the transmission shaft fitting hole 131. As an example, the screw hole 137 and the tray fixing hole 125 are provided in two, respectively, at both sides of the transmission shaft fitting hole 131.
Regarding the structure of the supporting seat 130, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10, the supporting seat 130 further includes a central column fixing portion 133, the central column fixing portion 133 is provided with a central column coupling hole 136, and the middle portion of the supporting plate 110 is provided with a through hole 115. The grill assembly 10 further includes: a center post 140 detachably connected to the center post fixing portion 133, the center post 140 including a center post main body 141 and a center post connecting portion 142 at a first end of the center post main body 141; the center post connecting portion 142 passes through the passing hole 115 in the middle of the support plate 110 to be connected to the center post fixing portion 133, the diameter of the center post connecting portion 142 is smaller than that of the passing hole 115, and the diameter of the center post main body 141 is larger than that of the passing hole 115, and in the case where the center post connecting portion 142 is combined with the center post combining hole 136, the lower end edge of the center post main body 141 abuts on the upper surface of the support plate 110, pressing the outer circumference passing through the hole 115, so that the center post main body 141 and the center post fixing portion 133 clamp the support plate 110.
In these embodiments, the supporting seat 130 further includes a central pillar fixing portion 133, the middle portion of the supporting plate 110 is provided with a through hole 115, the grill assembly 10 further includes a central pillar 140 detachably connected to the central pillar fixing portion 133, and a user can take and place the grill assembly 10 through the central pillar 140, which is convenient for the user to operate; the central column 140 and the central column fixing portion 133 sandwich the support plate 110 therebetween, so as to connect the support plate 110 and the support seat 130. Specifically, the center post 140 includes a center post main body 141 and a center post connecting portion 142, the diameter of the center post main body 141 is larger than the diameter passing through the hole 115, and the center post connecting portion 142 passes through the hole 115 located in the middle of the support plate 110 and is directly connected with the center post fixing portion 133 of the support seat 130, so as to connect the support plate 110, the center post 140 and the support seat 130.
Further, the center post further includes a center post handle 143 at a second end of the center post body 141, the center post handle 143 facilitating access to the grill assembly 10 by a user.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 10, the center post connecting portion 142 is provided with an external thread, the center post fixing portion 133 is provided with a center post coupling hole 136, and the center post 140 is in threaded connection with the center post fixing portion 133.
In these embodiments, the central pillar fixing portion 133 is provided with the central pillar coupling hole 136, the central pillar connecting portion 142 is provided with the external thread, the central pillar 140 is in threaded connection with the central pillar fixing portion 133, and the central pillar connecting portion 142 of the present embodiment replaces a connecting member such as a screw to be directly in threaded connection with the central pillar fixing portion 133, so that the installation and fixation among the central pillar connecting portion 142, the support plate 110 and the support seat 130 are realized, and the structure of the grill assembly 10 is simplified. And threaded connection also has the advantages of easy disassembly and cleaning, simple structure and low cost.
It should be noted that, in the actual use process, the central column 140 and the supporting plate 110 can be detached from the supporting seat 130 only by rotating the central column 140, so that the supporting plate 110 and the tray 120 are separated, the supporting plate 110 and the tray 120 are conveniently cleaned separately, and the operation is convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 8 and 9, the central pillar fixing part 133 is disposed in the middle of the upper end of the support seat 130, the upper support part 134 is annular and is located at the periphery of the central pillar fixing part 133, and the top of the central pillar fixing part 133 is flush with the top of the upper support part 134. With this arrangement, it is advantageous to support the support plate 110 together by the cooperation of the center post fixing portion 133 and the upper support portion 134, so that the support plate 110 is kept stable.
In some embodiments, the center post 140 is disposed in the middle of the support plate 110 to facilitate stability when the grill assembly 10 is lifted by the center post 140.
In some embodiments, the central column 140 is detachably connected to the supporting plate 110, the central column 140 is detachably connected to the supporting seat 130, and the supporting seat 130 is detachably connected to the tray 120.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the height H of the toasting tag fixing portion 111 is greater than or equal to 2 mm. With this arrangement, the stick fixing portion 111 can be ensured to form a sufficient support for the side wall of the stick 20, so that the stick 20 can be vertically mounted on the supporting plate 110.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the plurality of toasting tag fixing portions 111 are distributed on the base plate to form at least two circles, and a distance between any one of the toasting tag fixing portions 111 and the center of the supporting plate 110 is greater than or equal to 10 mm. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the supporting plate 110 is provided with two inner and outer circles of toasting stick fixing portions 111, wherein the toasting stick fixing portion 111 located at the inner circle is a first toasting stick fixing portion, and the toasting stick fixing portion 111 located at the outer circle is a second toasting stick fixing portion, as shown in fig. 3, for illustration, a distance L2 between any two first toasting stick fixing portions is greater than or equal to 20 mm; the distance L3 between any one first baking label fixing part and any one second baking label fixing part is more than or equal to 20 mm; the distance L4 between any two second baking label fixing parts is more than or equal to 20 mm.
It is understood that the number of turns of the tag fixing portion 111 can be specifically designed according to the size of the supporting plate 110, and when the diameter of the supporting plate 110 is larger, three or more tag fixing portions 111 can be correspondingly designed on the supporting plate 110.

The baking device 30 provided in the embodiment of the present invention has the beneficial effects of any of the above technical solutions due to the grill assembly 10 of any of the above technical solutions, which are not described herein again.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14, the toasting device 30 further comprises: the pan body 320, the shell 340, the base 350 arranged below the shell 340, the pan cover assembly 370 covered on the shell 340, the middle frame 360 arranged inside the shell 340, the heating assembly 390, the fan assembly 380 and the motor. The pot body 320 is arranged in the middle frame 360, the heating component 390 is used for supplying heat to food materials in the pot body 320, the fan component 380 is used for blowing hot air generated by the heating component 390 to the food materials, and the motor is connected with the transmission shaft 310 to drive the grill component 10 to rotate.

In one embodiment, the cooking cavity is defined by the middle frame 360 and the lid assembly 370 of the toasting device 30, and the air inlet 361 is disposed on the side wall of the middle frame 360 at a position near the lid assembly 370 on the side wall of the middle frame 360.

In these embodiments, a portion of the hot air can be guided to the tag 20 in the first area under the first air guiding surface 411 through the first air guiding surface 411, and another portion of the hot air enters the annular air guiding cavity and then is guided to the tag 20 in the second area under the second air guiding surface 421 through the second air guiding surface 421. On one hand, the first air guide surface 411 and the second air guide surface 421 can guide hot air to enter different areas of the grill assembly 10, so that the grill 20 is beneficial to being heated uniformly; on the other hand, the second air guiding surface 421 is the inner side wall of the air guiding cavity, so that hot air can flow rapidly in the circumferential direction and then flow downwards, and the problem that the first air guiding surface 411 blocks the air speed to reduce the air speed, so that the downward air guiding is not facilitated is solved. In addition, the grill assembly 10 has a ring-shaped first area and a second area located inside the first area, the first air guide surface 411 is located above the first area, and the second air guide surface 421 extends obliquely downward to above the first area, so that hot air can flow downward greatly under the guidance of the first air guide surface 411 and the second air guide surface 421, and flows obliquely downward, and hot air in the cooking cavity is uniformly distributed, thereby improving the cooking effect.
In some embodiments, the wind guide 400 further includes a third wind guiding portion 430, the third wind guiding portion 430 is disposed on the bottom wall of the wind guiding cavity, an outer wall of the third wind guiding portion 430 forms a third wind guiding surface 431, and the third wind guiding surface 431 is located above the second area.
In these embodiments, the hot air can flow to the first area of the outer periphery of the grill assembly 10 through the first wind guiding surface 411 and the second wind guiding surface 421 located at both sides, and also flow to the second area located at the middle of the grill assembly 10 through the third wind guiding surface 431 located at the middle, so that the ventilation area of the grill assembly 10 is increased, the hot air in the cooking cavity is uniformly distributed, and the cooking effect is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14, toasting device 30 also includes a support pad 330 disposed on the inner wall of pan body 320 or the outer sidewall of the fry basket. For supporting between the outer sidewall of the fry basket and the inner sidewall of pan body 320 when placing the fry basket, etc. within toasting apparatus 30 to avoid abrading the inner walls of pan body 320.
Further, the toasting device 30 may be an air fryer, an oven, or the like.
