Further, a plurality of pairs of support plates 120 are integrally formed with the grill pan 110. The processing steps are simplified, and the structural strength is high. The grill rack may be constructed from a turned-over edge at the edge of the grill pan 110.
To facilitate access to grill body 10, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments, the grill assembly further comprises: a handle 130, the handle 130 is connected to the grill body 10. The user can conveniently hold the handle 130 to take and put the grill component.
Fig. 5 to 7 show the structure of the handle, respectively. Regarding the structure of the handle 130 and the manner of connection to the grill body 10, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4-7, the handle 130 includes a connection post, the lower surface of which is provided with a connection groove 131 and a mounting groove 132; the center of the baking tray 110 is protruded upwards to form a mounting part 111, and the mounting part 111 is provided with a connecting hole 112 positioned in the center and mounting holes 113 positioned around the connecting hole 112; the grill assembly further includes a fixing member (not shown) inserted into the mounting groove 132 through the mounting hole 113, the coupling hole 112 is in abutting communication with the coupling groove 131, and the coupling groove 131 has a non-circular cross-section for the rotation shaft 310 to be inserted.
In these embodiments, the center of the grill pan 110 is protruded upward to form the mounting portion 111, the handle 130 is disposed at the mounting portion 111, and the mounting space is provided for the fixing member below the mounting portion 111, so that the lower end of the fixing portion exposed out of the mounting portion 111 can be effectively prevented from affecting the installation performance of the grill main body 10, and the grill main body 10 can be conveniently and stably placed in the pan body 320. The fixing piece is inserted into the connecting groove 131 of the connecting column through the mounting hole 113 of the mounting part 111, so that the handle 130 and the grill pan 110 are fixed together. Further, since the cross section of the connection groove is a non-circular surface, the rotation shaft 310 in the form of a non-rotation body passes through the connection hole 112 and is inserted into the connection groove 131, which is beneficial to driving the handle 130 to rotate through the rotation shaft 310, and further driving the grill body 10 to rotate synchronously. The effect of rotating the food material while baking is favorably realized, and the cooking effect of the food material is improved.
In a particular application, the fasteners may be screws, latches, and the like. The shaft 310 may be rotated by a driving motor.
In addition, in order to place more roast tags 20, a plurality of sets of grooves (not shown in the figure) may be further disposed on the handle 130, such that one ends of the plurality of roast tags 20 are erected in the plurality of sets of roast tag slots 121, and the other ends of the plurality of roast tags 20 are erected in the plurality of sets of grooves.
Furthermore, each group of grooves is distributed corresponding to a plurality of toasting tag slots 121 located at one end of the toasting tag slots 121 in the horizontal direction of the toasting disc 110, so that the number of groups of grooves is twice that of the number of groups of toasting tag slots 121.
Further, in order to ensure that the roast tags 20 are horizontally disposed, the height of each group of grooves is the same as the height of the corresponding plurality of roast tag slots 121. Because the plurality of groups of the toasting tag slots 121 are distributed at intervals in the height direction, and the height of the handle 130 is increased, the handle 130 is detachably connected with the toasting rack main body 10, so that a space is provided for placing food materials on the toasting tray 110 when the toasting string is not needed.
Of course, in other embodiments, the handle 130 may be connected to the spit rack.
To ensure that the grill body 10 can better hold the spit 20, the grill body 10 may be further provided with the spit 20. Note that, during the vending process, the grill body 10 may be vended separately, or the grill body 10 and the roast tag 20 may be vended simultaneously.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the grill assembly further includes a tag 20, and two ends of the tag 20 are set up in two tag slots 121 of a set of tag slots 121 that are distributed in two opposite ends of the grill body 10 in the horizontal direction.
In these embodiments, the grill main body 10 is configured with the roast tag 20, so that two ends of the roast tag 20 can be set up at two ends of the grill main body 10, that is, two ends opposite to the horizontal direction of the roasting tray 110, and the food material on the roast tag 20 can be suspended, thereby facilitating uniform heating of the food material and ensuring the cooking effect.
The number of the grill tags 20 arranged for the grill body 10 is not limited to one, and may be one or a plurality.
Fig. 8 shows a schematic structural diagram of a roast tag according to an embodiment of the present application. With regard to the structure of the roast tag 20, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the roast tag 20 includes a tag main body 210, a tip portion 220, and a positioning portion 230 located between the tag main body 210 and the tip portion 220, the positioning portion 230 being inwardly retracted with respect to the tag main body 210 and the tip portion 220, the positioning portion 230 being snapped into the roast tag insertion slot 121.
Because the positioning portion 230 is thinner than the tag main body 210, and thinner than the tip portion 220 near the end of the positioning portion 230, the positioning portion 230 is set in the tag baking slot 121, the positioning portion 230 can be limited by the tag main body 210 and the tip portion 220, and the positioning portion 230 is prevented from separating from the tag baking slot 121, thereby preventing the tag baking 20 from shifting greatly and rubbing against the inner wall of the pot body 320.
Further, the tag body 210 of the roast tag 20 may have a cylindrical shape or a flat plate shape.
Further, the toasting tag 20 may further include a handle at one end, which may be substantially C-shaped to facilitate a user to carry the handle to move the toasting tag 20.
In addition, in order to ensure that the spit 20 can be stably placed on the grill body 10, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 8, a groove width W1 of the spit insertion groove 121 in the circumferential direction of the grill pan 110 is made larger than a width W2 of the positioning part 230 in the horizontal direction. When the grill pan 110 is a circular pan, the groove width W3 of the grill tab insertion groove 121 in the radial direction of the grill pan 110 is made smaller than the length W4 of the positioning portion 230. Further, the depth H1 of the spit insertion slot 121 in the height direction of the grill body 10 is made to be equal to or greater than half the thickness H2 of the spit body 210. Fig. 10 shows a schematic partial structure of a toasting device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the toasting device 30 further comprises: the pan body 320, the pan body 320 encloses and forms the cooking cavity, the grill assembly is set up in the cooking cavity; and a support pad 330 between the grill assembly and the pan body 320, wherein the support pad 330 is disposed on either the bottom of the sidewall of the pan body 320 or the bottom of the sidewall of the grill assembly.
In these embodiments, the support pad 330 is disposed at the bottom of the sidewall of the pot 320, or the support pad 330 is disposed at the bottom of the sidewall of the grill assembly, such that the support pad 330 is supported between the pot 320 and the grill assembly, thereby effectively preventing the grill assembly from tilting during the rotation process and rubbing against the pot 320, and improving the durability of the pot 320 and the grill assembly.
Further, the toasting device 30 further comprises: the cooker cover comprises a shell 340, a base 350 arranged below the shell 340, a cooker cover assembly 370 covered on the shell 340, a middle frame 360 arranged inside the shell 340, a heating assembly 390, an air duct assembly 380 and a motor. The pot body 320 is arranged in the middle frame 360, the heating component 390 is used for supplying heat to food materials in the pot body 320, and the air duct component 380 is used for blowing hot air generated by the heating component 390 to the food materials. The motor is connected to the shaft 310, and drives the grill assembly to rotate through the shaft 310.
Further, the toasting device 30 may be an air fryer, an oven, or the like.
