本实用新型泵,可广泛用于各类工业领域的各种 液体的输送。

Description

本实用新型属于液体变容机械
对于输送腐蚀性流体来说,输送机械的耐腐蚀性和密封性是特别重要的。多年来人    们发明了各种各样的“全密封耐腐蚀泵”但都不能做到全密封,如离心泵的泵轴处的泄漏,过流元件较多,又如美国US-2519642号专利泵也不能做到全密封。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够做到没有外泄漏的全密封耐腐蚀蠕动泵。
本实用新型的技术要点是采用弹性的耐腐蚀性的U字型形扁胶管作为泵的唯一过流元件。为了增强扁胶管的回弹力,在进液口与出液口之间连接一加强筋。
以下借助附图对本实用新型的一个实施例做进一步描述。

图中(1)是扁胶管。(11)的进液口,(2)是扁胶管的出液口。(3)是前半泵壳,(4)是后半泵壳,(5)是泵轴。(6)是挤压辊,(7)是联结螺钉。输液时液体从进液口进入扁胶管,泵轴(5)的转动带动两挤压辊(6)沿园周方向滚压扁胶管吸送介质完成输液的目的。扁胶管为U字型,外则设有径向筋(8),前半泵壳通过螺钉(7)将经向筋(8)夹紧固定,为了增加扁胶管的回弹力,在扁胶管的内侧进液口(1)和出液口(2)之间连接一加强筋(10)使其加强筋与U型口形成了一个正园环形的受压圈。液体只能在唯一的过流元件扁胶管内流动,而不与滚轮接触,从而达到全密封的目的。扁胶管可根据所输送液体的不同化学性质而选择不同材料制成。如耐酸、耐碱、耐油、无毒橡胶等。U字形扁胶管与加强筋一次模压成形。
本实用新型构简单、维修方便,成本低,而且能够做到全密封可广泛应用于各种液体的输送。

Claims (4)

1、一种全密封耐腐蚀蠕动泵,由前泵壳[3]后泵壳[4],泵轴[5]挤压辊[6]构成,其特征是前壳与且泵壳之间由螺钉[7]固定一U字形扁胶管[11]。
2、按权利要求1所述的全密封耐腐蚀蠕动泵,其特征在于所述的U字型扁胶管[11]外侧设有筋[8]。
3、按权利要求1所述的全密封耐腐蚀    蠕动泵,其特征在于所述的U字型扁胶管[11]内侧进液口[1]和出液口[2]之间连接一加强筋[10],使其加强筋与U字型口形成了一个正园环形有受压圈。
4、按权利要求1所述的全密封耐腐蚀蠕动泵,其特征在于所述的U字型扁胶管与加强筋是由橡胶一次摸压成形。
