if the length of the chain ring needs to be adjusted, the adjusting seat 1 is separated from the chain ring 2, the two thin hexagonal nuts are respectively adjusted to move towards the connecting part of the chain ring 2, the moving distance is the difference value between the length of the chain link 7.1 ' to be adjusted and the measured M value, the adjacent surfaces of the hexagonal surfaces of the outer rings of the two nuts are mutually parallel and are symmetrical to the longitudinal central line of the chain ring 2, then the chain links 7.1 ' at two sides of the broken chain 7 ' are respectively placed into the arc-shaped grooves in the middle parts of the adjusting seat 1 and the chain ring 2, then the adjusting seat 1 (the arc-shaped groove in the middle part faces the connecting part of the chain ring 2 so that two holes of the adjusting seat 1 are respectively penetrated into the matching part of the chain ring 2, the limiting steps of the two ends of the adjusting seat 1 for preventing the rotation of the thin hexagonal nuts are clamped into the hexagonal inner parallel surfaces of the outer rings of the pre-assembled thin hexagonal nuts, the adjusting seat 1 is contacted with the end surfaces of the thin hexagonal nuts, and finally two elastic washers 4 and two self-locking nuts 5 are sequentially arranged, and a cotter pin is arranged in the two cotter pin holes 6 in a penetrating way;
if the length of the chain 7' needs to be adjusted too much, two or more devices need to be matched for use.

Claims (9)

1. A quick repair chain link for a railway wagon, the chain link having an adjustable length, comprising:
the chain ring comprises a connecting part and two matching parts, the connecting part is arc-shaped, the two matching parts are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting part, and the connecting part and the two matching parts form a U-shaped structure;
the two ends of the adjusting seat are provided with through holes, the two matching parts can be detachably arranged in the through holes in a penetrating mode, one side, close to the connecting part, of the middle of the adjusting seat is provided with an arc groove, and the shape of the arc groove can be matched with the connecting part and a chain link of a railway wagon;
the thin nut is in threaded connection with the matching part and is positioned on one side, close to the connecting part, of the adjusting seat;
the self-locking nut is in threaded connection with the matching part and is positioned on one side, far away from the connecting part, of the adjusting seat;
and the limiting structure is arranged on the adjusting seat and is used for limiting the thin nut to rotate.
2. The quick length-adjustable repair chain ring for railway freight cars of claim 1, further comprising an elastic washer sleeved on the engagement portion, the elastic washer being disposed between the self-locking nut connection and the adjustment seat.
3. A quick repair chain ring with adjustable length for railway wagon as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stop structure comprises a stop step provided on a side of the adjustment seat adjacent to the thin nut, the step being capable of blocking the thin nut from rotating on the engagement portion.
4. A quick repair chain ring for a railway wagon according to claim 3, wherein the limit step is located between the two engagement portions, and the circular arc groove is provided on the limit step.
5. A quick repair chain ring for railway wagons having an adjustable length, according to claim 4, characterized in that the height of said stop step is not greater than the thickness of said thin nut.
6. A quick repair chain ring for a railway wagon according to claim 1, wherein a section of the engagement portion remote from the connecting portion is provided with a split pin hole.
7. The quick repair chain ring with the adjustable length for a railway wagon of claim 1, wherein the connecting portion and the mating portion have the same circular cross section, the through hole is a through hole, and the diameter of the through hole is 0.5-2mm larger than the diameter of the circular portion.
8. A chain for rail wagons, comprising a length adjustable quick repair chain link according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and a plurality of rail wagon chain links.
9. A chain for a railway wagon as claimed in claim 8, wherein two of the quick-repair chain links are disposed between any adjacent two of the chain links in the same direction or in opposite directions.
