Because the runing rest forms cylindricly by four runing rests, main pivot is in the middle of cylindric runing rest, and the top and the middle part of main pivot all are equipped with the link, and wherein one end and the main pivot regulation of link are connected, the other end and the runing rest fixed connection of link, therefore the rotation of main pivot can drive the rotation of runing rest.
The base is fixed, does not rotate along with the rotation of main pivot promptly, and runing rest is four and sets up on the base, forms a workspace between two adjacent runing rest, and runing rest's upper portion is connected with main pivot through the link, and runing rest's lower extreme is then rotatory on the base. And each time the rotary support rotates by 90 degrees, one station is changed and enters different working areas, so that continuous operation with different functions is realized.
The four rotating supports are sequentially distributed at 90 degrees, the cross section of each rotating support is fan-shaped, and the edges of the fan-shaped supports are the edges of partial rotating mechanisms. The fan-shaped center is connected to the main rotating shaft through the connecting frame, the main rotating shaft drives the rotating support to rotate clockwise or anticlockwise, and the rotating direction is determined according to the rotating direction of the main motor and the setting of an actual station.
Form the workspace between two adjacent runing rest, the top of every workspace is equipped with the feed inlet, and the feed inlet below is connected with the receipts feed cylinder, receives in the feed cylinder downwardly extending workspace. Each working area is provided with a bag hanging mechanism, and each bag hanging mechanism comprises a clamping device and a bag hanging fixing support; the bag hanging fixing bracket is vertically fixed on the rotating bracket; the clamping device comprises two groups of clamping components, and the two groups of clamping components are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material collecting barrel; each group of clamping parts comprises an arc-shaped clamping block and connecting blocks arranged at two ends of the arc-shaped clamping block, a telescopic device is arranged between the two clamping parts, and the telescopic device drives the clamping parts to be away from the material collecting barrel 5 and leave a bag hanging space. The rotating mechanism is provided with a first controller, the first controller controls the telescopic device to start and stop, the first controller mainly controls the telescopic device for time setting, namely the telescopic device is started for a certain time, and after 5 seconds or 10 seconds (the time can be adjusted), the first controller automatically closes the telescopic device. When the operator hangs the bag, the first controller controls the telescopic device to close, and the two clamping parts are folded and reset by the spring between the two clamping parts, so that the arc-shaped clamping blocks fasten the bag.
In this embodiment, four stations are arranged outside the rotating mechanism, each station corresponds to one work, the four stations include a bag hanging station, a feeding station, a packing station and a discharging station which are sequentially set according to the rotating direction of the rotating mechanism, the bundling mechanism corresponds to a working area opposite to the rotating bundling mechanism, the feeding hopper corresponds to a working area below the rotating hopper, and the conveying belt corresponds to a working area above the rotating conveying belt, so that different operation processes are formed. The structure of each working area is the same, namely the bag hanging mechanism and the packaging bag are always in existence, and the rotating mechanism drives the bag hanging mechanism and the packaging bag to rotate to different operating stations.
Specifically, manual bag hanging is carried out outside the bag hanging station, after the manual bag hanging station is rotated by 90 degrees through the rotating mechanism, the working area is rotated to the next feeding station, a feeding hopper is arranged above the feeding station, materials of the feeding hopper enter the packaging bag through the material receiving barrel, the rotating mechanism rotates again, and the station rotates to the packaging station; the packaging machine is characterized in that the packaging station is bundled and packaged through a bundling mechanism, after packaging is completed, a packaging bag falls onto the base, the rotating mechanism rotates again, the rotating support in the rotating process pushes the packaging bag to run on the base, the packaging bag is retreated to the discharging station, a discharging channel is arranged on the base at the discharging station, and the packaging bag falls into a conveying belt below from the discharging channel.
In this embodiment, the protection casing includes main protection casing, unloading protection casing and whereabouts protection casing, and main protection casing is cylindric and overlaps and establish the outside at rotary mechanism. A bag hanging window and a bundling window are arranged on the side surface of the main protective cover; the main protective cover is fixed on the base through the screw joint, so the positions of the bag hanging window and the bundling side window are also fixed, and the bag hanging side window and the bundling side window are arranged oppositely; mainly according to the operation of different working areas. The bag hanging side window mainly corresponds to a bag hanging station, so that manual bag hanging operation is facilitated. The bundling side window is opposite to the packaging station, and is mainly convenient for the bundling mechanism to perform bundling operation on the packaging bag.
The unloading protection casing is connected with main protection casing, and the unloading protection casing is main to corresponding with the unloading station, and the unloading protection casing setting is in the top of unloading passageway and parcel unloading passageway and drive belt, and the effective separation is during the dust that the packing bag produced at the whereabouts in-process sneaks into the air, improves production environment.
The falling protection cover is arranged at the running tail end of the conveyor belt, so that dust generated in the falling process of the packaging bag is effectively prevented from being mixed into the air, and the production environment is improved.
In this embodiment, the bag hanging mechanism comprises a clamping device and a bag hanging fixing support; the bag hanging fixing bracket is vertically fixed on the rotating bracket; the clamping device comprises two groups of clamping components, and the two groups of clamping components are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material collecting barrel; each group of clamping parts comprises an arc-shaped clamping block and connecting blocks arranged at two ends of the arc-shaped clamping block, a telescopic device is arranged between the two clamping parts, and the telescopic device drives the clamping parts to be far away from the material collecting barrel and leave a bag hanging space; a spring for folding and returning the arc-shaped clamping blocks and fastening the hanging bag is arranged between the two clamping parts;
specifically, the arc centre of a circle of arc clamp splice is the same with the receipts feed cylinder, and the arc radius of arc clamp splice equals or slightly is less than the radius of receiving the feed cylinder, and this design can make the arc clamp splice laminate more and receive the feed cylinder, makes the package bag press from both sides tightly more easily.
Specifically, hang a bag mechanism and still be equipped with two movable support and two first supports, first support passes through leg joint on the runing rest. The two clamping components are respectively fixed on the two movable supports, the two movable supports are oppositely arranged, the two first supports are oppositely arranged, the two movable supports and the two first supports are connected end to form a quadrangle, and the material receiving cylinder is arranged in the center of the quadrangle. In this embodiment, the strapping mechanism includes an entrainment mechanism and a pulling mechanism; the pulling mechanism is connected with the clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism is connected with the free end part of the strapping tape in a clamping manner, the pulling mechanism is a telescopic motor, and the pulling mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to pull the strapping tape on the packaging bag to move along the linear direction;
the bundling mechanism is provided with a second controller and a second photoelectric sensor in signal connection with the second controller, and the second photoelectric sensor senses the existence of the packaging bag and controls the telescopic motor to operate through the second controller.
In addition, the strapping tape is provided with a one-way lock catch, the strapping tape is lapped on the bag hanging fixing support and leaves a free end of the strapping tape, and the clamping mechanism clamps the free end of the strapping tape and pulls the strapping. It is noted that the strap fastener structure described herein is well known to those skilled in the art, and the strap fastener includes, but is not limited to, the above-described structure, and may be other conventional one-way fasteners, as long as one-way locking of the strap is achieved.
The pulling mechanism comprises a bracket, a sliding rail arranged on the bracket and a telescopic motor arranged on the bracket; the telescopic motor is connected with the clamping mechanism, and the clamping mechanism is arranged on the slide rail and slides back and forth along the slide rail. The entrainment mechanism comprises two corresponding jaws and a drive member connected to the jaws, the drive member comprising a solenoid valve and a spring. The clamping pieces comprise free ends and connecting ends, the two clamping pieces are respectively a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece, and the free ends of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are connected with the free end part of the strapping tape in a clamping manner; the connecting end of the first clamping piece and the connecting end of the second clamping piece are fixed on the connecting rod, and the connecting end of the second clamping piece is sleeved on the connecting rod and slides up and down; the spring is arranged on the upper surface of the second clamping piece. The electromagnetic valve is arranged on the first clamping piece, a second iron block is arranged on the second clamping piece corresponding to the electromagnetic valve, and the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are combined through the electrification of the electromagnetic valve and separated through the outage of the electromagnetic valve.
When the second photoelectric sensor senses the packaging bag, the signal is transmitted to the second controller, the second controller receives the signal and then the electromagnetic valve is electrified, the telescopic motor is driven to contract, the clamping belt mechanism is driven to move backwards on the sliding rail, and the packaging bag is tied up by pulling the tensioning tying belt to achieve sealing. And the second controller is preset with the telescopic distance of the telescopic motor, and the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be powered off by receiving data of the telescopic distance. The electromagnetic valve loses the tension to the strapping tape after power failure. The first controller controls the opening of the bidirectional telescopic cylinder through the interval time, namely, the time for the stay of the packing station is set, the time end is enough for finishing the bundling, after the time is up, the first controller starts the opening of the bidirectional telescopic cylinder, and after the packing bag falls down, the first controller controls the bidirectional telescopic cylinder to be closed to wait for entering the next working area. And the second controller controls the extension of the telescopic motor and drives the clamping belt mechanism to extend forwards and return, and then the next binding is carried out.
In the embodiment, the pier packet transfer mechanism comprises a pier packet trolley and a running track, and the running track is vertical to the conveyor belt; the pier ladle trolley runs on the running track; the heading trolley is arranged right below the running tail end of the conveyor belt.
Specifically, the top of the pier ladle trolley is provided with an opening and is butted with the conveyor belt; a forklift inlet convenient for a forklift to transfer is arranged on one side of the pier-wrapped trolley, which is far away from the rotating mechanism; buffer plates are arranged at two ends of the heading trolley in the running direction, and a locking cylinder is arranged on one of the buffer plates.
In addition, a positioning hole is formed in the running track, the telescopic rod of the locking cylinder can penetrate into the positioning hole to fix the pier-wrapped trolley, and the trolley shaking of the vehicle in the pier-wrapped process is avoided.
The two ends of the running track are provided with limiting blocks, the limiting blocks are mainly used for stopping the heading trolley, a third photoelectric sensor is arranged at a position, corresponding to the conveyor belt, on the running track, a third controller and a power supply are arranged on the buffer board, the power supply mainly provides electric energy for the third controller and the locking air cylinder, the third photoelectric sensor is in signal connection with the third controller, and the third controller is electrically connected with the locking air cylinder. When the third photoelectric sensor senses the pier-packaged trolley, the signal is wirelessly transmitted to the third controller, and the third controller controls the locking cylinder to extend and fix. The locking cylinder is provided with a manual closing button, and when the pier packet is completed, the locking cylinder is manually closed, the cylinder is recovered, and the manual work is pushed again.

According to the automatic bagging machine, the rotary mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the bundling and packaging, the conveyor belt and the bag-upsetting trolley are operated in a combined mode, automatic bagging, packaging and stacking are achieved, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, the number of operators is small, only one person needs to carry out bag hanging operation, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
