Abstract

全密封耐蚀泵,为了防止所输送的液体从泵轴处泄漏,在泵体内部设有一个环形塑性隔套,将泵轴与液体隔开。不但能防漏还解决了泵轴,压液轮的气蚀问题。自吸能力强,使用前不用灌引水,可用于石油化肥、电镀、食品饮料等行业。

全密封耐蚀泵
本发明属于液体变容机械
对于输送腐蚀性液体来说;输送机械的耐腐蚀性和密封性是非常重要的,多年来人们从各种角度研究解决此类问题。如离心式泵,泵轴,压液轮在所输送的溶液中旋转,不论采用橡胶圈或石棉根密封,还是采用动静环组配的机械式密封,所输送的液体都会从泵轴处泄漏,而且当溶液中含有颗粒状机械杂质时,泵轴,压液轮等零件极容易损坏。又如美国专利Us-2519642号所提供的耐蚀泵,它采用一个塑性隔套将泵轴与所输送的液体隔开,但泵体上进液口,出液口之间的分隔只靠一装有弹簧的螺栓将塑性隔套与泵体压紧配合来分隔,这种结构在工作中,当压水轮转至出液口部位时,将有很大冲击力易将隔套簿壁击破,或迫使弹簧变形螺栓移位,从而使塑性隔套离开泵体,使液体溢向进液口,加大了容积损失,而且螺栓与泵体,塑性隔套之间是相对滑动的配合。泵在输液时,液体将通过拉紧螺栓的配合间隙溢出泵外和渗入隔套内腔。此时将污染环境和腐蚀压液轮等零件,因此不能做到全密封。
本发明的目的是针对以上不足之处,提供一种没有容积损失和泄漏的全密封耐蚀泵。
本发明的技术要点是采用在环形塑性隔套上增加一个与泵体上进液口,出液口之间的凹槽相配合的隔液板,将出液口与进液口分隔。

作为本发明的一个实施例如图所示;其中(1)是进液口,(2)是出液口,(3)是泵体,泵体上有一周环形凸台(4),在环形凸台上有一个凹槽(5),其位置在进液口和出液口之间,(6)是环形塑性隔套,环形塑性隔套上有一周U形槽(14)和一个与泵体(3)上进液口(1)、出液口(2)之间的凹槽(5)相配合的隔液板(15),隔液板的作用是将进出液口分隔开,环形塑性隔套的外部有泵轴(8)和压液轮(9)及连接支架(10),泵体前后有端盖(11),端盖上有凸台(12)。装配时泵体,环形塑性隔套,前后端盖由螺钉(13)轴向压紧连接在一起,压紧螺栓从环形塑性隔套一周的U形槽边和隔水板内部穿过,不和液腔有任何连通,此时由泵体和环形塑性隔套组合形成一个全密封液腔(7)。
输液时液体只能在全密封液腔内流动,从而达到全密封的目的环形塑性隔套可根据所输送液体的不同化学性质,不同腐蚀性能选配不同材料制成,压液轮是由支架与泵轴连接在一起,随泵轴转动而压迫环形塑性隔套变形,复原而改变液腔容积,输液过程是靠改变液腔容积而达到的。
在食品饮料工业中使用时环形塑性隔套可用无毒橡胶制成。
在对油、酸、碱、盐类液体输送时,隔套最好选用耐油、酸、碱类橡胶制成。

Claims (1)

1、全密封耐蚀泵,由包括有进液口〔1〕出液口〔2〕的泵体〔3〕,环形塑性隔套〔6〕,泵轴〔8〕,压液轮〔9〕,连接支架〔10〕,前后端盖〔11〕及连接螺钉〔13〕组成,本发明的特征在于环形塑性隔套上有一个与位于泵体〔3〕上进液口〔1〕与出液口〔2〕之间的凹槽〔5〕相配合的隔液板〔15〕。
