The clothes drying assembly 200 is disposed in the cabinet 100 to dry the clothes. A condensate tank 300 is provided at the bottom of the cabinet 100 for collecting condensate water generated from the clothes drying assembly 200, and a pump 310 is provided in the condensate tank 300 to pump the condensate water in the condensate tank 300. The filter assembly 400 is disposed on an outer surface of the housing 100, and receives and filters the condensed water pumped by the pump 310 of the condensed water tank 300. The water bucket assembly 500 is provided at the top of the case 100 for storing the condensed water filtered by the filter assembly 400.
In the related art dryer, the pump 310 is disposed in the condensed water tank 300, and the condensed water in the condensed water tank 300 is directly injected into the water box assembly 500 through a water path formed by a pipe by the pump 310. Consequently, impurity in the condensate water remains easily and is difficult to wash in water route and water box subassembly 500, and the impurity that remains in water route and water box subassembly 500 after a period of time can produce the peculiar smell, influences user experience.
The embodiment of the present application filters impurities of condensed water in the water path through the filter assembly 400 by providing the filter assembly 400 between the pump 310 and the water box assembly 500. The filter assembly 400 may include a filter 410, a first conduit 420 in communication with the filter 410, and a second conduit 430 in communication with the filter 410.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, fig. 3 is a sectional view of an assembly of a portion of the cabinet 100, the condensate tank 300, the filter assembly and the water box assembly 500 of the clothes dryer shown in fig. 2 taken along a direction a1-a2, fig. 4 is a partial enlarged view of a portion P of fig. 3, and fig. 5 is an exploded view of the filter 410 having a first structure of a position limiting member according to an embodiment of the present application. The filter 410 is used for filtering liquid, and in the embodiment of the present application, the liquid filtered by the filter 410 is condensed water. Of course, in other embodiments, the filter 410 may also be used to filter a water supply or the like supplied to the clothes drying assembly 200. On the other hand, the filter 410 may include a housing 411, a filter cartridge 412 packed in the housing 411, and an end cap 413 covering the housing 411.
The housing 411 has a cylindrical structure. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the housing 411 is cylindrical; in other embodiments, the housing 411 may be square cylinder, oval cylinder, hexagonal cylinder, etc. The cartridge replacement port 411a of the housing 411 is formed by openings at both ends of the cylindrical structure. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5, the filter element 412 has a cylindrical structure, and the overall shape of the filter element is matched with the inner space of the cylindrical housing 411, for example, when the housing 411 has a cylindrical shape, the filter element 412 has a cylindrical structure. Further, in the process of attaching and detaching the filter element 412, the filter element 412 may be pushed into the housing 411 from the filter element replacement port 411a on either side, or the filter element 412 in the housing 411 may be pushed from the filter element replacement port 411a on one side so that the filter element 412 is withdrawn from the filter element replacement port 411a on the other side. Therefore, the housing 411 of the embodiment of the present application has the advantages of simple structure and easy replacement of the filter cartridge 412.
As shown in fig. 5, a water inlet joint 411b may be integrally formed on the lower side of the side wall of the housing 411 by injection molding or the like, and the water inlet joint 411b has a cylindrical structure, so that the overall strength of the housing 411 may be higher by the integral molding. Of course, in some other embodiments, the water inlet joint 411b may be formed separately and then fixed to the housing 411 by screwing or welding.
As shown in fig. 5, a water outlet joint 411c may be integrally formed on the upper side of the side wall of the housing 411 by injection molding or the like, and the water outlet joint 411c has a cylindrical structure, so that the overall strength of the housing 411 may be higher by the integral molding. Of course, in some other embodiments, the water outlet 411c may be formed separately and then fixed to the housing 411 by screwing or welding.
The filter element 412 may be any one or a combination of two or more of filter elements for water filtration, such as a sponge filter element, an active filter element, a fluff filter element, and the like, and can be properly selected and matched according to impurities in condensed water in a specific use process.
In order to make the travel of the condensed water in the filter 410 longer when passing through the filter element 412, in the embodiment of the present application, the water inlet connector 411b is disposed near one end of the filter element 412 in the length direction, and the water outlet connector 411c is disposed near the other end of the filter element 412 in the length direction. Further, not only the effective usable area of the filter element 412 but also the filtering effect of the filter 410 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the end cap 413 may be directly fastened to the radial end of the housing 411 by interference fit. Therefore, when the end cover 413 is disassembled and assembled, other tools are not needed, so that the embodiment of the application has the advantage of easy replacement of the filter element 412. Further, in order to facilitate the covering of the end cap 413 on the end of the housing 411, a circumferential chamfer may be provided at the matching position of the end of the housing 411 and the end cap 413. Of course, in other embodiments, the end cap 413 and the housing 411 may be connected by a threaded connection, so as to increase the stability of the connection between the end cap 413 and the housing 411.
As shown in fig. 5, a gasket 414 is provided inside the end cap 413 to prevent water leakage due to a gap between the end cap 413 and the housing 411. In one aspect, the sealing gasket 414 may be a solid disk or a hollow ring; on the other hand, the sealing gasket 414 may be fixed in a fixing groove on the inner wall of the end cap 413, or may be directly inserted into the end cap 413; when the end cap 413 is covered on the housing 411, the sealing gasket 414 can be clamped at the connection position of the end cap 413 and the filter element replacing opening 411a to deform under pressure. Thereby realizing the full-circle sealing of the connection part of the end cover 413 and the filter element replacing opening 411a after the sealing gasket 414 is deformed.
One end of the first pipe 420 communicates with the water inlet joint 411b of the filter 410, and the other end may be directly connected to the pump 310 of the condensed water tank 300 of the dryer, or indirectly communicate with the pump 310 of the condensed water tank 300 of the dryer through other pipes or pipe connections, etc. Further, the condensed water in the condensed water tank 300 is injected into the filter 410 through the first pipe 420 by the pump 310.
The first pipe 420 and the water inlet fitting 411b are fixedly connected, such as being sleeved on the water inlet fitting 411b in an interference fit manner. Of course, the joint of the first pipe 420 and the water inlet 411b may be further locked and prevented by a clamp. Finally, the outlet port of the first pipe 420 communicates with the inlet port 411b, so that the condensed water in the first pipe 420 can be injected into the filter 410 through the inlet port 411 b.
One end of the second duct 430 communicates with the water outlet connector 411c of the filter 410, and the other end may directly communicate to the water tank assembly 500 of the dryer, or indirectly communicate to the water tank assembly 500 of the dryer through other ducts or duct connections, etc. Further, the condensed water filtered by the filter 410 may be injected into the water cartridge assembly 500 through the second pipe 430. It should be noted here that the first pipe 420 and the second pipe 430 are oppositely disposed on two sides of the filter 410.
The second pipe 430 and the water outlet joint 411c are fixedly connected, such as being sleeved on the water outlet joint 411c in an interference fit manner. Of course, the joint of the second pipe 430 and the water outlet connector 411c can be further locked and prevented from being loosened by a clamp. Finally, the water inlet port of the second pipe 430 is communicated with the port of the water outlet joint 411c, so that when the pump 310 continuously injects the condensed water into the filter 410, the condensed water is filtered by the filter 410 and then can be discharged into the second pipe 430.
The principles of the filter assembly are further explained and illustrated below in connection with the flow of condensate from the condensate tank 300 to the water cartridge assembly 500: firstly, after a certain amount of condensed water is collected in the condensed water tank 300, the pump 310 starts to work and continuously injects the condensed water in the condensed water tank 300 into the first pipe 420; then, the existing condensed water in the first pipe 420 is pressed by the condensed water subsequently injected by the pump 310 and is injected upwards into the filter 410; next, the filter 410 filters the condensed water; finally, the condensed water filtered by the filter 410 is discharged into the water box assembly 500 through the second pipe 430.
It is understood that the filter assembly of the embodiment of the present application may filter the condensed water injected from the pump 310; therefore, when a user cleans condensed water in the water box assembly 500, the water box assembly 500 is not easy to generate peculiar smell, and the user experience is improved. On the other hand, since the impurities in the condensed water are confined in the filter 410 and the first duct 420, and the first duct 420 is shorter than the complete water path in the existing dryer; therefore, when the user cleans the water path, the user only needs to clean the first pipe 420 and/or the cleaning filter 410, and compared with the complete water path and water box assembly 500 for cleaning the clothes dryer, the embodiment of the application has the advantages of convenience in cleaning and small cleaning workload.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to facilitate the maintenance of the filter 410 by a user, the filter 410 is detachably coupled to an outer surface of the cabinet 100. On one hand, since the filter 410 is disposed on the outer surface of the cabinet 100, the housing of the dryer does not need to be disassembled during maintenance, thereby reducing the maintenance difficulty of the embodiment of the present application. On the other hand, because the filter 410 is detachably connected, when the filter 410 is damaged, the filter 410 can be replaced independently, and the maintenance cost of the embodiment of the application is reduced.
It should be noted here that the filter 410 may be detachably attached to the box 100 by suction via a suction cup, or may be detachably attached to the box 100 by suction via a magnetic component to a metal part of the box 100.
In the embodiment of the present application, the filter 410 is detachably connected to the housing 100 by a snap-fit connection.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the box 100 includes a rear cover plate 110, and the rear cover plate 110 is provided with a fastening hole 111; a connecting part 415 is arranged on one side, facing the clamping hole 111, of the shell 411 of the filter 410, the connecting part 415 can penetrate through the clamping hole 111 and extend into the box body 100, and a free end of the connecting part 415 is provided with a retaining part 416; the cross section of the stopping portion 416 matches with the fastening hole 111 to pass through the fastening hole 111, and can be turned at a certain angle and then turned back to the inner surface of the back cover plate 110.
The connecting portion 415 is a cylinder perpendicular to the rear cover plate 110 of the box body 100, the free end of the connecting portion 415 is vertically connected to the middle of the retaining portion 416, and the retaining portion 416 is a square cylinder; correspondingly, the shape of the clamping hole 111 is similar to the cross section of the retaining part 416, and the size of the clamping hole is slightly larger than the cross section of the retaining part 416; further, the connection portion 415 and the backstop portion 416 may pass through the card hole 111 in a radial direction of the connection portion 415.
The filter 410 is mounted to the rear cover plate 110 by first holding the housing 411 of the filter 410 by hand, inserting the free ends of the retaining portion 416 and the connecting portion 415 into the interior of the case 100 after passing through the fastening hole 111; then, the filter 410 is rotated clockwise by 90 ° around the radial direction of the connection portion 415, so that the retaining portion 416 is circumferentially displaced from the locking hole 111, and at this time, the retaining portion 416 is locked to the inner surface of the back cover plate 110 and cannot pass through the locking hole 111. Conversely, the filter 410 can be withdrawn from the box 100 by rotating the filter 410 counterclockwise by 90 ° around the radial direction of the connecting portion 415, and the filter 410 and the rear cover plate 110 are detached.
Since the retaining portion 416 has a degree of freedom of radial rotation around the connecting portion 415 after being clamped on the inner surface of the rear cover plate 110, in the case of vibration of the clothes dryer, etc., the retaining portion 416 may pass through the clamping hole 111 after rotating, thereby separating the filter 410 from the rear cover plate 110; therefore, in order to limit the degree of freedom of rotation after the locking of the retaining portion 416, the filter 410 further includes a limiting member capable of limiting the radial rotation of the retaining portion 416 around the connecting portion 415 after the filter 410 is locked to the back cover 110.
Referring to fig. 5, a first structure of the limiting member is: the stopper member includes a positioning pin 417a, and the positioning pin 417a and the backstop 416 are provided on the same side of the filter 410; on the other hand, the rear cover plate 110 is made of elastic material such as metal or plastic, and is provided with a positioning hole 112; when the retaining portion 416 is not rotated after being inserted into the rear cover 110, the free end of the positioning pin 417a presses the portion of the rear cover 110 abutting against the free end of the rear cover into the case 100, and the rear cover 110 is partially recessed by the pressing of the positioning pin 417 a; when the backstop 416 rotates, the concave portion of the rear cover plate 110 changes with the rotation of the positioning pin 417 a; when the retaining portion 416 is rotated by 90 °, the positioning pin 417a is rotated to the positioning hole 112 and inserted into the positioning hole 112, and the rear cover plate 110 is not pressed by the positioning pin 417a and starts to be restored.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a filter 410 with a second structure of a limiting component according to an embodiment of the disclosure. A second structure as a stopper member: the limiting part comprises a socket 417b arranged on the filter 410, a plug rod 153 is connected in the socket 417b in a damping sliding manner, and the plug rod 153 is parallel to the connecting part 415; correspondingly, the rear cover plate 110 is also provided with a positioning hole 112; furthermore, when the retaining portion 416 is engaged with the rear cover 110, the user can push the insertion rod 153 to slide the insertion rod 153 and insert the insertion rod 153 into the positioning hole 112, and finally, the connecting portion 415 and the insertion rod 153, which are parallel to each other, simultaneously penetrate through the rear cover 110, thereby limiting the degree of freedom of rotation between the retaining portion 416 and the rear cover 110.
The clothes drying assembly 200 may be a heat pump clothes drying assembly including a water supply, a heat pump assembly and a clothes drying drum. The water supply device is used for supplying water to the heat pump assembly. On one hand, the heat pump assembly generates hot air by taking water as a refrigerant, and the hot air is convected into the clothes drying cylinder to dry the clothes in the clothes drying cylinder; on the other hand, when the heat pump assembly is operated, the water in the water supply device is converted into condensed water and collected in the condensed water tank 300.
The clothes drying assembly 200 may also be a condensing type clothes dryer, and condensed water generated from a condenser thereof is collected in the condensed water tank 300 when the condensing type clothes dryer operates.
The condensate tank 300 is provided at the bottom of the case 100. It should be noted that the source of the condensed water in the condensed water tank 300 may be various, such as the condensed water generated by the heat pump assembly during operation, or the condensed water generated by condensing the water vapor generated by drying clothes in the clothes drying drum through the condenser.
The water bucket assembly 500 is provided at the top of the tank 100. It should be noted here that the way of treating the condensed water stored in the water cartridge assembly 500 may be various.
As a first treatment manner of the condensed water in the water box assembly 500: after the condensed water stored in the water box assembly 500 reaches a preset alarm threshold, the alarm assembly of the clothes dryer reminds the user, and at the moment, the user manually takes out the water box assembly 500 and pours the condensed water therein.
Referring to fig. 1, for the heat pump type dryer, as a second processing manner of the condensed water in the water cartridge assembly 500: after the condensed water stored in the water box assembly 500 reaches the preset threshold, the condensed water in the water box assembly 500 may be injected into the water supply device of the clothes drying assembly 200 through other pumping devices, and then injected into the heat pump assembly as a refrigerant through the water supply device, so as to improve the utilization rate of water resources through a recycling manner.
