In another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, a first rib 1401 and a second rib 1402 are convexly disposed along an inner circumferential surface inside the upper cover 111, the first rib 1401 and the second rib 1402 are disposed in parallel, a gap is provided between the first rib 1401 and the second rib 1402 in a direction along which steam flows to the steam outlet 101, the gap is configured as the slot 140, specifically, the first rib 1401 and the second rib 1402 are the same in structure, as described by taking the first rib 1401 as an example, the first rib 1401 includes three sections of elongated ribs, the first section of the rib extends from an end surface of the second side wall 1112 of the upper cover 111 toward an inner top wall of the upper cover 111, the second section of the rib extends from a side of the inner top wall near the second side wall 1112 to a side of the inner top wall near the third side wall 1113, the third section of the rib extends from the inner top wall toward an end surface of the second side wall 1112, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the end surface refers to a side surface where the opening is located in the upper cover 111, and the first, second and third ribs are connected in sequence, thereby forming a first rib 1401 in the upper cover 111, similarly forming a second rib 1402, and forming slots 140 distributed on three inner walls of the upper cover 111 between the first rib 1401 and the second rib 1402. When the filter screen 120 is installed in the upper cover 111, the filter screen 120 first contacts with the first rib 1401 and the second rib 1402 on the second side wall 1112 and the third side wall 1113, and slides along the gap between the first rib 1401 and the second rib 1402 to contact with the first rib 1401 and the second rib 1402 on the inner top wall until being completely inserted into the slot 140, thereby realizing the insertion fit of the filter screen 120 and the slot 140.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the housing 110 is further provided with a connecting column 1114, the filter screen 120 is provided with an extending portion 121, the extending portion 121 is connected to the connecting column 1114, and the connecting column 1114 and the extending portion 121 are provided in this embodiment to further improve the stability of the filter screen 120. Taking the filter screen 120 as an example to be disposed in the upper cover 111 for description, exemplarily, the connection post 1114 may be disposed to protrude from an inner top wall of the upper cover 111, and may also be disposed to protrude from the first side wall 1111, the second side wall 1112, or the third side wall 1113 of the upper cover 111, and thus, the extension portion 121 may be connected to any set portion on the connection post 1114, and the connection manner may be a snap connection or a connection by a fastener, so as to facilitate subsequent detachment and replacement of the filter screen 120 on the basis of ensuring the stability of the filter screen 120.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the extension 121 is disposed at an end of the filter screen 120 and can extend outward in a direction perpendicular to a body of the filter screen 120, and taking an orientation of the filter screen 120 mounted in the upper cover 111 as an example, the extension 121 extends toward the steam outlet 101 in a horizontal direction, accordingly, in this embodiment, the connection post 1114 protrudes inward from the first side wall 1111 of the upper cover 111, and an outer surface of the connection post 1114 is connected with the first side wall 1111 to ensure stability of the connection post 1114, an end surface of the connection post 1114 is lower than an end surface of the upper cover 111 where the opening is located, so that the extension 121 can be lapped on the end of the connection post 1114 and can be connected with the end of the connection post 1114 through a fastener, specifically, a threaded hole can be disposed on the end of the connection post 1114, a through hole can be disposed on the extension 121 of the filter screen 120, and a screw can be connected with the threaded hole through the through hole, thereby connecting the extension 121 with the connecting post 1114, further improving the stability of the filter screen 120 in the upper cover 111 and also facilitating subsequent removal and replacement.
An embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention proposes a laundry treating apparatus including a cabinet and a steam generator according to any of the embodiments set forth above, the steam generator being mounted within the cabinet. For example, the laundry treating apparatus in the present embodiment may be a drum type washing machine or a laundry dryer.
As shown in fig. 1, the shell 110 of the steam generator in this embodiment may further be wrapped with a heat shield 300 and a protective shell 200, specifically, the heat shield 300 may be configured as a fibrous heat shield 300, the heat shield 300 is wrapped outside the shell 110 of the steam generator, the protective shell 200 is covered outside the heat shield 300, and the heat shield 300 in this embodiment includes two parts: the steam generator comprises a first cover shell 310 and a second cover shell 320, wherein the first cover shell 310 and the second cover shell 320 can be connected through bolts or screws, the first cover shell 310 and the second cover shell 320 are buckled to form a containing cavity, and the steam generator is contained in the containing cavity; the protective shell 200 is covered outside the heat shield 300 from the top of the heat shield 300, and the heat shield 300 and the protective shell 200 are respectively provided with windows for extending out of the steam outlet 101, the water inlet 102 and the like on the steam generator. Since the temperature of the steam generator is high during operation, in order to prevent heat loss of the steam generator and prevent high temperature of the steam generator from affecting other components of the laundry treating apparatus, the heat loss of the steam generator is reduced by the heat shield 300 and the protective case 200 according to the present embodiment, and the high temperature is prevented from affecting other components of the laundry treating apparatus. In addition, the protective casing 200 is further connected with a fixing bracket 400, the fixing bracket 400 is detachably connected to the top of the protective casing 200, in this embodiment, the fixing bracket 400 and the cabinet can be detachably connected, and therefore, the steam generator assembly is installed in the cabinet through the fixing bracket 400.
The clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the utility model has the same advantages as the steam generator provided by the embodiment, because the steam generator is provided with the filter screen 120, the steam can pass through the filter screen 120 for filtering before flowing out from the steam outlet 101, so as to reduce scale mixed in the steam, or reduce solid matters which are mixed in the steam and easily form the scale, when the steam generator is applied to the clothes treatment equipment, on the basis of sterilizing and removing wrinkles for clothes in the clothes treatment equipment by using the steam generated by the steam generator, the phenomenon that the pipeline communicated between the steam outlet 101 and the clothes treatment equipment is blocked by too much scale can be avoided, the reduction of steam flow caused by the blockage of the pipeline is avoided, the normal use of the clothes treatment equipment is further ensured, the phenomenon that the air pressure in the pipeline is overhigh due to the blockage is avoided, and the safety problem is avoided, the safety of the laundry treating apparatus is improved.

1. A steam generator, comprising:
the steam outlet for steam to flow out is arranged on the shell, and the slot is arranged in the shell;
the filter screen is arranged in the shell and is inserted into the inserting groove, and the filter screen is positioned on a flow path of the steam flowing to the steam outlet so as to filter scale in the steam.
2. The steam generator of claim 1, wherein the insertion groove is provided at least on both side inner walls of the housing.
3. The steam generator of claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises a connecting column, and the filter screen comprises an extension connected to the connecting column.
4. The steam generator of claim 3, wherein the extension extends in a horizontal direction toward the steam outlet, the extension being connected to an end of the connection column by a fastener.
5. The steam generator of claim 1, wherein the housing includes an upper cover and a lower cover, the upper cover is snap-fit connected and communicated with the lower cover, the steam outlet is disposed on a first sidewall of the upper cover, and the insertion groove is disposed in the upper cover.
6. The steam generator of claim 5, wherein the housing further comprises a partition plate disposed between the upper cover and the lower cover, the partition plate being provided with a steam passage communicating with the upper cover and the upper cover, the filter screen being disposed between the steam passage and the steam outlet.

The steam generator of claim 5, wherein the insertion groove comprises two groove sections and two groove sections, the two groove sections are respectively disposed on the second side wall and the third side wall of the upper cover, the groove sections are disposed on the inner top wall of the upper cover, and the second side wall and the third side wall are respectively disposed on two sides of the first side wall and are oppositely disposed.

The steam generator of claim 5, wherein the filter screen is parallel to the first sidewall, a baffle is disposed in the upper cover and covers the steam outlet, a channel is disposed between the baffle and the steam outlet for steam to flow through, and the filter screen is disposed on a side of the baffle opposite to the steam outlet.
9. The steam generator according to any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein a first rib and a second rib are convexly arranged in the shell, and a gap between the first rib and the second rib is provided as the slot;
the first ribs and the second ribs have the same structure, the first ribs comprise three sections of long-strip-shaped ribs, the first section of ribs of the first ribs extends from the end surface of the second side wall of the upper cover to the inner top wall of the upper cover, the second section of ribs of the first ribs extends from one side of the inner top wall close to the second side wall to one side of the inner top wall close to the third side wall of the upper cover, and the third section of ribs of the first ribs extends from the inner top wall to the end surface of the second side wall;
the filter screen is characterized in that a connecting column is convexly arranged on the first side wall, the end face of the connecting column is lower than the end face of the opening of the upper cover, an extending portion is arranged on the filter screen, the extending portion is arranged at the end portion of the filter screen, the extending portion extends outwards along the horizontal direction, and the extending portion is connected with the connecting column through a fastener in a lap joint mode at the end portion of the connecting column.
10. A laundry treating apparatus, characterized in that the laundry treating apparatus comprises:
a housing;
a steam generator according to any one of claims 1 to 9, mounted within the cabinet.
