两面均有胶衣层,在胶衣层的中间为间隔重叠的玻璃
纤维方格布与粘结剂。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种反光膜,特别是一种窗用太阳反光膜。
为防止强烈的光照幅射,人们发明了一种反光膜,将其粘贴于房屋或汽车的窗玻璃上,能有效地将阳光中的紫外线、红外线反射,同时又能通过可见光。但这种反光膜仍存在一些不足:它有六层结构,分别为塑料基材,金属镀层、塑料基材、压敏胶层、防粘层及剥离层塑料基材,它有三层塑料基材,其造价高,抗紫外线性能差,六层结构比较复杂,加工工序多,成本高,其防粘层与剥离层塑料基材组成的剥离底膜在粘贴施工后即弃去,浪费大,同时,其采用永久粘胶层,当需要更换时,很难完全从玻璃上去掉。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低、且施工方便的反光膜。
本实用新型的目的是以下述技术方案实现的:它采用塑料膜作基材,其上蒸镀一层金属镀层,在金属镀层上涂布一层保护层,保护金属镀层不被氧化,在保护层上再涂布一层弱粘贴层。保护层及粘贴层分别为丙烯酸酯类清漆和水溶性丙烯酸酯类弱粘胶剂。在塑料膜上还可涂布一层色膜或有印刷图案的装饰层,此装饰层或色膜也可涂布在金属镀层与塑料膜之间,以增强反光膜的装饰性。塑料膜可以是聚脂或聚丙烯或聚乙烯或醋酸纤维或聚氯乙烯膜;金属镀层可以是铝或氧化锌或铬真空镀层。
本实用新型采用四层结构,其结构简单、成本低、施工方便,
本实用新型的制作工艺是:1、先按要求做好阴阳模;2、在阴阳模具上同时均匀地刷脱模剂,如上光蜡、聚乙烯醇溶液等脱膜剂,并使脱模剂干燥;3、在胶衣层已胶凝而未完全固化时,立即在阴、阳模上同时糊一层玻璃纤维方格布;4、在玻璃纤维方格布上涂树脂粘结剂,然后再糊玻璃纤维,并重复涂粘结剂与糊玻璃纤维的工序,至要求的厚度为止;5、在粘结剂未固化前,将上述阴、阳模合模、加压;6、待粘结剂固化后卸模。
