Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a connecting rod in the handle assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 is a schematic view of an internal structure of another handle body in the handle assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1-7, in a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a handle assembly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the handle assembly 100 includes a handle body 10 and a handle holder 20, the handle body 10 is disposed on the handle holder 20, the handle body 10 includes a grip 11 and a cover 12, the cover 12 covers at least a part of an outer circumferential surface of the grip 11, and the cover 12 and the grip 11 are integrally formed. Through setting up handle seat 20, can assemble handle body 10 on the pot body through handle seat 20 on the one hand, on the other hand can also set up the control assembly in handle seat 20, the user can be through the operating condition of handle assembly 100 control pan, through set up handle 11 on handle body 10, can utilize handle 11 to improve the structural strength of handle body 10, through set up the cover body 12 in handle body 10 outside, can improve handle body 10's outward appearance through the colour that sets up the cover body 12, the setting of handle body 10 outward appearance has been made things convenient for, through making cover body 12 and handle 11 integrated into one piece, make things convenient for the preparation of handle body 10, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
It should be noted that the integrated molding in the embodiment of the present invention may be specifically manufactured in the following manner: the grip body 10 is formed by first performing primary injection molding to form the grip 11, and then performing secondary injection molding on the grip 11 to form the cover 12 outside the grip 11. The whole process makes the manufacture of the handle body 10 more convenient and reduces the manufacture cost.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2, the handle assembly 100 may further include a transition section 30, the transition section 30 is located between the handle body 10 and the handle seat 20, and a control assembly may be disposed in the handle seat 20, so that the size of the handle seat 20 is large, however, in order to improve the gripping comfort of the handle body 10, generally, the outer diameter of the handle body 10 is smaller than the size of the handle seat 20, and the transition section 30 is disposed, so that the smooth transition between the handle body 10 and the handle seat 20 may be realized, and the appearance of the handle assembly 100 may be improved. In addition, can set up sealing washer 40 between handle body 10 and the changeover portion 30, can make handle body 10 and changeover portion 30 butt inseparabler on the one hand, on the other hand can prevent that outside oil stain from getting into the region between handle body 10 and the changeover portion 30, avoids influencing the inside health situation of handle subassembly 100.
It should be noted that, if only a part of the appearance color of the handle body 10 needs to be set, the cover 12 may only cover a part of the outer surface of the handle 11, and in this case, in order to ensure the comfort of holding, the outer surface of the handle body 10 should be smooth and continuous.
In another possible embodiment, the cover 12 may cover the entire outer peripheral surface of the handle 11. Because the handle 11 has high strength and high hardness, the cover 12 with good holding comfort is used to cover the outer peripheral surface of all the handle 11, so that the holding feeling and comfort of the handle body 10 can be improved, and the overall appearance of the handle body 10 can be improved by changing the color of the cover 12.
In an embodiment, the handle 11 is provided with a fitting portion, and at least a part of the cover 12 is fitted to the fitting portion. Thus, the fitting tightness between the cover 12 and the handle 11 can be improved, and the use stability of the handle assembly 100 can be improved.
Specifically, the outer circumferential surface of the handle 11 may be provided with a plurality of grooves arranged at intervals, and the grooves form an engaging portion. Thus, the plurality of grooves can further improve the embedding tightness of the cover body 12 and the handle 11, so that the connection stability of the cover body 12 and the handle 11 is better.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the groove is an arc-shaped groove 111, the arc-shaped groove 111 extends along the circumferential direction of the handle 11, and the two arc-shaped grooves 111 are symmetrically arranged in the circumferential direction of the handle 11 and form an arc-shaped groove pair; a plurality of arc-shaped slot pairs are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the handle 11. Because the stopping portion 113 is arranged between the two arc-shaped grooves 111 in the same arc-shaped groove pair, the cover body 12 can be prevented from rotating around the circumferential direction of the handle 11 by arranging the arc-shaped groove pair, and the stability of the handle body 10 in the using process is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 7, the groove may be a strip-shaped groove 112, the strip-shaped groove 112 extends along the axial direction of the handle 11, and the plurality of strip-shaped grooves 112 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the handle 11. Through making bar groove 112 arrange along the circumference interval of handle 11, like this, after partial cover body 12 fills bar groove 112, cover body 12 and handle 11 are bigger at the ascending gomphosis power of circumferential direction, and when handle subassembly 100 rotated, cover body 12 and handle 11 were more difficult for taking place relative rotation, had improved the stability of handle body 10 in the use.
It should be noted that the groove may also be an S-shaped groove, the S-shaped groove is wound around the side of the handle 11, and the S-shaped groove may be one or more. Thus, the fitting force between the cover 12 and the grip 11 can be increased, so that the cover 12 and the grip 11 are less likely to rotate relative to each other when the handle assembly 100 is rotated, and the stability of the handle body 10 in use can be improved.
It should be noted that, a plurality of protrusions arranged at intervals may be further disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the handle 11, and the protrusions form an engaging portion, so that a recessed portion may be formed on the cover 12, the recessed portion is adapted to the shape of the protrusions, and this way, the handle 11 and the cover 12 may be engaged tightly with each other.
In an embodiment that can be realized, the width of the groove is between 3-8mm, specifically, the width of the groove may be 3mm, 5mm, 6mm or 8mm, when the width of the groove is less than 3mm, the part of the cover 12 that is embedded into the groove is too small, resulting in too low stability of the cover 12, which easily affects the tabling stability of the cover 12 and the handle 11, when the width of the groove is greater than 8mm, the groove is too large, resulting in too small solid structure of the handle 11, easily resulting in lower structural strength of the handle 11, which affects the use stability of the handle body 10.
In an implementation, the depth of the groove is between 8-30mm, specifically, the depth of the groove may be 8mm, 15mm, 25mm or 30mm, when the depth of the groove is less than 8mm, the depth of the cover 12 embedded into the groove is shallower, which results in that the embedding degree of the cover 12 and the groove is not tight enough, which easily affects the embedding stability of the cover 12 and the groove, when the depth of the groove is greater than 30mm, on one hand, in order to meet the depth of the groove, the diameter of the handle 11 is too large, on the other hand, the groove is too large, which results in that the solid structure of the handle 11 is too few, which easily results in that the structural strength of the handle 11 is lower, which affects the use stability of the handle body 10.
In an embodiment that can be realized, the distance between adjacent grooves is between 3-8mm, specifically, the distance may be 3mm, 5mm, 6mm or 8mm, when the distance is less than 3mm, the structural strength of the engaging portion of the handle 11 is low, which easily affects the engaging stability of the cover 12 and the handle 11, and when the distance is greater than 8mm, because the length of the handle 11 is limited, the arrangement space of the grooves on the handle 11 is easily limited, resulting in a small number of grooves, which affects the engaging stability of the cover 12 and the handle 11.
In an implementation, the number of the arc-shaped slot pairs is 6-10, specifically, the number of the arc-shaped slot pairs may be 6, 8 or 10, when the number of the arc-shaped slot pairs is less than 6, the engaging degree between the cover 12 and the handle 11 is not tight enough, which easily affects the engaging stability between the cover 12 and the handle 11, and when the number of the arc-shaped slot pairs is greater than 10, the length of the handle body 10 is too long, which affects the overall size of the handle assembly 100.
It should be noted that, the width and depth of the arc-shaped grooves 111 and the number of the arc-shaped groove pairs are within the above ranges, which can improve the fitting force between the cover 12 and the handle 11, and improve the structural strength of the handle body 10.
In one possible embodiment, the handle body 10 and the handle holder 20 are detachably coupled, so that the handle is easily disassembled and assembled when parts are repaired or replaced. Specifically, a connecting rod 13 is disposed between the handle 11 and the handle holder 20, and the connecting rod 13 connects the handle body 10 and the handle holder 20. As shown in fig. 6, a first end of the connecting rod 13 is provided with a first thread 131, a second end of the connecting rod 13 is provided with a second thread 132, the first end of the connecting rod 13 is connected with a thread on the handle 11, and the second end of the connecting rod 13 is connected with a thread on the handle base 20.
Specifically, the length L1 of the first thread 131 is 30-80mm, the length L1 may be 30mm, 50mm, 60mm or 80mm, when the length L1 is less than 30mm, the thread engagement section of the connecting rod 13 and the handle 11 is too short, which affects the connection stability of the connecting rod 13 and the handle 11, and when the length L1 is greater than 80mm, an excess unoccluded thread section is easy to exist on the connecting rod 13, which increases the manufacturing cost of the connecting rod 13.
Specifically, the length L2 of the second thread 132 is between 15 and 40mm, the length L2 may be 15mm, 20mm, 30mm or 40mm, when the length L2 is less than 15mm, the thread engagement section of the connecting rod 13 and the handle base 20 is too short, which affects the connection stability of the connecting rod 13 and the handle base 20, and when the length L2 is greater than 40mm, an unengaged thread section is easily present on the connecting rod 13, which increases the manufacturing cost of the connecting rod 13.
In one possible embodiment, the diameter of the handle body 10 is between 20mm and 40mm, and specifically, the diameter of the handle body 10 may be 20mm, 30mm or 40mm, when the diameter of the handle body 10 is smaller than 20mm, the diameter of the handle body 10 is too small to be held by a user, and when the diameter of the handle body 10 is larger than 40mm, the diameter of the handle body 10 is too large to be held by a user. The diameter of the handle body 10 is within the above range, so that the grip of the handle body 10 can be better.
It should be noted that the numerical values and numerical ranges related to the embodiments of the present invention are approximate values, and there may be a certain range of errors depending on the manufacturing process, and the error may be considered as negligible by those skilled in the art.
In one embodiment, the handle 11 is made of phenolic plastic, which has high mechanical strength, good insulation, and good heat and corrosion resistance, so that the handle body 10 has good structural strength and the temperature of the handle body 10 can be prevented from being too high. The cover 12 is a plastic part, and for example, the cover 12 may include polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, or polypropylene, so that on the one hand, the holding comfort of the handle body 10 may be enhanced, and on the other hand, the appearance aesthetic property of the handle body 10 may be improved, and the appearance color of the handle body 10 may be enriched.
